Delicious food, excellent cocktails and friendly service :) The view is amazing from the restaurant. Our food was cooked right after we ordered so super fresh :) Don't miss on this restaurant while in Oludeniz :D)

Excellent evening at Ruby Chill Lounge - apparently this is a fairly new restaurant but the passion and enthusiasm behind it should be encouraged so pay them a visit especially around sunset. The staff are all so helpful and friendly and they will pick you up and take you back to hisaronu. Well worth a visit. The food was good too

Overrated. Very average experience overall. If you’re expecting a typical high tea service as you might get at a high end hotel in Paris or London, this isn’t it. Tea or coffee is poured from a pot by waiters which is the extent of the table side service. Food is self-serve buffet style at the bar. Additionally, despite having a reservation noting we were celebrating an anniversary and requesting to be seated near a window, the hostess refused saying those seats were for people with reservations (maybe I missed something in translation but we had one?) we were instead seated at arguably the worst table in the establishment, against a wall and near a walkway where we were repeatedly bumped into by passing wait staff and other guests. Would not come here again.

Lovely place to sit, relax and have tea & cake. Located in the famous Pera Palace Hotel, Istanbul- the Agatha Christie Hotel..

Buffet style, no choice of tea. The food was mediocre at best, same with the service. Used plates were not removed, we had to hunt down a server for more tea. The flowers were stunning, the history interesting, but high tea was underwhelming.

Was closed on a Sunday although it was showing as open on Google maps

We visited a high tea, and it was truly an amazing experience. The lounge itself is beautiful, with nice piano music setting a pleasant atmosphere. The service was excellent, and there was a great selection of desserts and sandwiches. Everything was very tasty. My favorite was the San Sebastian with berries. The mint tea was delicious too. Will definitely visit again!

Aynı ürünler için farklı mekanlarda 800-900 TL civarı hesap ödedik. Bizden burada 1400 TL alındı. Fiyatı da geçtim, verdiğim siparişi garson kendi kafasına göre hesaba işlemiş. İstediğim “A” siparişimi, beni bilgilendirmeden kendi kafasına göre, “Double A” olarak hesaba giriyor. ( içerisine 3-4 buz attığı içeceğin double olduğunu da iddia ediyor). Sipariş etmediğim bir şey geliyor, bu konuda bilgilendirilmiyorum ve üzerine iddia edilen şeyin parasını ödedim. Bunun normal olmadığını bildirdiğimizde açıklama yapılmadı veya geri adım atılmadı. Durumun düzeltilmesini talep ettiğimde ise kişi birebir muhatap dahi olmuyor. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.

Excellent luxurious interior of old world charm! The display for the high tea was beautiful! However the food was disappointingly average for such a 5-star ambience. The cakes and tarts were much too sweet (we didn't finish eating it) & the mini sandwiches were dry. The scones however, were moist and warm, but unfortunately it did not come with clotted cream as I had hoped, but with whipped cream. The very small selection of hot savories was decent. The service staff was friendly and smiling, but the maitre d' was stern and militant, albeit not impolite. Not quite what I'd expect to be the first person to encounter in an elegant place like this.

Overall, the experience was wonderful just sitting in this beautiful tea lounge and absorbing the historical and elaborate interior and benjoying the excellent pianist, playing a creative selection of classical pieces, to an excellently skilled boogie-woogie version of Tico Tico!!

Appropriate name because this place is a hidden gem. I came on a Sunday night which is Latin music, usually it’s house and tecno… I will definitely check it out during the day as it’s up on a hill and must have some great views. The owner was very welcoming and his bar staff deserve a special mention as they really made me feel very comfortable despite coming solo. Many places are let down by bad service and poor attitudes, especially towards single guys, but Ruby clearly has some really good people on board - they were friendly and professional but also had a good playful fun vibe between them which enhanced the whole experience. Thank you 🙏🏼

Went there on a Saturday Night.
Music: Boring Tech-House. If you enjoy good House or Techno, you will be disappointed.
Drinks: Mediocre tastewise, prices are alright, if you’re European.
Service: Friendly, but for the amount of people working pretty slow.
Location: Quite nice view, nice venue, not great dance Set Up.
Overall 3 Stars, because I am on holiday - usually I would give 2 Stars.

As a Fourseason loyal guest i must say it’s a disappointment to don’t consider the wether conditions when seated completely outside. It’s annoying… Knowing that the covered area is empty it’s just not normal.

Bayramın ikinci günü ve hafta içi arkadaşlarımla gittiğimiz ve memnun kaldığımız bir mekan oldu. Yemekleri oldukça lezzetli ve porsiyonlar doyurucu. Fiyatlar ortalama,çok fazla değil. Canlı müzik oldukça başarılı, şarkılar güzel. Güzel vakit gecirilebilecek hoş,nezih bir ortam çalışanlar kibar ve güleryüzlüler.

Ich war geflasht als ich diese tolle Lounge betreten habe. Es ist auf jeden Fall ein einzigartiger Ort, den man gesehen und besucht haben sollte. Unerwarteterweise absolut akzeptable Preise.

We booked and had lunch on a Saturday. The place is amazing, very beautiful and worth visiting. Food was good, but not special at the level of fine dinning. Unfortunately, the menu needed to be accessed on the phone via QR code, and they provided a Tablet as I didn't have internet. I much rather have a proper paper menu. The table was cheap materials and unstable, with uncomfortable wobble. At some point there was live piano music, which would have been very enjoyable, except there was at the same time, canned music on top. That was unbearable, and the language barrier implied that even after explaining the two sources of music clashed uncomfortably they offered no solution, instead turned the volume up on the canned music. Except for that, service was good.

It’s so sad that I have to give this place low stars cause the location is absolutely breathtaking and the structure is gorgeous. We went in for dinner cause my friend was craving their manti. Which was delicious. But the service and the wait at this restaurant was so bad and slow and so disrespectful if you are not Arab person staying at the hotel like anything else is nothing especially two women . I have never felt like this second class citizen. As if two women who don’t stay there probably can’t even afford to eat there. They say us down so late and then the server finally came to the table twenty minutes later after we called a few times. I don’t want to go back or send friends there cause I didn’t feel welcomed like most 4 seasons I have been to

For such high level place service is not good enough.

+ fast service (even too fast)

- red tea they present at bar to everyone was included in the bill later... No one did order it, why is it in the bill? Yep 100 TRY only but are you a 5 stars hotel or Grand Bazaar?

- we should to had one waiter but by fact as minimum 5 person was taking care about our table..They didn't give us any chance to relax and enjoy the atmosphere as all the time some one did bother us.
Seriously it's not nessecary to ask us every single minute how good is the food and service...

- they were too much in the rush to remove plates after lunch which weren't empty and to bring a bill... It was look like they were trying to intend us to leave a place as soon as possible to get new clients. I would not say we order something cheap bill for two was more than 2000 TRY... We didn't come to eat to McDonald.... Why we did get a service like in McDonald's?

Beautiful scenery and service deserving the 5 stars. Drinks are on the sweet side. Ingredients for drinks (such as damask rose) are meticulously selected. One side serves hot food; and the other side serves drinks and bar food. Guests enjoy tables closest to the Bosporous, an appreciated venue fit. Lots of birds though, have to constantly guard the food and drinks so not resizing as could be.

If you are not a hotel guest then you will need to pay 30 turkish lira for each person as entry fees to the cafe.. but lets be real the view and the location and the atmosphere deserves that 30 Lira.. i had a peaceful time here.. i love it..

Beautifully looked after grounds, amazing views over Bosphorus and very attentive staff. Afternoon tea was ok - I thought it was still far away from the quality of 5 star hotel.
