management always easy to work with and very Quick to service the tenants when needed! Nice clean apartments and close to campus cant beat this one! Truly the best option around! Modern feel without breaking the bank too much.
Here comes another warning to NEVER live here. I have never lived in a place that was so improperly maintained. This place can be summed up in two words: oversell, underdeliver.

Pros:
- The management team responds quickly.
- It's close to IUPUI campus

Cons:
- The windows are made out of what seems to be film. You can hear every siren, every person shout, every car that drives by from your room.
- The dust from every AC vent is unbearable. You'll have to wipe down your countertops every other day if you don't want a layer of dust covering everything. It has nothing to do with the HVAC filter, I've already tried that. It's the central system that's dirty.
- The tenants don't pick up after their own pets; a majority of the tenants here are college students, and I am always scared to step on dog poop every single time I walk outside the apartment.
- I swear the cleaning staff shows up QUARTERLY. Four times a year is actually a generous amount on my end. The elevator is always dirty, the area always smells like trash, the staircase smells like dog, just disgusting.
- Homeless people wandering downstairs ALL THE TIME. I had to go to work once at 5 am and there was a homeless guy crawling across the parking lot in my headlights.
- Maintenance is terrible; The first year I moved here our washer was broken and made a weird noise. The guy told us it's normal to sound like that. A year later the machine actually broke down and started leaking. That's when they realized they should replace it. Took a whole month to replace it. Furthermore, they used OUR EQUIPMENT to clean up after themselves!!! They used our wet wipes, our paper towels, and threw trash in our trash can without taking the trash out. Very unprofessional.
- It seems like the management team is only good at the social media aspect/keeping the outward appearance of The Avenue so pretty. Intrinsically, they don't care how well the place is maintained as long as they can hook you into signing the leasing contract you're already done for.
- Sure they have cool events throughout the year, but they were all very underwhelming. They would hype up each event so much, and then when you go and check it out, it's just like a box of a dozen Krispy Kreme donuts.
Where do I even start? This apartment was one of the worst apartments I've ever stayed in. When I first moved into The Avenue, everything seemed perfect, but during my time there I had multiple issues regarding several of the appliances in my apartment. First off, I had a water heater that was rusting and falling apart and had a bunch of issues. In general, the space that it was in was unclean and looked like it had previous water damage. I had a bunch of issues when it came to having small leaks and coming home to water on our floor, not having hot water to take showers, and having other issues regarding our water heater. Another issue that I had during my time was with the timeliness with which the maintenance team would respond to our request. Sometimes they were pretty quick to come and fix certain appliances in our apartment, but then other times we had problems with them taking a super long time. For example, we had a microwave that broke, and someone came in and took a look at it and marked our maintenance request as "done." When I told the office that it was never fixed, they told us they'd be up as soon as possible, and we had to wait 1 month until someone came in and fixed it. Besides having issues with maintenance they overcharged for a place they didn't take care of and they would also charge residents $25 for leaving trash bags in the hallway right next to the trash chute, but they would also let the trash chute back up and wouldn't clean it out, which would often cause fruit flies to breed and to cause the hallway to smell horrible which my apartment was so close to the trash chute that when I opened my door it would constantly stink. Another common issue was that the elevators seemed like they were always broken. Sometimes I didn't have access to my mail room because the lock on the outside was broken, and if I had guests over, they could park in the garage, but only on the first level, and they had to pay, even if they were coming over for a short period so most of them parked at the Taco Bell across the street. I had so many issues during my time at The Avenue and would NOT recommend it to anyone looking to live somewhere near campus.
BEWARE! DO NOT LIVE HERE! I have never written a Google review in my life, but this experience has definitely warranted one. If I could go back in time, I would have chosen The Ralston instead. I have heard much better reviews from friends who have stayed there. Much more affordable and right next to the Yellow JagLine. I will be listing my terrible experiences in bullet point format because we have a lot of ground to cover.
1. At least one of the elevators were always down, sometimes for months at a time.
2. There are always random kids smoking weed in the stairwells of the parking garage and homeless people sleeping in the stairwells, especially during the winter. There is often a police car just sitting on the 1st floor of the parking garage, but it never made a difference.
3. There are multiple hidden monthly fees The Avenue doesn't tell you about that is clearly just them gauging you for more money.
Building Protection Fee: $13.95
Utility Fee: $5
Green Fee: $10
Electric averaged around $70-$90, which is through the roof considering my roommate and I were gone at school and work a majority of the time and we usually left the thermostat at 70 degrees.
4. The maintenance is the worst I have ever seen. This maintenance team is ineffective, inexperienced, and do more harm than good when they do decide to show up. After trying to address a leaky faucet in my bathroom and changing out a broken dishwasher in the kitchen, the same maintenance lady completely FLOODED my apartment. She did her best to clean it up, but my apartment was flooded badly twice because the water wasn't shut off properly when it should have been.
5. I was charged a utilities setup fee upon move in and there was no hot water turned on in the apartment. So after a long day of moving and sweating and an early morning the next morning, I was unable to take a hot shower. I asked to be refunded the fee because my utilities were not set up and The Avenue refused.
6. The dryer that was in the apartment upon move in was TINY and could barely fit a full sized bed comforter in it. When my roommate tried to wash her comforter for the first time, it caught on fire and was burnt (picture below). We alerted management to this problem and they did not replace the dryer for over 2 weeks, so we were unable to do our laundry for a very long time.
7. Management does not take care of the property and my roommate and I had put in over ten work orders about trash being left in the hallways. I have gagged a few times walking down the hallway because of the smell and am embarrassed to have guests over it's so bad. There is also pet feces and urine left in the hallways and stairwells frequently by pet owners. We even found a dead mouse in the elevator one time. The building is disgusting and constantly smells of rotting food because of the trash chutes constantly breaking down. They fill up and get clogged and people leave their trash in the hallways because there is no where else to put it.
8. The fire alarm goes off multiple times by mistake and has woken me up in the middle of the night at least 3 separate times. One time there actually was smoke in the hallway (picture below) but no explanation was given. The hallway lights on one side of the hallway were also off for a few weeks.
9. I have left multiple pictures of the flies that were on the window outside my apartment. There were well over 100 in the hallway that were attracted there because of the unattended trash.
10. Ants were crawling into my apartment from the hallway for the last 2 weeks of my staying there and nothing was done about it.
11. I was charged $45 dollars for 1 broken blind that I never saw or noticed.
12. The front office is filled with a bunch of inexperienced kids that don't know what they're doing. It always felt like I was talking to a college kid at a frat party.
13. The mail room would often not open with the phone app you have to use to open locked doors, so I couldn't check my mailbox for weeks. This also means that if your phone dies, you are locked out of your apartment.
This is easily the worst housing establishment in downtown Indianapolis. Apartments are constantly infested with roaches, flies etc due to lack of maintenance with trash chutes and general upkeep of corridors and management refuse to help. Do not waste your money staying here. My apartment flooded with septic water and I had to argue with staff to have someone come look at it as they assured me that the flood had been contained before my room had flooded which was clearly not the case as the water leaked from my bedroom to the kitchen and living area. It then took 4 weeks for the situation to be dealt with as maintenance left a large fan to dry out the septic water which they considered an appropriate repair. This flood then caused all electrical sockets in the kitchen area to stop working. I addressed this issue with staff and was told that there was a back log in maintenance and the repair could not be sorted. When I explained I was unable to prepare meals I was told to use the supplies available for residents in the media room rather than having the situation dealt with directly. There is absolutely no chance of getting a nights sleep during term time if you are unlucky enough to be placed anywhere near college students that think it's acceptable to party every night. This was reported almost every night to both management and the 'onsite courtesy officer' who never once answered the phone, and of course nothing was done. It is also important to note that the easiest way to avoid this issue is to live in an apartment on the top floor, but of course if you request to move apartment there is a huge fee, as well as extra monthly fees for being on the top floor.

Full hookups, pool, across the street from Big Rocks Park and shaved ice place. Not far from Glen Rose square and Dinosaur Valley State Park. Good RV spot.

This is the best RV Resort in central Texas! So much fun for the whole family. Right across from the Paluxy, great pool, and amazing staff whole are the nicest people in the world!
My family has been coming to this park for 50+years. This park gives the authentic old school family vacation vibes that everyone from 0-100 years old enjoys. We usually rent a cabin which is great because I can't live without a/c, but we have tent camped as well and there's full camp site amenities. Your kids will have a blast going to big rocks park right across the street and the huge on site swimming pool. I really enjoy the new pool side bar/grill. Whatever your family needs may be you'll be really happy with the amenities provided by the park! Can't wait to come back next year!!
I moved out of the Avenue a year ago and forgot to review my experiences. I enjoyed the location of the apartment in relation to campus and food; however, the price for a two bedroom apartment was quite expensive compared to other apartments in similar location with similar sizes. The reason for my low star rating was due to our apartment being one of many to have cockroaches during the time of my stay. We saw the pest truck there frequently since we moved in then understood why it was there so often. The maintenance team was helpful with trying to set up traps but when management decided it was time for the apartment to be fumed we had less than one weeks notice and needed to be in the apartment that day for finals. We were told if we could not do that day we would be deemed uncooperative and would be charged $150 even though I called within a half hour of being notified of this appointment. We had a difficult time with management during this process and were sad by the inflexibility in light of finals week and our pets even though we notified the apartment when we first saw these bugs. Overall we did not enjoy our period at the Avenue and felt better taken care of at a complex with consistent management.

We have our family reunion here every year. Its probably the best place we have ever had it. Staff is friendly. Pool is great. Funky Monkey Shaved Ice right outside the gate. Plenty of RV and camper spots. Cabins are nice and the AC works unlike some places we have been. There are various sized cabins depending on family size. The Paluxy River is right across the street. Speed limit is 5 MPH. Porch lights are automated. There is the occasional food truck that pulls in from time to time. Also there is an awesome playground for kids.
My Bestfriend lives here and they rip off college students ! My Bestfriend pulled a muscle and can’t walk up the stairs but guess what ? The elevators are down! So he’s been at my place for a week and they don’t even care horrible place I can’t wait until he is out of there!
The attention to detail and love the management team puts into their work can be felt as you move through the house. The house was immaculate, well stocked and comfortable!!! We had an issue with a bathroom reached out and they jumped right on it. In less than 20 mins we had a maintenance person working on it! They were courteous and professional. I would def be staying here again. Thank you 🙏🏽😌!
I stayed in the Coral Cottage. It was really cute and so comfortable to stay in! The home was absolutely perfect! Perfectly clean and well stocked. I was able to visit some other PDL homes while at Emerald Beach. All were beautiful! I can't wait to go back!
We frequent the house on Ocean Shore Ln as it is perfect for our large family. The house is always exceptionally clean and well stocked. Joyce and the PDL team are so kind to accommodate our needs. She is also great with dining and activity recommendations. Oceanfront is a must when vacationing at the beach and this house has fantastic ocean views from most every room. Salt life forever!
We have been coming to EI for a few years-first time we have booked with PDL. We greatly enjoyed staying at the PDL beachfront property- will definitely book with them next time! Rental process was straightforward and rental was as described.

Our absolute favorite place to stay every time we are in town. It's safe, quiet, and in a great location. The pool is over 100 years old and big! Just wish the grill would be open more
We absolutely loved our stay at the Mango Bungalow! The location was perfect for us - right on the beach in the quiet area of the island. A quick drive in either direction takes you to all the good restaurants and stores. What I loved most about the house, aside from the great views from every room and balcony, is that the main deck is completely gated. This is great for dogs or small kids. I also appreciated that the kitchen was very well stocked with quality cookware and dishes. Everything was more than adequately stocked. Plenty of colorful towels, extra paper towels, laundry soap, etc. Now, still bring your own but it was nice to have a great supply to start with.

The beds were comfortable and was very clean. No issues at all except I didn’t want to leave. 🥰

I would definitely stay here again!

Second time to stay here, first time bringing the Fifth wheel! We stayed over spring break for 5 days and the kids loved it. We loved the convenience of the location, plenty for kids to do. They had planned activities for them, huge playground, swimming pool, and plenty of games for check out! The kids loved Mr. Charles, he knows all things fossil and gave them ple ty of them to bring home as well as tons of knowledge and examples!!!
I love the Ave! The managers Amanda and Alejandro are fantastic. They truly care for their residents and are always working on improving the apartments. They recently repainted the hallways, gym, and always looking to improve. 10/10 recommend!
Fantastic spot for our family vacation. Bright, clean, cheery house. Everything we needed was at hand. The deck is awesome!!! Beautiful views of the beach from the deck. Deck was also gated which was ideal for containing our dog. We will definitely return!

Now that I’ve played and stayed… what a place. My only complaint would be that there was no starter on a last day of the year busy Thursday but other than that perfect. Wasn’t pressured for pace which was nice after experiencing the Reserve…. Aka no dynamic pace of play.

The game of golf is just weird now. Lot of people playing with a sleeve in their pocket in todays game.

Conditions felt…. Toned down. Definitely on the greens. Which is nice but late in the year I want hardest test possible and it seemed the greens were intentionally on the soft side. Not that it made the course easy but I was expecting impossible. Scores can be made and good shots are rewarded… for the most part. But bad misses are punished with impunity.

Keep in mind, half of the sites are up on the hill, right beside the road, very far away from the water. But there is a beautiful quarry at least. Our site was very hard to navigate a trailer into, but you can't move the fire place so we gave up and accepted the awkward design.

Showers could use some work. No ventilation or windows, so it was a moldy hot box. Difficult to get the shower temp right.

There also seemed to only occasionally be someone working at the gate. Very inconsistent.
This campground has a beautiful setting, especially down near the water. What made this place special for us was Darryl. He was so accommodating so friendly and was able to get us fresh lobster at a great price and all the things we needed to have an outside lobster fest. He was a wealth of information And just a really nice guy to hang with.
I would come back here anytime for the view the ambience and of course Darryl. Darryl made sure the place was clean well-maintained and a honey wagon made available whenever we needed it.
Absolutely LOVED it here! The cabin was very clean and gave you the camping experience without having to pitch a tent ◡̈ A great distance from all the Acadia attractions, along with great water views from the sight as well. We will definitely be coming back for our next stay.
We love the Sea Turtle! Staying at this 3 bedroom adorable cottage on the water was the perfect way to end the summer. The place is clean and the beds are comfortable. We enjoyed the beach all day, then went out for snow crab and steak at a local restaurant. Came back and watched the sunset from the huge back porch then fell asleep to the sound of the waves crashing on shore. It doesn’t get any better than that! We would love to come back! Thank you so much!
Very pleasantly surprised how nice and put together everything is. There are camp sites and rustic cabins. We went with a cabin and were situated in a nice spot. The staff is really friendly and helpful. We ended up being able to go on more excursions thanks to the advice we received from a couple different staff members. We used their on site kayak rental to view Somes Sound. The Wi-Fi works pretty good. There’s plumbing (communal shower/restroom), which is cleaned daily. And the location of the property is good because it’s somewhat out of the hustle and bustle of the Bar Harbor area but still with relatively easy access to many great hikes, attractions, etc. Thank you

Tetherow is the best resort in Bend but not in Central OR. I think Black Butte Ranch and Brasada Ranch have more to offer guests. The pool at Tetherow also tends to be jammed packed with screaming children so if you are looking for an adults escape do not come when school is out for kids. Overall it is close to Bachelor and the Old mill and has beautiful views.
Really enjoyed my experience there !
The quarry was lovely and it is really cool to have access to the ocean ! The bathrooms are clean and everyone is very nice.
My only comment would be to maybe not put small RVs next to the tents, on one of the night a RV was making some mechanical noises and it was a bit annoying, but it didn't last long.

Totally recommended !
Just went with my wife, awesome campground !!! Super friendly and helpful staff, clean sites with drinkable water spouts to fill your bottles at each campsite, and an excellent swimming spot too, although the water is quite cold! There is also a pool for those who prefer! Very clean and fun. Close to bar harbor and super close to nearby hiking trails ! Recommended 10/10
Was nice in the 1960s and 1970s

My boyfriend and I just took a trip here for the weekend to go to Acadia. HTR Acadia is perfectly located near the park (about a 15 min drive, but very scenic and beautiful on the way) and the campsites are very affordable for a weekend (roughly $240.00 for three nights). The campsite is very quiet and peaceful with beautiful tree cover throughout. The staff are very friendly and helpful as well especially if you have questions about the area and fun things to do. The wifi works great and the bathroom/shower facilities were very clean, well kept with a descent amount of hot water. The check in and check out process were easy as well. The only thing that we didn't like was after 5pm when the office closes, the ice cooler outside was locked for the rest of the night, so make sure to stock up during the day. Other than that, I highly recommend staying at this campsite if you are looking to explore Acadia. Would definitely stay here again!

This was our first stay and unfortunately last at Tetherow due to our pool experience. We were looking for some R&R after one of our kids got married. We were hoping to lay by the pool, enjoy some sun and cocktails. This is a very family friendly resort and pool which we don’t mind. However, there was a kid’s birthday of 8-10 year old boys…13 of them. You couldn’t enter the pool without threat of an 80 pounder’s flying belly flop landing on your head, endless screaming, jumping off the hot tub into the pool, total invasion of the adult only jacuzzi and very little adult supervision. The party went on for hours. We finally just left. Our complaint was there didn’t seem to be a staff member in charge of monitoring the party and they were allowed to have a complete take over. We tried mentioning it to the three staff members behind the desk but they never spoke to the party hosts about calming things down and respecting the adult guest area. We lost a full day of why we were at Tetherow.
Feedback for staff: if you are allowing children’s birthday parties, have a limit of maybe 8 kids; parties need a staff host to ensure all guests are able to enjoy the pool; limit the party to 2 hours and let your guests know a day in advance.
Seaweed was blowing into this side of the lake so it made fishing impossible. Nobody's fault but mother nature. Nice place to stay.

We love everything, besides the situation with the pool. The area is small, and would be wonderful to split hours for people who does sport & adults / family time. There was no time during 3-days of stay to enjoy the pool. It was very loud, no space to swim or having a good time around the area. On Tuesday when we arises, it was a birthday party or another private event in the small pool area with families and kids till 5pm or so. We are tolerant and understanding, but it is a big part of the experience during summer time, and did not really get a chance to enjoy it. The suggestion is to have separate hours for families like 10am - 4pm, and time between 5pm - 9pm for adults to enjoy the pool area and do sport.

The good: the rooms are modern and clean. The property is nice.

The bad: after being assured I would be in a quiet room, I was put in the room next to the main entrance to the Cascades building. Every time someone went in or out, the door slammed behind my bed waking me up. This happened all night and early morning. But the beds are otherwise pretty comfortable.

Also, the mandatory resort fees are very high but they don’t actually provide the amenities advertised online. For example, the free “daily” shuttle didn’t run at all the first day I arrived and then only until 7:30pm the second night. So it’s not useful for going out to dinner. And despite the detailed description of the pool on the website, it turns out that hotel guests aren’t actually allowed to use the lap swim time. The only way to find this out is to hop in the pool and be screamed at by a local country club member to get out because they reserved that lane two days ago with a special calendar that hotel guests don’t have access to. The pool staff don’t tell you that all the lanes are fully booked ahead of time. So hotel guests are basically subsidizing the country club amenities for the local members without having access to these amenities themselves. It sucks to be told you’re doing things wrong on vacation by not following the secret property rules. The whole thing feels misleading and icky.

If you’re booking this hotel to use certain amenities, double check that they will actually be available in the way the website advertises.

Returned from Sunset Key cottages a few days ago, and I’m left feeling disappointed. Yes, the island is great. Very quiet with amazing views, sizable cottage. The service needs much improvement from start to finish. We left with $300 of resort credit that no employee reminded us of. We were completely unaware. We were 3 black women traveling and multiple times employees assumed we were only visiting and not staying on the island (which is probably why they asked for our card and not charged to our available resort credit).
In addition, I booked this trip months ago. About a month before the stay I checked the sunset key website to learn that there was a promotion with discounted plus resort credit. I called to update it, but someone from the resort should have notified me. And then we only got to use $200 of the credit because we didn’t charge the cottage, completely unaware we had $300 left. Service at the beach was extremely slow. We were ignored many times while we watched others be served. Overall a beautiful place but I expect better service for the amount I paid.

Beware of staying here on weekend nights. We stay at the Tetherow a couple of times a year because the location is unbeatable, the staff is great, and the rooms are great. Unfortunately, the last few visits have been miserable on weekend nights when they have events. The music is incredibly, ear-splittingly loud- you can’t sit outside, and going inside doesn’t help because it’s so loud the windows rattle— and it goes really late. Walking past the event venue, the music is so loud people can’t hear each other talking….why is this necessary? I think we will be finding another resort, as I don’t enjoy spending $500/night to feel like I’m staying at a frat house.

Me and my fiancé had been so excited to stay at the tetherow hotel. This was short lived. We received horrible service and have been treated so poorly we will not only not be going back but we will be consciously seeking people out to warn them about this hotel. There are a lot of places to stay in this area I would highly recommended staying elsewhere. Beautiful view but that’s about it. They couldn’t even get our mini fridge to work. Well they didn’t care to be honest and did not try. Treated horrible and now have been over charged. When we spoke to a manager she informed us they can’t refund anything since that would damage their companies bonus. Let me add we did not ask for a refund this was told to us for I don’t know what reason. I can not warn you enough to spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
We came on the boat for breakfast. The key lime pancakes were wonderful. The fried pork belly was a cold rectangular log with the consistency of Pâté.

I stayed at Tetherow from May 10-12 and usually, it blows me away with its amazing views and golf courses. This last visit, though, wasn't as smooth as previous ones. Understandably, maintenance is essential, but it was a major letdown when we found the pool closed for refilling - my daughter had been excited for a swim.

Also, I noticed an issue with our room. The pull-out couch was covered in dog hair, which was pretty surprising for a place like Tetherow. I've included a picture for your reference.

Despite these glitches, I still believe in the Tetherow experience and I'm sure these were just oversights. I'm confident that my next stay will live up to the high standards I've come to expect from Tetherow.
We never want to stay anywhere else while visiting Key West💗 The island is beautiful with lush landscape, very helpful staff, excellent food choices and the cottages are just perfect! Can't wait to visit again 🥰
Didn’t have a good experience here. The property is very nice, it has a white sand beach and it is 7 min away in boat from key west which is nice. Problem is that staff is inconsistent and there’s a lack of end to end training.
For example:
1. My card was rejected, someone called me and left a voicemail. I called back and nobody knew that person. They had me on hold for about 5 min. Had to call the manager who solved the issue.
2. One day we wanted dinner, the kitchen was going to close in 15 min. The hostess simply decided to ignore us and we had to call the manager who gave registered our order.
3. Service at the pool was not friendly enough for a 5 star hotel.
4. When we departed the people that helps with the bags are not properly trained and not friendly enough.

If this was a hotel with a price of $300-$500 per night it would be nice but for the price I expect perfection.

The only exceptional service came from an island ambassador called Jas. Hope everyone was like him.

This was our second time visiting and we had the most amazing stay. The property is beyond beautiful with the best sunsets every night. The staff was phenomenal. A special shout-out to Jas who welcomed us and checked on us throughout our stay, and Thomas who served us at the bar all week. Thomas was so pleasant and went out of his way to make us drinks just the way we liked them. He even whipped up some special frozen drinks for our 3 year olds. The staff really goes above and beyond here and that is what makes it such a special place. The ice cream man came to the pool daily at 3pm and our toddlers looked forward to it every day. They also loved the morning deliveries of fruit, yogurt, croissants and muffins and the evening chocolates. It just made it so fun!

The resort is quiet and romantic, but we also felt comfortable and welcomed bringing 4 young children with us everywhere, which was much appreciated. The food at Latitudes is amazing and we had a hard time venturing off of the island because we loved everything on Sunset Key so much! We have been visiting key west for many years, but there is no place like Sunset Key! We hope to come back every year!
There is no doubt that the Sunset Key cottages is one of my favorite places to go. A few minutes on a ferry ride and you arrive at the most peaceful place surrounded by wonderful personnel that greets you with a smile. A special mention for Jassy who was waiting for us once we got off the ferry.
The restaurant Latitudes: great ambiance but the food could be better. I am not saying it was bad but we ate dinner at another restaurant in Key West and that food was outstanding (can't mention the name here). But….I have to add: the key lime pie they have is OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! You must try it.

The cottage is very comfortable, but it needs an update. The bathroom had a tub/shower that did not work too well. The spout for the tub would move around (poorly secured to the wall) every time we used the diverter on it. It also did not divert the water 100% from the spout to the shower head. It was a cheap system in the first place. The enamel steel tub was patched up in a couple of places where it had chipped (picture attached). The correct way to fix chips is to resurface the entire tub, not do a patch work. The shower curtain should be updated to a glass enclosure.

We are in the plumbing fixture business so we notice these things immediately. My wife designs bathrooms and kitchens for large and small projects so we know when something is dated and needs a "face lift". While maintaining the shabby chic decor, the cottages need an update in the bathroom area. Maybe other guests would not notice these things, but we do.

The Nespresso coffee was of course excellent (we use that brand in our home), but the condiments were subpar (saccharine, sugar and cream in capsules). At the prices they charge (over $1,000/day) we expect not only refrigerated milk, but coconut milk, almond milk, every possible milk, stevia, splenda, etc. (I associate saccharin and cream in capsules with cheap motels off I-95).
The bread they delivered the first morning was dry and not very good. The second day they delivered croissants and they were much better. They used to deliver these wonderful, warm muffins and different types of fresh bread. What happened to that?
The lounge chairs around the pool also need to be updated. They are starting to look aged.

Tennis courts: pickle ball is all the rage now. Convert at least one tennis court into two pickle ball courts and you will get a lot of additional bookings. It's currently the fastest growing sport in the country.

Other than these suggestions, the place is wonderful, peaceful, friendly staff. Let's make it even better!!

A beautiful house with stunning views and sounds of the ocean! Sitting in the upstairs living room was a retreat all by itself. I noticed and appreciated the various bibles and devotionals sitting out for anyone to enjoy. I also appreciated the abundance of towels and washcloths available. The landscaping around the home was well maintained and complimented the house. The elevator made arrival and departure so much easier. Thank you for a lovely experience.

This is my new favorite place. From the initial greeting as you disembark one of their private ferries to the cute cottages; morning goodie baskets; amazing staff, drinks and lunch at the pool bar; afternoon ice cream cart and dinner and service at Latitudes, everything is just perfect. Sunset Key is the best of both worlds. When you have had your fill of the energy, crowds and noise of Key West, hop on the private ferry for a short ride over to a tranquil paradise. I will be back, don't change a thing!
I can't begin to express how amazing a place this is. First I need to say that we received this vacation through Make-a-Wish for our special needs son. The staff made sure we were comfortable and helped us with our every needs. They were amazing and friendly.

Our children explored the island and felt safe knowing that any staff member would help them get back to the cottage. Three breakfast baskets and evening drink and treats basket were always on time and delivered with care. The gym was small but functional. Our cottage was wheelchair accessible and had two rooms and 3 bathrooms.

It was clean and comfortable, when we had an issue with the dishwasher they sent someone immediately and when he couldn't fix it, it was replaced right there on the spot with a brand new one.

Thank you Steven and Nara for the help and pointers on things to do. Steven recommended the butterfly conservatory experience and it did not disappoint. This was an experience we will never forget, as I write this review my son is telling his Aunt on the phone all about his stay. Thank you Sunset Key Cottages staff for an undeniably amazing stay and amazing memories.

We rented 4 of the cabins and they were great. Very clean and updated.
Enjoyed the large outdoor area and fire pits. A huge shout out to Dan who
lives there year round. He let my brother-in-law use one of his scooters to get
around the area as he has COPD. Very, very nice of veteran Dan.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Pine Grove Cottages! Our family had an amazing visit here. The cabins are well equipped, comfortable & clean. The pool was an added bonus! We were able to easily walk to town and it was only a short drive to many local attractions. The family that owns the cottages are fantastic and were very kind and accommodating! We will most certainly be back for a visit!

We stayed in the white cottage on the water and it was great! Very cozy and homely feeling. I just suggest bring warm socks! The tile floor throughout the house can get cold on your feet in the winter months.
Really good food 😋

We stayed at the Pine Grove Cottages for a week. The staff were very friendly and responsive to our needs. The cabin was spotless when we arrived. The pool was wonderful. It was very peaceful and relaxing. My husband had never stayed in a cabin before and he loved it. We are both looking forward to returning again next year - Don and Tracey
We stayed in Cabin #7 for 4 nights. The cabin was clean and neat but they are very close together. Good for multiple families staying though. Shower had fairly good water pressure. The bed was really hard. The owners were very responsive. The location was very convenient to down town without having to be on the main street. Lots of trees and the pool was nice but the steps going in was missing the handrail and no antislip tread . I slipped the first time going into the pool and banged myself up pretty good. The bathroom could have used some hooks for towels, robes swimsuits etc. A light over the mirror would be helpful. There is a singular ceiling light so it was hard to see to put contacts in. The cabin could also use a mixing/serving bowl. I didn't have a bowl to mix waffle batter in or serve a salad in. The fire pits were good and we loved eating our meals outside at the picnic table. I would say that it was disappointing hearing the cars on the highway constantly. All in all, I really did like them. Loved the lift and I would recommend them.
Our family of four stayed for four nights in Pine Grove Cottages. We were in Cottage #1 for the first two nights, then #7 for the remainder of the stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cottages and property are clean, "rustic" but well maintained, and the kitchens have all the essential items for simple meal prep (the one item I'd suggest the owners add to the collection is a salad bowl/serving bowl); the pool is in excellent condition and fun for the kids; and the fire pits are perfect for s'mores. My kids (ages 9 & 11) got a real kick out of the loft bedroom in #7. The quiet, residential setting is safe for kids to play, and it's just a short walk or cycle down to the Lake George attractions and a short drive to all the Adirondacks have to offer. The owners are very accessible & friendly. It's a great family vacation for those who enjoy the simple pleasures in life. Highly recommend!
Very clean. Loved the decorating, white pine ceilings♥️ Fishing great! Lots to do in area
Awesome place to stay, very clean! Lake access here isn't really possible unless you are jumping on a boat. Very weedy and shallow. But overall highly recommended!
I am in love with FORKS... #twilightfans... I want to stay here......♥♥♥♥♥
