Jag köpte en Adventskalender där det ingick olika saker. En av dem var ett ljus 🕯️ som sprack och föll isär när det brann. Det visar på så dålig kvalitet!
I needed toner for my hair that I had colored at home as it turned orange. The girls at the store were so so helpful and knowledgeable! I tried it now and my hair is completely natural and restored! Thank you so so much❤️

Theyre security guards are absolutely not friendly. If you are a teen they follow you like crazy! I understand they have to look out for thiefts but they could be a little less obvious.But cashiers were very nice.b
Smelled really good in there I got the mango hand cream it was not sticky but my hand felt hydrated great customer service as well

Stort tack till tjejen som jobbade mot kvällen idag! Otroligt grym service! Jag och min sambo blev väldigt nöjda och samtidigt positivt överraskade då hon förklarade bokstavligen varje produkt för oss! 11/10 ⭐
Bad service, unmotivated personnel. Kicks management it would be good if you visit your stores from time to time and see what kind of service you’re customers are getting! Communication skills would be a good starting point. Good luck! Visited the store on the 29th of December 2022.

Poor customer service. I wanted to purchase a foundation (525SEK) so obviously wanted to check the color first. The test bottle was empty so asked for help. The lady said "no can't do anything about it. Go to Åhléns instead" I was surprised by this answer.. no effort to even ask any questions or try to help. Left the store and went to Åhléns and received much better service there and made my purchase. That's 525 SEK lost because of your bad service.

I was being assisted with makeup by a makeup artist, then a short middle East Iranian looking team leader with big big fillers lips came and started raising her Voice that We were taking a long time ( 10 mins )She stressed her collegue infront of EVERYONE! And also started exchanging words with me in a heatet conversation. So unproffessional. Remember everyone is watching.
Its not really the time, But her whole attitude towards me as a customer, who had piled up mechandise for 200 dollars. Ended up taking only half of it just because I felt so stressed and very disappointed

Friendly and helpful staff but Rituals is not a customer friendly shop - I can not recommend shopping here. Products are cultural appropriation to the max and not allergy-friendly. Gift given for starting a membership was later redubbed "gift with purchase" and charged for.
Good and big beauty shop
I cut my hair at Elwira who is amazing and has golden hands! Highly recommend her. My hair used to not grow so much after a certain length and after I cut my hair at Elwira, it grew and regenerated really well. She is very professional, patient and thorough in her work as well while showing kindness.
Mediocre sales representatives, They were all busy talking with eatch other and randomly moving in and out of the store.
As well many products ingredients are not very clean so please read carefully, and some of them are rip off especially body scrubs and some body lotions.

Nice and very big store! Definitely nothing compared to their website (where you can get lost) but there you don't get the personal touch. They also cut hair here, which I think requires booking. But can't review that as I've never cut my hair here.

Went to find some new foundation and was slightly in a hurry... they ended up giving me small pots so I can try the foundation at home... Best customer experience ever!!!
The worst service in history, advertising puts on all skin types, attendant are the worst. I bought the wrong product because I wanted oil for dry skin, but even if coconut perfume is good, the product is okay, very bad service!
Good selection of products. Staff was somewhat helpful. I did end up returning my products however as Mac had the same products at a better price.

Jag förbannar migsjälv att jag inte fick hennes namn, men hon hjälpte mig hitta rätt, och var ärlig med vilka produkter jag borde investera i när jag förklarade vad jag var ute efter (har en tendens att vara köpa allt jag ser), var extremt trevlig, och väl kunnig i allt makeup!
Sedan när jag skulle betala så ringde hon chefen för hjälp med mitt kort, och chefen var också så hjälpsam och trevlig!

Depends on who work there. My first day experience was too good. Because I got full attention and bought so many things. Then 3-4 times I was there, I didn't get much help. Now I am little bit disappointed on their service.

Very good Shop for cosmetics.. Products are really good for both men and women.. all the products had a TRY ME sample which is a plus...price is affordable and members have a 20% discount on seasons and bday ...the staff gave good suggestions and walked through benefits.. he was very friendly and does his job with satisfaction...overall i strongly recommend
Awful staff! They were so rude towards me and my friend I was absolutely speechless. I will never shop at this store kicks again. I spent a lot of money at kicks, over 10 000 this past year, but I will no longer support a company that hires people that treat others so unfair and snotty. I will not contribute to their pay checks any longer.

Hyckleri. Beställde produkter på nätet till en nära vän som ska fylla år imorgon och något fel skedde med leveransen (som förövrigt tar 10+ dagar) . Jag tar kontakt med kundservice och dom ber mig köpa likadana produkter från butiken istället. Jag förklarar att jag behöver öppet köp isf för att distansköplagen inte gäller i butik, kundservice säger att det inte är några problem. Köper likadana produkter från butik och ska lämna tillbaka dem 1 dag efter för att min vän inte tål produkterna, får svar av butikschefen att dom inte har öppet köp och att dom inte kan hjälpa mig. Fyfan att ni lurar era kunder på detta vis. Anmälan till konsumentverket är gjord.

MAC har utan tvekan det bästa sminket, man får betala lite mer, men här får man verkligen kvalité för pengarna. Alla andra märken inom makeup är totalt slöseri med pengar.
