Usually need to book a table but I went lunch this time and it was available. Good service, good English. I wanted meatballs because it was in the images, but there wasn't any, so I went for seafood pasta.

There was no bowl or plate provided for shells, and I didn't want to put it on the table, so I put it in a butter bowl.

The food tasted great (strong garlic). However, I was disappointed in the size and quantity of the seafood. In the entire dish were only 2 prawns. There's only a few mussels. 1 shell was empty... some other shells were so thin it was almost nothing (1 of them had a broken shell stuck to it). Mussels are usually the biggest in the winter, it was snowing and cold, so I had assumed they would have at least been an average size mussel, but they were all tiny! It was the beginning of April. Perhaps Swedish mussels are this size? It would be better not to have gotten mussels at all. So I felt it was overpriced due to lack of seafood (275)

The video is what I was served so you can see the size of mussels and missing mussels (just a shell). Originally thought it fell out into the dish but there was nothing.

Getting another dish could be more worthwhile.

Ok so I am breaking down my review into two parts. One for the overall normal experience and the other for the special occasion.

1) Food: All the appetizers and main courses were tasty. The combo of flavors is definitely on point. Though for the lobster bisque I would personally prefer some lobster bits in it and the entrecôte ribeye itself can be a bit higher quality (nitpicking) but the seasoning and taste is good. The portions were just right so we weren’t too full or starving.

2) The service was great. Our waitress was super friendly and knew how to work the table! Honestly I don’t have too much to say because the service was that good.

3) Atmosphere was ok. Nothing stands out too much, it was fine. It could be a bit more spacious, since we bumped into the table behind us sometimes when we got up, but it was not like we couldn’t get out at all. Also parking might be a problem unless you go to the narrow parking garage nearby.

4) Price is high. It is an expensive restaurant but you get what you paid for…sort of. I think some dishes are definitely overpriced like the entrecôte which cost 450kr! Again the restaurant is located in Östermalm, an upscaled area, so what did I expect. Nevertheless, it is pricey but at least you will get good food.

So the special occasion is the reason why I am not giving a five star. It is unfortunate but I can’t ignore it.

We were there because we were celebrating a birthday. We brought a cake and asked if they could refrigerate it and serve it afterwards. Some places would do it for free, some would charge a small service charge. Both options are fine. But for how much we were spending there, I thought they would do it for free. Other restaurants might decline but that’s rare. Instead came the absolute shock of my life.

The waitress told us they could do it for a service fee, which is fine but it was for per person! I repeat, the service fee was for per person! I am not joking. The service fee ended up costing more than the cake. In fact, you could have gotten an appetizer and a main. It was ridiculously expensive. Even the waitress thought it was extremely unfair. But since it was new years soon and we weren’t gonna see each other for a while, and not to ruin the mood, we paid for the service fee.

That why I can’t give a full five star, I mean you are only giving us some plates and cutleries, why are you charging so much?? For per person??? Even though not all of us had the cake…..
We had there our Company Christmas dinner. A lot of space to dine. Spacious dance floor. Place for band to play. Dinner was served in form of Swedish Table: herrings, meat, vegetable carresole. Sweet table and candy table. As well schnapps, beer, julmast and soda to drink. Overall, really good experience for Swedish Christmas Dinner. There could be more variety of warm dishes and meat dishes but it's just my own preference.

Loved this place. Authentic Swedish food in a great environment that only gets better as the night moves on. Fantastic vegetarian options that incorporate Swedish traditional foods.

Quite nice location with a pretty good service concept. Huge wine card and a great food menu. Our personal service employee even knew a little German.

One of Stockholms best venues for events and parties. The venue was super pretty and gave a luxury atmosphere white the food held the same standards with some really delicious courses. Melted in your mouth.
I celebrated my 40th birthday here. It turned out to be the best birthday I've celebrated.

Absolutely fantastic food, amazing staff (I wish I knew the name of the woman and man taking care of our party) and location. The location. Spectacular.

Go there. Enjoy the food, the drinks, the environment.

You will not regret it.

I can't wait to visit again.
I bit limited and boring food. Meatballs are ok but variations and better menu inspiration would be better.

I ordered meatballs however the mashed potatoes weren’t done. Persona taking my ordered should have known this beforehand and informed me before taking my order.

Instead I was forced to wait.

Person taking my order said she would come out with my order but never did. Once I asked for it the mashed potatoes were done but my order was forgotten.

They employ very young children/adolescents who knows nothing about service. Disappointing.

Du choix, des prix raisonnables, boissons et salades à volonté.
The plant store is a pleasure to visit. The selection is excellent. The café offers a fine selection of tasty vegetarian meals. It is cozy and warm. All in all it is a pleasant visit.
The food was delicious and the 7 course Christmas table was totally amazing. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere festive. The reason that I put 4 stars instead of 5 is that compared to other Christmas table of similar quality was a bit pricey, almost 900kr per person and the coffee was not included. I would recommend it for someone that would like to have a nice Christmas table for first time for sure.

It’s very crowded during weekend lunch time. Perhaps because a lot of other restaurants are not open in the winter season. Food was so so.

Barely warm food served. But you won't have too many options of the place to eat in the park.

Nice meatballs and mesh potatoes I had for lunch. Cost 135 SEK. Clean and nice restaurant. The drinking water is free.
Big and way too many plants to choose a few. So many options and it is like a patadise that you do not want to leave. Awesome experience and will be coming back for sure.

the food is very tasty, the service is very good, but they fail to have few options for non-alcoholic drinks. The julbord is fantastic!

It’s my first time at Emmer and let’s just say, the reputation is well deserved. Food is organic, well thought out and delicious. Beautiful designer interior, professional, polite and non intrusive staff. The view will also not disappoint. We will be back for more.
One of the best atmosphere cafe I have ever been in Sweden
they have very creative cakes, clean bathrooms and you can buy the plants/ flowers too
also plenty of parking slots
This place not only have a shop but also a restaurant. You can buy simple desserts or eat a vegetarian buffet. The food is delicious and the staffs are nice and have a good customer service. As for the shop, it's huge, hence the large greenhouse and there are a lot of different types of plants and vegetables you can buy (depending on the season). There are some cats at the place, so if you're extremely allergic to cats I suggest you bring some antihistamines, but they are extremely tamed, so there shouldn't be any problems.
Very nice place, with several green houses and thousands of plants! If you need seeds, you can find them here, or all sort of pots and soil. Great place even for a walk! And if you go in the season, you can pick your own vegetables and flowers 😍

We went here for the New Years celebration and were impressed with their efficiency given the massive number of people. The food itself was also very good—we got meatballs and a hamburger, and an adorable frog-shaped pastry—and surprisingly affordable given its proximity to the New Years stage. People working there were quite nice despite it being absurdly busy. They could perhaps clarify more that there are two lines —one for the alcohol and another for the food—and it was a bit had to find a table, but these are minor points. Overall a quite enjoyable dinner and a good place to spend New Years!
Went there for Julbord end of November for 695kr per person. The seating environment was nice and cozy. The food was good but lack of vegetarian choices compared to other Julbord of this price level. The waitress servicing our table was not particularly passionate but we did come across some other very nice staff.
A nice place to go and have fika or lunch at their cafe. The food is delicious. Be ready to stay in queues a lot because there are many who goes there during a weekend.

Plants are very good there but quite expensive. But it’s still a nice experience to go there and take a look on a big variety of plants they have and take a promenade there.

When it gets overcrowded it’s hard to find parking as well.

A true Julbord experience here! You will be greeted in a tent to hang up jacket and have glög first, then to the main house to be seated. You will have an instruction to tell you that you are supposed to get 7 plates!!! Beautiful surroundings and wonderful dining experience.

Were here for an early summer birthday dinner, and boy were we in for a treat! The tartar and the nettle soup were just perfect and the veal with morels were like entering seventh heaven! The service was a bit lazy at times, and would it have been a bit more friendly environment I would have gladly given five stars! The restaurant is a bit off if you are without a car, but being a bit off the grid also adds to the experience!

The restaurant has a very special and cozy atmosphere, the food is great in Swedish standard. Some staffs are very friendly while one or two is a bit snob (Doesn't change my view though) it is a must to be here for "Julbord"
