Creative converted loft apartment with a very long balcony. Clean and spacious.

It was a very friendly, cosy place. Spaceous for us 4, good quality of furniture, full equipted kitchen.
There was a bit dust on the floor in each room, which I didn't like. But I am a compulsive cleaner. 😁

I spent 2 nights with my mom in this aparthotel. It says it's a 4-star hotel but it has actually nothing to do with the 4-star hotels I stayed in before. I would give it 2/3 stars max. It has nothing to do with luxury. Apartments were very very basic and had a weird smell and the corridors to reach them were very sad as well. As soon as we arrived, we found the reception closed so we had to call the number and the girl arrived after about 15 mins which was a bit annoying. The second day we found the main room INFESTED with bugs and bees. They were everywhere but especially in the curtains. So we complained about this to the receptionist who didn't apologize (but seemed quite annoyed instead) and said this is quite a common problem in Bratislava (so why not to instal some mosquito nets?) and offered us to move to the apartment next door. When we arrived there, it was full of bugs as well. I think it was definitely not worth the price. The only positive thing was that it's in a very quiet position and good if you're traveling with your whole family and with kids. It was pretty close to city center but not even that much. It was about a 20-min walk.

Spacious room, breakfast limited but tasty , especially the pancake.

Forced check-out at 9.30?!?
I went for a walk in the morning before checking out, came back at 9.30, only to find my bags at the reception and a lady cleaning the room.
Check out is normally at 10.00 which is already uncomfortable, but to do this even before, against your own rules, ignoring that the customer still has luggage in the room, tells a lot about who you are.

This hotel is excellent for longer stays. We spent a couple of weeks here and will definitely return. The location is amazing, many places can be accessed on foot within several minutes (e.g. Bratislava Castle, Slavin, UFO, and other sites/restaurants/cafes in the city centre). Bratislava city centre is very walkable and so you can get on foot to any part of the centre. The hotel is also centrally positioned when it comes to public transportation and is well-connected to all parts of the city. There are small grocery stores within a few minutes from the hotel and the Billa store is about 10 minutes. There are several cafes nearby and plenty of cafes and restaurants further in the centre. The hotel units have balconies, a dishwasher and washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen including a sizeable fridge and freezer. There's a daily cleaning service. The hotel is in a quiet location and the balconies are facing another residential building. The reception is closed from noon to 1pm. The downsides of the hotel are: slippery bathtub with hand-held shower head and no support for individuals with mobility issues to get out of the bathtub, smoking is not permitted in the rooms but permitted on the balconies so the smoke may come to your apartment which is not great if you are sensitive to cigarette smoke. Also, because the building has no back entrance, the hotel employees smoke in front of the building, at the main reception door and the cleaners may smoke when cleaning the rooms on the room balcony. It'd also be good to have a bin for recycling of plastic bottles, cans and paper, etc.
The hotel is definitely great value, comfortable, and relatively new with all that one needs for a longer stay.

We booked a standard apartment 303* which had 1 queen bed and 1 sofa bed. We stayed for 3 nights.

*You can choose the apartment you wish to stay in on Book.com or app. Be very carful and contact the properties for full details.

The hotel’s location falls in the heart of the old town. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Main attractions can be easy reached by foot.

We checked in at 2:00PM. If you are coming from Bratislava train station I recommend taking a Bolt (Uber) to reach the old town gate and resume walking the remaining distance (5min max.). Below is a summary of my stay:

*Not all rooms are like the pictures (our room was a basic with a carpet floor)

*We booked for an apartment with a city view or inner courtyard view. We got none. Our apartment was on the roof with two windows facing the upwards looking at the sky.

*Due to our room being on the roof. The elevator can only reach the floor below it. So you have to carry your bags up/down the stairs which is a hassle.

*House keeping is available for a fee. Not sure if the toilet paper is free because we brought our own just in case.

Do I recommend it?
Yes certainly and especially for families. But be careful which apartment you choose.

Looking forward to coming back again. Bratislava and Slovakia are lovely.

It is absolutely perfect for a short trip to Bratislava and a very short walk to the beautiful Old Town. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with a shower, comfortable bed, and a sofa with TV in the room that you can relax on. Also, there is an air-conditioning unit, which makes it even more perfect.

Communication with the hosts was really smooth, and they were so helpful and welcoming, we couldn't fault anything about the stay.

The apartment is also very quiet, for anyone who is a light sleeper like us. Additionally, there is car park you can use in the building, so perfect for anyone with a car. If we ever come back to Bratislava (and I hope we will), this is going to be the place we will stay in again.

Tolle Lage , saubere Apartment alles hat gepasst

Astounding large apartment, well fitted, spotlessly clean. Good WiFi. Parking in underground garage. Literally 5 minutes from old town. Tesco Express a block over. Owners very helpful and email communication very prompt. Can recommend Castle appts for short or long stay, it's exceptional value for money.

The apartments are new and comfortable with an excellent location. It is very good value for money and we will be back! Basically we were all very satisfied. We already knew that parking was an issue, but good parking house is available at €30/day nearby. Needs to be considered when arriving by car.

Things were missing from previous guests. 2 Wine Glasses, one knife and the soap dispenser in the shower were gone. In addition we were only given two sets of towels even though we were more guests. The cleaning outside our windows started at 07:30. Anyway these are only small things to improve.

Glad to stay in this apartment in Bratislava. Spacious room with cooking facilities. No cleaning service but you can get clean towels from the reception every day. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Definitely recommended!

Es war alles perfekt, angefangen bei der Kommunikation beim einchecken, Zimmer sehr schön, modern und sauber, komplett ausgestattet, wir hatten auch Balkon, bis zur super Lage gleich bei der Altstadt und Burg und der Tiefgarage im Haus. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Danke.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Jano ist sehr freundlich, die Kommunikation war sehr schnell und einfach. Das Apartment war sehr angenehm und sauber. Check in, Check out und parken in der Tiefgarage hat problemlos funktioniert.
Ebenfalls hervorzuheben ist die ausgezeichnete Lage, in der Altstadt oder zur Burg ist man in wenigen Minuten gelaufen. Jeder Zeit wieder.

This morning, we received a response we could check in early and said its no problem. Get here the front desk tells us it's 12 euros to check in early. So why didn't you tell us that in the long email saying it's no problem to check in early. So Sar not a good look for this place. :(

Room 11, studio with balcony

Good details:
- good location, quite easy to access central zones
- nice balcony (but too big without any usage), spacious open space, a big dressing, easy to check in, free parking

Bad details:
- the worst one is the bathroom, the fact that the shower floor is on the same level as the rest of the floor and having a shower meant having a pool in the whole bathroom. We had to stop showering from time to time to try and clean all the water, but it was impossible. Funny fact is that the tool used to push the water also broke down while doing this 😅
- the so called bedroom was like a box with dirty walls. We decided to not close the doors as there was no window inside there and for sure panic attacks can happen during the night if someone stays closed there..
- for check out we didn’t receive any message or instructions on where to leave the keys

Found this accommodation on Agoda with a great price to it. The one-bedroom apartment 201 is a great size and design for a family of four, with a small double bedroom and a large sitting area. It can even accommodate 6 people if you open up the sofa bed.

We do not recommend staying at this hotel. The only good thing about this hotel is the location, other than that - we cannot find any positive words to describe this place. Rooms windows are facing the corridor, which means the day light hardly gets in the room and makes it very dark. No ventilation, difficult to sleep during the night due to lack of fresh air. The rooms themselves are dirty and needs to be deep cleaned as soon as possible, for example, the carpets have many beverage stains on them. Unlike any other hotels/apartments, check out time is 10am and if you wish to stay even a little longer, you must pay additional 12 euros, no matter the fact that the room will be free and no other guests will occupy it any time soon. In addition to that, make sure not to lose your room card, as they have charged us 100 euros for a lost card. We have not seen such high price even in the fanciest hotels, in bigger cities.
We would highly recommend looking at other great hotels nearby this "hotel". Not to mention, the pictures on the internet do not match the reality - do not be fooled.

I liked this hotel for number of reasons:
- very close to the city. Walking distance is like 10min or less not to mention the distance to the castle
- extremely clean and neat place. Everything was really spotless
- parking included in price which is a huge benefit in Bratislava
- quiet place. Despite the distance to the city. We didn't hear anything. So eventually we slept like a babies
