Best Bicycle stores in Poland

I recently bought a pair of football boots, but after three days, I decided to exchange them as they were uncomfortable for my size. Despite having my invoice, the staff at the cashier were incredibly rude when I mentioned I wanted to return the boots. They informed me that they wouldn't accept the return outright and instead would send the shoes for inspection, which would take 14 days. I agreed to this process, but they never informed me of the outcome. After a month, I went back to the store, only to find that my request had been rejected, and no one had bothered to notify me.

Throughout the experience, the cashiers were unhelpful, placing the blame on me for the issue. It's extremely disappointing to have paid a significant amount of money at a major retailer and receive such poor customer service.

Great mall in Wrocław as there are quite many shops and also with lots of parking space outside, but there are also many visitors on weekends so will be difficult to get parking lots if you arrive at noon time. Decathlon here is worth visiting!

The well-equipped shop with the wide range of products, available also to order online and collect there. The staff is friendly, professional and really kind.

I tried to return the products for two weeks. I send the email and no reply. The customer service number I tried for several days and it doesn’t work at all. What is this company? How does it work?

Kontakt z działem klienta to porażka , nie moge się połączyć od godziny. Podobnie jest z odpowiedzią na wiadomością konkretnie brak odpowiedzi, nie zostały mi oddane
środki za zakupy internetowe , czekam ponad 2 tygodnie. NIE POLECAM !

W dalszym ciągu brak odpowiedzi na moje liczne próby kontaktu: instagram maile oraz zapytania przez formularz
kontaktowy. Na infolinię nie ma szans się dodzwonić próbowałam cały dzień. Nie polecam zakupów przez internet, nie można doczekać się swoich pieniędzy

Już prawie godzinę czekam w kolejce na infolinii, żeby dowiedzieć się co z moim zwrotem środków za oddany zakup. W każdym sklepie zwrot, nawet internetowy, odbywa się od razu. Tutaj czekam już prawie 2 tygodnie i nic. Na stronie niby jest LiveChat ale nikt go nie obsługuje więc można tylko zostawić wiadomość. Wczoraj dzwoniłem na infolinię i po pół godziny czekania się poddałem. Dzisiaj wystartowałem w kolejce jako dziewiąty. Za moment minie godzina jak czekam.. a jestem już drugi. Brak słów dla takiego poziomu obsługi klientów.

Edit: nagle usłyszałem komunikat "ze względu na obciążenie systemu, twoje połączenie nie może zostać zrealizowane". Nieprawdopodobne...

We were purchasing a bicycle for our daughter and the consultant was really helpful and knowledgeable about the products. He also helped to assemble the bicycle and perform the initial setup of the wheels etc. in a really short time. So as the result our daughter is happy and enjoys riding the bicycle. Thank you!

It’s ok but the young staff member at the registers didn’t speak a single word of English, they should hire someone who went to school

It's my first time there. The bicycles caught my attention. Especially the city bicycle.

Zdecydowanie nie polecam. Sklep internetowy to jakaś porażka. Sprzedawane są rzeczy, których nie mają na stanie. Przy zakupie nie dostajesz żadnej informacji na maila, że coś kupiłeś... Na Twoim koncie w sklepie nie widać statusu zamówienia... Bardzo ciężko jest się dodzwonić na infolinię. Raz rozłączyło mnie po 50 minutach... Po 8 dniach od zamówienia dodzwoniłem się na infolinię (czas oczekiwania 55 minut). Dowiedziałem się, że moje zamówienie właśnie zostało anulowane, bo brak produktu w magazynie, ale widzę że nadal mogę kupić produkt na stronie... Pani na infolinii bardzo miła. Najgorsze, że wybrałem z programu MyBenefit bon właśnie do nich i jestem na nich skazany... Uważajcie!

My husband and I bought two bikes here. Everything is fine. We want to thank the guy who helped us. Unfortunately, we do not know his name. Excellent specialist quickly set up the bikes for us. He is very well-versed in this.

Good quality clothes and the other stuff

I have no words for this. Needed new running shoes. Got ignored by staff completely. Then I stopped someone from staff and asked him to get me my size on a certain model. He took forever, deliberately slow on his way. Then he came back with my size (that is what I give a second star - bravo! ;) ), did not look at me but threw(!!) the box on the bench I was waiting at an walked off. Did not wait, tried not to help me nothing. Still can't believe it. But according to many other reviews here, this is not uncommon. Needless to say, I would not spend anything in there.

On Saturday I had an extremely pleasant experience of being assisted by the consultant called Bartek. He had a very friendly attitude and a good knowledge of product. He helped to equip properly for my upcoming “wandering” trip. One of the best customer service I ever experienced. Left the shop in a perfect mood and a bunch of stuff ☺️

Stuffs are being really rude,i asked a lady a question and her face was like i did a big crime asking her a question, most of the stuffs are unprofessional and rude

Was there yesterday and bought new shoes. The girl working there was very unhelpful, and told me she couldnt recommend any running shoes for me since she wasnt talking English and that i had to read on the signs over what shoes that fitted most for running. She also helped other custumers while I was waiting for her to find my size. In general she was very disrespectful and I am not happy with the visit.

Then I visited them again because my bikelock was destroyed. I showed the lock to them and they told me it will be a reklamation. After this, she asked if I wanted cash or a new lock. I told her I of course need a new lock, because my bike has to be closed. She said okey, I gave her my information and she sended. After this she told me that I will get a Mail in two weeks and then I can come and get the new lock. I told her that she should have told me it would take two weeks before and that my bike will be stolen and that I rather want cash, because I need a new lock now. She told me that now it was to late and it was nothing to do with the situation. So I had to buy a new lock and now in two weeks I will have two. I am wondering what this system is, I am very mad, I dont need two locks and the woman should have told me before even signing anything. She was really not helpful at all and I have had only vad experiences with the Intersport at galleria Krakowska, the people working there is not intressted in selling, or giving good service to the customer and I will not recommend anyone to go there!

You may find all kinds of sport-related equipment and fashion wear too
All things come with minimal 2 years of warranty
So if you get an issue it won't be an obstacle anymore
You will get immediate assistance in case you have some queries regarding sports
Executives are well trained and most of them know English too so if you are a foreigner feel free to visit this place.

Poor handling of customers. The lady at the counter refused to check me out since I used my wife's card. He asked me to return the goods back. I produced my foreign card and he insisted that I should produce my Identification card to prove if it's mine. He literally embarrassed me Infront of other customers who were standing right behind me. I guess I had to prove myself because I'm definitely black and most probably I had stolen someone's card to purchase with. I wonder how many people had to prove their identity when purchasing regardless of race. I had a racial experience.

Terrible service. They refused to repair my running shoes (worth 599pln) as according their observations I came too late with damage (but shoes are under 2y guarantee and I came almost 1y after purchase) - I will never buy again there...

Nice looking store, but horrible service. The employees have no relevant knowledge and show zero interest in helping customers. Very frustrating!

Much improved now that they have a 2nd floor. Quality of products has always been impressive, and at realistic prices. You can pretty much get anything for the outdoor and fitness person, and a good choice of shop brand bikes. After recent visit, I found all still good.
