So we went in looking for a couch and a sales lady named Bayan made this experience the worst possible one yet. First of all we have been to many furniture stores and never once has a sales associate commented on how long we were in the store. We were in there for maybe 45 min when this sales lady comes up to me saying “well you have all the time You’ve already been in the store for over an hour” then she proceeds to insult me by telling me I’m picky and if I go and sit on another couch it will be my favorite and come back to this one it will be my other favorite. These are fairly pricey couches and of course I want to make sure the one we purchase is the one best suitable for us. I also didn’t appreciate how she had zero idea on any of the sofas, she was asked what the name of a couch was and she stated “oh I’m not good with names” honestly I could go on with the nonsense and disrespect but it’s not fair to say every employee there is like this. We’ve been to the location multiple times and this is just a fair warning to ask for another associate.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE GUYS! I bought a sofa in November 2023, I received it a couple weeks after and I paid $2000+ for it. We had a fantastic experience with Haverty’s in Melbourne, FL. Our sales consultant, Janice, was terrific. She helped steer us to the bedroom set that was right for us, and it looks beautiful in our space. She was also very helpful and patient with us as we went through the process of choosing our furniture. The delivery team was also awesome - very friendly and professional. They used moving blankets to cover the front entry and door jamb, which was a nice touch. The furniture arrived well wrapped in moving blankets and heavy plastic wrap.
Went into store with very specific needs and requirements for motion furniture. Debbie was amazing, knowledgeable and extremely helpful in showing me all my options. She pointed out some factors that I didn't consider without any pressure to purchase. It was a very pleasant experience and am looking forward to the delivery of the most comfortable furniture I ever sat on.
We were lucky to get Deborah Soltesz as our sales rep. She did an exemplary job in explaining your products attributes as compared to your competitors. Had mounds of patience and no selling pressure. Will ask for her on our next purchase. She is an asset to your company store.
Suzanne took the time to let us try several mattresses, no easy task given my wife’s non-ambulatory condition. We will return to Haverty’s to complete our furnishings for our newly renovated condo.

Terrible! Do not shop here! As soon as they or should I say Vinny found out we bought a house & needed to furnish it, he got extremely pushy. Wanted to sell us the most expensive couch, etc. We knew what we were looking for & it was nothing he wanted to push! Then, he claimed he was giving us the best deal, after he went ahead & added all the protection to everything so that of course raised all the prices. Then he was going to send us a final quote. All he ever sent was the total which was over 28,000.00! I had priced out everything online & my total wasn’t even 16,000.00! They are scammers! Well, at least Vinny is. Don’t shop at this location if you value your money! I won’t say all of Ashley’s salespeople are like that, because they aren’t! I’ve had very good experiences at Ashley Furniture! This place, is bad!

Very big location, with a huge inventory to choose from. I love the fact that they gave me my space until I finally made the decision to purchase the bed my daughter really liked. Sr. Gorge, thank you for your customer service! I will definitely be back when I'm ready to purchase my couches. I've been to many furniture stores and so far Living Spaces has the best selection.
Horrible customer service. I Love pottery barn but this store management is horrible and rude. I placed a big order and regret ever giving this location a dime of my money. Will not purchase anything from this store again.
Agree with the other reviews regarding customer service. Without that, it doesn't matter how nice the store presentation is. My husband and I was just treated horribly by manager Kate -- she went between trying to ignore us (we were the only customers in that section) and speaking extremely condescendingly.
Unbeatable deals that span collections from West Elm and Pottery Barn. I got a great deal for a media console that will be a focal piece for sure. I suggest taking a look at their instagram for current inventory

We went in on Black Friday, chose our couch, and set to be delivered 2 days later on Sunday. Paying the extra amount for delivery & and installation is very much worth it. Our delivery from Living Spaces arrived exactly on time like promised, and our couch fits perfectly in our space.
Have been here twice, extremely disappointed by the rude and condescending approach they have towards customers. Systems don’t work and they blame you. A complete embarrassment to Pottery Barn and their brand.
Recently moved and needed a new sofa. I finally made the time to drive down to Living Spaces and check out their selection. I didn’t think I’d find anything on my first trip there, however, the great selection of styles, materials, and range in pricing was great. Was greeted at the door and given a quick lay of the land to help me through the warehouse. Spent about an 1 1/2 hrs trying out different sofas and all of the associates I spoke with were very helpful in answering my questions. The next day delivery option was right on time and the gentlemen that delivered the piece with care. Loooove my new sofa and will definitely be back to check out other home decor that caught my eye!

I stopped by during the week to purchase some items for my nursery and Erren (one of the managers) and his staff were so incredibly helpful and patient. They checked their inventory and the backstock for items that I inquired about. Erren even offered me an item that he was reserving for himself. 10/10

Big THANKS to Mr.Juan!!!! Juan gave such care and patience during my visit. Originally I was looking for a dining set for my new apt. Juan was patient and really listened to what I was looking for. I gave me great suggestions and not only was he so great with welcoming and customer service that I ended up also purchasing a sofa with matching chair. Financing was easy and affordable. I gave a reasonable down payment and my monthly payments are $45 a month!!! AMAZING!!! Especially after a big move this is perfect. Definitely recommend Ashley Furniture on Broadway ask for Juan. Btw will be returning soon to purchase a new mattress with electric base. Whoop whoop I can’t wait!
Extremely underwhelming and disappointing customer experience. My fiance and I made an appointment at this location, and we were met with a retail salesperson who was not helpful and was disinterested in showing us items around the store that we might want for our wedding registry. She was short with us when it came to signing up online in order to scan items that we'd like. We were asking more questions than she was, and quite frankly, she didn't really care that we were shopping for our special day. I honestly thought we would work with someone who actually wanted to be there and was enthusiastic about the store selection. You are better off looking online. The design consultant (DBradley) at their online store was far far nicer and willing to assist me with any custom questions (which I appreciated). We cut our appointment short and headed to their sister store, Williams and Sonoma. I would not come here again to shop or recommend it.
My husband and I purchased a dinning table last week. The table was reasonably priced and we were able to pick it up within 30 min. My visit to Living Spaces was a total disappointment. When we arrived, the representative was uninterested in helping us, citing the fact that it was just 35 minutes before closing time. As if that wasn't enough, we discovered that the table we purchased only had 3 chairs, and the hunt for the missing fourth chair turned into a wild goose chase, with conflicting information from the staff. To make matters worse, they called me the next day to inform me that they couldn't locate the chair, offering a choice to take it as is or cancel the order, all without a trace of empathy. We came to Living Spaces to try out their kitchen table, as we'd never bought from them before, but this experience has made us decide to take our business elsewhere for a bed and sofa, especially since we're in the process of moving. This was a terrible introduction to Living Spaces, and I can't recommend them based on this ordeal.
Nice store but the customer service failed us. We went to the store to make an order in-person because we weren’t able to place it online. The manager didn’t want to match the online offer. We tried to place the order over the phone today and the ‘extra’ sale expired yesterday.

Had issues with the delivery, should have refused it but I didn't notice that it was damaged until later. Can't get a return phone call, they just text. I would avoid this place like the plague. Table was warped, I called 2 hours after it was delivered. Also the side table wasn't fully assembled. I still haven't received a phone call. They don't stand behind their products.
Great sales process, answered all our questions, didn't feel pressured and great selection in the showroom to see and try. Very accommodating with the delivery process as well. Very easy delivery. Can't wait to get the additional items we ordered and begin using everything.
Excellent customer service at the Pottery Barn Downtown Bethesda!! The store had only two lounge chairs, but staff called every store in three different states to secure additional chairs our fire pit project. The chairs are very comfortable and we absolutely love the biscotti color. However, we ended up using the chairs by the pool for a place to having a morning coffee or a glass of wine at night.
Digging through curtain rods, I wasn't sure how to know what style was in each box and what additional parts needed purchased separately. Aaron was extremely helpful explaining the codes to me to help my search and what needed to be purchased additionally. He searched the back room for me, finding what I was hoping to purchase. I should mention it was a hot day and the store was warm making the search a bit uncomfortable

We usually go to the New York location, but we drove 3hrs to try this new location for the first time. Because we live so far away, called the store before we made a trip. Erren was who helped me on the phone. He explained thoroughly how the outlet works! When we actually came to the store, he helped us road the dining table to our car. Very polite, nice and helpful. We had a great experience here! We are coming back to this location again for sure : )
After visiting other furniture stores, we were getting a bit discouraged with service and quality of the furniture. My sister recommended Havertys so we decided we would try there with plans to visit other stores as well. From the moment we walked in the door Darlene Broadway was very welcoming and patiently answered all of our questions. She wasn't pushy or in a hurry. She knew when to give us space to talk with each other and was ready when we needed help! We found a sofa we loved and she told us all about the sofa, where it was made and how it was made. She made this a very pleasant experience! We will definitely come back to Havertys and we will recommend the store to others!

Monaliza helped me in the store. She was very sweet and very helpful. I came in to the store and told her that I had scoliosis, and she had the expertise to ask questions about my scoliosis, and how that would affect me purchasing a couch. She showed me several options and describe how each option could be helpful in a different way when I am sitting on the couch. We walked through scenarios of using the couch so that she can get a better understanding of the features that I would require. To my surprise I purchased a couch and financed it over one year. I was supposed to go to five other stores today but now I have the whole day free because she was very helpful.

Unfortunately I made a personal mistake on the measurements so I went back two days later to try and maybe exchange or cancel the first initial order and re-order another item to fit my living area.
A young gentlemen by the name of Tony easily created a cart for me and then took me up to the cashier and the manager on duty Craig made the exchange or cancellation process super easy and was informative of what he was doing step by step. He was able to order me the new item I wanted and cancel the previous one before it was delivered.
If I could I would rate this location and these guys I would rathe them 100 stars instead of 5.
Thanks guys for everything and for handling my situation very professionally and easy.

Paula at this outlet location deserves a shoutout — she is one of the best salespeople I’ve ever met. She was incredibly patient with me as I seesawed between buying one dresser vs waiting for a different kind (and this decision took me a substantial amount of time - close to an hour!). Paula was just as invested as I was in helping me find the right piece, and even went out of her way to point out that a separate accessory I was purchasing had a small scuff/helped me pick a different one. It’s rare to come by someone who truly cares and goes above and beyond without pressuring a purchase. The store itself has great variety too! Highly recommend.
Buyers beware of their mattresses. This place Sold me a twin mattress with bed bugs. Returned the mattress and refunded the money. Didn't even apologize, the person who sold me the mattress didn't even seemed surprised when i told my son woke up with bed bug bites. Do not recommend this place.

If you aren't an expert on mattresses, this is a good place to go because the customer service and information provided here is pretty amazing. I paid a lot of money for the right mattress but it was totally worth it because I am now sleeping in the most comfortable bed I've ever stepped in my whole life. They also have a 0% interest financing plan which is really convenient.
I purchased an Otis Galaxy mattress from Futonland approximately 4-5 years ago. It was initially one of the most comfortable mattresses I'd ever slept on. However, over the years the foam where my husband and I sleep has noticeably sank, despite our regular rotating and flipping of the mattress. It now feels like there is a hump in the middle of the bed. Neither my husband or I weigh more than 180lbs, which makes the rapid wear on the mattress a surprise to me. I would have expected this mattress to last 7-10 years, but it looks like it's going to need to be replaced at around year 5. I'm disappointed because I specifically purchased this brand as advised by the salesman with durability in mind.
We bought a beautiful custom floor model grey sofa bed from the factory outlet floor. Beautiful craftsmanship, firm yet comfortable and great deal. White glove delivery service was great bringing to her 3rd floor walk up. The salesman was great to work with on financing.

We have been buying furniture from the Warehouse Showrooms for 20 years on a recommendation of my parents who shopped here before then. They are the best place to buy quality hand crafted furniture made in the USA. I highly recommend visiting the store for their thoughful customer service, esp from John and Jorge. We bought 1 sofa and 1 chair and a sectional sofa in the past year or so. Before that, we bought a wooden kitchen table and 4 chairs, a sideboard and a sleeper sofa, all of which have lasted beautifully for the past 20 years.
Our beautiful Gold Bond Back and Body Chelsea full size mattress arrived with the boxspring today without a hitch. From start to finish I took a chance on Futonland – where from? New Mexico! Why? Because I stayed on the same Gold Bond mattress in my mother-in-law‘s New Jersey basement. Gold Bond is made in Connecticut and not readily available in the southwest – the $200 delivery fee? No problem: because locally the delivery fee and tax cost the same! Worth it, everyone!

I purchased JM-MONTEREY-White/prestige Furnishing Futon. It was not that bad assembling it together. I just recommend being organized, making sure all the parts are present, and taking your time. One piece at a time. First, the back rest was completed. The instructions help by looking at the diagrams. Then the bottom rest piece. Finally we got the the. Monti Arms and finalized the support frame. Followed the instructions and the final assembly was not problematic at all. I then placed a new Black cover on my Futon mattress which looks great and feels great. This is comfortable for me and my guests. . I highly recommend Futon land to any one who what’s to purchase a Futon Bed . My experience has been a positive one!!!
If I could give less I would. Quality sucks! Purchased a futon I had in the past and receive something I cant sleep on. Customer service sucked even more- she literally tried to sell me something to make it better. I never needed any additional items in the past. I wish I did cancel my order when they rescheduled my delivery. Very sad experience.
Over the last 2 years We have bought w lot of furniture from Jeff and besides getting a great deal on the pieces we bought it always shows up pretty quickly which is awesome these days with all the supply issues. Our last order had a pair of chairs that had to be returned and as soon as I reached out to Jeff with my issue he gave me a full refund without any hesitation. You can always tell the mark of a well ran business when they stand behind the products they sell and more importantly Jeff made the return process very easy and I will be back to buy more furniture from him

I would give the customer service skills when purchasing a bed and mattress costing a total of about $7K, 5 stars. Of course, their job is to sell.
However, if you truly have back problems and are in need of a real orthopedic mattress for proper support, spend your money elsewhere. They offer a 25 year warranty, which is lie.
They brought us the wrong frame on the delivery day, but we didn’t make a big deal about it and kept it. The frame was not set up properly and caused the mattress to be very uncomfortable for my father. The mattress is no longer firm and it sinks.
There is a guide to have the mattress replaced and it is to meet certain requirements.

However, if you truly have back problems and are in need of a real orthopedic mattress for proper support, spend your money elsewhere. They offer a 25 year warranty, which is lie.
They brought us the wrong frame on the delivery day, but we didn’t make a big deal about it and kept it. The frame was not set up properly and caused the mattress to be very uncomfortable for my father. The mattress is no longer firm and it sinks.

Terrible service the say they can return up to 90 days the couch was cheap so we tried to return right away they dragged it on and on call after call and came up with excuses each call. Then the couch wheel broke after only a month and they still refused to accept the return. Horrible scammers.
I began buying furniture from Warehouse Showrooms in 2020 and was very impressed with the team. They are a family owned and run store and also have other workers that are just as much a part of the family that have worked there for decades. They seem to do business the old school way, which I appreciated, where a handshake seals the deal. Don't worry though, you'll still get a written contract. I have continued to order furniture with them years later in 2023. I've bought all my bedroom furniture, dining room table and hutch, and bookshelves from them, and I love them all! I love the all hard wood American made Amish furniture. I will go back for more purchases in the future and highly recommend them. I like that they are not a commercial store and conduct their business properly. They also offer sales/discounts, so time your purchase around the holidays. I have enjoyed working with Andy, Rusty, Pha, and Jorge, but everyone there is great! If you want quality pieces from a legit company, this is the place to buy. Additionally, if there are any issues with your pieces they will come to your house after delivery such as to make them level like on carpet by putting levelers on the pieces for free!
This local business is great! The shopkeepers are friendly and helpful. All the furniture is made in America! Much of the wood furniture is crafted by Amish. We find value and quality in everything that we purchase here. We’ve previously purchased a bedroom set and today we purchased a couple mattress sets and a bed. We can’t wait til delivery day! Support local business, you wil not be disappointed.

This furniture store was great for me. YESTERDAY I Brought a glass table there and this lady name Maria was very kind and so helpful to me with my mother present. She answered all questions and gave good details about the merchandise. I also had interest in a area rug that caught my attention and she offered a really good cut down price on each item and I left out of there with both items at a really good deal for 2items. I was happy and got everything I wanted. I recommend people to shop and buy from them. Finally this man employee secured my items onto my SUV safely. They have great customer services to.

This is my third purchase from Futonland. Each has been exceptional. They listen and do their best to get everything correct. Living in a rural area, I appreciate their willingness to work with you to get the best service possible. Quality products. No complaints. Excellent customer service.
We actually had a very good in-store experience. We were looking for a twin tri-fold futon. Damian helped us and he was very patient while we picked out a color and upgraded our slip cover. He also checked with his foreman as to the best thickness for the futon mattress so it would be comfortable but we could still drape it over the back when it was folded up. However, when we got home we noticed that the armrests, which came in separate box from the base, and the futon base had slightly different finishes. We called the store back and Damian told us that since they were being discontinued they no longer had the matching arms so the pieces were from two different companies. I asked why we had not been informed from the start of this he said that they had been selling it like that and no one ever complained but that if I was unhappy I could bring it back. At this point we had borrowed a car so we could pick it up ourselves from Brooklyn and had already assembled the body so it was not at all possible to return it. I was amazingly surprised that no discount was offered from the start, considering they were mismatching pieces from different companies, or at the very least offered one once they realized they had been caught. We paid $560 for the futon base, mattress, and cover (which took weeks longer to arrive then promised), which is not inexpensive. Ultimately, it made for a very bad customer service experience.
Honestly the best experience I’ve had in a furniture store , I bought twice from them and the first purchase they gave me exactly what I asked for and excellent service inside the store , they talk to you with all honestly and they don’t rob your money or try to scam you like other stores , Second purchase I made went even better , Highly recommend this store if your looking to buy good quality furniture and if your trying to look for an honest furniture store. This is a great addition to the Belmont Heights area! Also every Sunday host an event called Champagne Sunday; it makes it a great experience while shopping for custom or designer furniture pieces. I am looking forward to their GRAND OPENING THIS SATURDAY ( 7/20 3PM-7PM). I am looking forward to meeting all the local artists.
This boutique is such a great addition to Belmont Heights! The space inside is very unique with the spaceship like light fixture, exposed beams and original brick walls. What is really cool is the customization options you get for your furniture. Any sofa/sectional you see can be made taller wider, deeper; you can even pick out your fabric and color. I also like how all the art they sell is from local artists. What a great reason to shop local.

I have visited this location three times because I kept coming back to the same couch. Finally on my 3rd visit I decided to go for it and custom make my own. Jeff is so kind, understanding, and patient! You can tell he definitely loves what he does. He was such a tremendous help and dug through all of the color swatches just to find the perfect shade of gray for my apartment. He even helped match the legs to my current leather chair. My husband and I went to Pottery Barn this morning with our toddler in tow. We had a fairly clear idea of what we wanted in a living room set and the budget we wanted to stick to. This was the 7th furniture store we visited and finally found just what we were looking for. PROS: This location has two floors with a good number of sofa sets available to test drive and numerous options for fabric. We loved having the ability to customize the furniture to make it exactly what we were looking for at a price we could feel good about (different fabrics have different price tags). We were assisted by Kassie, who was very personable, professional, and extremely helpful. She made the experience of customizing the living room set easy, enjoyable, and kept us in our budget! We will definitely work with her for all of our future purchases. CONS: Yes, this gorgeous furniture comes with a price tag (you get what you pay for, right?), BUT we were very lucky to purchase during a 25% off promotion, which made the price very affordable so look for the sales/ sign up for their emails. Also, I could certainly see what some customers have complained about regarding staff. Some of the staff seemed a little snooty and would walk right past us without a greeting or offering assistance. Again, Kassie was not like that at all, so just look for an associate who seems happy to help. Finally, Pottery Barn Kids is completely separate and unable to combine orders with PB so you will pay twice for shipping if you order from both. OVERALL, we will definitely shop here again and would recommend PB Bathesda to our friends.
