The food tasted ok so the seasoning was good but the execution was not up to par. Ordered seafood linguini and the pasta was undercooked. A few minutes more and it might reach al dente. Also the octopus was poorly rinsed and some pieces still had the slimy bits on them. This together with too much starch in the sauce gave it all a disappointing experience. The starter was really good though.
Good bread and that’s about it. Meatballs are incredibly salty, I drank about three glasses of water and continually feeling salty after I left the restaurant.
I had the Entercote Steak cooked to Medium, it was a nice cut, came with a side of tomato and some kind of a cheesy dip which I only had for the last few bites - nice. I asked them to switch the fries to a salad and they gladly did. Would definitely come again.
Really nice venue in a quiet part of the city. I really loved both the meatballs and the salmon toast with omelette. The service was really fast and welcoming! I recommend this place if you want to taste some typical swedish food!

Well cooked food. Big buffet with a large variety of dishes. Nice atmosphere. Spacious interiors. A perfect choice after a long morning walk along the Baltic Sea.

Really nice place for dinner. Classic dishes and extensive wine list. Meat from the grill would be my first choice and their fresh oysters

Amazing food. We had the mixed plate with various steakes. It was perfectly cooked, perfect sauces and one of the best fries we ever had. The staff was super friendly and provided excellent service. I will definitely be back
Why go further than you need to? Found this by accident, very close to central station, well hidden behind a quite anonymous entrè.

Food is very tasty and seemed quite authentic, like I had been eaten in Italy. In the restaurant they only serve cooked food types, there is also a pizzeria in the next building, but it belongs to the same place. Staff is respectful and helping. They have also good Italian wines. Was quite a pleasure to eat here.

We were very happy to have found this place. The food was excellent and the patio in the courtyard is very secluded and great for meeting and chatting with old friends. Both the Swedish and Italian meals were yummy. Highly recommended.

Really enjoyed this place, ordered the Swedish meatballs and the cod fish both were very delicious. The staff are very nice and fast serving. Highly recommended
We went here on a whim. The starter the beet salad had such delicious beets and the flavours mixed so well. The main was exquiaite, the pork belly was aimply devine. And last but not least their dessert, the meringue in the Eton Mess was simply to die for.

I think their chicken phó is amazing. From their lunch menu, I also really like their chicken and rice dish.
For dinner, they have some delicious spring rolls as a starter and a delectable green tea ice cream.

Come to visit thw place because of my 30th bday. We had a very nice bottle of champagne, recommended by our server, it was fantastic. We both had a medium tenderloin steak, it came with bearnese sauce, red wine gravy, beans and fries/new potato. We also tried the creme brulee and the truffle as desserts. Amazing, truly delicious. We definitely recommend to try this place, best steak I have ever had so far😍 we will be back!

The decoration of the place and the food are excellent. I ordered my steak without any sauce because I have an allergy to eggs, so they instead served me some salad aside. The good quality of the meat is noticeable too.
There were 3 waiters and people were sitting at 4 tables. We were waiting for half an hour and we weren't served at all, although the waiters were busy chatting to each other. Big disappointment in such a charming place.

Being located in Ideon science park, Edison is very close to my office and I have been a customer since they opened.
When they opened in 2012 (?) they were amazing with generous sized portions, and you were able to go back and ask for more if you weren't full. They have become more snål and expensive over the years, which is in itself understandable, but the food in general maintains a high level of quality.
Unlike many Swedish restaurants where you leave your tray of dirty plates on a shelf when you are done, here you are expected to sort your dirty dishes and rubbish / food waste - the only thing you don't do is start the dishwasher pretty much. Furthermore, the lines for collecting the food are long and chaotic, avoid this place at 12pm (going around 12:40 is a much quieter alternative)
My biggest and probably most legitimate complaint about Edison and the lower rating is the girl manning the cafe. She has been there since opening, and I have been coming in for years. She is always surly and indifferent, sometimes doesn't even greet me, has never bothered to learn my name and despite me ordering the same kind of coffee, there is zero proactivity. Clearly she either doesn't like me, or is in the wrong kind of job.
The other staff are friendly, especially the guys serving the food, and the food is on the whole very good. Now lunch costs 105:- excluding coffee so one needs to look at the menu and make sure it's appealing.
When it comes to coffee - its good there is a backup plan when our office cafe is closed (which is light years better when it comes to service and value) but I never feel welcome or glad when I am served by this Edison staff member.

Nice local restaurant in at the east side of Södermalm. We went here spontaneously, and they had lots of free spots and the waiter told as that we could have a seat wherever we wanted. This waiter was really joyful our whole visit, with a big smile on his face. Our waitress that evening was also sweet, but not as friendly as the other person.
The food was really delicious. I started with a classic Swedish starter, toast skagen. It was quite a big portion for being a starter, which I appreciated. The meatballs I had later on were also great.

Expansive low budget rice restaurant
Ordered rice meal for 125 SEK. Got 90% rice, approximately 45g meat and 10 ultra thin slices of vegetables.
Order than extra large portion for 135 SEK and got approximately 60g meat and even more rice and no vegetables

Food was delicious! We sat in the patio and it had a great atmosphere. Highly recommend!
My husband and I were looking for a place for dinner and after only 10 minutes wait, they prepared a table for us. We ordered the typical meatballs, grilled venison, a warm baked chocolate tart, and a bier. The dishes were well presented, tasty and the portions were good. We spent SEK 756.00 that I consider a good price for what was offered. Nice restaurant and atmosphere, I think very good also for a cocktail.
Had a meal there as part of a conference dinner during the summer. We had drinks in the patio, the outdoor temperature was perfect for it, and moved inside for the meal. Everything was delicious, the service was efficient and very friendly. The lemon cake dessert with white chocolate sauce tasted as good as it looked.

This review is based on the quality of this place’s brunch buffet.

My colleagues and I had a Saturday lunch at this place. The place was deserted sadly, but the staffs were attentive to us. The food was excellent and the cocktails were amazing. There was just one problem when there was a hair on our butter and the waitress removed it immediately, but it was rather awkward

Really decent vegetarian food, friendly and professional staff and my meat-eater friends were happy with their meatballs. The indoor premises are small and a bit too crowded, it gets quite noisy too but overall a really nice experience!
Good food but very small portions compared with similar restaurants in the area. You have to pay extra for a larger portion!!
Been here twice and although I really like Bistros this just isn't my place. The food is alright but nothing more; there's nothing wrong with it but neither is there anything special. Just the other day I had the Secreto Iberico and for 300 kr I'd expect a little more to be honest.
Service was friendly and the place is set up nicely and spacious. All in all good for both a lunch or dinner if you're nearby but don't go the extra mile.

I rarely eat alone but this place was perfect for alone or with a ton of people. It was just darn comfortable.

Nice atmosphere, pleasant service. Great to not have background music which just raises the volume all round. Delicious steak frites!
Their cutlery and glasses are always dirty! Got lipstick on the things more than twice, the cups with bad smell. Last time I got blonde hair in my salad and I am not blonde- I was without my phone otherwise the picture would be here. Just imagine how is the kitchen inside you can’t see. Once I ordered a mango salad, it came mellow instead but nobody told me in advance. Rice was badly cooked, almost raw. Tasteless sauce. Long lines. I don't think it's worth the price.

Really tasty Vietnamese food in the heart of Malmö. You can order a la carte, but we all decided to order different variations of their favorite and tasting menus. For all the menus you basically get a platter of appetizers and then you choose a main dish. Can be made vegan too of desired. All items we had were very tasty, but the only downside was the size of the dishes compared to the price.

Ok French place . Food was as expected bit nothing more. Service could have been a bit more attentive but friendly. Clean place in general and the ambient noise quite low. So perfect place to bring you're grandparents
Har varit här flera gånger, tyvärr så har jag inte provat så många av deras rätter då jag har fastnat för deras tonfisksallad. Och även om jag inte förstår vad rå blomkål har i mat att göra så samspelar mango tonfisk och chili så bra att jag kommer tillbaka igen och igen.

The shrimp and roe toast was excellent! The meatballs were decent (didn’t realize they contained pork which I can’t eat so my partner rated those). The mushroom toast just average. Lovely atmosphere though!

Best food for lunch, my favorite spot for swedish lunch restaurant in town. Good price and great lunch choice from fish, meat, chicken, vegetarian and more. I having kålpudding on the picture, taste wonderful. One of my favorite menu in the restaurant.

I thought the food choice was very solid as it offers a good variety of dishes that propose new interesting combinations of flavours and tastes.

Nice place to dine. I liked the atmosphere. The waiter that received us was not so nice, but the waitress that served us was the best, she gave us good tips on specials and the food was superb

During lunch, a tasty and generous buffet is served. Well worth a visit.
Excellent! We had a really nice brunch. It was a buffet with cold options and one warm plate from the kitchen that you can order between 5 different options. The buffet had fresh bread, cheese, saurcream, salad... And juice, dessert and coffee included.
They also offered options for gluten free diet.
Special bonus for the waiters. We will definitely return there.

Google has it down as greek in the short details. That was years ago. Now it’s more french bistro. They have wonderful mole-monday.

Helt OK lunchrestaurang. Stora och bra lokaler centralt i Nacka Strand. Trevlig personal. Bufféupplägg med flera olika rätter. God men lite kall mat. Kanske inte kall men ljum. Kul med en klassisk diskbana ;-) Rent och välstädat. Gott kaffe och rimliga priser. 115 kr och 105 med stamgästkort.
Would definitely recommend the mussels, delicious. Nice outside area on the street when it's warm. Great cocktails too. Friendly service.
A nice place, nothing amazing, just good food. I will come again, I enjoyed it. And not to expensive at all, very much worth the price, I even got free coffee and a cookie with my lunch! Nice vegetarian option, good Tofu. And I always enjoy a good soup in the cold Skånish winter :)

Great service, quite upscale crowd. You'd want to be a bit formally dressed to melt in. The food quality is very good, nice Swedish touch to international dishes and lots of classic Swedish dishes too. I recommend this place for both lunch and dinner, business or pleasure. No party vibe though!

Extraordinary service in a very stylish and cool setting. Perfect for a business dinner as it was quiet enough to have quality discussions but not awkwardly silent at all. The menu was fabulous and very Swedish. The prices were classic Stockholm high end, expected and worth it. I had mushroom toast and salmon.

Good value Thai lunch. SEK55 is one of the better deals for lunch in Lund 2018. Currently cut off by the tram construction, if you work around Ideon it is worth it to hike over and grab some good Thai takeaway.

God mat ofta kan det vara lite starkt men aldrig mycket aå det är inte någon fälla. Maten är ganska billig för 55 kr kan du äta inne och ingår liten sallad till maten. Studenter kan betala 50 kr om de tar med sig maten. Det som kan vara dåligt är att de ofta inte har alla 6-7 rätter inne när man kommer på dagen så vissa rätter är svåra att få tag i.

Pizza here is excellent. The alacarte has been a disappointment. But go for the pizza: the wait may be long so book if you can. The waitress is fantastic, she is fast and well able to deal with the always busy restaurant floor. The pizza has good authentic ingredients and plenty of flavor.

Typical Swedish food. Warm atmosphere but I think they should be a little bit more generous with the amount of protein in their meals 😊
