Love that we are able to buy our products for our business in bulk. A very, very wide variety of kitchen/catering products is available. It's definitely a one-stop shopping experience. Staff is also helpful.
People are rude disrespectful and they are mean to their clients the manager Blanca and few more should be fired .

Awful experience. The employees do not care. Do mot expect to get help from them. They buew the customet as a problem and in the way. They barrell around on forklifts with almost no regard for the safety of people, are anniyed when you amk them questions and simply poiny and say "the product your looking for is over there". They do the litetal least when it comes to helping the customer.

That’s not a typo. The two stars are because they fill a function for me as a manager. If I could pass them up I would do it every time. The manager here has explicitly called me a liar, and I’ve seen him be quite cruel to his employees. They also regularly run out of stock of everything I come to buy. I hope the day comes when this place is no longer needed, or it is put into better hands.

The quality of products are great but this place is messy. I wish they could organize inside the shop like anywhere else so that I could find the price tag of each item. There are 40 to 50 percent of the items has no price tag! I got surprised after finding the knife I bought was not 7$ but 25$ they have just write 7 which was the length of the knife 7 inches then I had to go through long process of returning it!

I went in for gloves. They have everything you can think of. The place is a little warm but it's manageable. The lines were pretty long. The long was long to exit as well because they have to check every item. Will definitely go back. I did see ppl held back due to cashier not scanning all their items. But I didnt experience an issue.

I’m the regular buyer from them coz it’s near to my restaurant, first the positive point , when John is there the service is very fast , he is very fast & always there to help and if more customers are on the waiting then he always calls for the staff if any of the cash register is vacant. Now my bad experiences, normally I always count my items before coming to pay , it helps & saves time . One time I made a mistake in counting after that they have been treating me like I’m a thief or something, now always taking time in counting which I don’t mind , but one day the cart Was all full and there was a small packet of mint inside & was not visible the lady called John to come & check that it’s hidden , the total amount I purchased was around 900$ , does it make sense to buy the items worth 900$ and hide a small packet of mint of 5/6$ , it’s ridiculous . Again John responded in a good way & said something to her that I couldn’t hear . But it’s really hurting on the part of that lady, there is one more staff guy 3/4 times I tried to ask him about something, he always turned his face away & said I don’t know anything , very very rude guy . Now whenever I will have extra time I will go to Richardson RD . Training of the staff is badly needed in Irving .
There is a young man named Ahmed who, from what I understand, goes by the initials A. He is incredibly helpful and friendly. I watch him always hurrying about and seeking to assist everyone. I really like him because he constantly strives to assist others, including my grandma, with whom he attempts to communicate in Spanish and arranges her taxis. Moreover, he refuses my offer of a tip. It's incredibly essential to me that he is paid properly, and it's great that he is assisting someone like my grandma who doesn't speak any English. They also have additional friendly employees like Kem and Jarry. They are pleasant to converse with as well. I enjoy them. 3 I don't like the security guard because he constantly yells at people without cause. My grandmother was getting into her taxi when he began to yell at her. I'm not sure why they would give him a job like that, and he constantly attempts to strike up a conversation, making me feel very uncomfortable whenever I approach him. However, aside from that, they are pretty good. They offer nice meat supplies, spices, and things like gloves, pots, and anything else you can think of for much less. I would have given the five stars, however because of how uncomfortable the security guard makes me feel and how he always checks me out. I will be giving a 4 stars.

This location is convenient, however the prices shown are often incorrect (higher) when scanned at the register. Today I went in for 32oz containers and matched the item with the $58.97 price tag shown above the containers, but when I got to the register, they rang up almost $10 more than the tag. I showed the cashier a photo of the tag and she said it was dated from May, so they probably would not honor the price, but she would have someone confirm it. A worker came back with a tag from Jan ’23 with a $67 price and said it was posted below the containers and THAT is the correct price. His explanation made absolutely no sense and the price tags are pointless. Honor your pricing and then update the tags, make sure the tags are accurate or invest in digital price tags.
If you can find what you need this place is great. But becareful like Costco it is easy to over spend when you like the prices

this location is the worst location of all the stores. gotta be the worst managed store. I was standing in line. then when I was getting close bthey closed the line because it was time for her lich break or to go home. all lanes gotta be 7 carts deep.
Have a confirmed appointment for 1030 hrs. the older gentleman tells the younger in Spanish that my load is a work-in. Then proceeds to tell me it could be till the end of the day. Very unprofessional on both to assume that I am not bilingual just cause I am a light skinned Hispanic man.

It's got a Sam's club feel. Warehouse has everything you need. Also, beats Costco pricing. Bulk shopping
Big line ups but good for food business supplies as they are similar to Costco but for the restaurateurs.
Good shopping spot for restaurants. Long lines on cash outs. Self check out might help here customer service especially for quick buyers.
Almost always slow long line. Bad service. Many items way more expensive than other suppliers. Many items are often out of stock. Some of them are in stock (according to the front desk) but they’re not on the shelves or people don’t seem to want to help bring them out when you ask. Not a pleasant place to shop

All of the sudden they decided to cancelled my membership because I was required to make purchases at that store only every month of the year. Because I went to the Richardson location and not their location Dallas/Irving they closed the account. This is the dumbest thing I heard. If there was exclusivity between locations/franchise why not let me know before I opened the account.
I came for buying some sanitizer, Looking around and I didn’t see any , luckily I saw one associate , he was driving the crane for pallets, he helped me with some boxes of sanitizer, even though the sanitizer boxes still up on the shelves, he has excellent customer service,

Took me 5hrs early. Made it seem like that’s not the usual though. 2-4 parking spots for overnight. Had me unloaded in less then 1hr. Pretty hard angles for backing though. Not enough room to pull up. I’d come back.
Disgusting dirty place where all the employees are exploited. The atmosphere reminds me of a jail. They pressure and over work their employees so much that security measures are thrown out of the window- it’s an accident waiting to happen. Do not support an establishment like this.
The staff named John is too rude. Obviously Casher scanned my item incorrectly and I was waiting for a refund and he yelled out that he was helping us with his mouth, but the behavior was quite rude. And I said your behavior was rude and he sarcastically said sorry. I felt even worse. It's hard to blame their mistakes on the customer. He yelled at us without any sign of apology...He should have been kind, not screaming 'I'm helping you'. That is not helping us.

Great prices and product however they need to check their dates like the cinnamon rolls. Yesterday I bought some and the by date was a ten days ago. Plus no idea If it means best or used date or sell date.
It's great when I get to shop here. But I was turned away by a staffer as I approached the door - "you can't park here, it's customers only." I was literally walking up to shop inside.
For drivers: Facts- got here at 0500 for 0700 appt, staff gets in at 0600. I was done by 0645. Paid lumper fee of $200 for 11 pallets. Bathroom inside once open. Opinions: very fast unloading, friendly staff. Can be tight backing if too many trucks, there’s all types of trucks and vans. Overnight parking if you get here early and pick a door right away. Will continue to come here.
They have halal chicken, beef & lamb. Reasonably priced. Make sure your deep freezer is ready the boxs are 40 to 60 lbs.

I’ve been going there for three years I have always been treated with respect and people there is friendly and fun to work with. They always do their best to help me to get unloaded ASAP. I never head problems going in and out. I’ve been driving for 25 years and I’ve been in many, many places, so far this is the best one.
Stopped here for the prime rib special they had going. Staff was friendly, and helpful, everything was easy to find. Prime Rib was great!
Rudest workers. Rudest people ever, will do their job, but will curse you out in the process for no good reason just because you ask them for directions. Wonderful! 1.35 stars well earned 👍🏻

As for shopping, I can’t rate it. As a delivery driver, I can say that this place has topped the list of worse places I have ever been too, and I promise to never return no matter how much it pays. I arrived today at 9am to deliver, and have been sitting here and it’s now 4pm, and still don’t have a door to deliver them 2 pallets of product. When I went inside to ask what is taking so long, they replied, you just have to wait. In the meantime, 10-12 other trucks that arrived after me, have already been given a door, unloaded and on their way to their next pickup. This place is so unorganized and hope the company I work for refuses to deliver here again, because I know I will refuse to.
So as a driver trying to make a delivery here the conditions were totally unacceptable. Told to back into doors that had trash, pieces of board with nails, rotten food and eggs and flies all over. This was disgusting. Initially the receiving lady seemed to have a bad attitude but turns out she was not upset with me the driver but the conditions outside the dock doors. She called a supervisor and it did get cleaned up but c'mon ...totally unacceptable.
Man if you have to go here . The open at 5 am there's room for 2 maybe 3 trucks but if your there first pull up on the left side of the street pull the nose of your truck right at the phone pole . Take a nap guy will wake you up . Ask for the bills and tell you back in . That simple .

Love love love the cuts of beef available here at such reasonable prices! They sell what once upon a time used to be the cheapest, and still the most flavourful cuts. The store is clean, staff especially nice. Having moved to the area recently, delighted to find this custom butcher and wholesale supply. Did you know they accept SNAP coins and certificates from Rochester Public Market? That's 40% bonus meat!
If you need to buy big quantities of meat, spices, sauces, veggies, fruits, cheese, etc. this is the place to go.

Friendly people, doable lot, bathroom inside the office, in and out within an hour for a delivery with 25 pallets
The place is for restaurant owners to buy food in bulk. I do not have a restaurant but I am a pastry chef and somehow my wife got us a membership. Anyway, it's like Costco but for restaurants. We go there to get bulk vegetables, beans,and rice. I do go there to get meat because a lot of it is processed and not organic. My complaint is the bathrooms. They really need to update it because it looks like tash. It is clean I guess but it needs an update bad as you will see in the pictures. Not everyone can shop here so be mindful of that.
So I came in with my son and couldn’t find nothing I finally saw Anthony the manager and asked him for help he said he don’t help at all and said go down idle 4 for sauces but it was aisle 5 what a waste of my time but I did see bags of flour open smh I was just so disappointed who doesn’t help a female mother restaurant owner with a toddler ???? It would of took him 10 mins to help me but you know what this guy restaurant Rick came and helped me after he was so great had excellent customer service he should be the manager cause the other guy maybe good at management employees but not customers and we the ones that pay his salary smh
No tip when you're doing orders for this company and the place has become dangerous for shoppers. The no tip for us self-employed people will stop me from taking any orders from this establishment.

My favorite location. Rick is always a pleasure to encounter and today cashier Shawn/Sean/Shaun blessed me with over 100 complimentary ice cream cone cups that I was LITERALLY talking about moments before (a TRUE BLESSING AND MIRACLE). It’s truly gestures like this that help and are a blessed to small businesses like mine. 1 million times, Thank you.
It toke 5.5 hours for them to get 7 pallets but no place is perfect. I don't know why people are claiming that it is too tight. I did it in one shot and pull forward once because I thought that I was not straight with the door as the reflective tapes are actually like a foot over on the side.
The tip to backup here is to use as much space as you can. Park close to the electric pole and backup until the trailer bumper get close to the second concrete block than go forward to your right than to the left to get the trailer pointing on the hole :) than let it go all inside that hole lol.

Decent place. Pretty quick in and out. Guys are nice.
Switched over to their delivery service (not my decision, I just have to deal with it) because the owner wants to “save” money. First delivery I received, I open our walk in door to 2 roaches crawling out of boxes and red meat juices stained on the top of the box of chicken wings. Today I find that raw chicken wings were placed on top of fresh produce allowing it to drip onto it, and a case of avocados that look like they’ve been hidden somewhere for months. Can not and will not ever recommend them for anything.
