After the completion of the Beşiktaş square, looks more beautiful.
His statue is on the opposite side, closer to the Naval Museum, which is also an attractive museum.

Museum is good but the wax statues there are extra ordinary. Just on a walk from major attractions in Antalya
This small museum is located in the historical context of Antalya near the Republic Square. Access to this place is easy and it is located next to the main street. There is no need to buy a ticket to enter this museum and visiting the museum is free. Only when you enter this place, you should take off your shoes and put them in the shoe rack! In this museum, you can access the tools and books used by the students of Rumi's Tariqat.
Besiktas district is one of the most beautiful places in Istanbul, where its beautiful streets and the constant itching of people in it, and the most beautiful thing about it is advertisements for popular films, as well as books and university students, a very nice experience 🌹💫

Small museum, not much ro see but interesting object. Its free
Amazing small place to visit. Definitely recommended. A 13th century mosque nearby. When going to the mosque no shorts or revealing clothes as you won’t be allowed inside.

Wonderful historical place, definitely worth seeing! Additionally I wanted to share our experience of today's visit. Some young man approached us near the entrance of the museum and called us to go with him inside. Quickly - quickly he showed building complex (approx.in 5 minutes) and insisted 20 Eur per personal guidance. All my respect to this cultural treasure, but we were shocked, because we did not even asked him for personal guidance, there were not information regarding buying tickets and personal tours. I would give donation for this museum, but it could be happen more suitable way, not somehow in the quit corner of territory. When I offered to call the police, he wished a good day and left. Dissapointed about that :(
It is wonderful to preserve historical places as they are in old Antalya, and this is a distinctive model. A simple but amazing museum with its diverse content has been made.
Tomb of the famous sailor and captain Barbaros Hayreddin Pasha.Barbarossa's naval victories secured Ottoman dominance over the Mediterranean during the mid 16th century.
Whence on the sea's horizon comes that roar?
Can it be Barbarossa now returning
From Tunis or Algiers or from the Isles?
Two hundred vessels ride upon the waves,
Coming from lands the rising Crescent lights:
O blessed ships, from what seas are ye come?
A wonderful new museum right at the centre of the city, opened recently after massive reconstruction. Entrance is still free of charge. Once there was a dervish school there and the exposition explains much about this unique oriental phenomenon.
Nice place. A little bit crowdy and dirty 2
Sehr beeindruckend vor der Statur zu stehen leider war das Wetter nicht so gut, ich werden auf jeden Fall im Sommer nochmal wiederkommen.
Peaceful atmosphere. It seems there are meetings and discussions as well but we could only see the set up inside.
He is the inspirational character for "Barbossa" or "Barbarossa" or "The Red Beard", the nickname is gained because he controll all of Mediteranean Sea in the times of Kanuni Sultan Suleyman, the highest age of Ottoman Caliphate
We fond a part of our history the algerien most famous pirate arouge barbarouse brother khiredine temple
Impressive statue but I could not find any information at the statue. Would be good to put a plaque or story-board at such statues for tourists.
