The waitress at the tea garden was incredibly friendly, explained everything to us and gave us an incredible table with a stunning view.

The food was divine. It's pricey but worth it for the experience.

The manager taking reservations at 360° Restaurant in the morning today was extremely aggressive, racist and impolite. We are cancelling our plan to dine here due to his rudeness. He is not fit to deal with customers from different nationalities. He is also a terrible listener and assuming things on his own.

The overall service is great but the staff responsible of the room (food) service is not helpful and not cooperative at all. I expected better service as the hotel’s service.

Sadly this property fails in every regard as a luxus hotel. The review is mainly based on the poor service quality without which the other shortcomings could have been solved.
I booked a suit with marina view and a desk, when I arrived I was told I was upgraded due to my status and received a smaller suit without a desk and without a view (ground floor at family pool). When I asked reception to fix this it took until the evening of the next day, costing me the day I wanted to work at the desk. The butler service was non-existent. Housekeeping didn’t do turndown service and once told me on the phone at 6pm when I asked if they would be cleaning my room today „the will try but don’t promise to do it“. I haven’t been at a 3 star hotel in which there was no housekeeping, for - 5 star hotel this is embarrassing. I visited two restaurant, the Lebanese one was ok but too expensive for the average quality and the Turkish one offered a no-service breakfast experience for 40€. To even get a coffee I had to ask three times and wait 40 minutes. In the end I was offered a free breakfast as compensation for these issues.

Excellent location for business meet or staycation or solo trip to immerse ourselves in the world of luxury and beauty. Located primely in an island inside Pearl Qatar, this hotel is one of the best place to relax and rejuvenate ourselves. They have all kind of indoor and outdoor activities to entertain and amuse us.

Although, I didn’t have a reservation at this holder during my stay in Doha, I had an opportunity to visit this hotel for a close friend who was staying there . I have heard from him, of splendid customer service and a great buffet option.

Beautiful accommodations. Terrible service! They weren’t able to accommodate my son’s egg allergy in a way that was age appropriate. Completely mishandled it. My son could have ended up in the hospital if I didn’t catch it. Room service food tasted terrible. Roberto’s on property was amazing everything else was mediocre or terrible.

We booked to handle these situations. there was a maintenance issue and they thought downgrading our room was the solution.

They had a kids club but all the toys inside were the cheapest toys I’ve ever seen. Great staff in the kids club - Carla was amazing! Best person on the property.

If you ask anything the first response is no and when you push back sometimes they will do something. Not St. Regis level at all. This place is a joke. Don’t stay here.

I brought my Mom and my sister to enjoy the Complimentary Ladies Escape (every Wednesday). The experience was great. Even though we did not book for a hotel room, the crew are all accommodating and very hospitable. They have complimentary bottled water and towels. We ordered food while enjoying the pool. Food and drinks are with reasonable prices and good portion as well. The amenities are amazing. We will definitely come back and soon to stay overnight.

We did the business lunch here and I can tell you it was nothing short of superb. We had the sea bass, the hamburger and the roast chicken. The food was sensational! The atmosphere is outstanding, you are surrounded by trees and plants, it's all very tropical.
A special mention for the staff... They were so polite and were there for us at every moment. A truly wonderful experience.

Where do I start... no review can do this place justice... The Ned Doha is a must for anyone looking to experience first class hospitality. Everything about The Ned is exquisite... from the minute one steps out of the car and before taking a foot inside you know you are on to the best. The hotel building and decor is a pure masterpiece and while offering offering first class consistent hospitality with friendly staff.. which is rare in Doha. The Ned offers some of the best dining experiences available in Doha at the moment. Rooms and hotel guest facilities are superb. It was my first visit but will be the first of many to come.
