It's Monday March 18, 9.14 pm my husband and I went to Valentino villagio mall asking for an advice about a coat that I bought from Valentino , the guy he is Lebanese and another one is philipina he was like what are u doing here..where u bought it from? We said from vendom branch . He directly changed his tonality toward us and looked at us like nobody and said go to where u bought it we don't know actually...nit to mention that he blamed us for loosing the chain and started to raise his voice and kicked us out .. what a shame...is this Valentino level??? Cheap employees??????? Raising theire voices instead of trying to find a solution???? Shame ..

The staff are Arab and they are NOT friendly NOT helpfull at all, they are rude and NOT welcoming to the customers

I always enjoy visiting LV stores around the world. This was a warm welcome and exciting visit, where the staff friendly exposed me with new shows, bags, and glasses available. If any item is not on the shelf, the staff can order this item for you, and you can collect it later.

Cashier is not welcoming not the black lady but the other lady. Cashier should always great customer with Hi or Hello or any welcoming great. Much be teach this cashier very unprofessional. If they can check all the reviews its pertaitaning to the cashiers, well i have no doubt as i experienced myself. Must be trained people in customer service especially the cashiers in Villaggio Mall very arrogant. I myself work in more Luxury brand but we don't treat our customer like this.Very rude.

Today, I visited the ZARA store at Villagio Mall and interacted with a cashier whose name I don’t know. She was from India, approximately 37-40 years old, and unfortunately, she completely ruined my mood for the entire day.

I entered the store and picked up two tops, heading directly to the cashier’s counter. Without trying them on since I really liked them, I had my earpods in and was listening to music, I mean that I was really in a good mood.
I paid for the tops, thanked her for the transaction, and anticipated receiving my purchases. However, unexpectedly, she started loudly exclaiming at me: “WHEN YOU INTEND TO REFUND CLOTHES, DO NOT CUT THE TAGS.” I was taken aback by the harshness of her tone. I asked, “Sorry?” and she repeated the same sentence while staring at me with an intense expression: “WHEN YOU REFUND IT, DO NOT CUT THE TAGS.” She repeated this three times, and I was so shocked that I couldn’t even respond. I eventually said okay and left.

As soon as I exited the store, I felt like crying. I had never experienced someone shouting at me like that before, and her tone of voice was incredibly rude.
I couldn’t accept that and I went back to her to tell that she was rude, she didn’t even say sorry and lady next to her was staring at me with shocked eyes and she didn’t even say anything. I felt even more awful.

A few points to note:

• Generally, I shop at ZARA, but usually at Mall of Qatar or Vendome, not Villagio Mall. This was my first time at Villagio.
• I’ve never returned any of the clothes I’ve purchased before.
• My intention that day was just to buy these two tops for myself to lift my mood, but unfortunately, her behavior ruined that.

P.S. I understand that it’s common practice to remind customers not to remove tags and so on. However, I’ve never been told this in different ZARA stores before. It’s not the message itself that bothered me; it’s her lack of manners and her tone of voice.

Considering she works in customer service, I don’t expect the same level as a Gucci store, but basic human decency and politeness are fundamental.

Store well located in Villagio Mall, many options and very well received and attended by Matteo.

They have good stuff, the best are there silky T shirts 👔 but they only have 3 colors of it : black, white, and the blue in the picture, wish they make more

Waste experience and waste of money. I bought this from Zara from Villagio mall Qatar. I thought its long last and i did not used that much. The company need to ensure the quality of this material. I saw your below message and unfortunately i am not in qatar and i am in kerala. Please advice

The elegant shop, premium ambience and staff are attentive and helpful for any questions you have, they even got a nice sofa set up while waiting for your order and even compliments with water or coffee, they have a nice presentation box and bag for your purchase and vast variety of bags, shoes, belts and accessories.both for men and women. price is almost the same europe prices.

Very bad experience with one of the lady cashiers yesterday evening. I asked her to check one of the items i wanted to purchase if the price is what is on the tag or reduced (less if there is further reduction) she looked at me as if i was stupid and said the price is right there, i told her i know and explained to her that sometimes in the system its different she ignored me and scanned the tag then I explained to her that i didn’t want the items anymore which i guess made her more upset. When it was time to pay with the machine she threw the machine towards me which i still ignored knowing its sale season and probably isnt in her best mood. she handed me the shopping bag and invoice and didn’t say anything and i was the one who said thank you to her just being nice and she did not answer i had to repeat it 2 more times for her to finally answer.. again with an attitude. Please train your staff at the cashier to be more polite and have better customer service.

Customer service is very disappointing and the staff at the cashier are impolite and not welcoming at all. Ironic that they’re a retail store and yet you are made to feel like you owe them the purchase. On the other hand, the staff assisting in the fitting rooms are quite proactive and helpful. Small place with few brands inside. Prices good but it’s could be better if location was inside any shopping center, as traveling there takes time and there are nothing else around that place.
But I found very nice products for good price :) Loots of shoes there but the only size 41 :(

Nice store in villagio with friendly staffs and great collection of prada items from sunglasses, clothes, shoes and wallets.

Quality of product is very bad and the behaviour of staff is worst specially the Philippino guy in the ladies payment section.The worst experience ever.Date 26Jul22.Branch Villagio.As attached in photo you can see the dress and sandal both torn of.Sandal we used it and the cloth is still not used with torn of from the shoulder portion.We really felt bad with the behaviour of staff.

You feel like it's not original or the products was not approved by the factory quality team, so it should not be for sell , but it's not the case ....
I bought the omni heat jacket by Columbia , I checked their website they don't sell it as the same that I bought the head cover should not contain the omni heat material (my mistake...)
Some products contain other products logo..some are out of date
You have to check the product very carefully before buying it.

Worst shop assistant ever, she doesn't ever deserve one star, she was so rude, I asked her for my shoe size, she didn't bother to look at me, the boots was on the shelf, she didn't want to give it to me to try it on, then she left me and stood on the other side,

Lui vuitton products are in cheap price in doha I found after Milan and USA. Highly recommended to buy LV in Qatar only in villagio mall.

Perfumes are ok , although I had bad experience I picked wrong perfume and when I wanted to return I didn’t have the bill , the suited manager who is always smoking outside told me he can’t exchange it full stop
So I don’t feel comfortable dealing with this store anymore and I do not recommend it as well.

The staff very rude, the black guy followed us like we were a thief, and the philipino lady with the veil made a joke to my friend appearance, this is very embarrassing, they dont have hospitality at all...i will not visit again this store...

I we been trying to call the shop so many times and no one ever answers the phone.Once you enter the shop employees are judging with their eyes if you will buy something or not, god probed for you not to be dressed up and visit their shop....attention is given only to locals.
