I had an issue were on my first order I was over charged $40 for color matching fees.
I called and spoke with Jessica and she worked with me on the problem and issued a refund right away. The cups I ordered came out very nice.

First time using this company and they completely dropped the ball. I had placed a order with 3 day service and needed it a week after that. I received the shipping tracking information 3 days before I needed them and when Friday came I didn't get the product. The tracking number didn't update this whole time so I guess they didn't put it in correctly? Come to find out there's no record of this order but they said they have the PO. Horrible!
people are friendly, building well kept couldn't think of a better place to live, environment around the building quiet peaceful

Horrible customer service, order was not shipped on time and they were not willing to make any arrangements to correct for their mistake. I even offered to split the cost of a courier to deliver and they refused. Otherwise they have good prices but you get what you pay for, we have had repeated issues of dye migration and prints washing off.
