Better than other branch In krakow
Well-equipped home improvement store with helpful staff. If you are from USA, its similar to our Home depot or Lowe's stores.
I recently visited Castorama Pilotow in Cracow, and it was a fairly decent experience. The store had a wide range of home improvement products, which was great for my project needs. The staff members were generally available and willing to help when I had questions or needed assistance. The layout of the store was somewhat confusing, and it took me a bit of time to find specific items. However, once I located what I needed, the quality of the products was satisfactory. The checkout process was relatively smooth, and the prices were reasonable. Overall, Castorama Pilotow is a decent option for DIY enthusiasts, despite some minor navigational challenges.

Nice shop, staff is nice but not everyone. Sometimes there are problem with stuff 😕
Ok but very rude staff, most of them look like they hate their jobs and want to die. Sitting at the info points ignoring people standing right in front of them. Rude both to foreigners and locals.

No specific comments, but I easily could find almost all I need here. Quite convenient working hours as a plus.
Castorama, my beloved store ♡
I am extremely delighted with how friendly and helpful the staff is and it offers that help before I even had a chance to ask for it. I hope that the store manager appreciates the people working for him as not many stores have such a wholesome workers in them.

Great selection of any kind materials for your home and outdoor upgrades.
Huge offer and plenty of any materials for indoor and outdoor. Actually you can find anything you may need for building the house. Definitely will visit again.
The employees always know where is the thing that you want to buy. They'll help you as much as they can. The place is always clean, with the right temperature (never too hot never too cold) and yes, you'll find everything there
Despite decreased number of customers due to Pandemic sometimes you can observe queues. All the materials are easy accessible and with affordable prices. Customer assistant are willing to help at any time.
I bought a heavy sink, expensive one. After coming home and opening the package I saw that the product is second hand or right from the exhibition. Full of dirt, scratches and deformations. No chance to go back to the store with this product to change it for me. If you want to feel like stupid and scammed, choose Castorama.

Plenty of assortment and somewhat knowledgeable staff, but with a store this big I expect workers to help me find stuff (instead of just pointing and saying "that way"). Also since it's DIY/Home Improvement, being willing to give advice goes a long way.
Terrible customer service. The returns department starts closing all the registers 20 mins before 9pm and they don’t care that there is a line of 3-4 people waiting to return their merchandise. I gave up because I still wanted to buy something from the store before they close but I when I walked up again to the returns after I paid the mean lady in short hair told me to “fuc* off”.
I guess the owner pays them until 9, but its bad for the customer and business overall. I will shop somewhere else next time.

Pretty much like every Castorama.The collection point for small electronics for recycling inside the main entrance is very hand though.
Very helpful staff, some even speak English. This shop is massive so arrive there as early as possible. If you know what you want saves time buying online then go there just to pick up.

this place is amazing, you can find everything, and wnployeers are very kind and nice, they also speak English, a particular thanks to Bartosh, he follow me in any question and suggested me always the best price and the best thing. very professional and full of cardinality. strongly recommended.
