Place needs to update whether or not more clearly if they are a U.P.S. store. I tried to return my Amazon package with a Q.R. code on my phone and they could have scanned it with no labels as I was told with no packaging yet this business wasted my time even as a U.P.S. driver told me to go there. I guess they wanted to charge me, even though it was a free return and they had the capability of printing out the label for me

One Vanderbilt is a true marvel in the heart of New York City. Its soaring architecture seamlessly blends modern innovation with the city's iconic skyline. As I entered, I was greeted by a vibrant and bustling atmosphere, showcasing a thoughtful mix of retail and dining options. The observation deck provided breathtaking panoramic views, giving me a new appreciation for the city's grandeur. The attention to detail in the design and the commitment to sustainability are commendable. One Vanderbilt isn't just a building – it's an experience that encapsulates the essence of New York's dynamism and ambition. Whether you're a visitor or a local, this iconic destination is a must-see that captures the spirit of the city in every way.
An extremely masterful place. full of history and paying homage to those who died in the attack on the twin towers. A place full of peace, with beautiful surroundings. It is one of the must-sees of visiting New York

The line-up was very long, lots of unknown. Employees were all over, didn't know what was happening. I had tickets for 4pm and got inside around 5pm. I did 3 or 4 lines. There's a lot of stops to do until you get to the experience. Was it a good? Yes, but the wait and the unknown did have an effect on my appreciation. It was a stunning view from the top, but my favorite part was the hallway waiting and getting on the elevator. It felt like a show where we would get abducted lol.

It was so beautiful and emotional! I would definitely recommend booking early in the day. We were there 2 hours, and we did not make it through the whole exhibit due to them closing at 7 pm. I would definitely visit again! Below is a picture of the survivor tree and some police outside guarding the grounds.

Standing as a shining beacon for the new Downtown, and a bold addition to the skyline, One World Trade Center is safe, sustainable, and artistically dynamic. Soaring to a symbolic 1,776 feet — it is the Western Hemisphere’s tallest building, and already an iconic New York landmark. It stands as a testament to the resiliency of Americans after the horrible events of 9/11. The tower offers stunning views of the skyline, which are all noteworthy.

Great view with an unique experience must visit for tourist.
Freedom Tower – the highest building in New York at the height of 541 meters, which was built after the events of September 2001 on the site of the twin towers. Now the main building of the shopping center – this is the Freedom Tower.

One Vanderbilt is genuinely a gem in the city! From the moment I stepped in, I was in awe of the architectural marvel and the attention to detail. The balloon room was an absolute treat, offering a unique experience that isn't often found in most places. And surprisingly, despite its popularity, it didn't feel overcrowded or too busy. My only piece of constructive feedback would be the addition of a restaurant on-site. It would perfectly complement the overall experience. Nonetheless, highly recommended for locals and tourists alike!

We had an enjoyable visit to the observation deck. Our visit lasted about 20 minutes and we were trying to make it last as long as possible. Tickets to the observation deck were included with our hotel and it was a good deal at free. I would be very frustrated if I had paid $40, $50, or $60 for this experience. We also had a nice visit because there was essentially no wait. The site looks like it is set up for massive amounts of visitors, so beware. Also, do not get sucked into paying $15 rental as you enter the deck for a map tablet. You can do the same on your phone and there are QR codes scattered around to help you figure out the sites below.
The World Trade Center is something to behold. It looks like Superman's fortress of solitude or something. They finally finished the subway hub now. Awesome job. The architecture is something to see. The place is incredible. The artwork is really nice.
If you want to see Upper New York bay, you should visit this place. I bought a “combination experience” ticket and I would not suggest you to do that. There is no queue on the weekday and the iPad they gave me didn’t function properly. By the way the show was great. You should search the weather forecast before visit this place. Cloudy day does trouble your impression.
Nice clean and 21st century type building very accessible to wheelchair people and great security guards

Nice experience. There are three floors you go through, with different designs and attractions. Last floor is a bar. But you don't get to the very top of the building, there are still about 10 more floors above you.
One World Trade Center stands as a symbol of resilience and strength, honoring the memory of a tragic event while embracing a hopeful future. The observatory offers breathtaking panoramic views of the city, showcasing its architectural marvels. The museum's exhibits pay poignant tribute to the lives lost and the spirit of unity that emerged. The sleek design and modern facilities create a seamless visitor experience. Visiting One World Trade Center is a moving and awe-inspiring journey that leaves a lasting impression.
Love this place. The tribute to 911 is amazing
Stunning Architecture, many beautiful shops and coffeeshops, the place is a piece of art by itself, and the metro conveniently stop right underneath. The outside, where the 9/11 memorial is, was amazing as well except for the sad feeling about all the victims that lost their lives there.Unfortunately I didn’t have time to visit the upper floors during my short visit to New York, but definitely it will be on my to-do list when am back to NY !!

I went to the Chinese restaurant. It was all dirty, you know where you can Sit down and it was like all dirty the tables they got boxes in top of the table. I don't recommend it.
Quite simply the best and tallest view of New York, so definitely worth doing, especially on a clear day. It was absolutely one of the highlights of my trip.

Not only are the views amazing but the outside and surrounding areas are as well.

Café, alcohol and gift shop are also there as is the typical American showmanship they are known for.

The memorial pools are also 100% worth a visit, to say the least.
Amazing place for walk couple ) recommend it and looks good

Incredible view. Could not recommend more. And unlike other tower views in the city (Empire State for example), there's plenty of room to comfortably walk around and take photos against the glass without being squeezed in by crowds. Plenty of people for sure, but definitely still plenty of space.

1 one trade center has incredible views from the highest point in lower Manhattan. The 360 observation is remarkable and worth the price of admission. Try to come early to avoid waiting. The elevators get you to the top in seconds. There's even a restaurant in the top which I didn't try. It's an huge building with symbolic meaning and visible from most areas in the city.

Take a fast ride to the top of One World Trade. This is an experience for sure. View the city from the highest point without getting in a helicopter or airplane. Deli and restaurant on site. You can truly see forever on a clear day.

A fantastic and terrifying experience!!! I enjoyed the whole experience but my stomach flipped a few times when I looked down and my forehead was clammy. You need to be brave to visit this observation deck. Lots of other people however were not worried at all by the glass floors and walls so I tried not to show I was scared. This experience was thrilling and interactive. Fantastic views of New York! I thought it was worth the time and money and would recommend it to thrill seekers!

Monet's Garden Museum was very limited. They had three of the most famous paintings in very large frames, a couple in movements. Very Nice. Another couple of frames were ok but I was expecting a lot more paintings. I was also hoping to get post cards of Monet's paintings at the gift shop but they didn't have any.
Very nice. Generally the architecture around is so glorious and impressive....

As I wasn't the one who reserved the room here, I can only speak my opinion. The check-in and elevator staff are very welcoming and friendly. I believe I ran across several floor/maintenance staff while in the fitness center. Their approach was much colder. The room is....different. I can explain it as what someone who moved into the city for the first time, or someone working through college. It is essentially a studio apartment. Very well-equipped, comfortable, and all in a small amount of space. Think of the hide-a-beds in the wall. Got one here, and once we figured that part out, the experience became pretty cool. I don't know if I would like to spend more than a few days putting the bed up so the sofa below it could be used, but a few days has a bit of novelty to it. Worth a try if you want a real NY apartment experience.

Third time in NYC and I've done the empire state building twice. One Vanderbilt at sunset KNOCKS the empire state building out of the park. We came as our first thing we did as soon as we arrived in NYC for our honeymoon.
If you are not convinced to go let me leave you with this: my husband who has never been to New York got to the first level of one Vanderbilt and cried in awe of how beautiful the city is. Safe to say we enjoyed it haha

This is a definite stop if you’re looking for an observation deck to get really nice views of the city and also a phenomenal sensory experience.
Prepare for a long wait to get up to the observation deck but once you are there you will be rewarded immensely.
Out of all the observation deck so I’ve been to this has been by far the best one.
Its a busy area but full of different kind of people around. This where I see my lawyer. The place near the boats to statue of liberty the farey is near by to Brooklyn or Staten Island.

It was pretty amazing! It was a little more than I would like to spend but it was a once in a lifetime experience. If you're in the area you should definitely do it. But take your time and enjoy every level because they don't let you go back down once you leave the level.

Beautiful tribute fountains and museum on the grounds where the World Trade Center twin towers once stood.
Small mall good parking. Dunkin donuts was there went in and bought coffee.
Pros: Great 360° views of NYC / Really fast elevators to reach the top / Everything is really clean

Cons: Doesn't offer an outdoor observatory, observation is made through windows / Closes at 8pm.
After the 9/11 I saw some design displayed here for the new Memorial Center, and I visited oftenly the World Finance Center for my part of job. Total building is decoreted nicely .I love this .

Absolutely beautiful

So many stores and cute places to take pics.

The gelato section is my favorite.

It’s spacious and face mask is required to enter.
No matter how many times you visit the World Trade Center area there is always a new memory to add in life. There are new seasons, and believe it or not there is always something new to learn from the wonderful place like this. God bless America and all people from all corners of the earth that visit New York.
There always something to discover while walking around this concrete and glass jungle. I truly love the architectural designs that somehow combine historical and contemporary buildings into a marvelous story of survival, pride and hope.

Water keeps running and its sound reminds me the way life should always be. Never stopping, always flowing and screaming to the wind, we are alive listen to us, remember us....never forget.

The most professional environment of all the shared spaces on Wall Street. Good Jon people!
My kids love this pizza, is always fresh and never tasted like cardboard with tomato sauce these guys are very kind and always helpful. Always smiling.. Slices are big enough for the price.
This is a cute little mall. Pizza Bella is my favorite place to go to their pizza and Eggplant parm is so delicious.😊

Being a Scottish Tourist in Wall Street during New York Fashion Week..just good timing..joined in with the Paparazzi doing their thing : )
Always said this building looks like half of battery, many different offices and corporations in this building, it's right across the street from the Staten Island Ferry and Battery Park, it's also next to a landmark.
