Kesinlikle gitmeyin… acil gittiğim için kimliğim yanımda değildi. Daha geçen hafta benim kimliği görmelerine rağmen alerjim her olduğunda oraya gitmeme ve dünyanın parasını ödedim halde muayeneye almadılar kimlik yok unuttuk diye ölelim ozmn personel elinde telefonla oynayarak ters bir şekilde konuştu zaten KESİNLİKLE PARANIZLA REZİL OLMAYIN

Don’t compte on this people, don’t hold up to the engagement,I was given a 20 year warranty and less than a year had a problem,the clinic has the nerve to ask me to pay for the work already done.Be wise and don’t go there.nobody deserve to be scammed like this

I had an unfortunate accident on my right foot during the tour few months ago and had to stay in the hospital for about 10 days. The surgery went well according to what my doctor said. I take the opportunity to thank the orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Huyesin, he did an excellent job. The nurses and staff were also super nice and helpful. As for the language barrier, they had a translator, Muhammad, who was also friendly and helped me explain what I needed. The insurance department, Osman, also helped me get invoices and required papers. He was a great help to me. Everything went well in the end. I was treated very well at this hospital. Thank you all.
P.s. the hospital has arranged a couple of special food for me from outside when I was craving about Turkish food. It was a nice gesture.

Yorum yazabilmek icin veriyorum bir yildizi.Bu merkeze 8.5 haftalik hamileyken gittim ve hamileligimin ters gittigini söyleyip benden 800 lira ayrıntılı ultrason ücreti alıp hap yazıp eve gönderdiler ertesi gün fenalasarak sehir hastanesine gittim ve hemen kürtaja alındım. Doktor nasıl böyle bir hata yapilabilir bebek ölmüş ve sizi zehirlemeye baslamis dedi. İnsan hayatı bukadar basit olmamali benim iki evladim daha var. Kesinlikle hakkimi helal etmiyorum ve kimseye önermiyorum.

Hamileliğimin başından sonuna kadar ve hatta bebeğim şu an 9 aylık bu zamana kadar sürekli gittiğim hizmetinden memnun kaldığım bir hastane. Doktorlar olsun çalışanlar olsun çok ilgililer. Özellikle hasta haklarından Ayşegül hanımın ilgisi bizi çok mutlu ediyor. Ne zaman bir isteğimiz olsa yardımcı oldu
24.12.2023 saat 13.00de acilden girdik resmen ne yaptıkları belli olmayan bir yer. Hastalar sırayla mı alınıyo millet kafasına göremi giriyor belli degil bir saattir bekleyen vardı. Hasta kayıt kısımdaki çalışan hanımefendiye bu ne rezillik boyle bir yardimci olun dedigimdede 'ben burda bir calışanım bir şey yapamam' dedi yani çok saçma bir yersiniz. Hiç saygınız yok. Hastalıktan geliyor insanlar doktorla sohbete gelmiyor. Düzensiz anlayışsız bir sağlık kuruluşusunuz.
Doktorlar ilgili yalnız kayıt çok ağır işliyor. Göğüs bölümünde Zehra b isimli kayıt görevlisi özel telefonuna bakmaktan hastalara zaman ayıramıyor, uyarınca işlemler daha da ağırlaşıyor
Öncelikle merhaba, Çok defa hastalık nedeniyle ziyarette bulundum. Ama bu defaki ilgi alaka beni bir kez daha koruyu tercih etme sebeblerim arasında oldu. Girişteki kaydımızı yapan melike hanımın ilgisine alakasına,işleyiş süreçlerindeki bilgilendirmesi için kendisine teşekkür ederim. Diğer bir teşekkürüm kesinlikle Adem emre çelil hocama ilgisi alakası bilgisine hayran bıraktırdı,ve verdiği bilgilerle hastalarına olan saygılı tavrıyla kendisine teşekkürü borç bilirim. Kesinlikle Koru Hastanesinin Gözdesi Diyebilirim.
Öncelikle evimize yakın olması ve bir arkadaşın Mehmet DEMİR hocayı önerisiyle eşimin gebeliginde paket aldık. Dogumu da bu hastanede yaptı. Genel anlamda Mehmet Hoca dan memnun kaldık. Hastaneden temizlik konusunda hiç memnun kalmadik. Tuvalet kagidi, havlu pecete carsaf bile istedik gelmedi. Temizlik perdoneli bulamadık. Hemsireler de genel olarak iyiydi. Ancak Zarife Ebe cok iyi ve cok ilgiliydi. Her konuda cok destek oldu. Zarife ebe hastaneye bakıs açımi degistirdi.
Pediatri bölümü uzm dr Cavit Bey den uzun süredir hizmet almaktayız. Doktor beye karşı olan memnuniyetimizi belirtmek ister kendisine ilgi alakasından dolayı teşekkür ederiz ayrıca hastahanenin akşam pediatri poliklinigini aktiflestrmesinden dolayı tüm hastahane yönetimine de teşekkürlerimi iletiyorum.
Acil serviste tamamlayıcı sigorta poliçem hakkında sıkıntı yaşadım, sekreterlik kısmında bulunan Melike Hanım ilgili tavrıyla sorunu çözdü. İletişim v.s konularında hiç sıkıntı yaşamadım kendisine çok teşekkür ederim
14 Aralıkta normal doğum yaptım. Doktor doğumuma yetişemedi fakat Zarife ebe benimle ve bebeğimle öyle güzel ilgilendi ki doktorun yokluğunu hissetmedim bile. Sonrasında da sarılık için 2 gün hastanede kaldık. O dönemde de Zarife ebe sayesinde bebeğim normal değerlerine döndü. Zarife ebeye her şey için çok teşekkür ediyorum. Hastane konusunda ortalama diyebilirim, müthiş bir hizmet görmedim.
Acil bölümünde çalışan Melike hanım gerçekten işini hakkıyla yapan biri. Her konuda hızlı ve duyarlı bi şekilde yardımcı oluyor. İlgi ve alakası için çok teşekkür ederim. Doktorlar ve sağlık personelleri çok ilgiliydi.

Beş altı gün önce akşam babamı mide ağrısı ve bulantı şikayeti ile götürdük. Acildeki doktor muayene etti. midesini ve bağırsaklarını üşütmüş dedi. Serum taktılar ve ilaç yazıp gönderdi. Ancak babamın ağrısı hiç geçmedi. Gece saat 04.00 de tekrar gittik. Bu seferde iğne yapıp gönderdi. Biraz dayanması lazım hemen geçmez dedi. Babamın ağrısı bir türlü geçmedi. En iyisi devlet hastanesine götürelim deyip sincan eğitim ve araştırma hastanesine gittik. Kan, idrar ve ultrason istendi. Vücudun da yoğun enfeksiyon ve safra kesesinde çamur çıktı. 5 gün hastanede tedavi gördü.

Luckily we found the Kapadokya Hospital and Mohammed - the official hospital translator! I had a problem with my pregnancy. We entered the hospital and in about 10’ I was visited by the gynecologist, Dr. Sybelkoçak who treated me with the highest standards of professionalism ! The experience could have not been the same without Mohammed who took the time to explain everything to us and make us as comfortable as possible! Thank you Mohammed and Dr. Sibelkoçak! Definitively recommend this place!
Very professional and friendly facility. Wife broke her ankle while on a 12 day tour in Turkey. Dr. Mustafa Akar operated on her within 2 hours of arriving by ambulance and completed the surgery including putting some screws within 2 hours. When we visited the orthopedic doctor in Houston, TX USA, he told us that Dr. Akar had done a wonderful job.
Very big thank you to Nadir Gunel, Muhammed the translator, Osman Engine the accountant, the nursing staff, the drivers who shuttled me to and from hotel and drove us to the airport. They made everything seamless including the payments, billing, flight arrangements back to the USA. Thank you all very much!!!

We arrived to ALANYA LİFE HOSPİTAL on our holiday when our daughter became suddenly ill. İt was a professional and good treatment by the hospital. İt was clean rooms and good service. We felt safe and cared for during the entire stay. We can highly recommend this hospital.
Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der Betreuung der Ärzte und Freundlichkeit der Krankenschwestern. Durch meine sehr schmerzhafte Erkrankung war ich auf schnelle Hilfe angewiesen. Dankeschön an das Team, ich hoffe jetzt auf ein paar schöne Urlaubstage und schnelle Heilung.....

My mother (68) had a hip surgery in this hospital. Dr. Anil Gülcu and his Team did a great job, fixing several orthopedic issues.
Hospital’s modern Equipment, profesional way of working and most of all, the empathy made us feel secure and comfortable.
Also, the Team Work of Nurses, Doctors and all other hospital employees (cleaning, food etc.) gave us Impression of s very good and well coordinated Organisation.

We had to go to the emergency room while traveling and our hotel recommended this hospital. I can only say good things about tis hospital. Everyone was very patient and took their time to explain next steps in a very polite and calm way. Even though some couldn't speak English, they did everything in their power to make sure we understand everything they said. No one wants to go to emergency while on vacation but they made it less worrying for us and also there was almost no wait during late hours.
Also, erstmal war ich im Hotel bei einer netten Ärztin. Ich habe von irgendwas eine starke allergische Reaktion gehabt und zwar Pusteln auf dem ganzen Körper mit unerträglichem Jucken, erhöhte Temperatur hoher Puls und hoher Blutdruck. Mir war das so nicht bewusst. Sie hat mich direkt in dieses Krankenhaus geschickt. Also erstmal das KH ist sehr sauber. Es kam mir suspekt und irgendwie komisch vor das die das Geld direkt haben wollten. Noch vor der Untersuchung. Also mich erst Mal wund gegoogelt. Aber es war das beste KH in der Umgebung ich habe für alle Untersuchungen und zwar Blutwerte, drei Infusionen, 2 Inhalation und Rezepte 700 Euro bezahlt. Ein Hoch auf meine Auslandskrankenversicherung (ich habe die Jahre lang nie gebraucht und wollte die schon kündigen) die gesetzlichen Krankenkassen übernehmen nicht alle Behandlungen. Aber es hat sich gelohnt. Geld bezahlt erstmal dreihundert danach nochmal 400 dann auf das Zimmer. Ich habe alle Infusionen bekommen und ich glaube es hat nicht mal drei Stunden gedauert dann war alles gut. Alle Pusteln sind wie vom Wind weggeblasen, so gut wurde ich nicht mal in Deutschland behandelt vom reinkommen bis zum Ende der Behandlung waren es nicht mal 4 Stunden alle waren freundlich die Ärztin und die Schwester sehr kompetent. Aber ich muss zugeben erstmal dachte ich es wäre Abzocke zum Glück bin ich hingegangen Sauerstoff Sättigung war 95 Prozent. Das heißt fast tot. Ich glaube ich war kurz vor einem anaphylaktischen Schock. Gott sei Dank das es euch gibt. Ich komme gerne wieder wenn ich was habe und 700 war für die Behandlung und alle Untersuchungen angemessen.
Ob ein staatlich anerkanntes Krankenhaus das auch so gut gemacht hätte kann ich nicht sagen, aber die haben das Top hinbekommen.

19.10.23 tarihinde Pursaklar şubesine eşimle birlikte grip enfeksiyonu şikayetiyle muayene olmak için gittik.1 aylık bebeğim var hastalık ona bulaşmasın diye en hızlı be düzgün şekilde tedavi olalım bebeğimize bulaşmasın diye gittik. Muayene olduğumuz doktor ikimizin de boğazına telefon feneriyle baktı sadece ve serum takalım sonrasında mutlaka yanıma gelin ve ilaç yazalım dedi. Serum bittiğinde odasına gittik ve doktorun çıktığını söylediler reçete yazmışmı diye ilgili arkadaşlara sorduk yazmadığını söylediler ve doktoru aradılar oda yolda olduğunu ertesi günü gelmemizi söyledi bizde ertesi günü gelemeyeceğimizi bebeğimiz olduğunu söyledik oda hangi ilaçları istiyorlarsa söylesinler yarın sabah yazarım reçeteyi dedi ertesi günü alakasız bi reçeteyle karşılaştık. Ayrıca emniyetle anlaşmalı olduklarını söylediler ve emniyet indirimi yapmadılar herkes topu başkasına attı sonuç olarak yaklaşık 2000 tl ücret ödedik. Asla memnun kalmadık kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum kesinlikle gitmeyin sağlık ocağı daha iyi tedavi eder emin olabilirsiniz.hakkımızı da asla helal etmiyoruz biz o 2000 tl yi bi şekilde yerine koyarız ama onlar haksız kazanç sağlayıp bunun hesabını nasıl verecekler merak ediyorum.
In diesem Krankenhaus ist mir vor 20 Jahren durch schnelle und hochprofessionelle Entscheidungen mit zwei Not-OPs das Leben gerettet worden. Bis heute bin ich dem Krankenhaus-Team unendlich dankbar und habe daher stellvertretend Zühra im Krankenhaus mit meiner Familie besucht und mich bedankt. Ich kann dieses KH sehr empfehlen und hoffe auf ein baldiges, gesundes Wiedersehen.

At first, at the registration desk, they said that the insurance is invalid and you have to pay 240€ for the visit. Then, after explaining that the insurance was made for obtaining the initial residence permit and at that time my wife didn't have a foreign ID, they say you insurance must be registered on your foreign ID number only, not TAX number. Nonsense!
Then at the registration desk they asked, "You've been in Turkey for a year, why haven't you learned Turkish yet?" What??? And all this a person with severe abdominal pain is supposed to endure?
My wife spent 2 hours without any positive results, and move to another hospital.

Ich wa sehr erkältet und ich wa beim artz drinn wie in Europa oder wo anders wo als ich im artz drinn gewesen wa meinte der Arzt zu mir ich soll erst nur für die fragen 160€ zahlen leider hatte ich kein wahl und tah es das beste kommt noch nach der Behandlung fieber messen Blut abnehme hieß das ich unbedingt 1 tag im Krankenhaus bleiben muss da es schlimm sein kann und ich frag nach dem kosten eiskalt 1500€ ohne extras… also lehnte ich es ab und für die Behandlung nahmen sie mir 400€ noch mal und der transfer zum hotel wollte mich erst nicht mal fahren. Und die Rechnung ist immer noch nicht da seit wochen
Dun kizimin rahatsızlığı için gittik. Hocamız Mehmet Bey cok ilgili ve yaklaşımı, tedavisi ile kesinlikle iyi bir hekim. Olay bundan sonrası oldu. Acil tarafında enjeksiyon için gittik. Genç bir hemşire yesil alana aldı. 2.5 yasinda kızım bacağını tutun dedi tuttum . Cocuk kendini kastı deyip soktuğu iğneyi cikardi yapmadan kemiğe gelmemesi için dedi ,eyvallah dedim . Bidaha tuttuk kasıyor kendini dedi yarim yapip geri cikardi diğer büyük hemsireyi cagirdi. Busfer diğer bagaga geçtik diger hemşire tek seferde yapti ama çocuk çığlık kiyamet nefesi kesildi bağırıp ağlamaktan.neoldu diyorum kemiğe gelmesin diye çıkardım diyo. Yahu bu bebek bebek elek değil. Yapamiyacaksan niye girisiyosun o işin başına. Koca insan igne yapılırken kasiliyor bebek tabi kasilacak. Ogleden beri cocuk saat gece 1 oldu bacağım ağrıyor elleme diye ağlıyor ve bacağında sertlik var umarım kemiğe falan gerçekten batirmamistir. Cocugu susturcam sakinlestircem diye bisey diyemedim ama şayet çocuğumun agrisi geçmezse şikayetçi olmaktan asla geri kalmam ne gerekiyorsa. Ilk igne yaptirisimizdi kızıma ve cocuk bidaha yaptirmayalim diye bas bas bağırdı ama bu bağırma normal bir bağırma değil kizimi iyi tanıyorum bu harbi bi agri . Okadar asi yaptiridk gıkı çıkmayan cocuk delirdi. Hastane kendine çeki düzen versin bebek hemsirei koysun oraya . Bebekler denek değil tecrübesiz insanları buraya neden koyuyorsunuz.
Als Notfall bin ich am 12.9.23 eingeliefert worden.
Zum einen bedanke ich mich für die gute medizinische Versorgung auf der Intensivstation und natürlich auch bei den Pflegekräften.
Desweiteren bedanke ich mich bei Frau Dr. Ayse Turul und dem Team auf der Inneren Station.

Im großen und ganzen habe ich mich gut aufgehoben gefühlt.
Zum einen bedanke ich mich für die gute medizinische Versorgung auf der Intensivstation und natürlich auch bei den Pflegekräften.
Desweiteren bedanke ich mich bei Frau Dr. Ayse Turul und dem Team auf der Inneren Station.

Came with my daughter who was sick - and they gave us an amazing translator in Muhammed - their hospital translator. Without him our experience would not have been as pleasant. He was friendly - very helpful - facilitated everything and made the experience an extremely pleasant and stress free one. So grateful 🙏

Das Krankenhaus entspricht den örtli. Begebenheiten. Es ist mit deutschem Standart nicht zu vergleichen. Die ärztlichen Untersuchungen und Behandlungen sind sehr gut. Die Verpflegung ist nicht sehr gut was auf die momentane Lage im Land zurückzuführen ist. Es ist ein Privat geführtes Krankenhaus und entspricht nicht internationalen Standart. Die Verständigung war nicht immer einfach. Es gab kaum deutsch sprechendes Personal was auch wenig Zeit hatte.

Beğendiğim ve tavsiye ettiğim bir hastane lakin sadece bir kaç şey beni rahatsız etti onuda burada belirtmek istiyorum bugün ki olay beni çok üzdü rahatsizlanmistim akşama doğru acilden giriş yaptım kaydımı aldıktan sonra muayene için doktor bey beni muayene ettikten sonra kan ve serum takilacakti ama gözlem odasında kimse yoktu yoldan geçen bir çalışana söyledim 10 dk sonra geldi ve sırada ben olmama rağmen bir başkasına ilaç hazırlayıp gitti sonra 2 3 dk sonra geldi ve görevini yaptı belki bu olay dışarıdan normal gelebilir ama sonuçta özel bir hastanede bu şekilde bir olay olduğunda bir daha ki sefere bu hastaneye ne gidilir nede tavsiye edilir.

Odalar berbat. Tuvalet kağıdı yok kağıt havlu yok tv yayını iyi değil kumanda yok başka odalardan tedarik ettik. Özel hastane havası yok. Akşam saat 20:00 oldu akşam yemeği yok. Sanki oruç tutuyoruz. Yatış için çok lüzumsuz bir hastane. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum… tedavi iyi olsa bile sonuçta yatış içinde ücret ödüyoruz .. uzun süreli yatış için kesinlikle gelmeyin derim

Over the years of doing martial arts i lost couple of teeths,my bones was in very bad condition,2019 i try to fix al that in another country but job was not done great,i get infection and was so bad,my situation fas so bad,i didnt trust to anyone anymore,3 years leter i finaly decide to finish my teeths so i do some research,i buy ticket and come to Instanbul,after visiting couple clinicks i decide go with Valley dental clinick,from day one they was very profesional,i get bone grafting,couple of implants,root kanal treatments,there was no infection,everythink was perfect in my first visit,i was bit hard on them becuose of my previose expirience,but i was suprised with job they done,and way they treat me..few mounts latter i come back to do my hollywood smile and finis work,they do so amaizing job,im so happy and very thankfull...
Finaly all my teeth problems are gone,i can smile.

Ich war heute in diesem Spital und habe einen exzellenten Service genossen. Sie kamen zum Hotel und haben dort eine erste Konsultation durchgeführt. Dann haben sie mich ins Spital gefahren. Dort erhielt ich den Übersetzer Muhammed gestellt, welcher mir stets zur Seite war und mich sehr gut betreut hat. Ich fühlte mich sehr wohl und wurde schnell bedient und professionell betreut. Später wurde ich wieder zurück gefahren. Danke vielmals!
War mit dem behandelnden Arzt Dr. Tuncer und mit dem betreuendem Personal Team äußerst zu frieden. Die Behandlung war in jeder Hinsicht perfekt und zufrieden stellend. Das Personal sehr freundlichen und entgegen kommend. Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten bei der Menge zum Essen wurde es meinen Bedürfnissen angepasst. Die Qualität war gut, wenn einem klar wird das man sich im Krankenhaus und nicht in einem 5 Sterne Hotel befindet.

Hastanenizin genel cerrahi dr.Uğur Kılıç şimdiye kadar gittiğim en iyi genel cerrah diyebilirim. Çok bilgili ve deneyimli bir doktor. Gecen hafta endoskopi işlemi yaptı. Benim icin en acisiz işlemdi. Çok memnun kaldım. Yaninda calisan Bahar Hanim bizimle cok ilgilendi. Hasta takibi son derece iyi yapiliyor. Dr Ugur beye ve Bahar hanıma sonsuz tesekkurler.

Nur musste ich bei der Ankunft mit dem Krankenwagen mit € 415,00 in Vorleistung gehen obwohl ich meine Papiere wie AuslandskrankenVersicherng alles abgegeben hatte. Da es mir sehr schlecht ging fragte ich nicht nach. Nach mehrfachen eMails bekomme ich einfach keine Rechnung da ich nur einen EC Beleg habe und mit diesem meine Kosten nicht erstattet bekomme! Rinoplasti ameliyatı olmaya karar verdiğimde doktor araştırmaya başladım. Tavsiyeler üzerine Kamran hocaya ücretsiz ön muayeneye geldiğimde hiç tereddüt etmeden ameliyat günü belirledik. Daha önce görüştüğüm doktorların aksine sakin ve özgüvenli oluşu, reklam için değil gerçekten işini ve hastalarını önemsemesi, 7/24 kolayca ulaşım sağlayabilme imkanına sahip olmam, Güler yüzlü oluşu, korkuları ve tedirginlikleri profesyonel bir ince ve harika karakteriyle ortadan kaldırması, bütün sorularıma tatmin edici cevaplar almam Kamran hocayı tercih edişimin sebeplerinden sadece birkaç tanesi. Ameliyat öncesi ve sonrası ilgisinde takibinde ve bilgilendirmesinde asla bir değişim olmadı. Artık herkes beni fındık burunlum diye seviyorsa bu hayatımda tanıdığım en mükemmel Doktor Kamran hocam sayesinde. :) Hiç pişman olmadım. 74 yaşındaki ağabeyimin şeker hastalığı nedeniyle Endokrinoloji ve Metabolizma Uzmanı Şenay DURMAZ CEYLAN Hoca'dan poliklinik randevusu alarak gittik. Çok ilgilendi sağolsun. Bu kadar güzel ilgilenen doktor pek görmedim desem yalan olmaz. Ağabeyim yatan hasta olarak iki günlük tedaviye alındı. Sürekli olarak ya yüz yüze ya da telefonla durumunu takip etti. Bu süreçte Şenay DURMAZ CEYLAN Hoca ve Nefroloji Uzmanı Ebru UZ Hoca başta olmak üzere radyoloji uzmanından diyetisyenine, hemşirelerden(özellikle yatan hasta bölümü) hasta bakıcısına, yemek ve temizlik görevlilerinden hasta kayıt personeline kadar her bir çalışanın bu kadar ilgili, çözüm odaklı ve güler yüzlü olması bizi çok memnun etti. Hepsinden Allah razı olsun. Tamamen tesadüf eseri bu hastaneye yolumuzun düşmesi ve oldukça güzel bir hizmet almış olmak bizi ziyadesiyle memnun etti. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum.

Unser Arzt Dr. Ozan Luay Abbas ist der Beste Arzt. Er operiert nur wenn er es für notwendig hält und er ein gutes Ergebnis erzielen kann. Er wendet die modernste Technik an und das Ergebnis ist traumhaft. Außerdem ist er ein sehr herzlicher Mensch.
Unser Anästhesist war auch sehr professionell. Das Pflegepersonal der Station 10 war sehr bemüht und freundlich. Auch das Putz Personal ist sehr aufmerksam. Das Essen war auch gut. Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich bei allen Seval und Anna Maria ❤️

Es ist eine Privat-Klinik, in welcher einige Mitarbeiter sehr gut deutsch sprechen. Die Untersuchungen und Behandlung empfand ich als sehr professionell. Auch der Rücktransport in's Hotel wurde von der Klinik organisiert!
Natürlich sind die Leistungen nicht kostenlos. Bei stationärer Aufnahme rechnet die Klinik direkt mit dem Versicherer ab. Handelt es sich um eine ambulante Behandlung, muss man in Vorkasse gehen und sich die Auslagen selbst von der Versicherung zurückholen. Es kommen schnell mal eben 800 Euro zusammen!!!

I was referred to this clinic by the owner's good friend. The owner picked me up from the airport, dropped me at the hotel where i had my reservation, until my appointment date. I waited 2 days because his schedule was full, but once i got it it was quick and painless.
The office staff was really nice and accomodating. I had a deep cleaning and two dental implants done. A year later, they are still holding up like the day they put them in.

I recently took my daughter to this hospital for an allergy consultation, and I have to say that I was disappointed with the overall experience. Firstly, the doctor and the hospital staff could not speak any language other than Turkish, which made it difficult for me to communicate the issue effectively, despite my basic knowledge of the language. Despite my efforts to explain my daughter's condition, the doctor seemed to lack understanding and knowledge of allergies, despite it being his area of expertise.
Furthermore, the cost of the examination was exorbitant, and they requested a blood test for allergies that was five times the normal cost. I declined to have the test done and decided to seek treatment elsewhere.
Additionally, the doctor's attitude and behavior were unprofessional when I asked for a printed report of the examination. I had to explain to him repeatedly that I needed something that showed my daughter had been examined, and only after my insistence did he print a report that was inadequate and did not fully address her condition.
Overall, I cannot recommend this hospital for anyone seeking medical attention, especially for non-Turkish speakers.

I was interested in Hollywood smile using emax veneers and Valley clinic had a good offer with 7 days hotel accommodation so i contacted them through FB then came to Istanbul, hotel accommodation and transfers were amazing and up to my expectations! I was hesitant about valley clinic because I only could find great reviews, and other clinics had either very good or very bad reviews, but the reviews all seemed real and went back years, so I went ahead. And I'm happy I did. Everyone is very impressed with the results. Every one was very nice (which is one of the things other clinics bad reviews often said that they were treated badly). One of the best hospitals in Ankara and Turkey. Cardiologists are perfect. They also have very good translators for expats.
The translation services are very bad. The English translator can hardly speak english. The nurse for children ward was unable to install a canola for my child. They inserted needles many times. It was very painfull to watch. They should have experienced nurses for small children. On my last visited few of my tests were cancelled but they did not give me back my money and said you can use it in next visit, this time around there was still amount left after consultation but they said it is finished. Very unprofessional services.
Recent experience was not good because of non availability of translation services. Please reconsider based upon English translation services.
I hope the management of the hospital will read this. I called April 15 at 4:00pm to ask about the check up. The person who is the English and Arabic department hang the phone on me I try to call more than 4 times I couldn't believe she hang the phone on me without talkin. I hope that person will not make to lose costumers who are English Arabic speaking people. I hope someone will take action to teach her she is paid to serve the customers and bring business to the hospital.

PCR test, excellent and fast service.
I went to pediatric department due to an emergency. Receptionnist could not speak engish (no problem with that). However she refuse to call translator and just look somewhere else when i tried to communicate with google translate. Very surprising behavior, specially in Turkey were customer service is so high. Do not go there if you are a foreigner. Other hospital will welcome you much better, specially when you pay a doctor appointement 800 TL !!
This hospital has serious flaws. It seems they preferred design, materials, and construction methods intended for hotels instead of hospitals. Hence it looks nice, but almost impossible to disinfect properly due to crevices and the porous surfaces. Furthermore they have almost no pandemic measures in place. All the windows are closed. No shields for personnel. No one enforces proper masks. No disinfectant to be seen. Very crowded. They recycle air. The doctors seem okay. I wish they worked elsewhere.
