We saw Inebriated Holiday last night and we all agreed it was the worst show we have ever seen. Very disappointed. We've been going to the Met for years but will never go again.
My fourth studio in a year, due to travelling, and by far my favourite. Super friendly staff and students.
Lessons individual and group are fun and informative. The instructors want you to reach your goals and will help you learn in the best way for you.

This was my 1st time attending my grandkids were so excited telling their mother about the play we will definitely attend more productions in the future.
I've wanted to take my son here for months. Went there once on a Tuesday afternoon, hours showed as open, but we got there and the door was locked and no one there. Any time I try to call ahead of time to check hours, no one answers. What are the hours? Can I just walk in? Do I have to reserve a time listed on the website? Of course the only times ever available are during my son's nap and it says no refunds and I can only come during the schedule time. So if I wait for my son to wake up and come 25 mins after my scheduled time, I only get to let him play for 35 mins? I don't understand how you operate your child geared business this way. Would be nice to get some answers since there are rarely any indoor play places in this area. This seems like it would be the only decent one, if only I could find out when you are actually open to actually come there! Very frustrating. Be consistent!!
We have been at Evolving Minds just over a year now and we are so pleased with how much our child has learned and grown. The staff there has been incredibly patient with his special needs and we are endlessly grateful to them for their kindness. We will be sad when he has to leave to go to Kindergarten next year, but we know he will be well-equipped with the tools to succeed!
We really trust and appreciate Ms.Robin and all of the Evolving Minds staff! Our children have learned so much since starting and actually love going, which lets us know we made the right decision in choosing Evolving Minds!
At the MET yesterday afternoon to see Part 2 of “Angels in America “. As usual the cast was awesome and the staging was done so well! This is an intense show full of love, inspiration, magic, grief and hope. We loved it!
Traveled here over an hour for my nieces first birthday. To our surprise, the business wasn’t open. Party was planned and paid for months ahead of time. After waiting and no one showing up, the entire party (a LOT of guests) left because there was no one to even communicate what was happening here. Extremely unprofessional, unreliable, and no excuses for this. Ruined a special day.
My husband and I brought our 23 month old to Bloom yesterday to check it out. Staff was very warm and welcoming. Our kiddo had a great time playing with the toys and interacting with the other guests. There’s a cozy little reading area as well. The cafe/working space is also nice. We will definitely be back soon!
When my family and I relocated from NY to PA childcare was one of our biggest concerns. Bloom became our 3 kids second home.

All the teachers from Bloom are HEAVEN SENT! All my kids formed a bond with all the teachers. Miss Brooke, Miss Stephey and Miss Stephanie. They really do treat your kids as their own.
My kids attended both the Preschool program and the Camp. Highly recommend both programs. They enjoyed the extensive academic programs and all the activities Bloom had to offer.
The accommodations are great, Sandra the owner is amazing. As a mom that works remote Sandra was always patient with me and my schedule. She made sure to always accommodate my kids.

My daughter is a regular at their summer camps- she always has a blast! She adores the counselors, and always comes home tired and happy after a day of theater games and rehearsals in the park. It has definitely helped instill a love and appreciation for performing, and nurtured her sense of self confidence. She is always so proud of their final performance for the parents and caregivers, which never disappoints! Highly recommended!
PSPA is an incredibly special place with the most caring, creative and responsible owners/teachers. Both of my daughters had several wonderful experiences there with camp this summer including Matilda, Six and Shrek. If you want your children to develop a love for singing, acting, dancing or just simply feel comfortable expressing themselves and build confidence, this is the place!
Our son started with EMLC when he was 2 and he was welcomed like family by Ms. Robin and the teachers from day one! He has grown and learned more than we could have ever hoped for his preschool journey! Ms. Robin and the teachers provide structure, love, and education of the highest quality to the kiddos. Our son is off to PreK, but we will never forget what EMLC gave to us!
My daughter has done the Harry Potter camp the last 2 summers and has had a blast! The counselors are great and there's great activities for kids. She wants to come back next summer. Highly recommend!
Just started a package. Terrific instructor, very nice, sunny studio. Learning steps takes focus and concentration, but it’s mostly just fun. It also introduces me to a whole new community.
I had the pleasure of seeing the South and Saint production recently at the MET. This play was so well done, representing some of the life of the community I grew up in and, most importantly, capturing the soul of the loving, protective, nurturing, supportive, self-actualizing culture that fed our souls when we lived in that segregated, shared space. It took me back to a place and time and feel that helped me realize how very much it meant to me and how significant the loss has been.
Over the years, I have had the pleasure of seeing several of PSPA's theatre productions and have witnessed the talent of the students first-hand! They are not only talented, but well prepared and well trained! You will not be disappointed if you have the chance to see a production and more importantly, enroll your child in one of their classes! My niece and nephew love the Itty Bitty Ballet and Mini Musicians classes that they take at the studio and look forward to attending each week!
My daughter attends summer camp at PSPA! She absolutely adores everyone and every session she has attended. She especially loved the Harry Potter program. Rebecca and Erin are extremely engaging and genuine. They are a wonderful asset to the community and for all children looking to dive into their creative side. My daughter is so much more outgoing and I am so thankful we found them!
My 17 month old son and I attend the Mini Musicians drop-in class together when we can. We love the convenience of being able to pop in when it best suits our schedule.
During the class, my son is highly engaged. He loves all of the songs, instruments, and teachers. He also loves that he can explore independently at times. The studio is clean, and it is a warm and welcoming environment. Thank you for helping him to learn, grow, and experience music!

When we needed child care for our 2 year old, Evolving Minds was the only place we considered. After meeting Ms. Robin, she listened to our concerns and answered all of our questions. She is organized and provides structure for the children. The first time it really hit us, how much the kids love her, was at a birthday party. When Ms. Robin arrived all the kids left their parents to cling to her side. Having our child feel safe in Ms. Robin's presence when we can't be there means the world to us. Our child is more prepared to enter Pre-K/Kindergarten than many of their peers. We are forever grateful for the positive, caring, respectful impact she has made on our family. I hope she's ready for our 2nd child!
Park Slope Performing Arts has been a truly wonderful experience for my son and daughter (now 11 and 9). Besides learning performance and production skills, they have gained self confidence and learned the importance of personal responsibility in a group, all in a welcoming, friendly, non-judgemental environment. The classes for every age have been creative and fun, and both were so excited when they were old enough to audition for the Park Slope Youth Theater Company! Their participation in the productions have instilled pride and a sense of accomplishment in them, and have been the highlight of their year!
I Love this studio. They specialize in TV and Film, and all the acting work is done on camera. Which is rare to find and SO needed for all actors. From coaching to self-tapes this is a place to go for actors. The coaches are very knowledgeable about acting, the business, industry and are really good at challenging your acting muscles. I have worked with Stacey for a while now and absolutely love her, she creates a safe, comfortable environment for every actor to thrive in. I'm so happy they opened a location in NJ, they have flexible hours for classes and self-tapes and plenty of parking. LOVE this studio.
As an employee at Evolving Minds, I enjoyed working there. What I enjoyed most is working with the children. All of the children were fun, very very smart, and they participated in the week curriculum. I will miss them very much. I also appreciate Mrs. Robin very much for giving me a chance and not turning me down. I will never forget her kindness towards me. May God bless her abundantly, and the children for the work that she does.
Wonderful theater - a real training ground for youth and a place to showcase local developed and aspiring Talent. I have seen a few productions and was happier and more entertained than on Broadway - truly. I fully recommend the training programs for kids.
The MET is incredible. After another fabulous year with the dedicated staff in the MET’s Fun Company at our daughter’s elementary School, we loved taking in Craft Town! What a clever and creative production! This play really raised the bar and made our whole family excited to return for our next MET play! Now, we get to look forward to our daughters favorite part of summer - the MET Fun Camp!
Just absolutely great! Awesome teachers and coaches. I’ve never had a class I didn’t like. At MN they really teach you the tools and techniques to be successful. I love that you’re challenged here and you really get to work your actor muscles. 10/10 recommend!
I took my daughter here a year ago for several months when she was 1. She would cry everyday, all day (from what the teachers said) until the point where she was terminated from the daycare for crying too much. She has been at another daycare since then and has never had this crying issue. She maybe cried some times for the first week, but the teachers at her daycare now gave her the time and patience to get her accustom to being away from mom and being in a total new environment that she wasn't initially comfortable with. The teachers here seemed nice, but I would suggest looking elsewhere if your child may have some sensitivity-sensory issues or not good with constant loud noises or congestion areas maybe. I didn't get much feedback on what they were doing to help her other than keeping her in a room away from the other children, trying earmuffs, and having a toy from home to help comfort her. I don't think they had the resources then to assist children who may need a little hand holding and new to the daycare experience, and not sure if they do now.
Used to be a great gun store but in the last few year they have gone down hill now when you go in for gun supply all the shelves are empty and they don't even ask you if they can order you what your looking for.its more like a hang out fore the people working there and their friends kinda sketchy
I worked here for over a year until my personal circumstances changed and I needed to switch careers. This is by far the best childcare center I have ever worked for and had my situation been different, I would have retired from here! The curriculum is airtight and proven to be effective at keeping children engaged and learning every moment. The coworkers I had were phenomenal educators who were all passionate team players and always ready to help. Robin runs a wonderful program and fosters a work environment that I felt was uplifting, encouraging, and supportive. In all my years of educational experience, I have never had classes of children that were so incredibly well adjusted and receptive to my teaching. I had two year olds labeling their big feelings and counting in Spanish! I don’t know what the secret recipe is but I know one thing for sure, Robin has it. I would suggest this center a million times over as both a place of employment and a care center for your child.
Great productions. It's amazing how the MET can produce such high quality plays with so few resources. It's always worth to travel from DC area to attend performances at the MET.
Wonderful venue for families to see the amazing artistic creativity of the actors and behind the scenes folks who comprise the MET company. We recently went to see The Snowy Day and it was absolutely delightful and our 7 year old granddaughter had a great time. We have attended quite a few MET shows over the years and they have always been so enjoyable. I highly recommend the MET.
I took my 6 & 3 year old here to see Snowy Day & it was an absolutely lovely experience. Everyone was so kind, wonderful with the children, and the atmosphere was so positive. The show kept my kids laughing the whole time. Great experience and would recommend to anyone with kids!
I highly recommend this place. I celebrated my granddaughter's first birthday here and could not be happier. We only had a few kids but there was so much to do there that it kept them entertained. They have someone come in for face painting for a nominal fee and she was amazing. This will definitely be my go to party place for the next few years.
An absolutely wonderful experience!!!!! The professionalism and instruction at the studio are more than worth the cost of lessons. I started off on day one terrified of dancing, to the point that I would turn down my own mother if she asked to go onto the dance floor. I was also starting this journey after some extremely tough times, both mentally and emotionally. Every class has been a joy. The instructors are wonderful people and care about the quality of instruction and the student's interests. I leave every lesson feeling like I am on top of the world and with a newfound confidence to dance.
I took my wife for the free trial as a birthday gift. It was possible that we would continue to sporadically attend after this initial visit. There was about 15 minutes of dancing instruction, which I have no complaints about, followed by a 30 minute high-pressure sales pitch. Fortunately that wasn't my only gift to my wife so we just joked and laughed through the whole pitch but the experience was quite predatory. The free trial is for people who know they want to continue with the dance studio. If you're just trying out dancing, this probably isn't the place for you.
Just saw "The Lifespan of a Fact" and we loved it. Great play. Thought provoking and nuanced story. Superb acting. Really underscores why the MET is a local treasure.

Provided perspective on Frederick's history, present and future. The panel discussion after the show enhanced the experience.

Recently attended Wine 101(zoom) with Andrew. It was a wonderful experience. Andrew is filled with much enthusiasm and information regarding wine production to choosing wine from different regions. I know what to look for to buy wine that I like. Thank you Andrew.
This place is awesome! It has so many fun, interesting and educational things to do. Plus it's sparkling clean. I definitely recommend it for a special mommy and me day out. (Or grand-mommy and me!)
EMLC is like family! Our daughter has been attending since she was 14 mos (now 2) and our son (5 mos old) just started and we love these ladies!! Our kids are happy and thriving and love going to school every day. Ms Robin and team are amazing with communication and really help to alleviate any mommy stress I feel as a full time working parent. They helped to teach my daughter how to walk, they work on potty training, got my son to take a bottle for the first time he was away from me, etc. This team truly cares about the success of our kids and of us as a family and it shows in their quality care. We love that our kids learn, they play, they’re truly loved and cared for, they are in a safe home environment, and EMLC feels like an extension of family! Highly recommend!
While both my wife and I had some experience in the performing arts (my wife is a musician, and I have experience in theater, band, and dance), it was clear we needed some professional help to get our wedding dance where we wanted it to be. Rebecca at Arthur Murray Dance Studio in Alexandria, VA, was excellent. She immediately was able to assess our strengths and weaknesses and helped meet us at our respective skill levels. She also listened to our song, and intrinsically knew exactly what kind of look and feel we wanted our dance to achieve. Best of all, rather than teach us a set choreography, Rebecca taught us how to properly lead, follow, and adapt to different dance floor sizes, meaning that every time we danced it ended up looking a little bit different, but also that we would be ready for anything when the actual day came. As our skill and comfort level improved, and we wanted to add a few more steps and moves into our routine, she not only incorporated more advanced training into our classes, she went out of her way to work with her studio for us to keep a “new student discount rate” for a few more classes when we asked for it (we had originally signed up for 6 lessons as opposed to 10 lessons, but she worked to keep the rate for an additional 3 lessons upon our request to give us the additional time needed). The first dance can be a stressful thing to think about prior to the wedding, but Rebecca helped us through our nerves and stumbles during practice. The day of the wedding, my wife and I walked into the reception with confidence and comfort, and not only had a lot of fun with our dance, but also looked really good doing it, at least according to our guests! None of this would have been possible with Rebecca’s skill, patience, and excellent ability to teach both how to lead and how to follow…thank you!
When I first started at Arthur Murray Alexandria I did as a way to get ready for my wedding. Then it turned into my therapy…Now it has turned into my family! The instructors are super friendly and always want to make their students feel welcomed. I highly suggest AM. If it’s for a wedding, a hobby, something to do..once you start you don’t want to stop.
My 10 month old daughter loved it!!! Will definitely be coming back and I’m even thinking about getting the membership! My favorite part was that there was private section of you needed to breast feed which was very helpful! Definitely recommend to bring your kids here! The staff is so friendly and they make you feel so welcomed.
I love performing with the Maryland Ensemble Theatre. Everyone is very friendly and professional. The theatre itself very comfortable and the audience feels like part of the show. A must visit place if you enjoy live theatre. Not just for adults bring the kids!

Great place for the young ones to play. Great selection of toys and I love the old school high quality selection of toys. A lot of wood toys. Very friendly staff. We will most certainly be back.

We just had our daughters birthday party here and had a wonderful experience. The owner is very responsive and the facility is super clean and so much fun for the little ones. I highly recommend :)
We love this play place! The activities are always well worth your time and money. It has the cutest little set up and everything is always very clean. The owner is so sweet. My kids never get bored at paper street play. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking to get their kids out. They also follow all cdc guidelines so you and your family always feel clean and safe!
Another amazing experience this summer with PSPA camp for my kids. This time I had my 7 year old at Matilda Camp and my 3+ year old at Disney Camp. We have 4 kids all learning and growing with them and have been with PSPA for 10 years. Our oldest (twins) started at 3 years old and are still performing with PSPA going into 8th grade. (My 13 year old daughter did CIT for Disney Camp-it's a true community/family organization). I can't imagine anything greater than our Brooklyn kids having camp in Prospect Park and I am sunburn paranoid but was always confident they were learning and practicing under a big beautiful shady tree every day, and drinking plenty of water. The end-of-camp-week performances were amazing. I was shocked how much my 7 year old learned in a week and couldn't believe how she exploded like a musical theater pro in front of us. It was awesome. My 4 year old only went to 3 days of Disney Camp and fully performed at the end of his week as well. It was pretty incredible. Looking forward to Fall and Spring with PSPA and of course returning to Summer Camps in 2024!
Had an amazing first experience at Paper Street Play after reserving a 75 minute private play for my son and his cousin (and 8 adults haha.) It was as much fun for the kids as it was for us exploring the adorable town, all of the little details and knick knacks, and playing make believe. With the pandemic, especially, it was a nice change of scenery and also - being able to pretend order, eat and drink indoor dining style in the diner? I kind of loved it.
The space was really clean and organized and made us feel safe / comfortable. Reservations and communication were flawless, as was check-in (took temperatures and used sanitizer before entering), and there was open space to the side with small tables and chairs that our family could exchange the secret santa gifts we brought.
Thanks for building such a wonderfully imaginative and fun play space for our little ones. We will definitely be back again very soon!!

I’ve been attending Arthur Murray for over a year now. I appreciate their flexibility in scheduling and the protective measures they’ve taken to keep students safe and healthy during these crazy times. They’re a great, diverse, and talented crew willing to help you learn advanced styles and moves or simply be more comfortable on the dance floor. I highly recommend regardless of your skill or comfort level!
I came into Arthur Murray Alexandria from a Groupon over 3 years ago and it has honestly changed my life. I’ve always loved dancing at clubs or with friends, but it never occurred to me that I could learn how to actually dance, until I stepped foot into their studio. The instructors are amazing and truly tailor their lessons to each individual’s goal, whether it be just to learn to social dancing or even compete in amateur competitions. The group classes are challenging and fun no matter what level you are at, and the people there are warm and welcoming. I have grown such an amazing dance family there over the last 3 years, and even through challenging times with Covid, the studio and its staff have adapted to meet all safety guidelines and still make dance just as fun as ever. They have social distanced lessons, group classes, and social hours in studio as well as being able to participate in all of those through zoom.
To anyone who is thinking of learning how to dance, all I can say is YOU CAN DO IT, you’ll wonder why you waited so long to try.

Apparently they don't seem to understand what value a website is to their customers. Knowing that phone calls can be a real pain to a small store, I just checked the website for the hours of operation. It indicated they were open Saturday. I drove the 30+ miles to make a purchase, and the sign said open Tue - Friday. I just went back to Jackson and spent my money at the local shop there, which was open.

My 21 month old daughter and I visited earlier this week for an art + play class and had an amazing time! There was an hour of free play and then transitioned to a 30 minute art class. During free play, the owner was circulating making sure the children were having fun and she was cleaning the toys that were tasted. During the art class, we used watercolor, oil pastels, and molding clay to create a cute keepsafe. It was a fun way for my daughter to experience different mediums. We can't wait to go back for a music or cooking class!
Great experiences both times we have went! Very clean, following all covid protocols and our son has a great time when we go. We really like play date on park and suggest checking it out if you have a little one!
Wonderful indoor playground. I’ve been to some indoor playgrounds near me (central jersey) pre-covid and was always skeeved out by the lack of cleanliness, Playdate on Park is immaculate and really puts your mind at ease if you are a paranoid mommy like me in the middle of a pandemic. Everything is cleaned and sanitized after each session. We came with our 3 year old daughter and 4 months old son for a private play session and had so much fun, our daughter did not want to leave. If you are worried about exposure to covid but are running out of ideas on how to entertain your little ones at home, definitely consider giving Playdate on Park a visit! Please remember to wear your masks and bring socks to keep germs at bay.

All around great. Adam was referred to me by my son Andrew and my friend Forrest. I'm certainly glad I took them up on it. Not being an expert by any means, I came away with an education on both the guns I was there about and left there very satisfied with the experience.
Such a informative, and high-quality wine class. My girlfriend and I took the Tuscany region wine class. Andrew, the host of the wine classes, is incredibly knowledgeable and will provide you with helpful facts, terminology, and answer any question you have regarding the experience. Also, the selection of wines, locally-bought cheeses and breads, were great and we enjoyed them throughly
The classes take place in a home which makes it feel like you’re just over for a good time with friends.

I have attended at least 5 classes with Andrew at NYC Wine Company. He offers a variety of classes focusing on many different regions. You can learn about classics such as Italian, French or Californian wines or lesser well known regions such as Croatia, Hungary and Portugal. You taste about 8 wines, which have been thoughtfully paired with Murray's cheeses and delicious breads. Andrew is extremely knowledgeable and helps guide you through each wine's aroma and tasting notes with warmth and openness, understanding that we all have different palates that smell and taste differently. NYC Wine Company classes are great for a date, a night out with friends or visiting family members. The show was awesome for my girls. Its was for a younger crowd (age 1 - 4/5) and it was perfect. The theater is cozy and comfortable. I enjoyed it.
I've been studying at MN Acting studio for a year and have worked with two of their instructors, Bryan & Van. I found both of them extremely dedicated and knowledgeable. I felt safe to explore different aspects of work in class without judgement. I love them both. You can self-tape there as well as coach for auditions. And Matt, the owner, is also very approachable and always shares his expertise. It's a studio I want to continue to grow at. :)

This is my go-to place for self tapes, coaching, and acting classes. Last minute and high quality rarely go hand in hand, but Matt has mastered the art of both! My son loves Matt and I HIGHLY recommend his studios to anyone.
I had a private Wine 101 class with my friends and it was the absolute best! Very charming location in the West Village and Andrew was beyond knowledgeable. It truly was a great education of wine - not to mention, the cheese served was delicious. Would 100% recommend
My family and I went for the Peanuts' Christmas performance on December. The place is very small and cozy, it was a very entertaining and catchy play; what left me a negative experience was the staff in the theatre. They weren't courteous, the 2 gentlemen were inpatient and seemed to be confused about how to distribute the seats. It wasn't my first time there, I usually go with friends and our kids, but every time I go there's always a feeling of confusion among the staff.
These guys are great, If they don't have it in stock they will get it for you. When you go in you will feel like old friends by the time you leave. Highly recommend !!!!
It's not a classic theater, but it's an important venue in LIC. Right off of the train, near places to eat and drink. Both the big theater (99 seats or so) and the black box are good places to watch a show.
Nice theatre plenty of seats the drinks are at a fair price compared to some other theatres. The chairs are your standard cheap seats but if you have been to smaller theatres you know to expect that
One of a kind theatre in Frederick. No one does theater like the MET. Creative performance, great working atmosphere. Comaraderie.
Absolutely phenomenal indoor place to take your children to play. The staff are engaging, friendly, and keep the place organized and clean. Great place for you to relax as well. They offer coffee,water, snacks. Very reasonably priced. Could easily spend entire day here as they have so much to do for little ones of any age. A must go!!!
Awesome wine tasting class with a knowledgable instructor. Suitable for novice and pro wine drinkers. They also pair each round with great cheese and meats. Highly recommend!

Small & imitate theatre. All seats have great views except for the those behind structure beams . I attended the first and second programs of "Act One : One Act Play Festival. All performances were fantastic . My favorites were "Help Me Get Over You" & "Clean-Shaven" ! Definitely worth attending!
Great service, helpful with any issues you may come across, and are willing to put up with you not being properly prepared for a purchase. They certainly helped me, which is why BOTH my guns have been through this store.
My wife and I loved the performance of "Much Ado About ..." Intimate theater, great performance! You can reach out and touch the actors because you are SO close ... I very much liked being able to be SO close to the performers and hear them breath... and feel the emotion, the laugher , the sadness, the love.
The character switches were fabulous. I loved how they used the accents ... well done! At intermission I stuck up a few conversations with friendly folks ... one gentleman explained to me some very funny twists in the interpretation ... the other guy I spoke to was struggling with the language of Shakespeare but he was enjoying the performance also. I was truly entertained by these talented actors for a VERY reasonable price.
I recommend this performance ... you are NOT taking a chance ... it is a STRONG show with great actors. I may seem sappy or simpleminded, but I DID Laugh and I DID Cry.

This is my "go to" spot for any firearm purchase. I have always been treated more than fair when it comes to pricing, then add the friendly service and knowledge on top of it... when I walk out I feel like I owe them!!
I auditioned for a role in one of their musicals. The ad specifically said prepare two monologues and a song from the musical. I prepared all three things in less than a week for this specific audition and guess what? They asked me to just perform the song, smiled, and politely asked me to leave. I believe the director just had some stigma and racism towards Asian actors because she was not even friendly. Another thing, this is a small, black box theatre that prides itself on too many things that I just completely disagree with. Good luck.
I visited several gun shops but thought the staff and inventory were the best at Big Horn, and really was impressed by the knowledge and integrity of the staff, their friendly attitude, their willingness to answer questions and take the time to show me the different models and explain to me what I wanted to know. Much Thanks and I'll buy my next gun there too.
