Best Courier services in Romania

The worst courier company with people who don't want to do their job. I ordered a cat litter box and he left it in front of my door and left, even though I told him to at least leave it in the hallway of the house. How is it supposed that a woman could carry a 10 kg package?!

Worst customer service ever. A very impolite lady at this office with a ' I know everything atitude'. Don't recommend, use other DHL office or better, a different delivery company.

Quite rude staff and refuse to read parcel comments. I told them my availability(a 4h window in their working hours) and refused to deliver in that timeframe for 2 weeks. My parcel is still held hostage 16 days after, with perishables inside, in 40 degree weather. Besides all of this, they have the gall to sound annoyed at me on thw phone, both couriers and headquarters, for not being home in the time window I told them I wouldn't be there(?). Overall an experience full of grievance. Will never order anything that comes through them ever again.

Fantastic experience sending a package to the USA. Andreea was very knowledgeable, efficient and spoke good English. I would highly recommend using this DHL location.

I called the front office and they did not care about my problem and simply said it’s not their bussines.If not your bussines then whos? If you are not going to deliver please stop working here.

Worst delivery service possible. Avoid at all costs.

I had a parcel delivered by them at a stranger, on a different building floor and number, a different family name etc. without the courier ever calling me regarding that parcel. My wife was verbaly assaulted by their couriers and her parcel arrived with a significant delay vs the delivery date mentioned by Bookurier themselves in their SMS.

It's a mystery how these guys are still operating in this market.

Worst possible delivery service.

Called them. Asked them if I could drop off a DHL package with a pre-paid label. They said no problem. Went down there. They said no, I needed to go to Urgent Cargo. I said "but I called you". They said "You're not the first person this has happened to." That's it. No apology.
