Fantastic experience from the second I walked in the door to the last bit of furniture installed in our commercial space. Customer support and customer service was phenomenal, the furniture is nice, reasonably priced, and the selection was just the right balance of used and new items to make a really beautiful office space on a budget. Joe helped me out from start to finish, and I highly suggest you go in and ask for him!

ARC did a great job. I had several projects needing custom printing, tricky handling of file formats, and specific enlarging and cropping of final products. ARC did it all perfectly! Trust Andy Hinkle (Andy runs the shop)... He knows what he's doing!

I've been working with ARC for several years now, and the company never disappoints. Specifically, Andy Hinkle. Andy and his team are responsive, efficient, flexible, and reliable in every step of the print process. I work on design projects that often have multiple changing parts within tight deadlines, and have never had an issue with product or delivery. I recommend them for any of your printing needs, as I'm sure they won't let you down.
Andy and his team are always incredibly reliable when it comes to all of my workplace printing needs! Not only do they print and package beautifully with the best color and vibrancy, but delivery is always on time. I couldn't recommend them more!

Honestly, I can not recommend these guys enough and have been telling everybody with printing needs to switch to ARC whenever I can. This says a lot coming from me, who has been working in the service industry for over a decade and has incredibly high standards and expectations. The last company I worked for is known for being impeccable with their client services and guest experiences ( They ranked No. 1 in the world on TripAdvisor by the sheer amount of authentic 5-star reviews ) , and there hasn't been many companies that earned my respect the way ARC has.
Joe is the MAN!!! Recently visited thinking to update my home office. Wasn't sure if they would be able to offer me anything that wouldn't be more appropriate for a business setting. Joe took the time to thumb through many different available options. Most of which I would not have been able to find on my own. I left there happy with my purchases, feeling good about the service I received, and really appreciating the time he spent on me. Thank You Sir!!!!
Amazing Customer Support and the whole team went above and beyond to make sure we had much better value. We were opening our third location and we were very concerned about getting appropriate furniture for our office. They did an awesome job researching and providing exactly what we needed. The owner even showed up to our small business on the day of delivery to make sure it was done correctly. I will absolutely do business here again. Thank you.
This is an amazing company to work with. From negotiating the lease to training and training again (because you never know what you need to know how to do until you can't do it!) to follow up calls just to check and make sure everything is running smoothly. I wish all my equipment representatives were as responsive and concerned as Document Solutions. Getting a new Xerox is a huge deal and this last install was seamless. Allison was there to answer all my questions and if she didn't know she was finding out and getting back to me quickly. This is a great team...I can't commend them enough.
I was moving my office and in need of furniture to jazz up the new place and our larger space. I came to Phil looking for some ideas and man did he over-deliver. He came out to both locations. We went through his showroom and viewed all the new stuff (coming off of 30 year old HON furniture) was great. We made some decisions and then he helped sketch out the whole office with his fancy office furniture layout software. We used his architectural like drawings and sketches to figure out the best place to configure the office. He even setup a moving crew to move all of my stuff from my old office to my new one while they delivered the furniture in the same day. There are always cheaper solutions out there. Phil wasn't the cheapest, he was the best and he over-delivered in every area. Phil is the way to go. Highly recommend.
Same experience as York and Co. Blatantly unsupported the second you sign the lease agreement. Greg was Johnny-on-the-spot with quotes and questions leading up to the signing of the lease and has been completely absent afterward. He didn't hold his end of a handshake deal as well as answering simple questions. It's been 3 months since we signed and I've only had 2 emails responses from someone on his team, one visit from Greg (he was bringing by another quote for another machine) and one letter saying how great their customer service is and will be.

I just wish I could rate 0 stars.
DO NOT LEASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They will leave you unsupported with machines that do not operate and they will not send toner or a drum kit when you need it. They turn you over to collections very quickly when they are the non-performers. They are the worst!
I have done business with Greg and Document Solutions of Springfield for over 20 years. His company and staff are well trained and Xerox equipment is the best there is!
