The hair cutter does not understand English and not good in hair cut / didn’t understand what I wanted and kind of forced me to say that she has done a good job !! Not worth the money paid at all

This is the best hair salon I have ever visited. I booked an appointment to have layers added to my hair, and the result was absolutely perfect! The service was highly professional, and the atmosphere was welcoming. I wholeheartedly recommend this salon!!

Mitt första besök hos den duktiga frisören Emili. Trevligt och professionellt bemötande är en garanti när du besöker denna salong. Emili är mycket lyhörd och tog till sig alla mina önskemål men kom samtidigt med egna förslag för bästa möjliga resultat. Blev mycket nöjd med både färgning och klippning. Resultatet överträffade alla förväntningar!

Johnny did an amazing job! After changing so many hair salons/barber shops I think I have finally found that suit me :)

The store is advertising 199kr for a haircut (right outside the room, because of a Taylor Swift event).

When I went there, the workers act rude and like you're crazy for asking about the discount and then they say it's 400kr and that there isn't a discount.

Good atmosphere, they listen to your suggestions and provide recommendations too. Cut hair as suggested, as I didn't want a lot of hair length reduction. And always end with a good hair styling based on hair type.

Jag har gått hos Roro i flera år och är så glad att jag hittade hit efter att ha varit hos flera olika frisörer inne i stan och aldrig hittade någon som har helheten. Roro är otroligt proffsig på alla delarna: färgbehandla, klippa och styla. Att hon dessutom har ett lugnt, trevligt och fint bemötande till alla kunder är en extra bonus⭐️.

Bästa frisören jag haft. Roro lägger verkligen sin tid på dig som kund vilket jag uppskattar (frisörer stressar normalt sett). Man blir alltid väl omhändertagen och får en att känna sig som hemma hos roros frisörsalong.

Jag har klippt mig hos Emili i 15 år och är alltid oerhört nöjd. Stilsäker med ett hjärta av guld!

Came in for a drop-in haircut and thought that the experience with the hairdresser would’ve been as convenient as the in-app experience.

When I got there for my booking the hairdresser wasn’t even in the shop. And when he arrived it seemed like he had been doing some shopping of his own in the area.

With no previous experience with Cutters, I expected at least a wash. Not only for the price point but at least to make his job easier. I asked for a trim of my medium-long haircut, but I ended up having to go to another hairdresser and make it shorter since the guy at Cutters messed up the front of my hair.

During the process, I noticed that he had a screen showing the time it took to cut the previous customer's hair. It said 13 minutes, which is way too short to make anything remotely decent, which I now had to experience personally. I’ve never before felt that I had to cover my head after a haircut until now.

I would’ve given the service a 1/5 due to the result but settled on a 2/5 due to the convenience the app brings. Cutters need to give their hairdressers a fair chance to do their work properly. Cutting hair at record time does not mean better service. Until then the app will remain in the app store and I will continue using smaller establishments that can deliver what they promise. Dem gjorde inte som jag ville. Färgade de brunt fast jag ville ha blont och började sminka mig med sitt privata smink, väldigt onöjd grät både i salongen och hela kvällen.

Very good hair salon, went for keratin treatment and very happy with results, moreover during the process felt experienced hand treating my hair at every step (by Rani). Took less than 2.5hours and 2.5k. Professional staff. It is located just outside solna centrum.

Amazing and professional hairstyle specialist and very supportive

As I am new to Sweden, I was extremely skeptical to get a haircut.I was worried whether the hairdresser will understand my hair texture and handle it with care. To my surprise, they made it feel like a breeze.Hygienic and excellent customer service.I was assigned someone who spoke English.Very polite and friendly people.I showed them a pic of the haircut I wanted and the hairdresser cut it exactly like that.So happy that I went to them for my first haircut in Sweden.

This definitely has to be the best hair salon we’ve visited in Sweden.

He cut my wife’s hair exactly like we wanted and even though he wasn’t so good at English he was courteous, welcoming and patient. We both were so impressed with his work.

The next time we’re in Solna we’ll definitely visit here if we need a hair cut.

I highly recommend getting your hair done here, if you’re a woman or a man.

Honest Feedback: Unfortunate Haircut Experience! 😔 I had a less-than-ideal haircut experience that left me dissatisfied. Although I provided clear instructions on my desired style, the outcome turned out to be significantly shorter than expected, leading to disappointment and frustration. It seems that the barber might need to improve his skills when it comes to simple styles. Also, I noticed that the overall cleanliness of the place could be improved.

Best hair hairdressers in the city. Very professional and nice staff. Mr. Sam is a wizard of the hairdressing, very talented and nice person. Definitely coming back, even if I move to another city.

Good haircut, except haircut I don’t like anything here. For eg: they should blow small hairs after haircut on face and in the head. Instead they just show once and try to apply wax. Cutters in Sollentuna is much better. Overall experience is not good.

I got a haircut before Christmas. The guy who helped me was both attentive and professional. As a person, I think he is both sympathetic and interested in me as a customer. My warmest recommendations to Besnik!

Att komma till Emili för första gången var en mycket positiv upplevelse.
Hon är mycket professionell , både när det gäller färg och klippning.
Dessutom tar hon hand om varje kund på ett mycket trevligt sätt så alla känner sig välkomna och sedda.

Ive been happy with my previous experiences but the last one was horrible. She didnt listen at all what I wanted. She told me that they had a competition who could sell the most products and got 5k for doing that. When I told her I had everything I needed she got quite and basically cut me in 2 mins and just said done and wanted me to go. She didn't clean of the accses hair and asked me to style my own hair. I oike cutters but I will not go back because I risk getting the same person.

Emili är jätteduktig, trevlig, professionell och tillmötesgående person. Hon är noggrann och släpper inte iväg kunden förrän hon är nöjd med sitt jobb.
Emili gjorde det som ingen annan frisör lyckats med. Hon fick mitt hår att bli kallt ljust och inte gult. Vilket är otroligt svårt pga att jag har mycket röda pigment.

Does what she wants without asking the client. I visited her once and she refused to thin out my hair like I wanted to even tho it was my regular routine. She also colored my mother in law’s hair dark without asking when she wanted blond hair. She ended up orange and had to pay fully. Will not recommend this hairdresser. To sum up, she does what she wants even tho it’s not the customers wish.

Went here after a recommendation from a friend and it was really good. Fast and cheap, remember to bring cash since it's a cash only place.

I paid less than half of what I usually pay in central Stockholm and the result was way better if you ask me.
