Shocking cold double cheeseburger. Get anything else but this.
$7 for Nacho loaded fries. The amount of nachos is pathetic.
The burger is sooo sooo soooo freaking amazing.. the taste just too perfect, i cant describe.. probably the best burger i’ve ever eaten.. the milkshake but probaby the worst, because its too sweet! Its like ice cream + many sugar.. the ketchup tomato use heinz and its so good! U gotta try.. the potato fries was soooo freaking big size.. hahaha, i cant finish it because its too much.. its too pricy i think.. but totally worth it for a new experience.. the place is clean..
One of the best burger in Singapore. Highly recommend. Indoor table temperature is cold, make sure you bring a jacket if would like to stay long.
Burger is big and thick. Toppings are fresh and patties is charred nicely.
Fries are made from real whole potatoes with skin on. Crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside.

Milk shake is good. $11 and you can add different toppings to have alittle crunch when drinking it.
However it will be even better if bigger straw is given. It’s kind of hard to suck the milkshake up.

This is not my first time being here and the impression was so good because of the super kind staff. That is why I love to come here for my meals(of course, all the food are great). But last time I visited here, I found some problems. I care this restaurant, so I disappointed. And it happened. The manager cared about it, she took my opinion seriously. I could feel her sincerity. She was so professional and enjoying her job with high responsibilities. I am so happy to see her and appreciate her listening to me.
I cannot imagine how this Shake Shack Great World to be better and nicer with her amazing management. I am so glad to be here again, definitely sure coming back again and again. It would be the No.1 in Singapore!

I ordered the ncb with single beef patty.
Beef patty is medium done, tender and juicy.
Special sauce has a hint of sourness which balances the sweetness from the toasted buttery bun.
The set comes with options of fries or onion rings and a drink.
Fries are decent. Sauces available only maggi ketchup and chilli.
For handcrafted drinks, options of Milo beverages are available. I chose the lemon tea and regretted. It is very sweet, seems to be heavily processed and not homemade at all.
Price point is high for a set meal, close to 20 dollars. Ala carte burger starts at about 12 dollars. Self service only and trays to be returned like a fast food outlet.

Had the DCB – which is the original burger with 2 patties for roughly $15.
They cook the patty medium by default which is great but the burger bun was very soggy as a patties had a lot of sauce.
The service was self-serve so not much to rate – except that when I asked where the tray return was I was just pointed without any acknowledgement

We visited ShakeShack on a Saturday for dinner, the walk-in wait was around 10-15 minutes for seats. Ordered the ShackBurger Single ($9.90), 2 ShackBurger Double ($13.70 each), SmokeShack Single ($11.80), Cheese Fries ($6.30) and a small Fresh Lemonade ($4.30). There is also a self-service area for different sauces, water and an automated hand washer.
All the burgers were great and to our individual liking, except for my SmokeShack, the next time I will ask for lesser chopped cherry pepper, its was alittle too much for me after eating half the burger. Cheese Fries was a little soggy, we couldn't poke it with the fork provided. Lemonade was refreshing but a tad sour.
IMO definitely worth a visit, although the price is on the pricier side for all their foods/drinks. The service was alright. This place is ideal for small to big group of family/friends but have to wait for indoor table, otherwise outdoor is faster/immediate. Or you may check out their Jurong outlet, I feel there's lesser crowd there and more tables available.

Great late night snacks, if you’re looking to have better-than-McD’s-burger over 10PM. Brioche buns are a plus, but the price is a bit steep. Would recommend if you haven’t tried Shake Shack before.
Great day at shake shack! The fries is crispy and taste so good even without any sauce, but the mustard sauce tasted so good too!
I enjoyed the shroom burger! They “fried” the mushroom and everything is just so good. I love their lemonade too, it’s so refreshing when it’s such a hot weather!

Staff were friendly and tried their best to help. The girl from the kiosk outside also personally led me into the store and helped me with my order with the counter staff since I was asking about some promotion.

I don’t eat so much burgers but this is one of the best burgers with nice sauce which you will like 👍. I like the shroom burger , the vegetarian option. And the coffee shakes. Whenever I come to garden by the bay , I will choose to eat my meal here. Thanks for sharing your service to us.
We came by chance to this place while in Singapore, both of my kids liked the burgers and the chicken nuggets, the fries were good as crispy as well. The service was good and fast, once we were done a member of the staff helped us to clear our table. I would recommend this place if you are in this beautiful area.
Overall the quality burger was good, bun is soft and not soggy, patty good juicy and tasty and great to had mustard in sachet, although the service little bit slow.

It's a burger with a thick patty that's hard to eat in one bite. It is good to choose various sauces and vegetables to suit your taste. Potatoes fried with peanut oil taste savory. I recommend a shake as a drink here.

Great burgers when the feature is customizing what comes with the burgers. A single patty with cheese - little cheese burger, feeds well. Patty is nicely done, burger bun holds it well together. The fries are thick cut and crisp, one of the best fries in a burger joint. Burgers a little more costly than average. Labour intensive since there's hardly any automation in their processes. And the kitchen has to handle many many take-out and delivery orders even if the place looks empty, hence expect a fairly long wait.
Visited this on a weekday later afternoon. The whole restaurant is empty. Best ever place to enjoy their food, chit chat with friends with such a big space.

Rather pay $10 more for Shakeshack than to eat something i can make at home. Bun is super soggy and the burger tastes really bad for this price point. Wonder who will bother giving 400 4 star reviews. Wouldn’t even eat the food if i wasn’t very hungry. Food took 1.5 hours to arrive. Cooks in your kitchen don’t seem to have good time management
Generally I find that the whole experience okay.

My first time here and it didn't disappoint! I ordered bacon cheeseburger + all toppings. Its was so flavorful, the beef patty was so juicy omg! The burger was big enough and the fries completes the meal. I also ordered their salted caramel milkshake which I think was the best J had in Singapore. Total price was about $40 but I stayed there for an hour as well. Atmosphere was cosy and the service was really quick. Definitely a must try! 👌🏼

Always wanted to try this place due to its NSFW name, and I've heard good things about it. Got the double beef burger (DBC) & spicy chicken burger (CB), added on the meal & opted for both onion rings & French fries with iced lemon tea (+$4.50) & Milo milkshake (+$6).
Will recommend the beef burger here (served medium rare), it was the highlight of the meal. Beef patties were well-marinated & full of flavour! Buns (both burgers) were great too, super soft & fluffy!! Milo milkshake was super gao and not so sweet!! Best to finish it when it's still cold.

Good food, but always a bit dirty. Flies/dirt in the trash area and tables not very clean. As much as i love the food, the hygiene in the restaurant makes me wonder if it's also not clean in the kitchen. I come for the antibiotics free chicken nuggets.
Taste was good as usual but the service in this place was sooo slow. It took 30 minutes to wait for your order, and after my wife yelled at them, just waited another 2 minutes to get the food.

Excellent cheeseburger. Added additional patty for $2.50. When eaten fresh at store, patty was juicy and the cheese complimented the patties so well. Got the large fries $13.50 and it was impossible to finish among 2 guys because they fill the cup till it overflows into the bag. much better than shake shack burgers imo although really greasy

Nice charred burger taste with the basic cheese burgers. Onion rings were nice n’ crispy, not soggy like everywhere else I’ve tried. Chili sauce is nice, although my tongue felt a little numb afterwards (it wasn’t spicy) & the tomato sauce tasted like it had a blend of something else in it. The burger was well cooked. I was worried it would be pink inside. Once you’ve finished eating, take your tray to the window. “No maid here”

A spacious burger place that produces burgers that taste great! The price of the burger is a bit on the pricey side, but I guess if you want to experience gourmet burger, this will be a good place to start. Will return to taste the other burgers and offerings that Shake Shack is known for.
Very busy and hard to get a seat once you do everyone is staring at you because everyone is waiting for people to leave to get a seat. The food is nice but nothing special. But if your at the gardens then this is a perfect place to stop, eat and cool down. The salted caramel milkshake is nice.
I always wanted to try their burger, but nvr had a chance until today. Their burger is fresh and juicy. I tried their Stack Shack, which is their signature, and it is mixed of beef and mushroom. It is really yummy!!! After main course, go for their desserts, “concretes”. Both the berries and chocolate flavors are good too! Berries goes with cheesecake and the chocolate goes with brownies, perfect combo! Will go again.

Delicious and satisfying burgers! It tastes really good for me, the harmony of the ingredients is simply right, especially the cheese burger one. Every bite is a meatful, flavorful, and satisfying bite.
Not to mentions their other nice side dishes like cheese fries and chicken bites, my kids love it.
It's packed when I came there, because of the strategic location, just in front on the Cloud Forest Dome. Fortunately we secured one nice spot for our family and had a nice lunch there.

First time here. Highly recommended by a friend. To my surprise, the burgers were really good. My favorite was the mushroom burger. Gooey cheese on portobello mushroom. How can I say no to this combination:). I liked how the chicken popcorns were actual chicken meat pieces hence my kids gave two thumbs up for approval.
The food is ok. The restaurant was not crowded at all. Ordering via the terminal for take away meal was smooth and manageable. Waiting for collection required patience as it took quite a while before the buzzer called.

Worst burger i have had in my entire life. I would not even feed it to my pet pig. Bun tastes like paper. Patty tastes like sand. Cheese was like plastic. I wonder if the owner and staff have tried the burgers they r selling to the public? And have the stadium management even tried this swill this dump is selling? Where is quality and pride? SG has overseas guests visiting the stadium and they are offered garbage burgers from Stack Burger. We are forced to eat it cos we cant bring food in. Should be renamed S**t Burger. Dont even take the risk. Should be zero stars.
The food is the same as every other Shake Shack. It’s also a large venue with ample seating. A few general comments on the food. I find Shake Shack is something that I get a craving for now and again. I like the Martin’s potato roll buns they use because I grew up with them and they’re tasty. I like the fresh lettuce and tomato on the burgers, though the find the burgers on the salty side (hint: you can order them with no salt on the patty) and the umami can be a little overwhelming. Their fries were always mediocre. I like the addition of the chicken nuggets but the breading is a bit heavy and tends to fall off easily. Finally, I’d say avoid their specials. They’re rarely, if ever, better than the regular menu items. That said, I like the current avocado specials. When choosing seating if dining it, I recommend avoiding the booths next to the giant screen. It’s super bright and will irritate your eyes. Fortunately, it’s a large space with plenty of options.
Beef burger was dry. No ketchup, no mayo, and was told I should get condiments at different shop. LOL. Nice.
