Owner and guests were very friendly. Drinks were made quickly and were delicious.
Coffee was great and the place is very cozy. Staff were friendly to foreigners and recommended great places to eat around the area. A good place to chill in the afternoon and a great chance to chat with some locals.
Just came back from New York and visit this coffee & bar again , have to be honest this little cozy place is really a spot for foreigners to visit , the vibe the customers and the owner were very nice and outgoing , is so easy to make new friends !
This is one great little cafe/bar. The owner is welcoming and the space is friendly. The drinks are works of art. What you feel when you walk in is the relaxed and happy atmosphere, then the welcome from the staff, then watch as great cocktails are created. This place is unique in Taipei, foreigners made welcome, locals happy to meet up with friends. All chillin in an obviously well loved bar where owners and staff take pride in what they have created. Loved the place.
The best spot in Taipei, whether you're looking for a coffee and a snack or a night-out to grab some drinks with friends. They offer a wide selection of drinks and the bartender is really amazing at his craft. Especially "foreigner-friendly" and popular with expats& the staff speaks English too, couldn't recommend more :)
Cosy little joint. Awesome boss gave us a complimentary drink when he realized we were not locals. Way to go for hospitality!

Yes, yes, yes to this bar! This is such a unique bar with delicious Japanese whiskey! Great cocktails, amazing service and nice staff. Be aware of prices :)
Great place for drinks and to hang out!! Great atmosphere too. The cocktails were sooo good. And the bartender was so nice and generous. Gave us free shots twice!!

The place - There are so many coffee shops in this area, and we were explicitly seeking not only a place with nice coffee and shop but also a quiet, relaxed one. This one fulfilled them all. Look very small from shop front, but they have a huge second floor (shown in our picture…). We were specially lucky to have the window seats on the ground floor, felt like they were calling us to come in, it was a very peaceful experience watching people busy walking outside.
Food and Drinks - my wife and i were impressed, everything we ordered have so many layers of taste, yes, including my coffee. Very thoughtfully put together, highly recommended.

友人介紹的店，顧客可是絡繹不絕,酒的路線比較成熟，不是專門做漂亮但沒啥酒感只有糖漿的妹子酒，我就很愛這裡的酒的滋味變化,店的裝潢也很fancy讓人放鬆
在這度過了一個令人愉悅的晚上！他們的香檳真是令人陶醉，充滿了豐富的口感和迷人的氣泡。無論是搭配美食或是單獨享用，都能為你帶來無比的愉悅。

Local vibe with mostly those in 20s.. Cocktail is acceptable with the price range with some original concoctions. Presentation of cocktail is plain. Came as single female as I was staying nearby. Feels safe as single female. Would have order more and recommend for more friends if the vibe is better and better cocktail presentation.

I heard about this place from a friend in Taipei, and I’m so glad I went! It’s my new favorite place in the city (as a foreigner). I went by myself on a Friday night, and even though the bar was full, they still sat me on the second floor. The staff knows various levels of English, but it’s easy with google translate. I had THE BEST GIMLET of my life! When a space opened up, they had me sit upstairs. It’s not a big space, just 5 seats at the bar plus a table. Everyone is so friendly and it’s super fun to watch them make drinks. They have a super impressive selection of gins from around the world. I ordered another drink that was incredible. They also offered tastings of differently things. The service is the best. I wanted to try every drink on their menu! This was definitely a highlight of my trip. ❤️
Might be some of the best cocktails in Taipei. Loved the old fashioned, one of the better ones I’ve had. The vibe here was also really great, chill and laid back. Food was solid too! Enjoyed the sliders. Yum!
Finding bars in taiwan as a foreigner is hard, but here man less than 20€ all you can drink is the deal! Really recommend this if you are close to mainstation

環境空間都好棒很舒服，超適合跟姐妹聊天小酌，真的是非常棒的地方！！滷味很入味很好吃超下酒，調酒覺得濃度有點高，闆娘馬上來關心幫忙重新調一杯，非常讓人感動，一定還會再來的地方❤️
Local joint playing pop classics with super friendly staff who sometimes give free shots! Beer is cheaper than other places and it’s a great place to sit and chat. Feels like a friends house.

The positives: the neighborhood has its charms and is quiet. The decor of the bar is cozy and inviting. Beer is offered (Orval, wow!) as well as cocktails.
The negatives: I found the overall experience pretentious and lacking. This speakeasy makes Western style cocktails (I ordered an old fashioned) but the drink prepared for me was unpalatable--the cocktail consisted of whisky, a ground sugar cube, and a dash or two of bitters. Thus, the drink was very small and tasted overpoweringly of alcohol. I would recommend using simple syrup to add some balance to the drink. The lemon peel used to garnish the drink was anemic-looking. I finished the drink in about 4 sips. Rather ridiculous when the cocktails are 300+.
The bartender looked disinterested and sometimes went and sat with her friend and sipped her own drink. I waited about 20 minutes to order my second drink. Absolutely oblivious service.

At first , the venue is great and I immediately liked the place , we had 6 people and all ordered drinks, the popcorn was served in the original Costco Kirkland bag straight out of microwave, upon requesting a bowl the waitress refused to provide, stating that they do not provide utencils , then took the bag away to cut it open for easier access , I guess you can call it environment friendly; the drinks were all mediocre and with distain, I think I probably would mixed a better drink at a soda fountain, not to mention its above market rate at 450ntd each, then the charcuterie platter wasnt served till 30 minutes later, after checking the order 3 times, after all of us finished our drinks , and the cheese tasted like bitter rubber and seems like it weird flavors sucked in from sitting in the fridge

店內有調酒、啤酒等，無酒精的話有汽水（或是請老闆推薦酒精度數低的），對酒單有疑問老闆會細心回答；音樂聲舒服不會過大，比較狹窄溫馨的空間很適合幾個好友聊天小酌。

There are so many variety of Gin you can try at here. The staffs here are very professional to introduce every single details of Gin to you. They also recommend the combination of Gin with type of food offered for dining. Other than Gin, the bar also offers many type of cocktails with gin base. So you can choose accordingly to you favourite.

Great cocktail bar located underneath the AMBA hotel. The environment was very inviting and the ambience was chilled and relaxing. Had the bars signature cocktails and tried couple of classic cocktails as well. A great place to hang out with your friends.
A must-go for gin lovers. Wild range of gins, x friendly staff. Peculiar choice of music for a cocktail bar (2000s Taiwanese pop)
You guessed right, great range of Gin, even some I’ve not heard of. Good G&T and Negroni, great Gin Martini. Barman was a little cold towards us... maybe it’s just the language barrier
Ultra friendly bar owner, drinks not bad but only serves what’s on the menu, very local vibes.
Cocktails fastidiously made, my “Don’s little bitter” was nicely balanced and shaken to a nice texture. Not a whisky bar but a good choice of scotch and bourbon including the excellent local Omar. A word of warning though, service can be slow when busy.
Walking distance from Shuanglian MRT station. We come on weekend and need to queue. The place is pretty spacious with a DJ play live music. We order peach tea (NTD300) - presentable look, Black Forest (NTD450) - taste so so, Dutch East India (NTD400) - taste so so too. Service charge 10%. Free popcorn. Overall the taste didnt give any deep impression. Its not a repeat place to visit. Friendly staff btw.
Alan has a small, hard-to-find place with a great selection of beers, primarily Belgians. He knows his stuff and will good care of you. View over the water is lovely, especially as the sun goes down.
Truly Taiwan bar!!! This place had a great vibe to it ! I was able to try different brands of gin and the bartenders were very enthusiastic to introduce me their big collection. Overall, it was fun and pleasure enough for me to order 4 drinks! good job guys!!!

你好 Im a korean friend :) I went into the bar for a light drink on my trip to Taipei. there were kind and friendly staffs in the bar. i stayed for 5 hours in this bar!!!
Especially the boss is so cute. She's the most energetic person I've ever seen. Everyone in the staff is nice. And the bartender is very good at English. This is my third trip to Taiwan and I want to come back next time I come to Taipei.

Great cocktails!! And very affordable compared to other local cocktail bars. Great staff, extremely friendly and attentive. Will definitely come back.
Serve high level SOLID gin cocktail with reasonable price (around TWD400-500) classic local bar hidden in the old Taipei area.
There are many bars in this area yet I’d say Ginspiration is one the best, especially comes to their considerable service and good taste.
If you’re a newbie in Gin, no worry they’d ask you some questions and you’ll get a customized cocktail just suits your taste.

Great craft beer with a beautiful view out over the harbour. Really nice guy who owns the place, chatted with the Mrs and myself about Dansui.
Prost Bar has a large selection of foreign beers in bottles - nothing on tap that I could see. Its mostly Belgian beers, but also a few from the US, France, etc. The owner was extremely patient while I looked through the menu. The real draw of this place is that you can sit at a counter facing the river and get an absolutely perfect view of the sunset.
We found this bar on google map, it wasn't our plan but we were surprised to find this hidden gem in Zhongshan district. It's very quiet during the week day, they have a selection of good cocktails, and the bartenders were very professional. Love the good ambience inside, such a nice place to chill out with friends, I would love to come back again soon. The lovely cocktail I had on that day was Pisco Sour, love it!
