Best Food processing equipments in Singapore

I would agree with most reviews... Terms of service very bad and Yes.. the Boss is very rude. This brand is absolutely NO to me again even I have to get abit more expensive equipment from others.

Horrible boss who is non Singaporean. Claims to be an expert in selling kitchen equipment. But cannot even do basic customer support and after sales.

Bought an industrial equipment with PSG. But was the wrong type, result in constant burnt and quality drop. Kept pushing customer against convenience in their aim to minimize cost such as storage and transport.

Worst is cannot even provide basic troubleshooting and still claim he is an expert. His ego is more important than customer EXPERIENCE!

AVOID AT ALL COST!!

Updates on Dec 23: now the Teflon scrap for the wok fryer worn off just 4 mths into light usage! (Due to constant burn) For ref my previous wok’s scrapper lasted 2 years! Best part, they view this as wear and tear and is charging us $1k to replace them!

One of the worse owner I have ever met!!!! Scolding vugularities, rude to customer. Thinking he is above and beyond!! I believe the owner is called Lam, AVOID AT ALL COST. He thinks he know it all but in fact he knows NOTHING!! ARROGANT, ROWDY, ILL MANNERED OWNER!!!!! Piece of s*** company.

Look at all the Glassdoor review..just take your money and go elsewhere

This one star is given to that "good" attitude and brainless owner. Please think again before you buy his equipment especially their refrigerator. His technician and him has no knowledge on how to repair the fridge. That owner talk c**k only and act like he know everything but actually he doesn't.

If you read the reviews here you have been warned about the unscrupulous owner of this business.
My machine broke down and we called their number for assistance. The owner started by shouting over the phone stating that i owe him money without even any verification. After that, he asked his staff to fix our machine but there were no parts available. The fee he quoted was over the top. Half the price of a brand new machine in fact.
So please, take the reviews seriously and take your money elsewhere.

Misleading sales, did not get grant due to misinformation by salelady. Also, installation was bad. After installation, all the mess created by the installer was not cleaned up. Box, packaging and all the hacked bits of wall all over the table and equipment was not bothered to be wiped. Had to rewash all the fork and spoons and equipment nearby. Dishwasher is not really great quality and the installer installed the chemical tubes opposite to what the labels mentioned. Luckily the dishwashing solution salesman we reached out to was nice enough to make the swap for us FOC.

We had a terrible experience with the owner of this company. First, he was very rude on the phone I emailed for a quotation.
We overlooked that & went to look at the equipment keeping an open mind but were shocked at his racist remarks towards us. I feel bad for his staff working there as they are of the same ethnicity as me and I wonder how he must treat them.
The warehouse is cluttered & mismanaged. We were made to wait for a long time despite having an appointment. There don't seem to be any fixed prices as what he tells you from his list are different from he quotes you. Also while booking the product, whether you're asked to pay 50% upfront (like all equipment manufacturers in Singapore) or 100% (what he asked us) depends upon race.
It looks like we were not the only ones who faced problems with him based on the other reviews here. I'm so glad we did not purchase anything from him as others have mentioned his after sale service is terrible.
