Best Lighting stores in Turkey

The workers are very nice and provide great service. The lamp I bought is of great quality and I am happy with it!

Best lighting shop in the Grand Bazaar and seems they have a few little stores throughout. We went to one and the man running the store was an absolute amazing fellow. Great salesmen, great communicator, fanstastic entertainer, and an even better photographer. We left with a couple of lamps, at really affordable prices and as presented, the lamps were of great quality; he stood on it, tried to burn it and showed it’s safety. 10/10 would go again.

Bought the cutest lamp here! They have a huge selection of beautiful lamps. I would really recommend going here. And the people who work there are very hospitable. They served us delicious Turkish apple tea.

Rezil firma ! İletişim sıfır ! 10 lu Paket led ampül aldım zamanla hepsinin plastik aksamları gevredi ve tuz buz oldu ! Malzeme kalitesi SIFIR. Firma ile iletişime geçiyorsun hiç dönüş olmuyor. Böyle firmaların piyasada bulunması yazık !

Before we headed out to the Grand Bazaar we decided to stop here first based on the Google reviews and we are glad we did. Ahmet and the staff there were very friendly. There was no pressure to buy. Just friendly conversation and also explanation on how the lamps were made and the meaning of some of the different shapes. We were able to see them making the lamps on the top floor. The lamps are beautiful and great quality. You won’t find these inside the Grand Bazaar and the price point was reasonable. They were carefully packaged and even adapted to use in the USA. We intended to buy one and ended up buying two. We went to the Grand Bazaar and ended up back here to pick up a gift on the way back to our hotel. Ahmet even guided us in finding a leather shop when we told him this was the last item we were looking for.
I am glad went here and now we have a new friend in Turkey. 😊

9 tane Seldur marka LED ampul aldım. 1 ay içinde tamamı bozuldu. İletişime geçmeye çalıştım fakat ne telefonları açıyorlar ne mesaj gonderebiliyorusunuz. İletişim sıfır. Paranız çöp oluyor. Hiç mi vicdan yok bunlarda bilmiyorum. Ellerindeki ampullerin böyle olduğunu bile bile herkese satıyorlar. Yazık çok yazık. Kesinlikle almayın.

hepsi burada üzerinden ampul aldım bazıları bozuk çıktı..daha sonra kapaklı priz aldım.kapak çıkmadı.sorulara kapalı.iade edeceğim..

Seldur Elektirik kendi sitesinden ürün sipariş ettim. 2 gün geçti halen kargoya verilmedi. Web sitesinde firmanın telefon bilgisi yok adres bilgisi yok. Destek talebi yazdım gören yok. Google da yazan 212 li telefonu ve yorumlarında yazdığınız 534 lü telefonu aradım açan yok.

Nasıl ulaşacağım ben bu firmaya??

Hepsi buradadan sipariş verdim. 6 wat sarı ampul yerine 9 wat beyaz gönderdiler. Tam bir üç kağatçı firma sipariş verirken birdaha düşünün derim.

Iş yerime led dösettim calisanlar gayet guler yuzlu ve isin ehli insanlar.

Hepsi burada üzerinden sipariş verdim. Ürün ucuz iken aldım. Ürün tedarik edilemedi dedi. Kendileri iptal ettikten sonra pahali olarak tekrar sipariş ettim ürünü gönderdiler. Bu kadar olmaz

Arkadaslar Gaziantepten 80 adet led bant armatur siparis ettim. Parayi havale eder etmez kargoya verip gonderdiler. Arizali olmasi durumunda kargoyu kendilerinin karsilayacagini soylediler. Mesajlara aninda cevap veriyorlar. Yanibasimdaki dukkandan alisveris yapiyor gibiyim. Gercekten 10 uzerinden 10 veriyorum Helal olsun diyorum. Gozunuz kapalı alisveris yapin havale yapin hic korkmayin.

I always excited and fascinated to visit this marvelous lamps shop. With high quality and reasonable price I always get the lamps that I like.

İşinde dürüst ve kaliteli bir firma

Kaliteli malları var ama Türkiye Malı olarak üretirler ise alırım ancak

Evet muadil ürünlere göre biraz pahalı bir marka ama kendi iş yerimde ortalama 40 adet 18w smd kullanıyorum bunların içerisinden sadece 4 adet GOYA vallahi hepsinin daha iyi yanıyorlar daha çok aydınlatıyor parasının hakkını veriyor.

I would give zero star if I could. Just avoid this one! There are so many lamp stores!!!!

Make the long story short, I bought a set of lamp here. One of the guys told me the lamp, I will call him H. I understand people will exaggerate things such as shipping, packages and lamps itself, but H was way beyond general expectation... and he was able to play tricks and made u feel and when u question him, as if he gave you good advice but you doubt about it...it was interesting to see he lying to people in a WARM and WELCOMING way.

One of many disappointments was before I paid, he kept saying shipment was 35 dollars and he could also pack it well so I can carry it on to the airplane. However, after I paid, shipping was 120 dollars. He ended up give me two plastic bags, and I asked for a paper package...it give me a hard time since the package size is so strange.

Also give me a wrong size for one of the 7 classes lights. I returned but nothing to replace...he said you could return the lamp since many people wanted it so I said yes, I will return. And he suddenly gave me other offer for replacement, promising to ship the correct class cover it me in China(I knew I paid a very high price so he would not loss money for sure). As you can imagine, he never did and kept lying on Whatup...back in the store, my friend questioned him he might not really ship the correct one to me, and I still wanted to return it, H was laughing and said we were childish.

It’s family business for these lamp stores including factories. H definitely doesn’t care about the business (I looked like once he talked to me, I was his customer, and his cousin could jump in the conversation). Maybe other people working in his stores are normal.

My fiends and I also bought lights and talked to other lamp stores. Another set of my lamp was well package and shipped to China in a much lower price, same quality. There are real business people there, JUST AVOID THIS ONE!!!

The pictures was I tried to carry the lamp to airplane. And the card is for the family store, not H’s personal card. H really hurt the business and nobody teach him to be a person or how to do business.
