Nu mergeți la ei!!!! Sunt foarte slabi și neprofesionali, am fost cu mașina acum 2 săptămâni, domnul care era acolo a fost nepoliticos, mi-a vorbit răstit, țipa la mine efectiv. Peste o zi am sesizat ca una din anvelopele noi pe care le-a montat s-a desumflat asa ca l-am trimis pe sotul meu înapoi să rezolve problema, dar s-a întors exact cum a plecat. Domnul la care ma refer ar trebui să se simtă și să își revizuiască comportamentul de MAHALA, asta nu implică multă școală, ci doar cei 7 ani de acasă!

The staff is professional and they give you exactly the type of tyre you need (depending on what type of road you are driving and for what distance. Yes, they ask that).
They are working fast and respect the time slot you are scheduled when changing the tyres. They also keep and respect the pressure you need according to the car model.
They also give you the possibility to hold your summer/winter tyres at a reasonable fee.

I went to Euromaster Cluj for a tire change and balancing. I was very impressed with the level of service and professionalism that I received. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and they took the time to explain everything and assist with purchasing new tires. I was also able to get my tires changed and my tires balanced quickly and efficiently.

I had an appointment at 8:30. At 9:10 I had to take the car and leave to work, cause they didn't even started to replace the tires. The only reason I didn't gave 1 star, was that in the past even if they didn't respect the appointment, the delay were not longer than 10-15 mins.

I have the worst experience. I've booked a time for changing tires, rimes, oil, filters. I've left the keys for my car, after 1 hour come back and this uneducated and incompetent workers said that they can't open the car (car was locked). They did nothing, didn't call to me and didn't find out how to open the car. It was important visit before long trip, they messed up it. I absolutely don't recommend that service. There are works incompetent, uninterested workers who do not want to solve your problems.

Been their client for a while, with multiple cars. Professional place, they communicate well, i don't know enough about cars to realize if and when I'm overpriced but i know it's not rare in general. Never really felt this happens here. One negative is the 5pm closing time. Most working people find it hard to solve this pick up time. I'd suggest some automated way to solve pick up if no employee can be left there to solve payment and car handover. With their prices they could afford a system to generate payment links and a locker with pin access for keys.

Very good car repair shop. They have a good team of mechanics and body repair experts. I had an estimate of the job in couple of minutes and an appointment the next day. Car came out very good and i was offered a replacement car during the repairs. I highly recommend this place to anyone.
slightly chaotic, because the phone listed calls the owner, and he may forget to forward your appointment to the various independent mechanics there. but they are all friendly and helpful and it works out. buiding is also customer-friendly
Terrible customer support, questionable job quality! I'l never go back! I've been here no more than 1 year ago for suspension repairs, now after 7000 km the same parts needs to be changed again, I'm not even sure if they changed it. At drop of everything seemed OK. After, when they provided costs I saw on the quotation parts that I left in the trunk, and agreed at the drop of that they use it. It took me 10 minutes on the phone argue with them to convince to use the parts I provided.

They have sent me the wrong parts for my car although I've sent them the VIN. I called the customer service 5 times over the course of 5 months. Ordered beginning of March now is end of August.
They told me they will get back to me and never really got unless I called them. They have been super rude and not professional, treating you like an obstacle. Autodoc told me I have to pay for the return shipping by myself (disk brakes).
How is that even possible to do such mistakes when the have the VIN and they send me Alfa Romeo disk brakes, drum brake springs for a Ford while i have an Opel Corsa?
Avoid this company at all cost again and buy the parts at some company that is more trustworthy. I'm never going to buy here again. Worst customer experience I have ever had.

The person was OK, but to change a watter temperature sensor and to refill the cooling agent they charged me 130.9 Ron. I want to specify that only for the refilling of the cooling agent they charged me 83.3 RON. All these were done on a Ford Focus 2008.

It was a great experience, I had to go in a trip so my ABS started to flash. I've stopped at autodoc without reservation and the changed my abs sensor in a matter of minutes! Very kind, very clean, very fast. I definitely recommend. 👍
They seem ok professionally, but the prices are super high and they will force providing the auto parts which are double the price you get them yourself from an online store such as autokarma

I had a sensor changed and broke again after 6 months. Took me two months to get a part of my money back based on warranty. They did not return me the whole amount because "it worked for 6 months". Nonsense.
