We booked a trip to Khao sok national park with go on tour khao lak- Gabby explained everything to us before the tour and she was so nice and patient with us.
Our guides were Odty and Bambi- the best guides ever. They were so funny and friendly.

No physical presence, just a lady with sign sitting in the seats opposite the rest of the car rental places.
Gunn super helpful and giving the best price. She recommend us to go with Barracudas for Island Hopping which was extremely the best experience ever with the team. Food was delicious too! I will comeback for sure!

Thoroughly enjoyed the day. We were collected at the hotel as arranged. The snorkelling was a first experience and the kayaking took us into the lagoon on the other side of Hong Island. This was amazing. The staff were very friendly and most helpful. Taken back to the hotel at the end of the tour. Our best day in Krabi!
Car was super clean and new (less than 9k mileage). Wasn’t expecting such a nice and pristine Yaris 1.2 litre. Easy to communicate with the staff via WhatsApp even before I arrived. Will rent again for sure.
We had a wonderful day trip to Khao Sok with Gaby, and everything ticked perfectly like a Swiss clock. Gaby is great and a very earm person. She knows the area in and out and is extremely easygoing. My family enjoyed every moment and would love to do it again.

Their staff able to speak English, and the process of car rental is easy. Also their car was new and clean. Just when returning the car was at arrival, it was not suitable for us which need to get our flight on departure. Hope that they can change the method of car returning.
Truelly excellent service. Easy to book. On arrival at Krabi, found the desk easily. After a quick check of documents and the usual signing of paperwork and make the payment, we went out to the vehicle. Very nearby, it the car park just opposite. After checking it over, again the usual signatures and off we went. No hard sell of extra cover, etc. Very nice, friendly staff. Fluent English speakers. On return to the airport to drop off car, a quick call to the airport desk will have them meet you in the car park. That again was a very quick, smooth process. All in all perfect service. Very good quality car, no problems with it. Highly recommend this company for their excellent customer service.
Have rented from Drive Car Rental at this location several times. Service has always been efficient and never had any problems with the cars. Communication was good and the local manager promptly replied to an email enquiring about a rental extension. Rates are competitive with off-airport rental companies, and pick-up and return is under cover so you don't get wet if you are arriving or leaving during the rainy months.
The two Drive service gentlemen were extremely helpful to get us underway after our flight even taking time to inspect and show us the user detail of the car before driving off. We found our rental to be very clean and ready to go.
Small thing was the surprise to be charged bhat 10,000 deposit ‘holding fee’ to be paid at pickup and the bhat 50 cost per litre for any top up upon return when bhat 35 is the commercial rate.
Now that it’s been a week since vehicle return we look forward to getting notification for our full deposit back with detail of any ‘fuel deductions’ given it was filled up our electric hybrid only 8 klms from the airport upon return.
Notwithstanding the above we will certainly be renting through Drive again.

I am very happy with the whole rental procedure, especially I was given a surprise greeting by a staff holding a piece of paper with my name on it at the arrival hall. The collecting and returning procedure is very fast and easy. Collection experience at the Krabi airport was fine and escorted to the car located in the carpark adjacent to the terminal building. Hire car was 5 years old but still in good condition. Return of the car was a mess. Instructions to return the car at initial collection was vague and incorrect. Actual return involved multiple calls to the office in order to find the return location which was not sign posted in the car park. Luckily we can speak Thai otherwise impossible to find the return location.
Rental process on the website was straightforward. Picked up from and dropped off a Honda City at Krabi airport. Car was new and in spotless condition, as shown on the website. Communication wih staff was seamless. Happy to recommend
Super easy Vermieter. Kleines Problem gut gelöst. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Unser Auto konnten wir einen Tag länger behalten und es war nicht teuer. Gerne wieder ein Auto hier mieten.

Picked up in Phuket and dropped off in Krabi, the drop off is difficult and not marked. Go to Domestic Departures/Arrivals, you will see cars parked just before the round about. That is where you park your car to drop off.
If I could give Gabby a 10 star review I would because 5 stars is not enough. We did the elephant - turtle - rafting - waterfall trip. Lunch was a delicious meal at a riverside restaurant with multiple dishes which Gabby had waiting for us at the end of the bamboo jungle rafting leg of our trip . Gabby is well-organized and knowlegable about so many things, and her engaging and delightful personality was the icing on the cake of this fantastic trip.

Couldn't get the car because we had a debit card instead of a credit card. Of course they kept the whole 3 days' rental money. It's in the T&C but still feels like a SCAM.
5 stars all the way!! Gabby set us up with elephant bathing and a trip to the Similan islands and both were fantastic with zero complaints. We really liked that she texted us a supplies list for the trips and let us know who was picking us up for each trip, and was a text away if we had any questions. Dont hesitate to book a trip with Go On Tour Khao Lak, you wont regret it!
Picked up car Phuket airport and returned to Krabi. Not one sign re car return at Krabi airport- potential nightmare for tourists in a rush,surely not Hertz fault but not great. Also they are based in the intl terminal while all the other companies were at both terminals but luckily for me the guy at the desk was nice enough to drop me back after I returned the car. He’s the reason they are getting 4 stars. Ledge
One of the best places to get local information and well organized tours of Khaolak and surrounding areas . They can also arrange airport transfers to and from resorts in the area at better prices than what resorts charge

Only THB599/day. Good car!
Small booth at the far end of terminal 2 on the baggage claim floor 1. I recommend to buy full coverage with 0 deductible. Less hassle when returning and much faster returns. On previous rental, we did not buy the extra coverage and the car inspection was tedious, finding everything we've overlooked inside the car. Was a nightmare.
Price is cheapest here and staff is friendly. Dont take those unlicensed vendor.

I am writing to express my gratitude to the staff at the Budget Rental location at Krabi, Thailand who recently extended exceptional customer service to me. Several days after renting a car from this location I was unfortunately involved in a collision. As a visitor to Thailand, I was completely unaware of the proper procedures to follow with the authorities, the customary insurance regulations, or even the simple ability to communicate in the local language. With a single phone call to the Krabi location, I was immediately assisted and an employee was promptly dispatched to my location. This was of tremendous benefit and above all of my expectations. Furthermore, the team of employees quickly assisted in all language barriers to help fill out the required documentation and provided a replacement vehicle to the scene of the accident to reduce my delay and inconvenience. I have never had such a positive experience with a car rental company and recommend this location without hesitation.

This was one of them moments. Today we went on a day trip with Gaby and Odty. They took us on a fantastic all inclusive experience tailored to our needs including getting to know them personally. What fantastic people they are. Tending to our every need.
Since we have children with special needs the standard trips doesn’t work for us. Here we got the same but more flexible solution built to our needs. We went to a fantastic golden beach, almost alone there. After a nice lunch they found us fantastic snorkeling a lot closer then Similan. We then topped it off by visiting a place were they save sea turtles.
The personal service and commitment to create an experience that was exactly tailored to our needs is what makes me highly recommend Go on tour Khao Lak. Check it out before you go to any of the other “same same tour shops”. Gaby and Odty will not disappoint.

Excellent, I use avis in krabi, good value for money and excellent service. Used hertz in krabi before but avis has better car for same price and don't try to sting you for damage when you return the car.
