"Elle" mağazasından ayakkabı çok severek satın aldım ve hayal kırıklığına uğradım. Bir ayakkabı büyük geldi, diğeri ise ayağımı sıktı. Belli ki fabrika hatası vardı. Lütfen yaşadığım bu sorunu inceleyip, olumlu bir çözüme ulaşma konusundaki yardımınızı rica ediyorum.
Great shopping if you are after popular UK High Street brands and designers. Great customer service in all shops, I’ve been offered hot drinks and cold water in all clothes shops I visited. Goods look genuine and the feel is no different to walking around Lakeside or Bluewater Shopping Centres. Great food options too. Recommended for picky shoppers.

Perşembe akşamı Alışveriş yaptım Emre Bey çok destek oldu, özenle yardımcı oldu geç saat olmasına rağmen bile hala enerjik ve istekli çalışan bir personel: kendisine ayrıca tekrardan teşekkür ediyorum. I am giving this rating for the place at the ground floor where you can let the kids play Vr, they charge you for 150 Liras for each ride, the price is not only expensive but be carful of the little boy who will choose the shortest possible ride he can which may be 2 mins!! While you can pay the same money for 6 minutes ride! But i paid 600 Liras for 2 kids for 4 mins for 2 shorts rides and I discovered later about this unprofessional way of doing business! Short ride= less money, you shouldn’t let pay the same amount of money for all rides!

Ulaşmak mümkün değil. Birçok kişi gibi stokta olmayan ürünü sonra teslim alma konusunda sorun yaşıyorum. Ulaşabilirsek belki sorunu çözebiliriz.
Terra City is a good shopping mall of a medium size. Many international and local brands as well as cafes, restaurants, a great quality market, and restaurants. As expected in all malls of this nature most shops are expensive, but quality is great. We got optic glasses for my mum from one of the shops and they were ready to collect in 1-2 hours. We also bought some really great coffee glasses from Karaca - incredible designs and good price. They have supervised play area for kids where you can leave them while you shop as well as some fancy push cars for kids to travel in.

Bir ay giydiğim ayakkabının içi paramparça oldu değişim için geciktim ve bunun için yerine verdikleri ayakkabının 300tl farkını aldılar demir kerata kullandığım için benim hatalı olduğumu söylediler ama ikinci aldığım ayakkabı da aynı şekilde bir ay bile geçmeden içi parçalandı çok pahalı sattıkları için sanırım ürünleri beklemekten çürüyor. Kesinlikle bir daha tercih etmeyeceğim.
Hayatımda gördüğüm en kötü marka. “Silikon tabanla kullanırsınız, olur size” diyerek ayakkabı sattılar, olmayınca geri getirdim iade almıyorlar. Düz dolandırıcı bunlar uzak durun

Came 19.03.2023 at 21:45 to get a shoes, but the personal was already clinging the floor and said the store is closed. Very rude and unprofessional. Work hours till 22:00, you don't want to work and turning back clients.

Terlik aldım, bir hafta giydim, ayağımı yara yaptı, mağaza geri götürdüm, üretim hatası dediler geri almadılar, çok da fazla yardımcı olmadılar. Hiç tavsiye etmem ve bir daha ordan alışveriş yapmam….

Купили туфли и спустя пару шагов каблук практически полностью отпал. Дома проверили туфли и увидели что каблук совершенно не закреплён к основе, а приклеен клеем. Когда пришли возвращать туфли, нас послали в известном направлении, менеджер начал повышать голос и начал замахиваться на нас. Вывод: качество ужасное, персонал неадекватный. Надеюсь эти 600 лир уйдут на лечение персонала. А вам советую не терять свои деньги и проходить мимо данный магазин.

Once we came to return the shoes, we were sent on certain direction, the manager began to raise his voice and began to swing at us. Conclusion: the quality is terrible, the staff is inadequate. I hope these 600 lira will go to the treatment of staff. I advise you not to waste your money and pass by this store.

Very bad products, after wearing there shoes for not even a day the heel broke, came back to the store to return it or exchange it, and they refused to stand behind there product, and the manager started yelling and kicking us out, very bad customer service and very bad quality, save your money
It's a big mall. A great shopping mall. You have pretty much you need. Enjoy shopping!

Worst ever experience I have ever had in Turkey. Please don't fall in the sales price trap. I liked a leather jacket but didn't have the colour I wanted, the sales assistant said pay now and we order from factory and it will be here Monday, anyway it was delivered Tuesday, went to shop to collect but tried it and I realised the size is not correct (specifications and measurement nonconformity issue) I asked for refund they didn't accept!!!
Turkish customer rights stipulates any purchase can be returned within 14 days without any reasons as long as the itam is not damaged. I don't know how they can get away with that.

Nice shoes, like any other Aldo in the world I guess. It is located within one of the biggest malls in Antalya, called Terracity.
Son derece kaliteli deri ürünler oldukça makul fiyata satılıyor. Normalde günlük Salomon marka ayakkabı giyerim fakat dün beğendiğim ayakkabı onu aratmadı. Bu gün sürekli kullandım, çok rahat, derisi mükemmel, fiyat muadil yabancı markalardan ucuz. Deri ceket ve montlarda çok iyi kampanya var. İlk fırsatta alacağım. Yerli üretim ve çok kaliteli olması sevindirici. Bu arada görevli arkadaşlar çok ilgili, özellikle teşekkür ediyorum. Bu gün yine uğradım, eşine anneler günü için hediyeler aldım, Serkan bey ve diğer tüm arkadaşlara teşekkür ediyorum.
Ich war heute dort einkaufen und wurde absolut absolut schlecht behandelt von den Mitarbeitern. Zu erst wurde mir gesagt, dass ich 30% Rabatt bekomme, wenn ich 2 paar Schuhe kaufe. Das habe ich getan.An der Kasse wurde aber ein kleiner Betrag abgezogen, der mit dem versprochenen Rabatt nichts zu tun hatte. Auf meine Bitte mir die Rechnung zu erklären wurde der Miarbeiter nur aggressiv und tippte wild Zahlen in den Taschenrechner. Ich wollte die Schuhe zurück geben, an der Kasse versuchte man mir wieder etwas zu erklären auf gebrochenem Englisch. Bis sich 2 Deutsch türkische Kunden sich erbarmten mir den Sachverhalt zu klären, dass sich der Rabatt nur auf des 2. paar Schuhe bezieht und nicht auf den gesamten Einkauf. Nun was soll ich sagen, auch dieser Betrag auf der Rechnung stimmte mit dieser Version nicht. Da es mir dann zu aggressiv und zu blöd wurde habe ich den Laden verlassen samt Einkauf, Geld hatten sie ja schon kassiert. Mein Fazit: das Verhalten ist wie auf dem bazar, Rabatte werden versprochenen und am Ende stehen auf der Rechnung nicht nachvollziehbare summen. Traurig dass man so mit Touristen umgeht, die das meiste Geld in die Kasse bringen. Man hält es nichtmal für nötig sein Personal zu Schulen um mit Touristen zu sprechen, aber unser Geld nimmt man sehr gerne entgegen.schämt euch!!!!! Nie wieder!!!!! Ich werde euch in Deutschland nicht empfehlen.
Eşime 19.08.2021de Derimod Antalya Terra City AVM ' den aldığımız ayakkabının ayak bileğinde temas ettiği yer acı verip vurunca geri götürdük, kendilerine ayakkabının dillerinden birinin uzun olduğunu gösterdim onlarda gördüler, bu konunun imalat hatası olduğunu değiştirmelerini rica edince ayakkabıyı incelemeye göndereceklerini bunun 15 iş günü süreceğini bildirdiler (15 iş günü demek toplamda 3 hafta) bunun üzerine ayakkabıda görünen bariz bir imalat hatası olduğunu bu durumda mağaza müdürünün insiyatif kullanarak değişim yapması gerektiğini söyleyip görüşmek istediğimi söyleyince müdürün izinli olduğunu! (cumartesi günü mağazanın en iyi iş yapacağı günlerden!) söylediler. Çalışan arkadaşlardan hiçbir şekilde şikayetçi değilim onlar ekmek parası için kendilerine söylenen talimatları uyguluyorlar ancak Kurumsallık kisvesi altında müştersini mağdur edip imalat hatası bariz olarak görünen ayakkabıyı anında değiştireceği yerde 21 gün bekleten müşterisini umursamayan Kurumsallık anlayışı olsa olsa tek taraflı karşı tarafı hiçe sayan saygısız bir uygulamadır. Bu konunun hiç bu yazıya gerek kalmadan mağaza müdürünün insiyatifi ile çözülmesini beklerdim. Benzer uygulamalarla kurumsal olduklarını iddia edip tek taraflı menfaatlerini koruyan tüm mağazaların onların gelir kaynağı olan müşterilerine yaptıkları haksız uygulamalarını gözden geçirmelerini umuyorum.

GO take a look and you will definitely not leave empty-handed ❤. Each customer has their own personal assistant. My assistant advised me exceptionally well today. I bought a jacket, a handbag and shoes. I will definitely be back here again.
1 saat giyilip deforme olan ayakkabı AVM lostra sında tamir edilip kabul etmediğim zaman da 20 gün merkezde bekleyip hata bulunamadı denildi. Aynı gün alınan diğer ayakkabı ise kenardan açıldı ( 1 ayda )
You will find almost everything here. Cheap finds as well as international brands. Lots of promotions going on all the time. Store staff are attentive especially the information staff were very helpful indeed. However, your shopping experience will be dented by taxi scams that are shamelessly going on outside the entrances with the cooperation of Mall of Istanbul taxi service staff. Poor shoppers, tourists and Turkish citizens alike, are encouraged to take "fixed-rate" private taxis or wait for ever. There are lots of taxis lining up but they like to choose their customers out of the line and set their fares accordingly while families with young kids impatiently wait in line.......is there anyone in charge?

Самый худший сервис и самое худшее обслуживание. Купила поздно вечером обубь в этом маназине, которая не подошла, на следующее утро при возврате отказали вернуть деньги... Больше в этот магазин не пойду и никому не рекомендую...

Very comfortable to look for your shoe size. You don't have to call for someone to find it for you, the boxes are located exactly near an example that you liked. By the way shop assistances are always here to help you. If you didn't find your size - you can always order it.

7.5.2017 tarihinde Mall of İstanbul mağazasından yapmış olduğum alışveriş sonrası ürünlerin defolu olduğunu fark ettim. 14 Mayıs 2017 tarihinde kullanılamamış ürünleri mağazaya götürdüğümde daha sonra kullanmak için hediye çeki istedim şimdi veremeyiz hafta içi verebiliriz diyorlar, para iadesi istedim biz iade yapmıyoruz diyorlar böyle saçmalık olamaz. Henüz 7 gün geçmemiş bile defolu ürünü almıyor. Müşteri hizmetleri "ürünü inceleyelim, 20 iş günüdür" diye mail atıyorlar. Ürünün defolu olduğunu kabul ediyor ama kullanılmamış ürünü iade almıyorlar. Eski müşterilerine böyle davranan bir yerden bir daha asla alışveriş yapmam.
