There was a duu outside who I immediately recognized as Dale Wilson. High top fade, 6’1 (although he says he is 6’5 which isn’t true), chinstrap beard and legs that look like those of a chicken. If you ask me, he looks like the type of guy to complain about a Peruvian churro chomper making 30k.

I've been receiving my mail at this address for years, and I haven't experienced any missing items. They always notify me when packages arrive, and they even helped me with heavy packages during my move. I have no complaints.

Decently fast service for a very busy shop. Had a very unexpected repair bill that was way over budget but they worked with me.
Last time I was here, there was this strange looking man with tiny legs, similar to a chicken and he was throwing punches to the air and talking to himself about a kick or something like that, he was saying something about getting stalked by someone "Immortal", getting robbed of his money but I guess he just needs god...but besides that man, everyone in this place are very polite, except for the guy mentioned at the beginning of this review.

I just stopped in to have two, Livescan fingerprints done. The young man was super helpful because I had no clue what was actually required. He was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. The fees were reasonable.
Got my car in and fixed in two days, with no appointment and no notice to help fix an emergency. Fair price, and easy pick up / drop off, and pleasant communication. Took the time to explain what was wrong to someone who isn't mechanically savvy. Will defiantly use again and recommend
Busy bee has helped me out of a tight spot on at least 2 occasions. Last visit I had work done on my car that involved re welding my gas tank. Their always thorough and usually get it done the same day it's dropped off. It's hard to find a trust worthy mechanic these days and I will be taking my car there again for my automotive services in the future
I rent U-Hauls often from Busy Bee. They always have what I want but the lot is usually a challenge to get in and out of. Good staff, great rates, wish they had a larger lot.

They said my Infiniti would be fixed in about 4 days back in October ‘21, but it ended up taking 3 weeks, costing over $4,000 plus car rental fees. They constantly say, “I’ll call you,” but they don’t.

Reserved a Refrigerated Truck Feb 16th, more than 2 months ago for pick up May 2 Was just called TODAY, and notified that they do not have a truck. I was told that they are in high demand, which is why I reserved one 2 months ago. I was given a phone number to follow up with a supervisor. They said there is nothing they can do. Nothing? We’ve rented from here before, they could not contact another store or another company to make things right?
McGuires is exceptional when it comes to services. Carmen and Juan are the A-team you want. They really care about their customers. From the beginning to the end they always on time and very realiable. Will definetely recommend them.

This was my first time using McGuire Trucking Services to transport something and I must say it was a great experience. From the initial call for quote to getting my engine delivered, It could not have been easier! Carmen was a pleasure to deal with and Juan the delivery driver was on time and efficient. And to top it all off, they sent me pictures of my engine after delivery for confirmation! Doesn’t get better than that! Thank you so much!
Get you a mechanic like Mike who works past close and calls you at 9 in the evening to let you know that everything on your car has passed the inspection items you wanted checked, unlike a dealership who will just mark everything green and send you on your way as soon as they can. That's dedication, honesty, and diligence you won't find at a shop anywhere else in Valpo. Fair and honest pricing, decent customer service, and a car that runs great, why would I go anywhere else?
I thought this was a car rental place, I must have asked the taxi driver to go to the wrong place, anyway I needed a car for the next few days and they had a 26 ft truck available so I just use that to get around, it wasnt bad, very spacious
Recently purchased an Isuzu truck through this company. Nicholas was the salesman I dealt with. He was honest, helpful, and did not shy away from the phone when I called with questions. The Capo service team was also very helpful, specifically Steve. I would recommend this company to anyone in the area, these guys get it done!

Busy Bee handled my U-Haul van rental. They were a pleasure to do business with; nice people. They called me the day of the pick-up to say the van was ready if I wanted to pick it up early and talked me through the return so it was easy.
There are a lot of good mechanics out there. But a good mechanic that's up front, honest, and gives you a professional recommendation of what needs or doesn't need to be done, is worth their weight in gold. I take all my vehicles to Clement's Auto when repairs that are out of my scope of abilities are needed. Sometimes however, Mike will actually recommend I take my vehicle elsewhere to get done by someone who specializes in something. For example, I once had a muffler issue and instead of Mike just saying, "I'll take care of it" and then taking my car and money, he actually recommended taking it to a local muffler shop and having it repaired there. I feel that this was absolutely in the best interests of the customer. Another time, I had an automatic door closing issue that he recommended a body shop look into as the door was damaged. Instead of just taking the vehicle, and contracting out it out to another vendor, he did what he felt was in the best interest of his customers. I'm confident he probably could have very easily done the work himself, but was looking out into my best interest and in getting the job done the best way possible. That being said, as you've heard, good mechanics aren't cheap, and cheap mechanics aren't good. However, when I take my vehicles to Clement's Auto, the work that is done and quoted for, will be done correctly and well. Older cars can be more problematic, have parts and things that break down and wear out. If Mike recommends something that needs to be done, you can be rest assured that he's been in the auto industry for many years and knows what he is talking about and most importantly isn't just telling you to do repairs to drum up some business. If you drive a car, especially one in which that might be a high mileage vehicle, you should know that things go wrong and eventually need some sort of maintenance. Things don't always go as planned, even when getting things repaired, but I can guarantee you that when you take your work to Clement's Auto, you're going to be getting quality service that's honest, real, and done right. I highly recommend this business.
Neat and courteous is the staff, as well as the building and grounds. They do excellent work there band try hard to get you in and out. Perfect location and very easy to get to.

I had brought my car in for a bigger job on my motor. They kept changing the day I would get it back. They changed it 3 different times. The time I actually got there I had to sit for another 2 hours before it was done. I was called into the office and they told me the price was increased by 500$. I was informed when I dropped my car off that it would be a certain price. Papers signed ect. Witnesses there. I ended up having to call the police to get my keys back. They refused to give me the original price and my keys. I ended up paying the 500$ more. Very unprofessional! I will be reporting to the BBB.

Carmen and Juan's quick and friendly service really made the whole process of quoting and pick up very smooth and enjoyable. I received a quote just minutes after I requested it via email and at a great price. I love that they email a copy of the signed Bill of lading after the delivery was made. This put me at ease knowing the shipment arrived on time! I will be using them again should a need arise. I definitely recommend McGuire's Trucking.

Great Ryder Location. Got me in and out. I was Fixed Up right away and back on the road in no time at all. Staff was great. Polite and friendly, very helpful and accommodating. They conducted themselves like professionals.nThe tech was really smart and resourceful he solved my problem no sweat. Was here a few years ago same thing. Great Service. Never have problems with them until this last time. When receiving our bus back and I knew it was still not working. I keep great pride in the inside of the bus something I can control. But I got it back and the steps were so greasy, and were they worked on I could tell due to the grease, and grim. Also it seemed to me like they didnt want to work on it by the phone conversation. Done business with them for many years, this was the first time like this.

Worst company to rent from online it tells u one thing, then the guy from the bohemia ny location no customer service at all nasty, rude, everything, they charge u a drop off fee no matter what, the come with all the crazy fee, I thought it was $60 all together it came to $124 , I'll call customers service to see why, u know what they said there nothing we can do, do not rent from them period
Danny is excellent! Needed 2 trucks and he made it happen. There was an issue with the headlights on one of the vehicles and it took a while to fix, but Danny's customer service surpassed my expectations. Looking forward to working with Danny and his team again!
A+++ ..we had an emergency, needed a frozen truck almost immediately and Danny and his team dug one out for us one one of the busiest weekends of the year in our business. They were super knowledgeable about the specifics of their fleet which provided confidence for us making a decision like this under the pressure.

I work for another International dealer. Have had great service from the parts department here when in a pinch for a part. Frank Taylor the Parts Manager does a great job helping us out, and we try to return the favor when they are in need as well.
I brought my car in for a simple brake pad replacement. They told me I needed all new pads and rotors. They charge me $750 for pads and rotors and for a new caliper bolt, would she probably messed up while installing my brake pads. I pull my car out of the shop squeaking. They tell me that that will go away. A month later it was still squeaking and I brought it back in. Now they explain that I need a new wheel bearing. This cost me an additional $405, which is twice what it should cost. As I'm pulling the car out of the shop it is squeaking once again as the brakes are rubbing on the backing plate. Pulled it back in immediately and they made a quick adjustment and sent me on my way. This place is it complete rip off and a bunch of con artists. Absolutely 100% do not go here ever and please help to spread the word that they should soon be out of business!!!!!!

I was scrambling to find a company that would be able to move a 96" tall crate from one warehouse on Long Island to another, but couldn't find anyone with the right truck for the job. I ended up calling McGuire Trucking at four o'clock in the afternoon and they answered the phone immediately, quoted me a more than reasonable rate, and stayed in contact until the job was done. The driver picked up the shipment promptly the next morning, followed all directions as outlined by the receiver, and delivered our shipment on time. Brian was great to work with, and the online system made payment very easy.

I call to ask a question and the person that answer the phone was horrible I wouldn't rent from here do not waste your time.
Was an hour and half late to pick up the truck. Guy at desk said "I was calling you all morning and you didn't pick up. I thought it was a phony number. I gave away your truck." I never received a call... I double checked the number that I gave Budget and it was correct. Regardless my truck should not have been given away because I was 1.5 hours late. I reserved the truck for the entire day... Avoid this place and rent elsewhere.

Been renting trucks from these guys for best part of ten years. They have a wry sense of humor about the limitations of renting budget trucks to budget customers.
Ordered a hard to find / get Mitsubishi part for one of our customers. I faxed over the approval at 4 pm and surprisingly it was delivered the next day before 10 am !!!! Very friendly- knowledgeable staff!! Thanks for your service -help and advice to pass this along to our customer !!
My experience with Brian Holdsworth was extremely professional and enjoyable. There were absolutely no surprises and everything was laid out perfectly from the get go! As a not for profit we watch every penny we spend and Brian insured we got the best deal and the most bang for our buck. When we are ready, LI Cares will be back for another truck.

Capo Brothers is a dealership that tells you everything and knows everything about these Japanese trucks . I have been using them for over ten years and they have always been honest . As for the other guy who posted the bad review , I don't know why he would make fun of Eric who may be one of the nicest guys to talk to . I truly believe that his review is false , maybe he didn't take his truck in for regular service and it just was not safe to leave . If they told me it will take longer to fix my truck than originally expected I would be fine with it because they always fix it right . I think it is unfair for this company to have a review like that . I will always do business with Capo Brothers . I give them 5 stars and HAVE recommended them to many people .

I called McGuire Trucking Service to move my things from the Long Island to Queens and was very happy with the customer service and the price quote was right in the middle of the four companies I contacted. They loaded my things on Thursday and delivered it on Saturday in perfect condition! I would definitely use this company again. The best flatbed service I ever used.
