Missing order.. very bad

This is by far the worst KFC I've had in many years. The attached picture is of non-Spicy Original flavor. Overcooked and reheated. Terrible food!

Everytime i transit through hammad international airport, I eat from kfc which is located in the food court near famous large yellow lamp teddy bear. I ordered a meal containing a Mighty zinger, chicken piece, fries, cole slaw and drink.

It was in 57 QAR and the size was pretty good so do the quality of chicken piece.

If we convert it in pak local currency then it is way too expensive but its worth it beause i was too hungry and 7 hours layover.

The worst KFC ever the service too bad, no one in the counter all the staff in the kitchen chit chat, after I called 1 of the employees I think he's Pakistani show him selfe acting like he's the owner, without greetings or saying hi , in the end still giving the wrong order even its not busy at all, will never come back again
After I seen all the reviews and no one of the management I think even care this is too bad for a such fast food brand

Visiting the KFC outlet at Doha Airport was a satisfying experience. Despite the bustling atmosphere typical of an airport, the service was prompt, and the staff were courteous. The food quality lived up to KFC's reputation, with the chicken being crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Was annoyed with the cashier that add on stuff that I didn’t ask for. When I confronted about it, she said the meal came with it. Then why the extra charge? I also didn’t ask for extra cheese. Scammer behaviour. But I’m too tired to argue. Food was okay. Good enough for fast food.

Untidy, cannot enter the wash room because of the smell. Table are not cleaned. They agreed food in 15minutes and received 28th minute. Chicken also tastes different from KFC. Worst KFC branch.

On April 12, 2024, at 12:46 AM, I visited the KFC outlet in Doha, Qatar, specifically store 12730. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.
The staff at this branch exhibited unprofessional behavior. They seemed indifferent and lacked basic courtesy. The tables were unclean and the floor was dirty, which raised hygiene concerns. Despite multiple requests, it took considerable effort to get them to clean the tables.
The washroom was equally disappointing. It emitted an unpleasant odor, and there were no tissue papers available. To make matters worse, the toilet bin was overflowing.
In summary, my visit to this KFC outlet left me with a negative impression due to the unprofessional staff, dirty tables, and subpar washroom conditions. I hope the management takes corrective measures to improve the overall experience for customers.

Wasn't a great experience, cold food and non fizzy soda. Even after asking for hot fries it was still cold. The chicken pieces were also cold. Definitely wont go back to that branch

I specifically asked for Leg and thigh for dinners meal and the staff start complaining that we can't give leg and thigh we don't have so much packets and bla bla bla... and it is not the first time I order the same meal, and No other KFc centre denies it.... kindly train you staff and tell them that what customers want give it to them..

I would like to share the horrible experience which I faced from one of your store ( KFC Doha ) I stepped to the store for collecting the food , staff there ( Mr ...... ) was talking to his colleague in his regional language ( Tagalog) saying “its on offer “. And they continued the talk which as a customer was really offendive . When I started having food I came to know it is having a taste difference + black colour on All the chicken , also the same feedback i got from my friends . ( Attached picture for your reference) Later I went to give feedback to the staff and he said it may be because of the chicken .

This is not the first time I’m having bad experience from the store , I visited 5 times in last 10 days all these days the staff attitude was not matching the standard which Kfc offers . Being a global brand using regional language on the floor in the customer presence can be really disappointing .
After making the complaint to customer support I received a call from the store and I’m truly not Satisfied with their response. I really need to escalate this to the next level so no other customer is going to get such a service in the future.

Tried again but this time, the spicy wings and strips. I really loved the spicy version.

We ordered the Original recipe wings and drumsticks. It was too salty compared to the usual KFC chicken and so the only flavour you can taste is salt. I wouldn’t recommend this place for KFC lovers, but it’s okay if you are looking for fried chicken while in Doha airport.

KFC Messila branch is located in the Messila Petrol station... it is a very small branch but the service is very fast.... dining has only two tables, which is not recommended for families but for a single person it's ok... parking is not an issue since the petrol station service are not yet functioning

The Zinger burger meal was delicious. Crunchy chicken with fresh fries and chilled Pepsi all was too good. Had been to Qatar airport number of times before but it was my first visit at KFC. Simply delicious and was quite busy. Throughly enjoyed each and everything including the seating arrangement.

Compared to our visit earlier, we again had a dine in and found out the lights have been restored and thus became more delighted to dine with bright lights above the head.

Still the issue with menu is there. We were not provided with a menu thus we were in confusion. Thus i am only giving a 3 star for the service.

I have ordered lays strip, and twister.

Order delivered very quickly as my home is very near to store.l, appreciate for that.

When opened, I see the chicken is spicy, nowhere mentioned in menu that these are spicy.

The coating of chicken is very thick and feels like am eating semi wet dough, so I removed and only chicken.

Earlier I use to eat chicken strips they were delicious, keeping in previous experience I ordered this and experienced like this.

I request KFC management to review this to deliver the best.

Very poor customer service servers and managers always talking to each other and not taking customer order or even ignoring them when you try to order. One of the worst branch

Well if you have plenty of time to spend inside the airport then you can go over there and order some food. They take ages to prepare the food. I waited half an hour for my order then asked how long will it take to get, they said 10-15 minutes but still couldn’t get my order. Then I told them to not make my order because at that point I had run to my gate. I gave them my order number and receipt.
I gave them 2 stars because I was able sit down for few minutes and the place is okay.
They didn’t even offer me a refund. It was really disappointing. I paid like 49 Qatar money. I will definitely never go there.

Worst customer service ever!! I asked for my order to be fresh, and after waiting 40 mins for my order, she gives them to me old and not even hot. The woman I ordered from finished her shift and left and didn’t even inform the kitchen of my request! Her name was Minessam and she was so rude and had the worst attitude ever! And then I had to wait another 30 mins to get my order made fresh. And when I received my order, it was not even complete and was missing a sandwich! Never coming here again!

VERY small dine-in area, only 3 tables with one table literally centemetrs away from the toilet door! .. when I was there there was no a/c with outside temps of about 45c! .. if I had the authority I would close them down, as it isnt a healthy environment for a food place.

The worse customer service EVER! Specially drive through service, Always late or forgets an item of the order! I tried them so many times, but this time i ordered 10 minutes earlier through phone & when I arrived she calmly said “we waited for you to come so we start preparing the order” then whats the point of ordering via phone? What made it worse is that it was not crowded!

Good support from staffs while ordering food. Easy procedure and fast process. Accepts both card or cash payment methods.

Small place but quick turn around .. staff can improve their service and communication skills and it will not hurt if they greet customer with smile.. food is good . Not lot of sitting space .It can get busy on Friday nights ( before COVID)
