Good place for kids tuition.

No grace period, very inconvenient for drop off and pick up. Security is also very rude. They sometimes come out and harass any car stop nearby carpark entrance

Bought the Creative Outlier Pro off Shoppee but received a defective product as the LEFT earbud never managed to hold any charge, which is obviously a hardware defect. Contacted their Shoppee CS, website CS and even called in to their technical support dept on different occasions to get this issue fixed or hopefully to quickly get the set replaced. But they all follow a similar SOP probably set up to first suggest using the so-called "master reset" which obviously doesnt work for a hardware problem? HELLO BRAINS?
Long story short, had to endure 2 different RMAs, which is long and arduous process of waiting for them to approve the RMA, waiting for courier to pick up, waiting for them to investigate, waiting for them to ship a new set back to me! 2nd set not only couldnt hold its charge, it never even managed to connect at all! By the time I got the 3rd set and it still had the same issue, it was already a month after my purchase and I only had an accumulative use time of 1-1.5hours of use, JUST FOR TESTING AND CONFIRMING THAT THE PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE.
During this entire experience, I had a very horrible email thread on the RMAs and service recovery from their CS staff Rosy. Rosy was clearly not very attentive and had issues understanding english apparently. I have described and explained the situation and how i got to the conclusion that the product had a hardware defect, but she still suggests software solutions and reverts back to RMA as a solution.
By the time i received a 3rd defective set, its no longer frustration or disappointment with the product and company already, but rather disgust at how horrible it is. At this stage, any normal person would just want to get rid of the product and get their money back right? BUT NO, the 2 RMAs have already taken up an entire month of "use time" (mind you my accumulative use time was 1-1.5hrs max) of 15 days! According to Rosy, I was only eligible for an alternative replacement and they would check the price of the new replacement product against the amount i paid, any additional value on top of what i paid would have to be topped up. NO LONGER ELIGIBLE FOR MONEY BACK GUARANTEE! ONE WHOLE MONTH OF WAITING FOR CREATIVE TO FIX THEIR OWN PROBLEM AND I HAVE TO PAY THE PRICE OF THEIR MISTAKES! HOW VERY SMART!
At this point, apparently having one case of 3 defects in a row sent to a customer doesnt seem to raise any flags for the staff or company because it still bring in money for them! Asking for the case to be escalated to higher management for review isn't gonna work either because, Rosy has decided to sweep this under the rug and offered a money back return as a "gesture of goodwill". THANK YOU SO MUCH ROSY FOR WASTING MY ONE MONTH!

Scam car parking - their own website says $1 per hour on Sat. But physical board charges $3 per hr and by the time we saw, another car was right behind us with NO GRACE PEROD.

Cheap company. Bought a sound bar for $120 on their website. Slighly over a year later, the remote controller stopped functioning just outside the warranty period. Contacted their support. Only solution offered was to travel to their building location and pay $15 for a new remote. When I asked about shipping, I was told it would be $5 (here in SG any big online store offers doorstep delivery for $1.5).
Any decent company would have replaced the item (some generic junk remote controller made of low-quality plastic) for free.
Would avoid buying from them, clearly a profit-driven with product quality and customer satisfaction coming last.

Had a very unpleasant experience on your customer support line 27 July around 530pm. Phone line was muffled n distanced the entire 15 mins, so can't get guy's name right, single syllabus name. call went dead midway after 15 mins of making me
go thru the same entire process as webchat on 16 May with Katie. when he called back, he put me on hold for another 6 minutes and for this faulty product.
After Katie, on 16 May i sent it in for RMA, told me "no issue" sent back to me with
an additional white slip, even after troubleshooting with chat staff prior.
Then i went down personally on 25 July, wasted half an hour, petrol, parking, was a pleasant experience still, brought it back and it still could not work.
After which, Denitsa from the below email chain, was getting me to repeat the above again. Maybe, your case logs and CSO operation should be centralised? so that a client of yours, DO NOT need to repeat the whole problem and get looped around the incompetent decentralised system you have. I'm not sure whether my ordeal of 3 months till this day will end. CSO asked me whether I have returned the faulty earphones, when CREATIVE should be the one informing me when you have received it at your warehouse. I have now received the replacement earbuds, but I have yet to attempt to pair or have the confidence that it will work.
I'm praying my other Creative products will last me. DO NOT buy any Creative products on sale this coming IT show, or you will buy one that is refurbished but masqueraded as new

Red building that stands out in the estate, located right by United Square. Not the best of malls, but if you're here for a specific reason, then this works well. There are many restaurants and eateries on the ground floor, and tuition centres and clinics on the upper floors. Everything feels like it's an old building design that is in need of a hard revamp, and there has been much talks about the building going through an enbloc (but just rumours and grapevine news).

“no grace period” is proudly stated - management clearly has no regard for patrons in how unscrupulously they try to scrape money. They deserve to have people lower their rating.

Absolutely unscrupulous business. They know exactly what they are doing by setting up their 4-dollar-no-grace-period carpark as the only exit and through a one way road so that the minute you make a wrong turn and need to pass through it they get to trap you in their scheme. This needs to be flagged and investigated by LTA and URA as a fraudulent scam which should not be happening in Singapore of all places.

My first and last time buying from Creative.
Bought a Creative C-Horse+ and within 6 months, it fails to even stay powered on for 1 hour despite being fully charged.
Submitted an RMA explaining the fault and the product got returned to me with a no fault found tag and that's it. End of story.
Useless product, useless tech support, useless RMA. I would give a zero star if the option is available
At the point of writing this review, I still have a warranty of 6 months and I have given up on claiming warranty and using it. Will consider other more reputable brands for similar products

I received an email for a dinner invite for Diamond Elite members. I emailed them back with the title 'RSVP' to enquire more but I didn't receive any reply at all until they sent me an email to tell me seats are full.

Great view, clean and basic amenities for a business to get started. Receptionists are generally helpful and responsive. However, there are areas that can be improved on.
1. Sound insulation - we can hear the conversations clearly from adjacent unit which means they can probably hear us too. This is not great when we are conducting confidential discussions, meetings or calls. It can be disturbing, but more importantly, it's the privacy issue that is concerning.
2. Internet drops from time to time - although each time the connection drop is just for a few minutes and it gets back on again, imagine you are in the middle of a video call, this can be rather disruptive. Don't expect fast internet speeds as the connection is shared across all the units.
3. Printer/copier/scanner provided in the common area does not support Mac iOS/computers. This is rather inconvenient, so you will need to get your own printer here if you are an Apple believer.

YOOO THE T100 is superb 👏. SUCH AN AMAZING SOUND QUALITY. Really hi-fi at an affordable price point. I knew creative is good from my younger days and hence set out to find a creative speaker now after a decade of having forgotten about them. I mean they created the first computer speakers in the world. VERY VERY IMPRESSED with the audio quality indeed.

A modern bank with helpful and friendly staff. Mr. Kelvin was one of few officers who know about startups and technology. Other banks didn't even know what I am talking about! He helped me and even contacted me in person to finish the work.

General location easy to find but specific location can be confusing especially as the building has VERY POOR internal signage. I had to call them to get verbal instructions on how to get there. The staff are patient, polite & helpful. A small cozy office.

The receptionists, Mun and Mira is not just friendly but also helpful. I'd have to say that they're now, not merely service providers to us all but also friendS. The GM, Narissa, this lady proper pampers us here at CSO OCBC. From providing complimentary biscuits and fruits to reasonably priced fnb for our convenience, she also gets us toasters at her own expense and today, I think she's out to make sure that her clients get fat by buying a huge box of Krispy Kremes. In short, in addition to ensuring that our needs are satisfied, she goes beyond what other serviced office would bother doing for their clients.
Dear shareholders and CEO of CSO, if you read this, the 3 ladies have been an absolute superstar!

There is an open space that is very quiet and spacious. A great place to relax and think. There is a foodcourt right beside which sells food which is nice and at a slightly lower price than the places around in the Jurong east area. :) I especially like the salad which unfortunately I at almost all of it before I decided to do this post 😅
