Worst customer service ever. A very impolite lady at this office with a ' I know everything atitude'. Don't recommend, use other DHL office or better, a different delivery company.

I have ordered mother of fries. It should have been 1 kg, but as you can see in the picture it's not even half.

Waiting for a long time, I didn't have the first beer I requested. I didn't have the burger option requested. Something has been served, cooked like a sole of a shoe. I'm still waiting for my mayonnaise. No wine is available. Friendliness, you can forget. It was a very bad experience. I will forget this place and you can avoid it as well.

We have ordered a burger and wine mussels. The bun burger was dry, the fries cold and tasted like were cooked half an hour ago and warm up right before serve. The mussels weren’t clean properly and didn’t taste good. I wouldn’t recommend this place to eat.

I had a different level of expectations from this place given the fact that it is owned by one of the most popular chefs in Romania...

We wanted to try this place because they have various types of food. We tried burgers, buns were too dry and they were not homemade, meat was overcooked, and service was too slow. Nothing interesting to see or talk about, not cheap as well. Fries were too oily and not good enough for us, honesty would not recommend.

The clams in wine sauce were actually clams in oil soup. Very greasy. The bread was burnt. Nothing else was edible. The fish tasted like an old and unwashed refrigerator. We should have left since we noticed that the tables were dirty, uncleaned and sticky. Out of dozens of restaurants in the area, it's definitely in the top 3 WORST! It's better to eat a pretzel that fell on the floor, it's safer!

Called them. Asked them if I could drop off a DHL package with a pre-paid label. They said no problem. Went down there. They said no, I needed to go to Urgent Cargo. I said "but I called you". They said "You're not the first person this has happened to." That's it. No apology.

Decent burgers, by far not the best in town. The bun wasn't the freshest, being a bit dry, and the meat was a bit chewy, fries were rather cold. But the flavor combos were quite nice. Would have loved some sauce for the fries. Friendly service, good prices given the location. Would go back to try their mussels.

Am facut o comanda telefonica de la Ramen Cluj, cu pick-up de la locatie.
Comanda am ridicat-o in aproximativ 30 minute de la plasarea ei.
Produse proaspete si gustoase, personal amabil.
Recomand cu incredere !

ati raspuns in favoarea voastra la acest feedback, evident! Si nici macar nu v-ati cerut scuze! Chiar nu mai e nevoie de cuvinte! De ce ascundeti adevarul? Sunasem de acasa la ora 19:11, vazand ca comanda nu mai ajungea! (am si acum dovada) Si apoi eram in trafic cand am plasat comanda, stiind din aplicație ca comanda va fi gata in 90 minute!!! Iar cand angajata 1 ajunsese cu 34 minute mai devreme decat ora anunțată pe aplicație (ora19:10) si ma sunase la ora 18: 36 de fapt pt ca gresise adresa mea, se dusese la o alta adresa, nu ma sunase pe mine, cum era firesc, sa ma anunte ca vine mai devreme cu 34 min. ,incercati cu nerușinare sa mințiți ! Si atat angajata 1 care trebuia sa ajunga de fapt la ora 19:10,(ora afișată pe aplicație ) a tipat la mine cand mi-a spus ca a venit deja cu 34 min. mai devreme si "nu eram acasa" si acum sa aștept ca mai are nu stiu cate alte comenzi de facut si pe urma ajunge si la mine, iar eu am spus ca trebuia sa vina conform aplicației adica la 19:10 iar daca mancarea va fi rece o voi refuza.
De asta am si sunt la firma,sperand ca voi vorbi cu oameni capabili si responsabili (nu ca ar fi fost ceva dubios, cum mi-ati dat raspunsul la feedbak) La telefinul firmei nu a raspuns nimeni, in schimb m-a sunat pe telefinul meu angajata 2 de la firma care a tipat cu nerușinare, susținând varianta colegei ei. Să va fie rusine ca incercati sa mușamalizat si sa ascundeti adevarul!!!! AANGAJATII SUNT NE PROFESIONALISTI SI AROGANTI, DACA ASA E SI MANCAREA.... MULTUMESC!!
