Enjoyed the annual holiday craft show .
This place is awesome! It's a wonderful place to catch a game. The food and beverage options are plentful. I also caught a tour of the place and you see behind the scenes stuff of UND hockey. These folks do a nice job.
What a beautiful arena and all around great experience. (Even if my team lost!)
Nice venue that is poorly run. They need a professional management team ASAP! Security took out a flyer to measure purses. The lack common sense to security was astounding. Once you are inside security they jammed the corridor with merch and alcohol sales. This works in most arenas but not this one because the corridor is to narrow so it just makes it impossible to get through. The parking garage is right across the street which is nice but it took 45 minutes to clear it because they had police doing traffic control. Dos Equis, Toyota Center, AAC, all clear faster and they have 4 to 5 times as many cars. Don't go here for concerts until they hire professionals to run the place.
Wonderful. Packed house for UND hockey. We win. Everyone very excited to be there. Arena very well kept. It was first visit for two of my grandchildren. They were just thrilled. Great times.
Amazing event center. Its just large enough. Every seat is a great seat.
The seats do not have cup holders and there is no leg room. Paying $10.50 for a fountain drink is outrageous! I would rather go to a concert at the Dos Equis or Toyota Music Factory any day over this venue, there's leg room, cup holders and free refills on your $9 fountain drink. Take notes management.

1 Olympic, 2 NHL rinks & a small outdoor rink, friendly staff, good food (for a hockey rink) clean, accessible restrooms, plenty of vending machines. Family friendly, good ptro-shop, aways a pleasant experience
Visited the Eastern Hockey store. The venue is very nice. Many recreational facilities in the complex.
They lost my business my daughter just started staking, and we brought a bucket to practice they kicked us out for it what a joke Dr Pepper Mckinney

Good for indoor skating, soccer, and sports group events at discounted prices, all year long.
Excellent venue. Gardens has multiple rinks and activities happening at all times. Public skate and rental are available. Learn to skate instructors are enthusiastic and encouraging. Plenty of figure skating work sessions are available for advanced skaters. Lots of hockey as well.
Great venue for Hockey and indoor box lacrosse. Very clean facility and staff was very helpful.
Beautifully quiet for good early morning workouts! First time here and very satisfied with the staff, service, arena and accommodations for the, “Waiting Parent”.
My 3 sons love this place for their indoor soccer fields. There's volleyball and basketball courts. Last week they even had a roller derby show debut. there.
High quality, well run, multi sheet facility. Pickup hockey, figures, stick and puck, and leagues with several different skill levels. Clean with nice concessions and eating areas as well.
I'm learning figure skating & ballet at Gardens and cannot recommend it enough! All of the instructors have been wonderful to work with and are dedicated to learners of all ages. I look forward to coming here each weekend:)
I have attended many Allen American Hockey games here and had great experiences. However, I attended a high school graduation this last weekend here and they displayed a complete lack of preparation and organization. They issued tickets to a school with assigned seating, yet the day of the event did not have enough seating and rows they gave out. Security and the venue staff showed very little communication in working together to fix the problem. I finally located the person who said he was in charge and blamed the school. It was a complete mess for dozens of people. They eventually just told the other people to sit wherever. Most involved never got any apologies from those responsible. Just a heads up to prepared if you attend an event here other than hockey games. I recommend you get there way early!
We had such a fabulous day there that it's hard to review the facility itself, but everything was fine and we had no real complaints.
For the fifth star, it'd need seating in the West Rink beyond just the couple little benches at the ends, and space for hockey players to air out their gear between games at a tournament. But what was there sufficed, with a bit of creative effort.

One of those rare arenas where there is not a bad seat in the house. I make it back very rarely these days after several years as a hockey season ticket holder, and if there’s a way to swing a visit when I am in town, I always do so.
Multiple facilities like soccer, basketball, roller skating, volleyball etc. space is enough but it’s always crowded.
They allow kids to do practice of soccer and basketball in hallways. No one from front desk even bother about it! Coach also does not stop those kids.
Parking spots are less.
I have seen some new construction, hopefully they will improve the quality of facility.

Frankie is the best organizer of any soccer league I have been a part of. He was quick to respond, answered any and all questions, and was extremely flexible and accommodating. Could not recommend Sportsplex more highly and special shoutout to Frankie.
This is the most beautiful sports venue I’ve ever been to, great place to watch hockey.
Its really not bad for a small town arena. As far as hosting sports events it does a great job. I've been to 2 weddings there and the first was great. The second however they used the Ralph's food/catering and it tasted like dog food. The ride herself was so disappointed. So if you do have a wedding do your own food.
It's an ok rink. The price is $20 for public skating which is quite expensive for 80 mins of skate time. You do get a nice view of the river but can be a bit hard to see from the rink as the rink is elevated. Rinks feel a little smaller than most which results in center ice being reserved for private skate lessons. It's the main all year round rink in nyc

The fields look like they need refreshing. You can't see the goal line on the indoor soccer field and there is not a lot of seating. Very small bleacher & too close to the wall for anyone bigger then a child to sit in the first row. A bit pricey but the only place like this around. And they have a small parking lot. Looks like they are expanding & took out a good portion of their parking lot.
Nice arena, hope TRF citizens enjoy paying such high taxes in pennington county to have it.
Large complex, quality ice, great seating areas. NO HEAT. No heat in the locker rooms, lobby, elevator or bathrooms. No where to get warm unless you happen to be the guy making the pizzas and standing by the oven. Also no hot water in the bathrooms for when you wash your hands.
The guys running the pizza shop/snack bar were very nice. Pizza was good.
But again—-for the prices being charged for parking, public skating, pizza, etc—-turn on some heat.

Thought about it. Seems like a great idea. I laughed when I saw it and feel bad for those who spent money on this. The ad makes it look very cool. In actuality, you're skating around on a small surface and you're right in the middle of people looking at the views. To me it's a scam. My guess is most people purchase without seeing it and are disappointed.
I've never been here I only dropped someone off. They didn't enjoy themselves because it was way to crowded, the line was extremely to long and they ran out of skate in their sizes. The good thing is that they came out and informed them they didn't have any more available skates in certain sizes and informed the crowd they could try to come back the next day. Yet I could see if they weren't in the first 20 person in line they wouldn't be getting in again. No one was exiting to leave the skating rink early they stay until the open skate hours ended. Happy Skating to everyone who got in and skating. Enjoy future skaters 🤗!
Nice rinks, primarily geared toward hockey, but they don't have seating inside all of them. Expensive parking and the constant stream of noisy hockey players through each rink can be frustrating if you're attending a figure skating event or similar, quieter performance. It's one of the best options for indoor skating in the area, though.
We opted for fall sessions and so far our experience is awesome. They will give enough time for practice after the classes. The staff is very helpful in assisting and professional.
Great atmosphere when you walk in, clearly visible spaces for activities, friendly staff. Watched NJ ladies roller derby and it was fantastic.
Cool indoor rink on the piers. Well maintained, spacious. They provide skate rentals and other safety equipment as well. In the evenings, you can watch little kids play ice hockey. Its adorable
The Ralph never fails to entertain! I've been there several times and still haven't found a bad seat in the house. We usually just get the cheap seats up in the 'nose bleeds' but even they offer a great view. The staff is great. They are very professional and well trained. Bathrooms are clean and every where. Tons of food options with prices on point for what they should be.
Nice rink and cooling system works great. Larger than Galleria but a little small during crowded open skating days/times. Good classes for kids from beginner on up but classes are just too full to have any real instruction for someone that needs a few pointers on lessons. Private lessons available if you talk to some of the instructors.

Went to the Dallas vs Florida mini soccer game, was probably less than 50% occupied. Great arena, lots of visual and audio affects, food prices were, of course, crazy, $5 for a bottle of water, but it’s always like this in these places. Seems like that’s the only way they make money. Good service, clean and amazing atmosphere to get entertained.
Great public skate session. Price was great, ice was good and it wasn't too crowded at the Tuesday afternoon session.
This place is always the best place to go on a Friday night. Most of the tickets are under $30 and their food options are amazing. They also have beer and after game busses to popular bars around town.
Great atomsphere for hockey games the engery is outstanding and you can almost always expect an almost full crowd. For basketball games it would be nice if there was more students since the games lack fun and excitement and could use some energy. The seats are not comfortable and need more leg and knee space.
Great for the kids to learn hockey skills that will stay with them!

Pro shop was well stocked with equipment and apparel. Staff was good there.
There is an upstairs area with a great collection of stadium seats from some of the great stadiums throughout history like Maple leaf garden and Camden Yard.
Overall a very nice well designed rink.

I went here for a hockey game. Parking in the garage is expensive ($33 for about 2 hours) and I'm not sure where else to park. They have a nice large elevator to take you to the rinks and wide stairs if you prefer stairs. When you go In it is a very large open area with tables to sit and eat. The snack bar has muffins, chips, bagels, pizza, garlic knots and some salad choices. Not bad but a few more choices for protein would be nice for our athletes before or after game meal. It is also a little pricey. A regular can of soda was $2. Pizzas start at $19.95 for a cheese pizza but it was good. The East rink where we played was nice because the netting doesn't go all the way around and you can take better pictures of the game. After the game my son said the ice was good so that's a plus. Locker rooms were clean but very small. The pro shop does sharpening and is nice, offering hockey and figure skating equipment. Overall this rink has everything you need to have a great time!

Great for the entire family, our kids absolutely love their ice skating lessons(very reasonably priced)they are on the fourth level and are still excited every week. The staff is all very helpful and friendly.

It's an awesome place to catch a game
Attended the Fire vs Police hockey game tonight. We had a lot of fun and enjoyed the game. The venue and surrounding areas are very nice with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. The food and alcohol at the game is priced high, but typical for sporting events. They had a live band in the concourse area that was fun and crazy. We would definitely come back for another hockey game.

Is soccer your thing? Come out with your family for a incredible well priced , family friendly, and watch the Dallas Sidekicks play indoor soccer. The action for the most part is fast paced, high energy, and climate controlled for the ultimate soccer spectator experience. The field could use some updates, like a new painted logo but otherwise this is a true gem. They first started in 1984 and spent many years playing in reunion arena in Dallas before that was closed and they moved here. Tickets were very economical and for the size of the event there is not really a bad seat. Come make memories!!!
Nice indoor rink with high quality ice and LOTS of kids learning various stuff. Their rented skates were really comfortable, among the best I’ve had. Perks available for new yorkers.
We went to the Allen Americans game for Teddy Bear Toss night. We lost, yet it was so much fun. It always is at Allen Event Center. It is like a mini American Airlines Center. Except there is no bad seat in the house. I have been here for concerts, and gun shows. It is by far, the best venue I have ever been too. Not too big, not too small, great seats, good acoustics, great staff, and easy to get in and out of.
1 issue... I wish the food and drinks were about half the price they are now, then it would at least be a fair price. But it is all that, with good ticket prices and free parking. So I guess, you're gonna have to feel the pain somewhere. Overall, excellent!

My wife and I attended the NMU Wildcats men's ice hockey game against the University of Alaska-Anchorage SeaWolves at the Berry Events Center on campus in Marquette MI. It was a really great time. The arena holds several thousand spectators and the facility itself is first rate. It was Thanksgiving break for the students and also deer hunting season so at this particular event, there were a lot of open seats where we were told normally they would be occupied. This was our first time at this place since we moved to Marquette a few weeks prior. We're looking forward to attending more hockey games and other events here.

As someone from outta town, specifically Florida, to be able to walk into the Barry Events Center and see a hockey practice in progress, in July, was super cool!
I didn’t know what to expect when I went inside the Berry Events Center but, I never thought there would’ve been an ice rink inside. I was so excited, I started taking pictures.
The building was very nice and modern, I would be proud to be a fan of any team that called Berry Events Center home. It is located on Northern Michigan University’s campus, in Marquette Michigan.
The Berry Events Center, which opened its doors in October 1999, is home to the NMU men’s and women’s basketball teams, hockey team and the USOEC short track speedskating squad. The facility is named in honor of the John Berry family, who made a gift of $2 million to Northern Michigan University to help build the facility. John Berry is a 1971 NMU alumnus.
The facility provides individual seating for approximately 3,800 fans, in addition to seats in 16 luxury boxes. Along the perimeter of the arena are four large concession areas, as well as standing room for approximately 400 fans.
When used for hockey, the Berry Events Center has an Olympic-sized ice sheet measuring 200 feet by 100 feet. When rigged for basketball, the court sits on protective flooring which is placed over the ice, providing an additional courtside seating for 500 fans. Conversion from hockey to basketball is completed in approximately five hours.

Rink fairly large and well maintained.
Beautiful sports & meeting room facilities. Concessions & restrooms are well placed and view to the floor is good. There's also a few pictures and a couple of statues of the Thief River Falls Prowlers hockey team sprinkled about the facility. Also, used for people walking along the concourse when not in use for sports.
Top notch facility for high school and Junior level hockey.
