Mr. Rahul is a highly skilled and experienced massage therapist. I recently had the pleasure of receiving a massage from him, and it was an exceptionally therapeutic and relaxing experience. His knowledge of massage techniques and Ayurvedic practices is extensive, and he was able to provide me with a truly personalized treatment. I highly recommend Mr. Rahul's services to anyone seeking a professional and rejuvenating massage experience.

In general, the experience didn't live up to my expectations. In my mind I imagined I’ll get a five star hotel like experience, but instead I got a motel 6’s. I was promised a healthy light meal that was not delivered, the steam room was off and I had to wait inside longer than I needed, and I was charged for access to the hot jacuzzi that I did not use and that was cold and not encouraging to get in. I gave this branch 2 stars but I’m planning to visit their upcoming new branch.

Clean , good massage and friendly staff.
Very disappointed. I booked a gift package that includes a morrocan bath and the guy doing the spa handed me the soap to rub it. What’s the point if I can’t get to my back. The Padi and Mani was good.

Only one room for the ladies! Hard to make reservations..
I have tried signature massage therapy, it was good, hot stones mixed with relaxation massage, the place is nice, however I didn’t like how they welcomed me and introduced the service, they just called and showed me the room, no changing rooms no guidance to the disposals wearing. I had to figured out this by my own, hence overpriced for 350 for normal massage and normal treatment.
They are meeting all the professional standards, and client satisfaction for Spa.

I paid 161 SR for 45 Mins of the worst foot massages anyone could ever have .. definitely not coming back again

Disappointing the Arab therapist seem to be unskilled in massage therapy. A waste of time!

A good place to relax starting from the wide relaxing waiting area at the reception with free hot and cold drinks. Interior of the entrance is eye catching but once you go inside it’s just another massage center like others..
I had a pedicure for feet and hands 10/10 , very good hand skills and perfect results.
I also had massage, it was almost 40 mins , the ambiance of the massage room is very relaxing with dim light and music and small shower room inside , the massage itself was average 7/10

كانت الابهر والغضاريف متعبتني ولكن ماقصر فرمتني فرمتة، اضافة الى ان المكان نظيف والريحة تفتح النفس، اللي يبغا مساج حقيقي لا يتعدا المكان ذا.
عندهم مسبح وجاكوزي وبخار وساونا وحمام مغربي.
يستحق الزيارة 🌷

I had a very pleasant time in the Spa and Wellness centre, book a 1 hr Swiss massage that was tailored to my needs, staff are very professional and the equipment and products are of the highest quality.
After my treatment I relaxed with a coffee and some nuts in the quiet room.
Once l was content I move though to the relaxation suite, nice steam room, and jacuzzi.
Staff always seem to be on hand to take care of your need.
It's expensive but I was very happy with the whole package.

The actual service was good but I was overcharged with an additional 700SAR then returned to clear out the matter and I was informed that it will take 3 days to transfer back and up until today it’s been around a month with no amount returned. which is such a disappointment from an internationally well known hotel like the four seasons

Booked a massage for hubby as a gift and asked them to bring him a cake after the treatment. The person on the phone was very helpful and my husband had the chance to book his appointment at the time he preferred and he enjoyed it very much

Best bath in Riyadh. The service is outstanding. Staff are polite. I had a terrible long standing anxiety and tension headache that are properly treated or at least subsided after the massage. I highly recommend the place.

It was average I took thier offer 4x1 for 200sr it's not worth it the massager was soft even tho I told him to pressure more...
