I walked in about an Hour before closing with pictures & ideas of what I wanted to get and wanted a second opinion / assistance. Also wanted to touch the products I wanted to get before purchase to make sure I liked them IRL and not just online. I STRONGLY suggest going elsewhere - I walked in was greeted, another employee came from the back and offered assistance, I told her I had pictures and products I needed assistance with, and she said while I pull them up she'd be right back. She never came back & 20 minutes later as I'm about to leave I see her and the gentleman behind the counter giggling at the computer. Do not spend your money where you are not appreciated. I walked right out and didn't spend a dime on things that I was more than happy to purchase that they had I've been assisted. If I didn't want in person assistance, I would have just ordered online.
The gentleman that helped my daughter and I was just right for us. He introduced himself(I'm sorry I don't remember his name). He was a gentle giant. He allowed us to shop in peace without the following around. When we found the desk on sale, my daughter let him know and we closed the sale of two desk.

Went to the store after viewing their IG for the last 6 months, finally made it to the store with intentions of buying living room and bedroom furniture in CASH. I get in the store with 5k in my purse and NOT ONE PERSON came to help me after walking around for 15 minutes so I turned around and left, and no one tried to stop me or anything . So I went to living spaces and got just what I needed! NEVER AGAIN WILL I WASTE GAS COMING to that hole in the wall

Andy the salesman was very helpful in my search for a dining room set. I had previously purchased two sofas and was so pleased with the process this is why I returned to this location. The furniture is good quality and will last for years!!!
I went to the store a couple of different times looking at recliners. Especially one that I liked the most because of looks, feel of material, sturdiness, and comfort. Terry helped me and on my third time back I purchased the Southern Motion. I chose to pick it up which was easy and after getting home assembly was quick. Very satisfied from start to finish.
He was very generally nice. I don't remember his name, though Sadly, he walked us through all the protocols and everything. I would recommend this store to anybody.
Paramount Furniture has a wonderful selection of beautiful furniture for one's home. If it isn't in the showroom, Greg will find it in his catalogs, or something very similar for you. Greg, Jim and Kathy are all extremely pleasant and helpful, an excellent family owned business. Highly recommend this store.
Will not be back. West elm overall is one of my favorite stores. Scheduled an in home design appointment, got multiple confirmation texts and emails including the morning of. No one showed up. I called the store, a guy answered staying we're not doing those right now and that I needed to change my tone.
For reference, I was pretty annoyed but did not curse or say anything out of turn. Put me on hold multiple times for long periods. No real apology, just said "we apologize, that was on us" but with no real sense of remorse. These places and their raggedy customer service expecting someone to want to spend hundreds or thousands in your store for half "bleep" service. I'm good sir, I will not be back. I have spent literally thousands at west elm but will drive to Tysons vs. Come here. You all need customer service training immediately.

The owner a really angry Korean woman had a disgusting hateful attitude, she was raised wrong by her parents. You can tell she’s very miserable and hates working there she has no business working with the public because she has a ugly personality. Her furniture is cheap particle board from china breaks easy don’t come here they don’t believe in God and treat people like trash. They will reap what they sow I’ve never been treated so poorly with my child only because I wanted to negotiate on the price of a privacy screen that I purchased there a year ago and was now $50 higher, I get price increase but $50 price increase is ridiculous, I paid $40 a year ago now the same screen is $90!! she screamed and behaves like a mad woman and got offended, prices are too high for such cheap furniture, that’s why I only purchased a privacy screen but I won’t even give them my business or recommend anyone goes there, praying God punishes her because I’m a child of God and she clearly is satanic

My wife and I stopped into the Liberty Twp store on Saturday night at 7:30PM. We were greeted by Lance who was amazing. He showed us every combination of beds and pillows and guided us to the best product for us. We can’t wait to get our bed and get a healthy night of rest.
Walked in, Derrick met us. Told him what I was looking for, he walked us directly to the sectional of my dreams. Picked out fabric. Ordered. Done deal. Never made such an easy purchase. Time and time again vince and stacy go above and beyond to make their customers happy. They know their market very well, they have done the testing on their products so they are able to provide the best products for their customers. There is a reason why they have such an outstanding star rating on both google and yelp.
I ordered the chairs on October 16 with an estimated delivery of November 3. I picked them up when they were “ready “December 2 that is not timely in any sense. The original sales agent that said these are going to be available for Thanksgiving clearly doesn’t know how delayed the actual shipping is by West Elm. I would say the estimates are a blatant lie having been fooled twice ordering a table and now the chairs I cannot recommend ordering anything from West Elm that isn’t available in the store at that moment. The staff in the store is handcuffed to customer service center because it all of defers to the online/HQ, making them basically intermediary. The chairs took so long to ship that they lowered the price for BlackFriday but wait! West Elm doesn’t price match themselves. Nothing against the actual staff but the company is a hard pass on being competent. Don’t believe any of the shipping times.
We found Contempo on line and knew nothing about them before going to the showroom. After 46 years we decided to get a modern bedroom set with lots of storage. We met Gary on site who walked us through the entire process, completely understanding the needs we expressed and showing us all the possibilities to achieve our goal. The entire process was easy and when we got the furniture, I couldn't believe how perfectly it fit and was constructed. We received updating emails and the entire process was only 6 weeks long from the time we ordered until the furniture was delivered and installed. It was a great experience and we would definitely use them in the future!!!
My fiancé and I were looking for the perfect bed for awhile. My sister recommended Slumber n Serenity and we're so glad she did. Stacy and Vince are such amazing individuals and a wonderful couple. Great service from this family-owned business, reasonable prices, and very knowledgeable about mattresses! I bought a King mattress and it has helped my back and Vince was able to make modifications to it at no additional cost. Highly recommended!
Walked in to check out the appliances & walking out with 4 appliances plus a mattress. Lol Super helpful & knowledgeable staff. Lots & lots of choices. Very reasonable pricing with the scratch & dent stuff, but also has new in box.
If I could give this a negative star, I would. I spent 2 hours picking out the perfect sofa and spent $6000. Then the delivery company completely messed up the shipping. To make things worse, the sofa finally arrived only for me to realize that the sales associate at the store ordered the wrong one. I had to place a new order and spent another $4000 and wait again. Now I come to find out that that they cancelled another order my accident and I have to order that again too. There is no accountability at this store or on a corporate level. How many mistakes can one company make? Simply awful. Do not buy anything from here.
I purchased sofa set and deposit $ because I was told to deposit minimum $100 and will get the item On sunday But It never came its been 3 weeks already.Please make sure They just want to take your deposit $ and they will keep saying it very busy so Next sunday Next sunday then they wait until customer Cancel order and we lose deposit $. Thats what they do. Becareful everyone. I did not hope like that before I deposit $. Thankyou

I bought a new matress and box spring (not memory foam , not refurbished) in December 2021 and it sunk in on tge aide I sleep on already I paid $500. I only weight 140lbs. Bad quality for the price I am very disappointed that I will need to buy a new matress else where
I ordered custom couches choosing my own design, color and size. The quality over exceeded my expectations. The customer service experience I had was excellent as well. Friendly staff and timely delivery considering the current delay with Covid.
I bought a washer and warranty. When the washer arrived, it was so broken, the delivery drivers wouldn't leave it with me. Eventually another washer was sent, but now a couple months later, I need to use the warranty. NO info was provided re the warranty and I'm waiting for the "warranty team" to call me back. Suuuuper worried after reading the BBB complaints. Guess I'll wait and see.
Staff is really helpful and kind until something goes wrong with your order, twice. Then it suddenly becomes really difficult to get in touch with employees from the store despite spending almost $2000 for a coffee table, rug, and a couple end tables. Be warned before purchasing from this store.
Worst experience I have ever had trying to get a dishwasher installed. Took a month of alleged installs. They didn't bother showing up or calling TWICE. That's 2 days of missed work. The third time the installer said he couldn't do it so a manager had to come do it another day. It leaks now and they won't fix it, we have to deal with LG. Do yourself a favor and go someplace else!
I was in this store for a good amount of time and no one bothered to greet me I finally asked for a help and one of the lady ask the other one to help me. She makes it clear that she doesn't want me in that store. She was forcing herself to answer my questions. I have had bad customer service experience before but this one is more like a hate. One of the most disturbing experience I had. I also feel sorry for her to have this much hate for someone she never seen before.
I'm a little late with my review but, Slumber n Serenity are the best! I didn't buy mattresses, I bought bedroom furniture and I'm very, very pleased with my purchases. Vince and his family are amazing people. My order came in on time, Vince called and contacted me via text through out the process of when my furniture will arrive, also he set up my delivery date, and was on time with it! Vince and his son both great people. They both stayed late to make sure that I was satisfied. There was a little dig In my daughter's foot board, Vince recognized it and will be replacing it! I couldn't be happier! The prices were fantastic! I will be doing business with them again. It's a great family own and operated business. Truthfully the best!

Worst customer service ever !!!! 👎🏽 The Chinese lady that sits next to a table is disgustingly rude and does not help at all. 😪Prices are extremely high and for a piece of furniture that only will last you less than a year. Ive bought furniture here before and my experience with the furniture does not last. Also nobody helps you out on questions you might have. Don't waist your time going to this store I have seen better stores out there and more afordable prices close by the area.
If you’re looking for quality pieces at an affordable price, Contempo Space is the place to go. We ordered the Alta Wardrobes with toppers in white wash. Gary was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, he drew up a plan for us and made changes until we had the perfect design for our space. Great experience and great pieces!

Walked in the store no workers. I saw 2 Mexicans & 1 older Asian guy talking, I asked them who could help me, they looked at me and kept talking. A Asian lady walked right pass me, She didn't say anything, I didn't know if she was a customer or someone who worked there. I walked out to see if someone was outside, NO ONE CAME TO HELP ME. We were in on 2/6 and purchased a washer and dryer set as well as chest deep freeze. Josh was friendly and helpful. We also visited once prior to this and the gentleman that day was also kind and helpful even though we were upfront about not buying that day.
We actually left another appliance store yesterday because the sales people there seemed inconvenienced by us.

Service in store was slow but good. Issue came upon delivery. Crew was a 3rd party who completely screwed up and I ended up with an old mattress lying at the top of my stairs for me to deal with and no mattress/bowstring. In store took care of refund easily. Hasn't shown up in my bank account yet but so far......
Marvelous rustic mountain furniture store! Very reasonable pricing. Amazing delivery to Mammoth Lakes! Bedroom, dining and living room furnishings in various sizes with lots of accent pieces too. We will be using this store when we buy our cabin next year. I only wish some pieces had more choices for finish colors.
Had a great experience. Our interior designer suggested we get our cabinets and storage bed from here. We made a trip to the showroom to check out the furniture. Then we worked with Gary, he sent us drafts of the design and we gave feedback until we are happy. Took about 5 weeks for the furniture to be made and the delivery was very on time. I am loving the new custom furniture, which maximize storage space in my apartment.
The Chair Shop is a modestly hidden gem both for the quality of its Made in USA products and for its no-pressure service. I just love the mini rocker I bought in exactly the right shade of blue and the two finely-crafted kitchen chairs. Andy was very flexible in scheduling a very fast delivery, which happened right on time. Prospective customers looking for chairs and tables should make the effort to visit the Industrial Zone on Edsall Rd in Alexandria!

I was in search for a full size bed and mattress for my mom. She was 2 weeks away from retiring and moving back home to Anaheim from AZ after my dad died of cancer a month before. I had called up two different furniture stores in Anaheim to confirm that they would be open on a Saturday due to limited operating hours from COVID19. When I showed up to both locations on Saturday, they were closed. Luckily I found Slumber N Serenity on Yelp and I was so grateful and relieved that they took one on one appointments even during COVID19. I was very concerned that my own mom had to sleep on the couch until the furniture industry figured out how to reopen during the pandemic. Stacy was able to set me up with an appointment that Saturday afternoon. When I went both Vince and Stacy were super professional but yet very genuine people which made me feel comfortable right away. I knew what I wanted and they did not try to upsell their merchandise at all. I was able to find the perfect bed and mattress in the style that my mom wanted. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of the bed and mattress. They even delivered it for free, which was awesome! Stacy and her son delivered it to the house exactly on time, came in wearing the face masks and was able to assemble the bed in 30 min. My mom absolutely LOVED her bed frame and mattress. She said it's exactly what she wanted. I truly appreciated Vince, Stacy and her son's professionalism and excellent customer service. I highly recommend Slumber N Serenity for furniture and great service!

Wonderful custom made furniture. The female employee is so knowledgeable of all the furniture displayed in-store and in the catalogues. Prices are hard to beat considering the quality of the product are second to none. I've purchased a dining room table with 8 high chairs and 3 dressers. Merchant offers prompt local delivery. I definitely recommend this furniture store and their quality products. The store moved a few years back so make sure you have their correct address.
We loved the design of this solid wood table set. The Chair Shop is the dealer for the manufacturer of the table set. As the reviews for the Chair Shop seemed good, we decided to get the table set from the Chair Shop. After a little over 2 years of light use, we noticed a crack along the wood grain in one of the legs of the table. Local furniture repair stores we consulted all agreed that the crack was due to manufacture defects (the design, the chosen wood, and/or the way of crafting). However, the Chair Shop did not provide us satisfactory post-purchase service and also was not cooperative when we contacted the manufacturer. We won’t buy any furniture from the Chair shop and won’t recommend any of our friends buy furniture from them. Luckily we have plenty of other solid wood dealers in our area.

Had some chairs done 19 years ago, they still look beautiful. About 10 years about 10 years ago, I returned and purchased the remaining fabric that I used on my chairs to have some custom window seat cushions done. I'm very excited because I will be taking my mom next weekend to have some chairs done for her
The problem with going to furniture stores is that you feel like the sales are highly pressured because the employee's make commission only sometimes. That is not the case with this location.

My mother and enjoyed a very comfortable & rewarding shopping experience. Almost all of their chairs are made in the USA. Mom bought a beautiful red chir and the guys delivered it 20 min after we called to let them know we were home. Five star service all around. You will not be disappointed

These guys have better every day pricing than every other store had on Black Friday. This is my second time purchasing from them, and let me tell you, hands down the lowest prices and best service anywhere, no BS. They operate out of a small location in Anaheim / Orange County area. They are a wholesale discount furniture and mattress business and sell literally anything that you can find at the big retailers, but for far less. I purchased a table, bench and chairs manufactured by New Classic Furniture that living spaces had on sale on Black Friday for about 500 dollars less at Slumber N Serenity, and that was their everyday normal price. Delivery was right on time, set up was great and the owners are incredible.
Options, options, options!!! Tons of fabric & wood colors to choose from. Every chair (straight wood or covered) is COMFORTABLE. Not sure how they do it- must just be a symptom of great USA craftsmanship. It's a bonus that all this comes while supporting a local shop. GO CHAIR SHOP!
So many chairs, choices and made in the USA! One of the few local, small businesses left in the area and they know how to do it right! I got my super comfortable dark green glider for my baby's room and it is wonderful. Great quality and had a fun time picking it out. You won't find better prices either. I will definetly go back for all of my furniture needs!
