This travel agency in Cappadocia is top-notch. If I could, I'd give them 10 stars. The owner and his family are genuinely honest and incredibly reliable, offering the best deals around.
As for the prices, they're quite reasonable, in my opinion, the most competitive in the area.
We booked several of their tours and didn't regret a single one. The experiences we had were truly unforgettable. We made so many friends! Plus, having Mr. Furkan as our tour guide was a stroke of luck. He's incredibly knowledgeable and friendly.
The family is genuinely pleased to see you return and treats you like an old friend. They're always eager to assist you.
Don't let the negative reviews fool you; most of them are misleading and don't reflect reality.

The boss is commendable and the driver was excellent. We booked one balloon ride and a trip in the distinctive pink vintage car. However, please be aware that the pink car is partially broken and not in the best condition. We paid 80 euros for an hour's drive, which is steep considering that most other agencies charge around 70 euros for two hours. Additionally, the balloon ride was priced at 230 euros per person, which we later found to be overpriced as a hotel offered the same for 180 euros per person.

There is definitely room for improvement. I believe the owner could enhance the overall service starting with repairs to the luxurious pink vintage car to justify its premium pricing.

Did the $43 green tour with them. They were punctual and the customer service/hospitality was a 10/10 from the moment I walked through the door. The employees were not pushy, answered all questions, and were overall kind. They offer the cheapest prices, but they don’t cut corners… the itinerary was packed with so much to do! Food was included which was good as well 🫶🏽 Got my $ worth for sure! I usually don’t like tours, but I would recommend this again. The stops didn’t feel rushed either, we spent just enough time at every stop to enjoy and experience. Highly recommend!

Rented with rentgo in Istanbul and had a 24 Hour stop. Over in Antalya so decided to go with them again. The guy at the desk was very friendly and helpful. And even at 10pm at night we had a laugh and good conversation while he sorted the paperwork. We got a new model clio auto which was very ncie and we'll. Looked after. The guy showing around the car got a torch and we looked everywhere for damage. Car was returned the enxt day was checked over and all was good no problems at all. All you need to do is check the car before and after simple and you won't have any problems.

Ich kann niemandem empfehlen, hier ein Auto zu mieten. Die Adresse ist schon falsch angegeben, sodass ein normales Taxi dich zu den üblichen Mietstationen bringt. DMR ist aber weit außerhalb vom Flughafen.
Das Fahrzeug war soweit okay, aber total untermotorisiert.
Jetzt Achtung: Sie verlangen von euch 250€ Kaution und ziehen diese auch direkt von eurer Kreditkarte ab.
Ich fragte, was das soll. Normalerweise wird die Kreditkarte nur hinterlegt, aber nicht abgezogen.
Die Übernahme und auch Abgabe des Fahrzeugs war problemlos.
Ich fragte nach meiner Kaution. Da hieß es dann, dass ich sie in 14 Tagen wiederbekomme. Das kam mir alles sehr seltsam vor.
Schlussendlich, nach 5-mal hin und herschreiben mit Check24 und auch einer Mail an DMR direkt mit Androhung von Rechtsanwalt, habe ich nach über 3 Monaten endlich meine Kaution wiederbekommen.
Ich kann diese Autovermietung auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen.

Had a very good experience with Cizgi. Rented for 9 days. Car was new, had no issues at all. People at the office were very relaxed and everything quickly and easily. They accepted debit cards which was very important for me and didn't take a deposit. Very pleasant experience. Definitely going to rent from them next time!

Wir hatten bereits vor unserem Urlaub ein Auto bei Cizgi online reserviert, da mein Mann ein türkischen führerschein hat, hat Cizgi uns das reservierte Fahrzeug nicht gegeben, als ich mein deutschen Führerschein abgeben wollte wurde gesagt, dass das nicht funktioniert, da die Reservation auf den Namen von meinem Mann war. Uns wurde keine alternativ möglichkeit genannt, nur dass die uns nicht mehr weiterhelfen können, da sie angeblich das Fahrzeug an jemand anderen vermietet haben, obwohl das fahrzeug direkt neben uns stand. Wegen denen haben wir 3 Stunden lang ein Auto gesucht, weil ein Miet Auto spontan zu finden ist schwer.

A company with the best prices and rental conditions. Everything is done quickly and clearly in electronic form. I received the car that I booked on the website, the mileage is 23,000 km. The car was in good working order, the air conditioning worked. A child seat is provided upon request. The tank was empty, but it was enough to get us to the nearest gas station. Thank you!

I was going to write down how frustrated I was using this company but they sent down a saving grace. I had to wait at the airport for 30minutes for the driver which I hadn't experienced before from a professional company especially for VIP service. But when the driver arrived he had a big smile on his face and was very welcoming. This did lift up my mood especially when you arrive on a holiday you don't want to have inconveniences. The vehicle that arrived was NOT the one I had book which really annoyed me. If you book something you expect what your shown on the picture. I was extremely disappointed as I wanted to surprise my wife and not only that I was charged the VIP price for the standard vehicle. BUT when I did speak to the company on the phone they were extremely helpful and apologetic for the inconvenience caused. They sent a lovely lady down to give me some of my money back which was extremely nice of them and that is why I have changed my opinion on the company. People will make mistakes but it is how we decide to resolve it, what counts. I really feel like this is a one off and the company won't make the mistake again. Next time I am in Istanbul I will give them a second chance.

We booked the green tour and it was really nice. We saw a lot in 1 day and our guide Emre was an amazing guide. He gave a lot of information, was funny and kind!
The underground was really interesting. The only remark I have, we ate lunch at 14:30 which was a bit late. The food was included in the price, the drinks not. I think the stops were just long enough in time, not to long and not to short.

Very happy that we used this company. We had an initial misunderstanding on drop off location & price as I booked through a 3rd party company. However after showing my voucher they quickly resolved it by updating the drop off location and refunding me the overcharge. The refundable deposit was lower than most companies and the car provided was nearly new and in very good condition. I highly recommend.

Hassle free pickup experience at Istanbul airport. There was a bit of initial confusion on how to find their contact person, but after that it was pretty easy and simple. Their whatsapp service helped very well.
The return was also perfectly orchestrated. Pricing was better than competition and flexible on currency (EUR/USD/TRY).

Fantastic service. Excellent communication throughout. Both drivers were on time and the cars were in good condition. There was free bottled water for the passengers. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend to my family and friends.

No trouble getting and returning the car. Overall the car worked as expected. We paid 253 euros for 8 days (excluding gasoline) which was fine for us. The personnel spoke English sufficiently which was also nice. Would recommend!

One tip to management: when you search for Cizgi Rent a Car near the Airport you get multiple locations which is confusing.

I am so impressed by their service and coordination. Doesn’t matter what time of the day pickup/drop off, if you have a reservation then you have a cab. You can completely trust them even if you are 1st timer in Istanbul.

We used their service 6 times. Every time they had a great cab and on time cab arrival. Communication happens via WhatsApp and language was never a barrier. Reservation in their website is straight forward.

Nachdem wir uns drauf geeinigt haben, dass wir die 3000 TL überweisen und die 2000 TL erst nach dem wir das Auto bekommen haben, habe ich die 3000 überwiesen.

Was wir bekommen haben sind 4 Tage voller Kopfschmerzen

Uns wurde gesagt das es noch dauern kann bis die Überweisung abgeschlossen ist, weil wir ein Bankkonto im Ausland haben.

Tag 2.
Habe ich in meiner online-Banking App nachgeschaut und das Geld war schon an Tag 1. angekommen.
Doch trotzdem hieß es das es noch nicht angekommen wäre und wir es doch nochmal versuchen sollten.
Nachdem ich meine Bank und auch deren Bank angerufen habe und nachzufragen wurde mir von den Arbeitern gesagt das es nicht so ist und das das Geld nicht drauf wäre.
Dann wurde mir an dem Tag nicht mehr geschrieben.

Tag 3.
Nach stundenlangem hin und her Scheiben
Sollte ich die Quittungsnummer schicken
Gesagt getan
Darauf kam wieder den ganzen Tag keine Nachricht mehr
Auch anrufe haben nichts gebracht entweder hing keiner ran oder ich wurde weggedrückt.

Betrug.. Haben die Anzahlung (über 100€) für ein Auto durch eine online sofort Überweisung bezahlt.
Danach haben die sich nicht mehr gemeldet !!! Haben leider kein Auto bekommen, das wünscht man sich echt nicht im Urlaub.

Never again! Don't rent the car from here! Old cars with about 100k km. No services done, tire pressure not checked, car fluids empty. Cars have many scratches and defects. Had to return the car because it had engine damage. Without any repair, the same car was returned to me in the same condition after 2 days. After several discussions I got another car with the same problems as described above. At least the staff is polite.

Hired a vehicle from Çizgi via a third party app. No problems with the booking or the vehicle which was a Peugeot 301 diesel. However the vehicle could have been handed over in a cleaner condition.

But Cizgi gave me good price and Mr Arif is nice gentleman very friendly. Car was in good condition. I extended additional days which they did easily over the phone. drop off was very smooth. Excellent experience for renting a car for three weeks in May in Antalya. Picking-up a car at mid-night in the airport - 3 staff members in the office, quick and professional documents collection, renting contract has been arranged and signed electronically, the car was ready in front of the office. the whole procedure for picking up a car was taken about 10 min. Contract is sent by e-mail immediately. Drop-off the car in the morning also in the airport (3 people in the office) - it takes 2 minutes. I was 30 minutes late due to a huge traffic jam in Antalya - no problem. Electronic confirmation that everything is fine. Overall - very professional and fantastic service! I can only recommend it to anyone!

Very straight forward service that works. Initial booking should be done through their website which automates an form output for their dispatcher.

After that, finalizing and communicating with the dispatcher over WhatsApp is usually their way of business. Within 12 hours before your scheduled pick up they usually contact you there for reminders and instructions as to where to meet your driver.

-1 star because for my return trip, city to airport, I had to be the one to remind them and contact them of my booking — either way the driver was still their on time and got me to my destination as needed.

Good reliable service. Drive to the city from IST airport took us twice as long because of Istanbul’s rush hour traffic. On the way back, the driver was right on time to pick us up in Moda, and it only took him 40 min to get us there. It was after midnight though and the streets were empty. Will absolutely use this service again.

Anfangs musste ich 30 min anstehen , nur um gesagt zu bekommen, dass mein Mietwagen nicht da ist und ich einen anderen bekomme. Dieser wäre ein paar Minuten weiter weg. Es war dann schon 01:30. Also musste ich mitten in der Nacht, erstmal 15 Minuten dorthin. Der Ort war eine Mischung aus verlassenem Bauerhof und Schrottplatz. Mir wurde dort gesagt (es war jetzt schon um 2) mein Auto käme in ein paar Minuten. Naja, eher würde eineinhalb Stunden passen. Kurz am Rande, auf dem Bauernhofänlichen Gebiet waren viele Streuner unterwegs (SEHR VIELE STREUNER). Als dann das Auto kam, war ich GESCHOCKT. Volkommen DRECKIG, voller SCHLAMM, nur DELLEN und KRATZER. Stellenweise unfallfrei… Als ich dem Mitarbeiter meine Bedenken mitteilte, meinte er (Zitat Miarbeiter) „Das Auto ist nagelneu, Baujahr 2022.“ Da ich mich sehr gut in der KFZ-Branche Auskenne, war die Enttäuschung umso größer. Mir wurde gesagt, dass der Innenraum ja sauber sei. Als ich die Tür öffnete, sah ich das exakte Gegenteil. Dreck, Staub, Auto komplett versüfft. Auf meine Nachfrage, ob ich ein anderes Auto haben könnte, wurde mir gesagt, ich müsste dann noch länger warten. Also blieb mir keine andere Wahl, als das Auto zu nehmen. Es war EXTREM EKELERREGEND mit meinem weißen Anzug mich ins Auto (wenn man es so nennen kann) reinzusetzen. Das Auto hatte kaum noch Benzin, obwohl die nächste Tankstelle meilenweit entfernt war. Also musste ich wieder eineinhalb Stunden eine Tankstelle suchen und war erst um 04:30 im Hotel. SCHRECKLICHER SERVICE!

First time in Antalya. Trusted this company and rented a car for 10 days. It wiorked out to be around 37€ for day including full insurance. Great communication and friendly staff. The car was practically new with 5k km on the clock. If you can afford the piece of mind, go for it.

I have rent a car for three times from this company. I liked the prices and service. All employees are so helpful in Alanya office they shown me all car’s things, made a picture of car, made a good damage control paper. S

Recently rented a car from this company , it was booked through Carjet but the actual hire company was Cizgi at Antalya airport. They were busy at the time of my arrival, however within around 20 minutes or so they managed to check me in. The car I received was a Peugeot 301, 4 door saloon. The price was reasonable that's why I chose this company. They didn't block any deposit on my card either and they even accept cash payment also. On the negative side the car I got was not particularly old but had scratches and scuffs all over it, and it wasn't super clean either. After a couple of days the engine management warning light came on. I quickly took a picture of this and sent it by WhatsApp to the company asking for their advice but they didn't reply at all. So I checked on Google and found out that although it's an issue, it wasn't dangerous. So I continued using the car as normal.

Great airport with lots of nice stores and ready air ants to kill time/shop and to fill belly. Security was super smooth and easy flying in. No one even checked any of our bags when we landed from Dubai and when we flew to and from Gazi Antep. That beating said flying back to US was a bit of overkill on passport checks and all the patting down and baggage rechecking. We got our passports checked probably 4-5 times. Last 3 of those checks were right at the gate where everyone was patted down and metal checked with a wand, every carry on was opened and thoroughly looked at. After final check you were not allowed to leave the gate or if you did you had to go through entire 3 document checks and pay downs… most likely something that US required but is definitely inconvenient.
PS: they won’t allow you to take coffee that you bought inside the airport to your gate so either drink it or wait until you’re on a flight.

I definitely recommend aytucar to everyone. The cars are fresh. The prices are a lot more cheaper than famous services. The staff is very helpful. You can always get help in messengers (major international services will not do this).
I finished my rent on 2nd of November and have received my deposit today with no need to remind somebody.

Well, I have used many car rental companies in different counties. Aytucar is going to be one of my favourite! It's not a big company and you can feel this kind a family company' attirude to you, when everybody remembers you and knows your needs. Very polite, caring attitude. No problems at all, no surprises. Very nice, attentive staff. Definately will come back again!

We are happy with our rental: our initial company did not accept my card saying it wasn't a credit card, but RentGo did accept it without any problem, and they had an even better price! The car was almost new (17.000 km). They also returned the deposit without any problem. Thank you.

Einfach Katastrophe und überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen.!!! Wir haben bei Rent Go Antalya ein Auto für lediglich einen Tag reserviert und das Auto war auch vorhanden, trotz einer Reservierungsbestätigung wurde unsere Reservierung als wir vor Ort zum Abholen kamen einfach abgelehnt. Der Filialleiter hat uns diskriminiert, weil wir das Auto nur für einen Tag reserviert haben. Rent Go ist ein Unternehmen das es nur auf das Geld der Kunden absieht. Wir waren über drei Stunden am Flughafen um ein Auto anmieten zu können. Die gleiche Frechheit gilt für Aytuzcar. Ich hoffe ihr geht in die Insolvenz einfach ein unmenschliches Unternehmen sowohl Aytuzcar als auch Rent Go. Unfreundliche, unmenschlich und zeigen keinerlei Hilfsbereitschaft der Kunde dort hat einfach keinen Wert.

This was a good experience and I’d recommend these guys. We got a ca rental for ten days from Antalya airport, didn’t book beforehand, just went up to the window and asked for rates, they explained everything including insurance and drop off in Izmir airport. There systems weee down so they had to write by hand, but even then they service was good.

Izmir airport drop off - this is the tricky thing, you have to drop off at the international terminal, and there is a gate, the guy was asleep inside so it took a few minutes to figure out what to do. Just plan ahead for the drop off.

Good experience. Would recommend and would try again.

30.10.2021 WE RENTED CAR BY ANTALYA AIRPORT through AYTU rent a car DUSTER. We went to pick it up, the AYTU said there is no car. But still on their system there is one mercedes and one van. We have just waited for them to solve. They could not SOLVE and they RETURNED OUR MONEY BACK!
IT IS VERY UNRESPECTFUL and MISSTRUSTED situation!

If you rent a car from one company, they SERVE you the other available car even if it is upper class, I mean any of the available cars of them. They did not offer any VEHICLES. It is EVEN AGAINST CONSUMER PROTECTION CONTRACTS!

And the car that we did rent, it has lately arrived but they did not solve. We have just WASTED TIME, MONEY and TRUST!

How Dare you Guys!

Be advised that in fact they are not located at the airport terminal (as of Sep 2020). They operate via a kiosk located by one of the roads leading from/to the terminal. Not shown on the Maps correctly. Not very convenient, especially if you don't know that and are misled by the wrong maps (in fact we were told there's no Hertz at all at the airport by one of their competitor's staff, to our dismay, having booked the car beforehand, luckily the person at the Avis was more helpful and kindly helped us calling the Hertz kiosk). The car itself was okay, as expected

Bunch of thieves, only if I could give a minus zero I would, they rob my deposit and claim to not speak english when I tried they even lied to the booking agent...I would not recommend.

I used this excellent airport taxi service (also known as Istanbulairport24) to get from Istanbul Ataturk airport to Sultanahmet. My flight from London was delayed by over an hour and so it was 1am in the night when I landed. I was pleasantly surprised to be contacted on my phone when I was on the airport tarmac after landing. I was even happier to learn that they had not abandoned me after I landed so late.

They were out waiting for me with a white sign having my name on it. The representative was kind and fun. He got me on to a big white van with a driver inside it. I confirmed the price of the 18 Euro with the drive for a private transfer. It was my first time in Istanbul and was glad to see the Theodosian walls in the night as I came in. It was a bit of a struggle for them to get to my hostel because it was in such a narrow area. I was dropped off with alacrity and I paid two extra euro to the driver for the company's forbearance.

In short, I used this airport transfer service from Istanbul airport to get to the city after midnight and I loved it. I highly recommend this Airport transfer service, especially for people coming in small groups.

Hired a G class (Hyundai Accent or Similar) with Automatic transmission. When we arrived to collect it, they gave Opel Corsa Automatic T. That is not a similar to G class! All Hertz staff is so helpful at Antalya Airport but as they explained that the system not set up properly so I could not get a similar car to Hyundai. For sure, I did not accept that small car but THE SYSTEM does not allow me to get a proper G class! I waived from all my comfort and I offer them to give me a G class with manual transmission. Because I wanted a G class so paid for it. The system allowed that, bizarre! After my holiday, I send an email to Hertz Customer Service, explain situation and ask compensation but they decided nothing to refund to me. After my research and asking friends in Turkey, I have go that conclusion. If you go to Turkey and want to hire a car, do not use Hertz go for Aviva car hire, they are better at the Turkey market.

Ist halt ein Flughafen. Etwas schmutzig aber sonst ok.

Very Disappointed. At the end we gave back the car without any damage and 10 days after coming back at home we constated a debit payment for unknown reasons for now, as Hertz have not given us any explanation yet.
