Best Chicken restaurants in Romania

We ordered online with pickup, they didn't start preparing until we arrived 30 minutes later, took 25 minutes to prepare our order, we did ask the guy to make sure everything was there, he insisted that we have the full order, just to notice when we got back home that the order was missing items.
same guy handeling the cash transactions was having his fingers all over the food and fries, no gloves, no respect of hygiene rules.

I like KFC so the review might be biased. The food was good and the chicken was tasty and crunchy. Fast service and cheap prices. I would recommend this place

I got a Kentucky medium box with 2 extra hot wings and ketchup. Kentucky chicken was really good, better than stripes. It was not really hot, but it was okay. The price was cheap.
The place is cleaned and tidy.
A recommendation, the air conditioner was not good, it was too cold and that's why I asked for a take away. I've heard some people speaking about the same problem, it is too cold inside.

I buy a chicken from this place smart snack box and I eat two three piece suddenly I saw there is hair inside I share pictures and I have and videos and that chicken piece also very disappointed

Today 1st september i went to eat there.
This is by far the most big and good kfc in romania.
The red-head girl that took my order was very polite and service.
This was the only kfc in romania that they gave me wet napkin with the wings .
The food was good.

A standard KFC Restaurant that is always crowded in the afternoon.
The interior is freshly renovated and the windows on the eastern side of the dining area are huge.
The cryspys are always small in this restaurant.

Pros: Fast WiFi and food consistent with US seasoning. Very nice location. Close to heart of Old Town. Staff not very savvy with English but some were friendly.
Cons: You have to pay for ketchup and there are no free refills.

Nothing bad about the food... However there has to be one who makes a bad name for a place. Lousy service from Stefania Nemes. She needs to be taught some manners! Management take note. My bill attached.
