Used to come here all the time. However TV and music is too loud now and you can't have a decent conversation.

Dunkin Donuts. Never spend your money in a business that has an "Employees Only" sign on their bathroom door. When customers are denied a basic service, to relieve themselves in a dignified way, especially women & children, then that business owner does NOT deserve your money. There are plenty of other coffee places in Staten Island.
Visit to the liquor store with a friendly staff and we'll stocked.
Absolutely love my Haircut from the Salon next to the CVS! I would recommend going to that Hair Salon, Ladies. They do an amazing and beautiful Hair. I am extremely happy with my Haircut..
This complex housed so many businesses, amongst which is Lenny's repair. Awesome place, close to the road,with lots of parking space. He fixed my phone in one day. Very nice gentleman. The screen was shattered with dark ink all over the phone after I accidentally dropped it from the stair, i already gave up on it, and then a friend told me about Lenny's, he fixed my phone and gave it a new lease on life.

Hadn't been there for a long time due to COVID & the food was A+!!!! Pizza is tasty & worth every bite. I was surprised that very large hamburgers/fries are now on the menu & some people told me it was really good. Will definitely go there again.

Heartland 🥯 bagels is awesome! Cold stone ice-cream is beyond amazing. It's been awhile since I've been there.
Some floors were more modernized than others. I did have some trouble finding a washroom. Overall cleanly environment. Nothing too crazy to speak on.

As a Brazilophile, it's an awesome place to eat and shop . Sometimes I just like to hang out and hear people speak Portuguese.
1- Seguine Plaza has several good stores. The smoking shop is clean and the guy that works there is very helpful.

Might be unfair to grade this on the day that I went. But it was right before Thanksgiving and after midnight. This place was chaos.
The parking lot was a mess. The entrance was blocked by shopping carts. It looked like they were actively renovating and given that they open 24 hours those renovations were happening with people in the store. Unless it's an emergency. I wouldn't go there again.

Very pricey! Don't get me wrong ice cream & toppings are delicious! $50 for 3 ice cream cups! Some toppings but $50 for once cream! This time we bought an ice cream cake🍰, $40 but had 10 servings!

😊 ideal summer time hangout for couples and people from outer state. Plenty of restaurants in the seller/ basement. Lots of high end stores and coffee shops in the second level of the building. Safe and lots of security here in the building.

Went to the donut shop on the corner awesome donuts and great service.
Food,service and decor was excellent. We each got complimentary desserts. Black out chocolate and cheese cake were to die for.
Best thing about this parking lot is Certo's Italian salamaria. Has everything you'd ever want to eat, appetizers, dinners and lunches.. good variety of Cold cuts pleasant Deli countermen.. fast-paced a lot going on.

I work here it's a non profitable building they have a nice Chapel for the moment now he's not marrying people but we have Memorial services baptisms christening
Went here for Hook and Reel. It was amazing! The mussels, clams, and shrimp were delicious. I recommend Cajun style.
Got (2) different gluten free pizzas to go and they were delicious. I will go back again.

This place is full of goodies. Stocked shelves. Staff are prepping orders for pick ups and all are working together. I sensed great communication among staff as i shopped. There's a bakery onsite with delicious sweets, and there's a seafood and deli department. Free parking lot.
This is the center of the Jewelry District, as most of the top retailers and wholesalers are located in this building! Only thing is that it may be a little confusing how to reach your floor based off the elevators.

Took an Omega Speedmaster automatic for overhaul service and polishing to Daniel Watch Repair. It badly needed service and polishing and it came out beautiful!! Highly recommended. The picture on the left is after, picture on the right is before.

Shopped multiple times and service was fine except last week where I had to wait for more than 15 after the ready alert and informing then from.app that I am there to pick. I had to call them and inform later, where I could see the store was empty and the person who took my call and he delivered the pizzas for me and one another customer who also reached.the same time as me. May be an one time thing, otherwise all my experiences were great.

Having lived in Austin for several years I met and stole my wife away from the beautiful city.
We just came back into town from NY after being away for three years and found a Mr. Gatti's had moved into the parent neighborhood, we absolutely had to come get some pies. We just need a lil arcade room in one of these spots for the kids to enjoy or a nice pet friendly hangout so the walk to the neighborhood would allow for rest and water. Great upgrade guys!

If you love Brazilian style dinning this place is for you! It's cafateria style, go through line with delicious salad bar, hot items, and all the rotisserie meats. Price is by the pound, inside and outside dinning. Price specials Tuesday and thru Thursday afte 3pm.
Every star here is for the bagel shop. It's the only reason I go. They have the best bagels in the area. Bar none. I WILL be trying the new ramen place soon though.
The chef here was very helpful. over 40 different combinations to choose from and they bring you whole pizzas for your Buffet salad and dessert is included in the small price of $15.99 per person.
I needed a birthday cake and this was on my way home. I went with a mango cake and it was delicious. Not overly sweet, just perfect. It was a big hit with everyone. Almost everyone asked for a 2nd slice. That is how good it was. I will start going here for all my birthday cakes.

I was curious about the place but was disappointed when I tasted one of their brownies. I found it stale and you could definitely tell it was baked a long time ago. The bakery wasn't to my liking as I wasn't too comfortable with ordering anything. Advise the owner commit to a makeover.
This is a good place with lots of restaurants and there is a Start Bazaar too. The parking is funny, the lanes are one way in opposite direction in pairs, pay attention to that. I like the Rhong Tiam here but there other restaurants are guids as well.

Lots of expensive jewelry stores. I found one jeweler to have fair prices. Finer Jewelry on the 2nd floor is a family owned business. Their prices are great! Thanks Mallers Building for showcasing all of the Jewelers.

I would describe my experience with Silicon Valley Innovation Center as unsatisfying. I've participated in a so called Legends tour and it was mainly waste of time.
We started with a presentation how easy is to be entrepreneur in Silicon Valley nowadays. Then it came time for exploring the gadgets and Tesla test drive. Among the gadgets there were a 3D printer and a drone that we were not allowed to touch, but we got the opportunity to experience the free Oculus Rooms app which became boring pretty fast. And the Tesla test drive was not actually a drive but a backseat ride. None of us was allowed to try the car from the driver's seat.
And after all these useless activities the morning passed and the real tour began. We went to have lunch in the backyard of a coworking space nearby which was described as a great place to start new business, but actually we didn't see anything special about it. Next stop was the campus of Stanford University, which is publicly accessible. Of course we had guided tour on which we've learned nothing more than the information from the university's Wikipedia page. Similar was the walk through Googleplex, where we even had to hurry, because we were behind schedule. And finally we had the chance to enter the Apple store in the Apple campus, which is not much more than any other Apple store despite the scale model of their circular building.
Probably, this tour would be very interesting for people that don't have free access to the Internet and don't know what happens in the world of technologies. But it is almost pointless for anyone who's able to drive themselves to these freely accessible locations and read a few things about them online. For having interesting tour with special access to the offices of the big companies and learning exciting things about them, I recommend searching somewhere else.

Easy parking. Wide if variety of places to eat including: fresh bagelry, Indian, Chinese, Thai, one of the best slices houses for pizza, and handy liquor store. Ethnic Asian markets as well. If you're looking for a regular grocery store, skip this place.
Loved the building, the offices are well maintained and view is great. The Hudson looks fantastic with ferries and a pleasant sunlight through glasses. I went a few times to my office.
