Disgraceful company. Mother is 73yrs old with a broken arm. The company has come 2 times to try to fix her heating. They never turn up on time during the window they say they will.

Today we were told someone would come to fix the heating from

9-1030pm
1030pm to midnight.

2am
3-5am

We stayed up all night and at no time were we told until we called at 4am. No one was coming and we waited up for no good reason.

They are “coming” tomorrow from 9-12.

They don’t care about their customers or the elderly.

Its freezing temperatures and they have zero regard for their customers.

Really disappointing and disgraceful.
We have been customers of Petro Home Services for many years. Today our service call was handled by Bill S who was absolutely the best tech that we ever received from Petro. He was very professional, pleasant, and extremely efficient at quickly resolving our heating system issue. Thanks again Bill and Petro.

We have been a Petro client for many years, but never had a professional like Joe D doing the annual tune-up. He checked and cleaned every system component, replaced the parts that were faulty or at the point of failure, tested the system for oil leaks and toxic fumes, and gave us a complete report of the condition of the boiler. We can now go into the winter with high confidence. Thanks Joe!
We’ve been customers of Petro Home Services for some time, and while their oil delivery is consistent, we have experienced ongoing issues with their communication practices. Despite multiple requests for Petro to call us before delivering, they continue to deliver oil without prior notice. We’ve specified that we would like to monitor oil prices and have the option to choose whether our tank is filled to capacity. However, Petro has disregarded this request, as well as the note on our account instructing drivers to call us before delivery.

In their view, a lack of contact on our end apparently gives them consent to deliver, and once the oil is delivered, its hard to take back. This approach not only takes away our ability to manage the timing and cost of our oil supply but also feels unprofessional. There is no opportunity provided to confirm the cost per gallon beforehand—Petro simply delivers and bills us.

This disregard for customer preference has been disappointing, and we hope Petro will reconsider their approach to customer communication moving forward.
Avoid Petro Home Services, if you value your sanity.

A few months ago, I hired Petro for an HVAC and furnace installation, and the experience has turned into a total nightmare—a series of deceptive billing practices, hidden fees, harassing phone calls, and retaliatory pressure tactics. Here’s a breakdown:

Hidden Permit Fees: After completing the HVAC installation, Petro sent me an unexpected $280 bill, claiming it was for a "permit" they needed for work already completed. However, when I asked to see a copy of the permit, they couldn’t produce one for six weeks. When they finally did, the permit they sent was dated after my request to see documentation, and more than two months after their work was completed. Worse, the permit included authorization for work on my chimney that I had explicitly declined.

Retaliation and Harassment: During my BBB complaint, Petro suddenly claimed I needed a “final inspection” to comply with the law. They’d never mentioned such an inspection before at any point, and even their own representatives seemed quite confused about why this was suddenly necessary. Since then, I’ve been receiving near-daily, aggressive phone calls that very much feel like an attempt to intimidate me into paying for these disputed permit charges.

"Free" Services That Aren't Free: Petro offered me a “free” chimney inspection, then used this opportunity to claim my chimney was out of code and needed $2,000+ worth of repairs. When I declined, they still sent me a bill for the supposedly free inspection. Only after I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau did they remove this bogus charge.

There's a pattern here—hidden fees, misleading "free" services, improperly handled permits, and harassing follow-up. This shows a lack of integrity and transparency in Petro's business practices.

Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere for an HVAC provider.

We've had a service contract for our boiler with Petro for many years. The boiler is extremely old but due to the annual maintenance visit that the contract provides, the unit still works well. Occasionally, however, there are some unexpected problems and that's when Petro's contract kicks in. Very recently, our boiler wouldn't start and we put in a service call. The technician, Rick, arrived so fast that it was almost surrealistic. He performed a lengthy examination of the problem and was able to fully resolve it. I have to say, he was a total professional, advising us in detail as to what the cause of the problem was and offering advice about how to resolve the issues in the future. We appreciated the amount of time he spent with us. He was also extremely polite and thoroughly professional, like all of the Petro reps we have met. Many times, customers who have service contracts with various companies find that when they need the service, the company is slow and unreliable. Not so with Petro. They have very good service and the best reps, as evidenced by Rick.

Seemed like nice people, but they don't actually seem to care about their work. I had an issue with a duct coming apart and my home warranty brought them out to fix it. As you can see in the picture, their "fix" was just putting a zip tie on the ducting and called it a day. When it inevitably came free 40 days later, I tried to call to get them back out and they said since it's past 30 days they can't do anything and to contact my home warranty. Home warranty said that this is an issue with AC Wizard and I had to deal with them. Extremely unhappy.
Terribly disappointed in the company and the service we have received. They preformed maintenance on our 2 units min March and said everything is great. June comes around and a unit is broken. It took me calling 2 times a week apart for them to actually believe me and come out to look at them. When they came out, guess what, one of the units was broken. They ordered a part which took 2 weeks to come in!! I called a few times checking on it and only received a call back once. They were not proactive on checking why things were taking so long and obviously not returning my calls. In that time our second unit went out because it has had to work overtime for so long. When things like this happen it not only costs money to fix everything but you also end up doing more activities out of the house and eating out more because no one wants to cook in a 85 degree house that has 88% humidity🤯 They have not offered any discount on anything, even looking at the second unit. I am obviously going with a new company for the second unit. Save yourself the trouble and just look elsewhere now.

We had an appointment for air conditioning maintenance on Friday, June 28 for arrival between 12-2. We were also planning on using them to redo our duct work as they had for our neighbors. We received a reminder email the day before. My husband waited at home, and no one ever showed up. We have called twice now for someone to contact us and have received no response. Not sure how a company that no shows people and doesn't return calls has any good reviews.
This was a great experience.

Lee and his crew did an outstanding job. They protected all my floors. They cleaned up everything when they were done. Even though this was a super hot day in the attic, they worked non-stop all day.

I would def recommend.
Brandon the tech is great, he is not the problem. Ken in service and the entire leadership team at Frymire sucks! Screwed me out of a years membership cost and still left the job undone. Left wires exposed and screws on the pad. Always concerning when they fix something and have a bunch of left over screws. Never did come back to fix the exposed wires. When I called about another problem, they quickly showed up. They tried to charge me $450 to install at $14.00 part. They quickly lowered it to $350 and I told them to get the heck off my property and never come back. I sent my daughter to pick up the part and installed it myself. I should have fired them a year ago, but try to be loyal. They are not the same company, run as fast as you can away from these clown/con artists. They wont finish the job, and they rip you off on all fee's. Avoid the monthly maintenance fee, it's a rip and a scam. Call anybody but these buffoons.
Very fast response on two recent occasions for two very different plumbing issues, both of which were handled efficiently and effectively. Vicente, who provided today’s service, was prompt, professional, and courteous. He diagnosed and explained the situation well, and he completed the work as promised. Shannon in the office was lovely and responsive to our needs for urgent assistance. We are certainly satisfied with this company and will use them again in the future.

Eric was patient and and good natured. He gave us all of our options, and let us choose. At our request, he tried on 3 different faucets for us, with the third working! I would recommend to friends.
Service at sale was excellent. I told salesperson that I was interested in basics, not fancy. He immediately looked up a scratch and dent item, which saved me $150 for a tiny ding. Installers were friendly and professional, and determined to fit the new machine into my very tight space. I highly recommend.

Had my first plumbing issue as a newer home owner. I was nervous but my plumber was helpful and informative. They got the work down quickly and costs were reasonable! Thank you!

Edit: 5/30/24. Unfortunately I have to change my 5 star review to a 1 due to the fact that my credit card was charged 3x in one day for the same service. When I called Frymire last week to dispute the two charges and request a refund, two reps I spoke with said it’s just an “authorization charge.” I have never heard of charging 3 separate auth charges for one singular transaction. And at this rate, I haven’t received a refund. Thankfully I can dispute this with my credit card company. Be weary of this company.

Great company, quality products at competitive prices. Always willing to work with us. We’ve purchased all our appliances at R&B for years. This time it was a stove, microwave and dishwasher. Delivery right on time with plenty of advance notice. Delivery people professional and take great care laying protective pads, planning route throughout the house, and making sure everything s as it should be.
The sales person Chris was very knowledgeable and helpful! The machines were installed well. The installers were great and careful.
Mike was amazing to work with to get our new fridge ordered, paid for, and scheduled for delivery. It was a very easy process to go through, and was super quick! We ordered on a Saturday, and our fridge was installed Monday afternoon. The delivery/set up guy was kind, courteous and professional. We will be going through Recker and Boeger for all of our future appliances needs!

Needed new washer and dryer. Started at the big box stores and thought we found a pretty good price until we called Recker and Boerger. The price of the units were close but R&B’s installation prices were significantly lower. I have used R&B for a couple HVAC installations also hot water heater and have been very pleased with there installation services, personal and costumer service. The installation of the washer and dryer was no different. Do not skip R&B if looking for major appliances.

AC Wizard worked on my unit 3 times through my home owners warranty. Each repair lasted a week. The last repair was compressor change out. The unit lost refrigerant in less than a month. I asked Valerie in the office if they did a leak test after the compressor was replaced and she said they do not do leak test after a replacement. Hard to understand how you can charge so much $$ for refrigerant then not even check to make sure the refrigerant holds in the system. The other odd thing was they did all the work in 1 hour after telling me it would take 4-6 hours. They were out earlier in the week and add a hard start kit to the compressor before replacing. The hard start kit install took longer than the compressor install. I tried to see if they would come out and do a leak test but they said it would $100 more dollars just to go and if there was a leak (even if the leak was from the compressor install) I would still have to pay for the refrigerant. This is a band aid AC service company and they seem to not do their due diligence. A leak test would have solved this but as Valerie said "We don't do leak test after we install a compressor and add refrigerant." I received 2 other bids outside of AC wizard. Both other bids stated "leak test" on the line item of the compressor replacement. Went with AC Wizard due to the discount from the Home Owner Warranty. Should have just paid the extra money since we have a unit that needs several $$ of refrigerant now. AC Wizard - do a leak test after you open a system to replace a part, It is industry standard to do so.

In response to Jimmy below, I had another company look at the unit today. The leak was located at the copper line your installer put in place. Clearly there was not a pressure test done. Which explains why your tech was in and out in 1 hour. You guys dropped the ball on the install. Your office person said you don’t do pressure tests and your work shows that as well.

Our AC tech had me sign off that they submitted my claim to my home warranty come to find out they took my signature and put it on another form I didn’t sign. They told me that my system wasn’t built properly. How would the city even had let me move into my new house without this being flagged on my inspection if they unit was not installed properly. I guess I better read up on city code because those code enforcers are all out letting people move into unsafe houses all looking for the AC to break. No- other way around- don’t trust these people at Ac wizard! They are not honest and fake claims with the home warranty companies.

Purchased Bosch 500 Series dishwasher and also purchased the delivery/install and haul away service. Delivery was within the time window I was given the day prior. Installer, Juan, was very thorough and installed a new shutoff valve and a new outlet box and all of that was INCLUDED without any extra charge. SO nice to purchase a service and have a company go above and beyond. They laid down tarps throughout the house to protect the hardwood floors. Great experience!!!
The repairman did an excellent job a separate diagnostic guy came and figured out the issue. His team came out in a big truck with the new furnace. It felt like the Marines was at my house the way they showed up and gave their guy support I was even waiting to hear them say HOORAH! But they didn't. After the truck left the main technician put the new furnace in as if he was working on a highschool science project he made it look easy and was very knowledgeable and professional. The new furnace is quiet and things are back to normal I think my bill may be lower from now on I'm hoping.
Miguel and his team were great. Very professional and courteous. They were efficient and thorough, and actually finished the installation way sooner than I expected. I appreciate how mindful they were about cleaning up after themselves and wearing boot covers in the house. I also appreciate Miguel showing me all the features of the new thermostat and answering my questions about the system. Very happy!

Sorry, forgot to add that Giovanni was awesome too. He helped us work within our budget and timeline. I appreciate that he took time to measure everything and give us a very accurate estimate.

After our old unit failed they removed it completely, installed new, and even cut and added a return duct to support the new bigger unit. They did all this is one day! Super clean install, very professional. I couldn't be happier. I can't wait to see how we do this summer!
My radiators weren’t giving off any heat. I called and someone was at my home within the hour. The tech was very professional and explained the issue in language I could understand - no technical jargon, as well as my options. We had heat again within 2 hours. I’m very pleased with the service.

I called because my furnace shut down after making strange noises all night. I told the lady on the phone that I had to go to treatments and she sent a man right over so I did not have to miss them waiting all day for a service man. The young man was so nice. My house is a disaster since I have been very ill and must go for treatments 5+ hours a day, so have very little time to do any work in my house, I have no children and can't find anyone to help me, yet he made no mention of it's condition. When I told him how sorry I was for the condition of my home, he eased my mind by saying he has been in much worse and understands how being a disabled senior living alone it can be hard to get things done. He said "Being alone with a illness, going to treatments so many hours every day I don't know how you find time to open a single piece of mail, never mind any thing else". He was so kind that even though I live off $857. a month social security, and it is the end of the month when things are very very tight I just had to find the money to give this young fellow a tip. When I handed him my last $5 bill, some singles and a bunch of change to make up $10. He was very thankful. I think a tip is more then the money (the money surely will be useful to him n his family) a tip says job well done and shows appreciation. This young fellow surely deserved it.

Called at 4:45pm on a cold Monday in January because the heat was broken. I was able to schedule a same day appointment between 7-10pm.

Appreciate that Robert (Tech# 310) ended up arriving early. He identified the problem quickly and replaced the oil pump within an hour. Thanks for the quick response and professional service.
Two years ago I spent $40,000 on a new system with LexAir. I had just moved into our home and we were expecting our first child so I decided since the system that came with the house was 17 years old I would replace it, even though it was working fine, for peace of mind. Well here I am two years later and I just had another night of sleeping in a 52 degree house because the heat is not working. This is the second time this month I have slept in freezing house. They have sent their service technicians out 5 times in the past two weeks and each time it’s something else they find wrong. Over the last two years I have had them out about 20 times to fix the system they installed. Did I spend $40k and get peace of mind….. the answer is certainly not. I wish I would have used a different company. When I spoke with the receptionist this morning about how freezing my house was she said I would have to wait until Monday for them to come out. That’s two days away.
I had Jose come out same day on the coldest day of the year because our auxiliary heat was not kicking on. He was very polite and knowledgeable and was good at explaining thoroughly what the problem was and what he was going to do, even brought me to the attic so I would know what he was talking about. I was happy enough with the service that I joined their annual service plan.
Lex Air is a remarkable HVAC company. They installed a fairly-priced new 4.5 ton and 4 ton system in my home two years ago. Installation was top-notch professional and they came back several times to make sure I was happy with my new system. Since then they have come out twice yearly to check everything and have been most helpful answering all my questions. Their service and quality beat all the other more expensive HVAC companies I have had service my homes in the past 38 years (and I have tried them all)! I cannot recommend them enough.
After calling 5 other businesses, I called Lex Air Conditioning. Someone actually answered! They got me in same day. I couldn't believe it. I had lost my heating overnight. The thermostat stated that it was 47 degrees in the house. Reese arrived , put on his booties and checked my heater. Fixed the problem in about 30 minutes and even changed my filters! He was great. Very knowledgeable and very friendly. The charge was very reasonable, too. I was so grateful that I used Lex Air and recommend them to everyone. Thank you Reese and Thanks to Lex Air. Robert Tech 310 was here today, January 12, 2024. evaluating two furnaces. I have dealt with service people for decades and Robert is the best, the most competent, the most skilled, the quickest and the most, well, superb I have ever encountered and I have been living in the Princeton area since the late 1960s. I would not permit any other technician to service my equipment, Robert is no nonsense. He can diagnose a problem in minutes, and then repair what is repairable. I trust his judgment always. How rare it is to find someone who is the Platonic ideal of the serviceman! Tip for anyone using Petro oil. Request that Robert 310 inspect and service your equipment. You will see the difference between him and all the others. You will thank me.
Petro has been an amazing company to work with! My family has been a loyal customer, and they have never failed us. We recently had a new boiler installed. It took us a while to get there, but when we did, it went smoothly and professionally! Giovanni from the sales department is the quintessential representative of the quality and dedication that speaks volumes about the company that provides the best level of customer service and support.
He has been available and a part of the entire experience! Petro also calls me over and over again to follow up and make sure that we are satisfied with our new boiler and make me feel like I was a part of the family! Lisa and Jennifer walked us through everything, and it was reassuring to have them as reliable resources to contact in case of any problems or questions. I must admit that I have been spoiled by the level of service beforehand,but I let them know that I will continue to be apart of this company, and I look forward to feeling safe and sound moving forward. Short'n sweet, I had an am oil delivery 1/8/24. Left, came back 10pm to a cold house. Left message with office. 7am got a call from office that Brian, the tech who's been servicing our furnace for 20 or so years would be here. 8am Brian came, cleaned the filter that had sediment that was churned up from day before delivery, replaced a needed part, and got us going again within an hour. Kudos to Swanton, and Brian. If you have any problems or just need your yearly furnace tuneup, call Swanton. And if you're really lucky, Brian will be the tech or just ask for him.
Excellent service. Kyle was very knowledgable and professional. He was able to identify our problem quickly. I will be using Swanton for my annual heating maintenance from now on.

Our boiler started to short-cycle and overheat the house by constantly pushing more steam into the radiators. Petro dispatched a technician (Robert) the same morning that we put in the call for a repair. He gave detailed explanations of the various modules (autofill, low-water detector, hot water tank interface) and how they _should_ be working as he conducted his diagnosis of the issue. After replacing the clogged circulator and flushing out the pipes of the accumulated sludge that had caused the problem, Robert went on to check and perform preventive maintenance on all the connected systems to forestall any future issues. We were impressed by the quick response and the competence and helpfulness of Petro's technician.
Pros: Tech was very friendly, and the company notified me when he was on his way. He also confirmed an install problem on our air handler.

Cons:
1.). Company tried to upsell $5000+ in items and services. Keep in mind, this was at a discounted price as I am a member of their preventive maintained program, and both of our systems are brand new. Literally just a few months old.
2.). No set arrival time for service until the day of service. That makes it difficult to plan work and life around.
3.). Tech did not clean up after his service, leaving all the attic debris on the carpet below attic access points.

Overall, I’ve experienced better quality in terms of service and no up sells in the past, especially when they were K&S heating and air. I’m not sure if Lex air bought K&S or what. I’ll give Lex air another chance on our regular spring service. Hopefully it’s a better experience.

Came back and replaced the part and made sure the machine was running correctly. Was kind and a very nice man.
I called Aire Serv of Dallas and spoke with Jennifer, she was very professional and helpful. She was able to get a tech out to our location on the same day. Zach, the technician arrived in a timely manner, he determined what the problem was in a short period of time and had us up and running in 15 mins. I would definitely recommend Aire Service of Dallas, they are professional, friendly and did a great job from start to finish!
AireServ was everything you want in a company! From first calling and scheduling with Jennifer to Todd coming out immediately and then Jennifer following up with an email, they were AMAZING! We will definitely be using them from now on and we highly recommend them!

Could not have had a better experience with their service technician, Josh. This young man showed up at ~5:00 p.m. with
terrific attitude and demeanor on a day that it was 103 degrees outside and he still had another service call after ours. His professionalism also included listening skills. We'd had another AC company out to address our issue under a homeshield warranty and that company was 'on the take'. Their tech reported our AC condenser unit to be 'fully functional' when they arrived (he only stayed ~5 mins to make this determination) and they attempted to come back (2 days later) and surprise us with a near $1,000 bill for what should have been a warranty covered item (simple condenser fan motor). After we went back to the warranty company for a second opinion appeal, enter Josh from AC Wizard. AC Wizard was responsive on the initial apptmt setting and arrived within the time-band they committed to. Josh actually took the time to listen to our description of what was happening with our AC system, took the professional time to actually cycle test the system, and found the target component to indeed be malfunctioning as we reported to the homeshield company. This technician actually DID HIS JOB and had a good attitude and displayed great interpersonal skills while doing it. He had us back up and running in no time and reported accurately to the homeshield company so our part replacement was covered under warranty terms. Choose an honest and professional AC service/installation company folks. Choose AC Wizard ! My wife and I will insist on their services going forward for sure !!
Excellent organization. They helped me diagnose a intermittent failure that has plagued my unit since it was installed 4 years ago by less talented AC contractor.

The person who took my call (Jennifer) was extremely helpful understood my concerns and made sure to talk to the service manager (Lahcen). They patiently worked through the process to identify the problem and get if fixed. Looking at small inexpensive solutions and eliminating those before moving to a more detailed fix. And you know what they fixed it. What others could not fix they did. They are honest, prompt and work hard to make sure the problem is fixed

I have never reviewed any business and probably won't going forward, but I had to make an exception for Jade Air. I have never experienced such good customer service from any industry, anytime, anywhere. They are responsive, professional, compassionate, and transparent. It was truly amazing to me how above-and-beyond they went to make sure they did everything they could to fix my HVAC unit in the fastest, cheapest, and most effective way possible. I have shared my customer experience story with anyone who will listen, it was that good.

FANTASTIC business. This is a family business that does quality work and really cares about their customers. They completely changed our HVAC system and provided fast and quality installation with competitive prices. Communication was excellent. All I kept thinking during this process was how this company could be so nice! Not used to that kind of personal, quality, honest work nowadays.
I scheduled an appointment. They had me block of 9am-5pm (the whole day) for their visit. They arrived with almost no notice and then charged $100+ fee just to tell me what I already know (that my laundry rim needed to be swapped out). They then wanted to charge me $700 for a new rim of which $350 was going to be labor to do what is 10 minutes of work. This would also have required another full day of waiting several weeks out from the day of the estimate. The worker seemed extremely anxious and was very unclear about pricing, timing, and other factors related to the final quote. I decided to decline the quote due to the extreme unprofessionalism and would recommend others not to consider this company.
We recently had our hvac system replaced and were very happy with our overall experience. All the people we dealt with were so knowledgeable and professional. Great customer service from the sales, installers, supervisor and tech that was sent out. We are happy with our new system!
Worst experience possible! Once the reps in India lie about the service they claim will be provided, You can never speak to them again. No numbers are available to call. The techs are like Uber drivers, independent and don’t work for sears. There is no sears its a scam. No physical locations as they claim when google searching. It’s all a lie. Only recourse is to stop cc payment and hire a legit company. What a joke. Would never hire again!

Like everyone else, I was extremely pleased with Jade Air. I had two new units installed, and Gilbert (the owner) took all the time that I wanted to discuss options, pricing, etc. The work was done very quickly and professionally and for a very fair price. I am very very pleased. You’ll not find a tradesman with such consistently high reviews, and Jade Air has earned its outstanding reputation.

I called the company on a Saturday, because our AC drainage was clogged and we were about to leave for a longer trip. I was told that they would be charging $159.95 for their service on weekends. When I asked what further costs I might be facing, I was told that it might cost more if they would have to do major repairs and replace some parts, for example. They then sent a technician on the same day, who arrived within the scheduled time span, was very polite and took care of the problem quickly, since I could already tell him what that problem was. No new materials were needed, and the whole thing took no longer than 20 minutes. So far, so good.
The unpleasant surprise came with the invoice: I was charged $288.90 for that service, including $17.95 tax. When I called the company, I was told that the additional $111.00 were the price for cleaning out the draining pipe. The $159.95 were just for "coming out" on a weekend day and obviously didn't include a single minute of work time. Princeton prices? Where I come from, this is called a rip-off.
We have been enrolled in the yearly service plan for years and years. We got a call to remind us to set up the appointment, and asked for a call ahead to be alerted when the technician was on their way. We got a call the morning of the appointment letting us know that the schedule was backlogged and the time window would shift to later in the day. We got another call within the new window to let us know the technician was on the way. The technician was Rob Durham (#310) and he was quick and courteous, explained what he did, and was also a good sport about keeping our cat from sneaking out the door.

Our furnace went out and the landlord called Petro. Tech #310 came, Robert Durham. He was polite and very professional from the time I opened the door to the time he left. He did efficient and great work.
What I noticed most was what a kind human being the tech was. He was very thoughtful. My husband was admitted to the hospital the night before and Robert not only wished him well, but asked for my husband's name so he can pray for his recovery by name. It brought tears to my teenage son's eyes. Being a woman and a person with disabilities, it can be scary when repairmen come to the home, but Robert made me feel safe with his kind smile and all around humanity. Petro did the right thing hiring this tech. He should be the standard all repairmen look up to and strive to achieve. Thank you! Edit: I took off a star because another tech came to complete the job and he was rude and just didn't do the job. I complained and no supervisor has contacted me after 3 days. So the good is from that particular tech and the call center. They are polite and professional as well.

Very prompt response. Representative, Bobby, quickly found and fixed the problem. He had the part my furnace needed in his truck, so he could fix it right away.

Petro employs excellent technicians, as far as I'm concerned. I've been a Nassau Oil customer since 1961 and have always found you pleasant, reliable, and efficient. Keep up the good work!

I had them replace an AC unit back in 2018, and they did a great job! They were prompt, courteous and fast. As for customer service, I will admit I did have a little trouble at first with the ability of the call center they use to get me through to the right people when it came to servicing the unit. However, once Gilbert, the owner, found out about this issue he went above and beyond to make me feel like a VIP. After that, I never had an issue getting attention when I needed it. I truly appreciate the personal touch, and as a result I recommend Jade Air for your HVAC needs!

Update: 2 years after Jade Air installed two brand new units in our house, I called them back out to do routine maintenance. The owner and tech were both very timely, courteous and professional. I would recommend these to anyone as my go to HVAC company.

I was drawn to Jade Air from their reviews on Google. My wife and I bought a house and needed the AC replaced. I first spoke with Chris, who was professional and took the time to ask all the appropriate questions to make sure he knew exactly what it was we were requesting. My father-in-law is an engineer by trade so he was able to "talk the lingo" with Chris to make sure what Chris was saying was fair and accurate, which it certainly was. Throughout the whole process, Chris and his team communicated quickly and was able to get all the parts we needed and installed in about a week. His quotes were honest and very competitive for all the services and replacement parts. On the day of the service, we had the technician Eric do the labor and he was great. Very respectful to our new home and worked hard throughout the whole process. Overall, I feel like we got lucky by picking Jade Air. The team went over and above what was requested and provided a memorable service. I would highly recommend.
