Just today, the installation guys visited my home. they just unpack the split unit and then made drill for pipes. after that they found that there is not tolerance. This kind of service is totally unacceptable. when i told them that they should have first taken the measurements, they replied it is only a hole that can be covered......Anyhow, i did not accept and they went away.

Costomer service very bad.
I was there like half an hour for buying a window ac. But no one care of us,we wasted our time. I think they are ignoring as because we're non Saudi costomer.

Decent appliance store, I usually find what I need when I can’t find it in other stores. The prices are okay not considered to be cheaper even with the discount offers. I haven’t had any issues with my purchased items which I have bought over a year ago. The best thing is that the invoice is immediately sent to your WhatsApp and you can view all your past invoices through their website.

the prices are all over the place, like for an example the Fender Classic Vibes 60S Jaguar LRL MPG MH retails in the store for a whopping 3100SAR while its retail price is just around 1200SAR, even if you order it online from any website the price with the taxes and shipping wouldn't exceed 1800SAR, not just for fender products even yamaha electric guitars are just the same

Bad experience everytime. Selective customer service. If you are non saudi or expats chances are they will ignore you even if you approach them properly. Lazy sales representative.

i bought a 75 inch tv from their store on 3rd march hoping i would have it by ramadan. Its 3rd april today and still have not recieved the TV, water cooler and air fryer i bought from them more than a month back. Have visited the branch 4 times and the customer service does not care to resolve the problem. very very bad customer service and after sales support.

Today is Nov 30th ... so no one called so far after more then 3 months to ask OR follow up on this. The faulty vaccme cleaner I left at their showroom on Aug 11 ... this is the level of service you can imagine...
Bought the product on Aug 09, 2022 and took it for return on Aug 11, 2022.
Bought Hoover Vacume cleaner and it was faulty, air was leaking from top lid and I took it back to return the second day. their return policy is within 3 days. The customer reps attitude is so bad, the moment I told them I need to return this and take another unit. They refused to return and started arguing that this is fine it is not faulty. I explained to them that air is leaking and it is creating so much noise but they refused. I asked to talk to the manager but manager came and he said I can't speak english and just disappeared. The two customer rep guys I spoke to their attitude was so bad I am not sure why people like these are hired to face customers. My advise to all of you is go to SACO, Extra and actual Dealers even if you pay little bit extra money DO NOT go to these random shops. Once if you have any issues and you will talk to then you will find out how bad is their customer support. I will try my best to report to all possible ways to spread about this bad customer support. . Since it was a faulty product and the sales guy was forcing us to take it back we left the product in the shop and walked away....I hope and wish that the higher management OR owner of this company can read this post to talk to employees and teach them how to handle OR talk to customers... and help us to resolve this matter.
