Went here for a buddies Bachelor party and it was amazing! Service was fantastic, food was great. Had Sauna, cold bath and hot tub along with very comfy and peaceful places to just fall asleep. The bar was awesome and food was great. Massage was amazing! Did an hour and let me just say I felt so rejuvenated! Give them a try and relax your worries away!

I have been going monthly for hydrafacials and lash lifts over the past 10 months. I love this place and the staff there! My skin texture, appearance, and elasticity have all improved, I get compliments on my skin all the time now! I am partial to seeing Megann because she is amazing, but I have interacted with the other ladies there, they all seem very knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend taking time for yourself care and going to skintuition!
The Sandy location is amazing. I’ve been coming for the past 6 months and love it. It’s a clean and beautiful facility . I enjoy the variety of wellness options. The staff are all very nice, I’ve never had a negative experience with any team member. I recently had questions about the services they offer, Grace was helpful and has great customer service skills. Definitely a great addition to my wellness routine.
If you’re looking for a tanning salon with great equipment, knowledgeable associates and exceptional service, look no further. This place is incredible. Maddie is an absolute gem. Through my countless questions she is very patient and competent when answering questions about the equipment and products they offer. She could sell wood in a forest. I’ve seen it first hand. Also second hand. If it’s not bolted down in that place she could sell it. I can’t write enough good things about Maddie. I’ve been impressed with all of the associates. Sadie signed me up for my membership and pushed me to go diamond which I’m glad she did. Kenzie is so kind and inclusive. She always makes time for people while staying task oriented and offers a sea of knowledge. I love to tan but the people are why I keep coming back. Best part of my day!
I’ve been tanning at Beaches for about 5 years now and have tanned at almost all the locations. The girls at this location are BY FAR the sweetest and most knowledgeable.
One employee who stands out is Maddie: she goes out of her way to build rapport with each customer and knows a lot of them by name. She is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and really just makes the experience seamless. Brooke has also helped me a few times and has been very sweet.
This salon is always clean and I, personally, have never had to wait too long for a bed to become available.

Every-time I come here I feel so welcome and always have a good and fun experience. Thank you Alexa, Grace, and all the other girls for always being so kind and welcoming you guys are awesome. This place is amazing and always clean it truly is the best tanning experience I could ask for. I love the Sandy location as well it’s convenient for me and they take good care of the building! I just got done tanning here! Kenzie was so helpful and knowledgeable when it came to knowing exactly what bed would be best for me. She even recommended some really good tanning lotion! I will definitely be back!!
This place is horrible!! So we went here for my bachelorette party the lady at the counter was rude. Her and her friends looked at us like if we didn't belong in there or what were we doing in there.
We went to the bar order to drink and the bartender told me she couldn't understand me when I asked for a rum punch. Which is literally rum and fruit punch. I asked for amaretto sour she also didn't understand what that was either. And tell me the only thing I could order was off of their menu that had just a few mix drinks(about 7).
We went downstairs to actually go to the "spa" and they use the word "Spa" very Loosely... it was more like a locker room and a dirty one at that. We were going to get a massage but after seeing some of the rooms downstairs in the ladies spa area we were discouraged. There were places where they must have performed other spa services that were left dirty and gross. There was a lack of good hygiene being followed in the hot tub. Lots of foam was in the hot tub along with black dirt and probably dead skin cells floating around.
The sauna was very big but it was also dirty. The steam room was very small. We felt like we had gotten dirtier by partaking in any of the amenities at this place. Any videos or pictures of this place posted publicly or most likely posted by friends or family members of the employees and owners. Specifically because there are numerous signs saying that you're not allowed to videotape or record or take pictures and you'll be thrown out. So a video review I saw that was posted 3 days before us attending was apparently staged in which they cleaned the place properly before taking the video and giving it five stars. Not a true reflection of this place or its services.

Maddie was so great and made me feel welcomed. Her smile and personality could light up any room - She is the most exceptional woman I have ever had a customer experience with. I was not sure if I would ever get a membership but once Maddie showed me all of the different options… I knew I had to buy one. Maddie is by far the most amazing customer service person I have ever encountered. She definitely needs a pay raise for how absolutely breathtaking her work ethic is. A 10/10 would be an understatement. MADDIE IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! She is carrying beaches by a landslide.
I wish I could write a book about how SPECTACULAR… Maddie is - she is the only reason I tan at this location. She makes me so happy and always remembers every customer that walks into the store. I love everything about her. She is great at sales but is never pushy. She really cares about what is going to benefit the customer and I absolutely adore that. LOVE MADDIE!!!
This bathhouse is wonderful in every way. exactly what is needed. There is everything you might need in a bathhouse, including a sauna with wet steam and a steam room with dry steam. There is also a pool with hot water and, of course, a pool with ice water, in the literal sense of the word, the water is so ice cold that I will compare this water with the water in an ice hole, it’s very cool. There is also a section with a massage table. There are also sun loungers where you can take a nap. I was in this bathhouse during the day at 2 o’clock in the afternoon and at that time there were practically no people. I recommend everyone to go to this bathhouse, I stayed in

I've been seeing Nadia for Chemical peels for the last several months and can't wait to try some of the other offerings. I enjoy chatting with her and any questions I have, she’s always happy to answer them. Highly recommend going!
I have tanned different places all over the valley and this is by far the location that I've had the best experience with. The storefront is beautiful and very clean and high vibration. The staff is friendly and well informed. I also personally like that the staff is well informed about the tanning enhancers that they offer, but they aren't overly pushy with sales, which I really appreciate. Overall an amazing experience and would definitely recommend.
I worked with Kortni when I was at your store. I have a darker complexion and wasn’t sure what to use. She was an amazing staff member and helped me each step of the way. Even helped me with the 7 days free! I am super excited to continue to use Beaches in Sandy and work with her more! Very easy and convenient. I went late on a Tuesday and I think that's key if you want a quieter experience. I also got an 85 minute massage that was great. It's not the most appointed sauna I've been to but the price is also less. I recommend bringing your own toiletries. Hair dryers are provided.
My first time and I was impressed. As I entered I was greeted by Mariagely with a warm and genuine welcome. I then had Valerie and she was phenomenal and just so patience and did my eyebrows with so much class. So professional and classy. I am so happy that I found Depiláis and excited to go back.
I had the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had at a tanning salon! I’ve been to several tanning places in my day. Professional from start to finish, I was greeted and felt unique and special going there. The beds are the best! However, it was the personal touch of my customer service gal. Big shiny smile and so sincere, not fake like most employees at these places. I believe her name was Alexis? Being in business for myself, this is who and what I’d want to represent my company!
Good gym terrible environment had 40 dollars taken from my wallet in a locker with a lock on it also bag was moved to a different locker. Management and staff knows this occurs on a daily basis but doesn’t let people know about the problem and does not do anything to help security.
Shelby and Maddie helped me today and both were very attentive and extremely welcoming. When I first came the girls were attending to prospective clients and were very busy but Shelby saw me right away and helped me out and was very nice. Definitely 5 star service.
I don’t leave reviews very often but Kianna at the location in South Jordan was so helpful I wanted to take the time to recognize her. She was extremely patient and helpful with the many questions I had about lotions, red light therapy and helping me with my membership. We all have experienced the decline in help these days. This was my first time ever going to a tanning salon and I had such a great experience. I wanted a dark but natural looking spray tan and I had no idea how to go about requesting one of these and how the machines work. Paloma was incredibly approachable and was able to walk me through everything very clearly. I loved how my spray tan turned out and I WILL BE BACK!!

1st time my wife and I ever tanning. My wife and I went in the other day to this location (south Jordan) and what a experience it was. It was ironically very calming and the stuff I bought to put on while tanning smelt good. I’ll be going 1-2 times a week now. I believe the person who helped me name was Kianna or Kiana. Seemed like she was a manager. Because she was very knowledgeable. And she up sales us. And I’m not ken to be sold. Not sue got me and my wife to purchase product.

Super grateful for Maddie and all her knowledge. I'm new to tanning and she made sure that I understood the different type of beds and products. She made great recommendations to help me get a nice tan in time for my wedding.
The girl working at 3:30 on Wednesday 8/30 was phenomenal. I had a coupon that wasn’t scanning and she went out of her way to problem solve the issue. Despite me insisting it was totally fine, she apologized profusely. All while handling a full lobby of sometimes grumpy tanners! Her customer service skills were awesome and she deserves a raise.
Been going here for past few years. It's getting better. However, wish they had the machines that count your reps. But they have variety of machines and Great space to workout
I got a 90 minute massage with G and it was excellent. Very professional and personable. I asked for deep pressure and he delivered. A vigorous but still relaxing technique with great stretching and reflexology. The room was also clean and comfortable. They add a 15 percent gratuity to all services, but will remove it if asked and you can tip in cash. G definitely earned a 20 percent tip! Highly recommend.

Great gym, great staff. The men’s shower room is dirty tho. How often do the employees clean? I’ve noticed that the female janitor did a much better job than the male janitor but this wasn’t recent so staff might’ve changed. What hours does the men’s shower room get cleaned and for how long?

What an incredible team! My sister, cousin, and I planned out a spa weekend to Chicago with De La Vie providing massages, facials, and pedicures. We were very impressed by their attention to detail, professional advice, and warm spirits. Highly recommend if you are visiting Chicago and want a memorable experience.

Probably the worst gym I’ve been to. It’s too small for the amount of people who cram into it. No available weights or machines. People fighting like animals over meat to get ahold of dumbbells. No benches. Messy. Loud. Crowded.
I’ve been coming to this location for yrs . The summer program is not the best idea. It's not free. Members dues pay for it. Minors should be supervised by an adult. What about gym etiquette??? Five kids on the machine. I can't get my workout in. Maybe they can do chores in exchange. This program is not fair to the people that actually pay monthly can’t even get a workout 🏋🏽♀️ in . Half of machines are broken . These programs should only be ran in the bigger locations. I’m really dissatisfied

She listened to what I wanted and asked all the right questions to get an insight on what I exactly was going for. Love love love her work. And also she is very personable and fun to chit chat with. I recently got a spray tan by Alyssa Conte and she did an amazing job! The salon is absolutely beautiful. It’s very clean and relaxing from the moment you walk in! All of the employees are very welcoming and friendly. Alyssa was thorough on how to prepare for the spray tan and the aftercare. I got the express tan and I love how golden and glowy my skin looks! Definitely recommend Skintuition and Alyssa. Thank you! 😊
This is the best place for wax hair removal! I usually see Stephanie, she's so sweet and very quick and thorough, never misses a spot and makes you feel very comfortable. Nadia is great too!

Jordan and her team at ZoomTan are some of the best people. Every time you walk in the doors they always have a smile on their faces and are always willing to help answering any questions you might have! Jordan also makes sure the salon is always clean. I love going to this location because when you walk into the door you always feel the positive vibes and homey feel the Zoomtan employees always bring!

Worst planet fitness location I have ever been to. Dumbbells are all over the place and never at their proper spot. It is dirty, musty and depressing. Go somewhere else if you have the means to. You will never be able to get a proper workout in.
When my husband and I scanned our cards the guy in the front desk made me scan it again which is fine because it happens sometimes but he made me scan it 5 times and on top of that he gave me and my husband a huge attitude and told us we can leave. He was disgusting and rude and when we went back to ask for his name they refused to give us his name so i can file a complaint to planet fitness.
My main issue with this gym is the poor ventilation system. It’s hot and smelly during the warmer months, it just doesn’t motivate me to go. There’s not a lot of floor space which is something I don’t like since I do pilates. I stay away from the crowded downstairs, it’s not fun. Upstairs cardio room is fine though!

All planet fitness locations recently changed from a 24 hour gym to closing at 11pm. Deal breaker for me seeing how packed this place gets. 5 in line to use a smith machine? I was just there and had to leave. I counted 13 cardio machines out of order. 3/4 months ago the cable fly machine and tanning was down for like a month. They do not care about you here and I'll tell you why. This spot is in a low income minority neighborhood. To prove my point go to the ones in Long Island City queens or Astoria. Those places are spotless with working machines. Also a little deceiving that the posted pictures for this location aren't actually from this location. Time to go back to Blink or Retro.
This is the worst planet fitness on earth. It is always packed. The machines, weights, and toilets are all packed in the basement where there is no airflow and it stinks of sweat and toilets. I actually like PF in general and I got the black card to use other gyms. All the suburban locations have been great, and most of the NYC ones are OK. This one is trash! They need to open another one nearby or actually do the 24/7 thing bc it is really hard to work out here. There are lines for everything and lots of machines broken. You can never find 2 matching dumbbells, they're scattered around the gym cause there is no room to move anywhere and staff doesn't pick up.

This Planet Fitness location is the cleanest and most well managed location I’ve ever been to. Machines do break because of improper use but they seem to be fixed in a timely manner. Gym is not overly packed except for peak hours. I frequently see the staff doing a deep clean and even cleaning under machines often. Highly recommend this gym and shout to the friendly staff.
Emili is a miracle worker! I always leave looking and feeling a million times better than when I walked in. She has literally saved my skin more than once :)
Beautiful and calming, I recommend De La Vie to anyone looking for a relaxing experience. My most recent treatment was with Emilija, and she took such care to ensure the experience was wonderful. The music was lovely, and I felt great after. I will definitely come back soon.

I like this zoom tan better than any other. The tanning beds are stand up and they don't actually like close like a door, more like a closet door so you don't feel trapped. The machines are loud but this one seems to have less sound on the fans compared to other zoom tans. I will only go here now. Pretty cheap and easy to sign up and the tanning machines are easy to use.

100% recommend. From what I’ve seen they have the most affordable unlimited monthly tanning being able to cancel your membership whenever you want. Upper peach st location has great and helpful staff as well!
I have been going to Zoomtan for years. The cleanliness and friendly staff is what keeps bringing me back. I love how they are located in other states too. You can’t beat the prices.

The first time back in a gym... put it off for so long, but I was super comfortable once there. There was no shortage of machines. Two! 2 floors! As I was on the treadmill, I could see constant sanitation by staff and members. And best of all is the staff all so friendly, looking forward to working with CJ on my next visit. He took time to explain and tweak some things to help me get more comfortable with the environment and my own technique. I am yet to take advantage of the spa benefits that go with my membership, but ... soon come!
For the most part the staff is great however, there is a couple who have the personality of a wet noodle. They won’t even make eye contact. Love going outside of the 1 employee who is not very pleasant.
I go to the one in Erie, Pa in the Tops Plaza on West 26th. I was in yesterday, and was disappointed to find out Heather was let go. I don’t understand why. She was always friendly and personable. That was a big mistake, if there was another tanning salon, I would leave & go there! Please bring her back!!
Great tans but horrible hours on the weekends. Really closing at 5pm on a Saturday? By the time you get out of work and take a shower the place is closed. If anything they should be closing early during the week. Not everyone has weekends off.

I get my eyebrows done with Manuela since last year and she have been the best. It's been a year for my eyebrows to recover from my teenage years but I finally see improvement since going to depilais. I get other services there too and all the staff is super friendly and professional. The other thing that I like the most is punctuality, if you have an app you will never wait more than 5 minutes, so that's why the on time policy is so important for them
Manuela is the best!! I went in couple of weeks after shaving my eyebrows (I was desperate) and she helped me! Literally, redesigned my eyebrows and did it so naturally. She is an artist and I’m glad I found her. If you need your brows done- don’t hesitate book with Manuela!

Having never received a facial, I was hesitant to use the treatment I received as a gift; however, I am so happy that I did! By far the best salon in the city. Originally followed my manicurist, , but soon was introduced to all the wonderful services they offer. Their amazing staff are both knowledgeable and helpful in customizing the exact services and product that are right for you. My skin has never looked better or been more complimented. A wonderful experience to say the least.

One of the worst gyms. Constantly crowded and people who workout here do not have common gym etiquette. Planet fitness does nothing to ensure equipment is used correctly or in the correct place. Blink fitness is 5 more minute walk down the road and same price. Go there
Sometimes when I get facials I feel like the staff does a good job of spreading stuff on my face to clean it and add moisturizer. That's fine, I enjoy it. This is not a default practice at this place. The staff is skilled and knowledgeable about different products and treatment methods. The custom recommendations for me were so on point. My stressed skin shone after my treatment.
It is always a great experience tanning at zoom tan and the Harborcreek location. Michelle is amazing. Michelle is always super friendly and is very knowledgeable about products and promotions. The store is always very clean when I stop to tan. I look forward to tanning there based on the excellent level of service I receive from Michelle and the cleanliness of the location.
Michelle has always been the most amazing employee. She always tells me about new products and daily deals. I know she really cares about my results not making a sale. I have an unlimited monthly package for UV and spray. I was about to cancel the spray tan package because I’ve been unhappy with my results. she asked me questions about what products I was using and explained why I wasn’t get the anticipated results. I’ m keeping the package but only because she cared enough to ask questions and give me knowledgeable answers. Michelle is a true asset to your company. She takes the time educate me regarding the products and results. I can’t express enough how grateful I am that she takes the time to anticipate my needs and provide exceptional customer service. Thank you for hiring an employee who goes over and above to service her customers. I will continue to tan at the Harborcreek location due to Michele’s excellent service. Thank you!

My first time visiting this place and I could not be any happier. I waxed my legs with Juliana and she was amazing! She was super professional and answered all my questions. I have super sensitive skin and she made sure to use the right product. The place is also super clean and cute! The staff is very friendly and polity! I will definitely come back!!!!
Okay seriously, this zoom tan has the NICEST workers ever to start off with!! They are ALL so polite and helpful and never judging anyone and just giving the all around best experience I've ever had, every time I go tanning! Out of all my times going, I've only had to wait 1 time and that was only a couple minutes!! And I'm okay with waiting because that just goes to show how many people love this place as much as I do! It's a quick and easy time!! Even when I only have a few spare minutes, I can still squeeze in a tan because you rarely ever have to wait and they're always so clean and ready to go!! Highly recommend this zoom tan, not only for tanning but for the simple little convos and all the help every worker there gives!!! Definitely a 10/10 for me. I've never EVER have had a negative comment to say about this place and highly doubt I ever will!!!

A long time after I got last Deeo clean Facial and Kari was Excellent with her services and information on skin cafe and extremely friendly. Highly recommend!!! Brenda also was very excellent with the waxing and styling of the Brows. First time coming to visit after 3 referrals and is worth it. Great Job and atmosphere. 10 stars ⭐️ review.
Been going here for years. This location to be excat, before it was zoom tan. It was hit and miss with cleanliness for a little while but since new management, I'd say at least 2022 it's been great. The reps are nicer too. It does suck more that since covid they seem to have different hours not open as early and close earlier but still my fav location. The bulbs are always fresh feeling, not dull and old. Always in and out quick. I'd recommend.
months now this machine does not work. Several clients have reported it and this gym does not improve its equipment, the area of scarce weights lost almost and some pounds are not there. I only attend because it is still a street from my house. but I'm already thinking of leaving and not paying the black card anymore.
