Very tasty food, extremely cheap, the best was the chicken shish. Portion size is very good too. If your English just use google translate to communicate with them as they only speak Arabic

Which was a fair climb upstairs so if you are with kids and stroller be ready for the climb
The shawerma plates were good and fresh with good sized portions.
The shawerma in shami bread was so so.
Had a very cozy family section with all tables having the privacy doors.
Arabic mezze platter came with fresh warm bread.
Waiting time was quite a bit. We waited around 20 minutes even to get our mezze plate.

The food is great 👍 nice way of serving. Special door for family so you can sit with your wife and children alone in very nice room setups (6 chairs big tabel with door that can be shut). Love the place and the food. Waitress was a bit nervous I think she was new tot the job. But a pleasant experience

Absolutely do not come here. Unprofessional staff obviously not trained and do not know their own menu and served half the items in take-away plastic bags + the waiter on our table was definitely sick but still kept serving food! The price is not very affordable and expected looking at some of its rating, but stating the above and adding that the taste was very very mediocre, my experience here was terrible.
We had the most suggested items being hummus, chicken shawarma and fruit cocktail for dine-in family sections. All very much below average but if there is one thing it is the serving size that wasn’t bad.

Staff said we have to wait 30 minutes for 2 manakeesh. They give priority to delivery drivers and not walk-in customers. Bad customer experience. Not recommended.

We tried mix meat platter. Everything was really fresh and tasty. BBQ was really tasty and well cooked. The salad was really good too. It was enough for 2 persons. Quantity of rice is good too. Only mutton pieces were a bit hard to chew and it felt like they were old. Also they don't give you yogurt or mix yogurt with this platter. You to have to purchase separately.
Value for money is okay. But they need to adjust there prices accordingly because for me the prices are high. However you get the quality food but still they should lower the price. Anyways worth a try.

first time to try they’re food and it’s so satisfying, it’s delicious and amazing, we didn’t expect it but we’re happy we try this food, surely we’ll visit again to try more of they’re menus.
The Bengali staff here is very rude with the customers, they will get this restaurant closed.
It’s good for a fast food place. The prices are a little higher but their wraps are good. I think your local cheap fatayer place will have better fatayer for a better price, but Alkhafeef is still a chain I’ll go back to. The place was clean though not cozy enough for me to want to sit in. Staff were super friendly to me and other customers who were present. I got the turkey saj which I love, and the lebnah and honey fateera which was decent.
Very good authantic Lebanese restairant .smiking and non smokimg . Has valet parking .try Hummus and the typical Lebanese mese .. perfect shish taouk and very good shawarma .

It was a nice experience, grill tasted decently as expected, delivered on time and reasonably priced menus
The restaurant smells a cooking gas, and the service was terrible( I got a new employee who couldn’t use their ordering system properly and that lead him to mix-up my order)
