Not recommend office in bangkok.

This is the worst building I ever met,
- Bad service security
- Facilities below average especially toilet
- Not enough food court and good restaurants
- Not​ have flexible or support working on weekend or overtime
If you are entrepreneur or CEO should consider because office and environment is not good enough, This will be reason for your employees want to resign

Lots of parking space for guest from 4th floor to 9th floor with Large Starbuck and Amazon coffee on the ground floor and not many stores here.

empty space and silient building perhaps weekend. however quite far from BTS. locate in traffic area that disadvantage point. convenient travel if you have own car. if no have you have 2 choice to go through by motorbike (15-20baht from BTS Ploenchit)or by taxi 40+ baht depsnd on traffic

It's type office buildings that have twice (Vanit 1 and 2)
So if would like to contact someone office here it should be ask about it's 1 or 2 that make easily to go upstairs by not mistake.
