My daughter’s first homecoming plans got abruptly canceled with her friends. She was so devastated, spent her own money on a dress and all. My partner sprung into action and made her reservations at The Melting Pot. I called ahead to make sure the single rose celebration add on wasn’t “too romantic” and appropriate for the occasion. She came home so excited about how much all the staff came by and complimented her dress and made it the most special evening for her. I am so very much grateful for the employees here! They sound amazing and I can’t wait to come try it all myself! Thank you from a mother of 4 girls’ heart! I am forever thankful.
Went to melting pot to celebrate my birthday weekend. Our server, Dominick, was fun to chat with and was super sweet and attentive the entire night. Food was of course delicious and I even got to take home some chocolate covered strawberries !
I had never been to the Melting Pot but a couple of the people I was with had. Our server, Sharene, was one of the best servers I have had in a long time. She was more than happy to explain everything to me and even answered my millions of questions while I was like a kid in a candy store. We also had Stephanie the GM stop by our table and she was so sweet to stop and chat with us. Overall, the service completely made the whole experience out of this world! Ask for Sharene when you go, you won’t be disappointed!!!
Tonight we celebrated a big anniversary, Laura K provided hands down the best service we have had in the years of coming to Melting Pot in Addison. Laura truly provided a special evening for our anniversary, her attention to detail, our preferences always taken into account, drinks never empty and pacing was on point to accommodate a wonderful evening spent with my husband. Her recommendations were delicious and the whole evening equated to be memorable and wonderful. 10/10!!!
The melting pot offers such fun, unique dining experience! Not something you do every day, but it is fun every once in a while! I loved the cheese fondue, and the tomato dipped in it was amazing! The chocolate fondue was very rich, but sooo good. I got rocky road and flaming turtle but with dark instead of milk chocolate, and the flaming turtle was definitely my favorite! Our waitress was so knowledgeable and really attentive also!

Our server, India, is the best ever! She deserves all the promotions and recognitions you offer at Melting Pot. My husband and I came here to celebrate our wedding anniversary and she helped us feel so special with a decorated plate and fun candle. She is so kind and fun!

My first time to try. It was awesome! The cheese coarse was wonderful. The salad was great. The entrée was absolutely delicious. But the chocolate coarse was AMAZING! fruit and other treats dipped in dark chocolate! I was in heaven.

Great Szechuan-style hot pot dishes & dumplings. My Chinese friends said it was very authentic. They have a sauce bar with numerous choices.
Great atmosphere and staffs were polite and courteous. We had the alpine cheese fondue for two which comes with a tomato soup and some fruits. Fondue was good but not as good as the ones that we had in Switzerland.
Upscale food, top notch service, but the location is in need of a facelift.

We ordered the Mother's Day special, which was absolutely wonderful. I included pictures of the menu for details. We picked the loaded potato cheese course - amazing. The apple dipped in cheese was so good we asked for a little more!
Main course was also great. Having done the wine base before we opted for the classic broth, and it was a good choice for everything from fish and steak to broccoli and mushrooms.
Dessert course was hard to enjoy. It was delicious, but by then we were way too full.
We ordered a couple of mixed drinks, server's suggestions based on what we told her we liked, and they were great.

The only complaint, and this is a small one, is that the place seems a little run down. The bathroom was basically falling apart, and little details in the restaurant seemed dated or in disrepair.
I wouldn't think twice if this was a budget option, but our check was $220 (with tip and tax), which strikes me as "upscale" for two people having a meal and two drinks. At that price, I guess I expect a clean bathroom, but perhaps I'm unreasonable in this regard.
If they update the location a bit, this would be an amazing place for a fancy date.

The view outside wasn’t that pleasant. Nothing they can do about that. However, Adrian (our server) was beyond wonderful! She explained everything as we were 1st time goers. She’s super sweet and has speedy service. The food was excellent! Super fun and great tasting. This is a wonderful place for date night.

This is a time warp from a 60s chalet ski lodge in the best way. Tiny, cozy and wood paneling throughout. Great food and the desert fondue was delish with fresh fruits. A great low key date night idea with quality food and service!

The cheese, broth and chocolate fondue are assembled right in front of you which was very cool. The little hot pad in the middle of the table keeps the kettle hot and melts the cheese/chocolate and keeps the broth hot enough to cook the proteins.
There are so many options of proteins and cheese. Can’t go wrong with any of them!!

Unique experience and seemed pricey to prepare the food yourself. The whole process took almost two hours from appetizer to dessert. My daughter (20) loved the whole concept and ate everything. I was not so impressed. The dessert fondue was very good. Our waitress seemed pushy and a bit rude, she actually stood watching and waiting for me to enter her tip in .
Took my family out for dinner this weekend. For my boyfriend's birthday and we had an amazing time! Great service, amazing food and drinks and your waitstaff made everything even better. Cannot believe it is only their third day working at your location! Sure made us feel special! Thanks Kylie!
If you ever have 2 hours to kill and want something fun to do with friends or family come here!! I have been here 25 times and I’ve never had a bad experience. You know a place cares about its customers when a manager comes by every time you visit. Anyways come, eat, enjoy you won’t be disappointed .
Staff were super attentive and helpful. We were told to order mild level of spicy and were greatful for the suggestion, as that was plenty spicy for our group. Also their vegan mushroom broth was so flavorful we took some home! Quality was really fresh and I would reccomend this place to my friends as well as plan on coming back!

It was our first time tonight and it was the best! First of all the food was amazing from start to finish did not miss a beat. Second, our server hunter was exceptional! He was so attentive and so nice to explain the menu and how works for us first timers. We wanted to go back to be served by him but sadly he will be leaving for soon and wish him nothing but the best for the future! Can’t wait to come again.
Incredible food in a cozy spot off Alberta. Had to find some comfort food for a visitor from Poland, Kotlet = Schnitzel and their schnitzel is on point. Everything we tried was delicious, even as we branched out to the less standard fair (the scallops were amazing!). It all managed to be both satisfying/filling comfort food without being 'heavy'. Already planning a return trip to try the fondue...
This place is amazing. The French onion soup was the best I ever had. Salmon with dill was cooked to perfection, so tender. It was the best salmon I’ve ever had. Fondue was good, even their house-made sauces were splendid.

A bit overrated. Having lived in Switzerland I can tell you that you should smell the cheese drown the block if it's as authentic as in Switzerland. I couldn't taste the garlic or nutmeg. Usually eating fondue is like drinking good white wine with strong smelly cheese like VACHERIN FRIBOURGEOIS.
Unfortunately, they gave me the wrong order, plain pork schnitzel. Total cost fondue and 1 plate of plain schnitzel plus beer and wine was $70.00 not including tip. I wish more restaurants would give more authenticity and stop catering to bland American tastes.

Came here on a Friday night, made reservations which made it easy to get a table. We picked 2 different types of broth, spicy and mushroom which were both great. They have a large option to choose from for meats and veggies. I recommend the lamb and sweet potato pasta and if you get the spicy beef ask for a strainer to cook it in. They also have a sauce bar which is great. Also try the fried pork and sticky rice dessert!
Great experience and awesome food! Loved eating there and enjoying the company. The escargot appraiser was delectable and the fondue experience was well worth it.

Great New Years Eve dinner for two! Had reservations at 5:15. Had to wait for about 15 minutes to be seated, then another 15 minutes to be waited on. They were super busy the entire time we were there. The staff worked their tails off!! Our server was excellent as we expect from the Melting Pot (I already forgot her name tho-sorry). All the courses were served as expected, and tasted fantastic. The cheese fondue is still my favorite! GM, Jess was a delight to visit with, as she stopped to ensure we were being taken care of. It's a pricey dinner, but for a special occasion, it's so worth the service, the food, and the experience!! Thank you for making it a great night for us!!
Cheese was great! Meat was terrible, although salmon was not bad, just flavorless. Desert was good, was just upset looking at other images and not given bananas like the rest, bananas are my favorite! Overall the atmosphere is great for a date night but the food was not worth the price at all..

Make a reservation for this cozy place with a relaxing atmosphere and very delicious food. Staff is friendly and had great recommendations. First time I've ever had fondue and it did not disappoint. Don't leave without trying the raspberry tart.
Wanted to get out and have a good dinner so we chose the ultimate 5 course dinner experience. It did not disappoint in the least. It started off with the green goddess bacon stuffed tomato, yum. Then choice of cheese fondue with double dipping toppings. Followed by 4 choices of salad. Then the ultimate celebration entree: lobster tail, marinated teriyaki steak, chicken breast and scrimps. A whole pile of food. Last but not least, the chocolate explosion fondue. 98.00 per person. I've actually never spent that much money ever on dinner. Lol 😂 But it was well worth every penny once in a great while. The flavors were outstanding together. I absolutely recommend this place to try. You will not be sorry. Fantastic.
Wanted to go here for years and finally made it! All of our food was perfect. Service interaction was a little awkward with a mix of counter service and table service, but everyone was friendly. Will definitely be visiting again.
I love the atmosphere at Mona Lisa, so much more intimate for a date. The food was phenomenal and the server was fantastic. I never knew how awesome grapes dipped in fondue cheese would be! Definitely recommend this place over the Melting Pot for a date.
very tasty food, in a quaint location. I am not a big fan of counter service at fine dining prices, so lost a point for service there. The fondue and jaeger schnitzel were both very good, as was the potato leek soup. I wished they served butter with their bread - having squeeze bottles of dressing brought to the table detracted from the experience. Had to ask for salt & pepper, there was not any at the table either.
$305 plus tip. Fondue for 4 people. I guess it's not my taste. Staff was great. We must have been seated in the coldest part of the restaurant. Very dimly lit.

Fondue Chinoise offers a delightful dining experience with their beef oil hot pot and 盐酥鸡 dishes. The beef oil hot pot is rich and flavorsome, enhancing the overall taste. The variety of fresh dishes is plentiful, ensuring a satisfying meal. The standout aspect is the impeccable service, complemented by a modern and clean decor, enhancing the overall dining ambiance. Five stars!
Intimate spot with solid service which we got to try out while on a Hell's Kitchen food walking tour. Only tried small plates, but they were tasty and my beer ice cold. Nice stop on the tour for sure.

My husband took me here for dinner tonight and it was our first time here as well as our first experience with fondue. He got us a reservation for two in a private little booth with a curtain. The booth was a little tricky for more than one person to get in and out but it was very cozy. These seats could probably hold three people my size (5'6", 145lbs) comfortably. The restaurant was very clean and comfortable with two exceptions. First, it was very hot. I didn't see any vents anywhere near us. Second, the bathrooms were messy. They were mostly clean but the sink areas in both men's and women's had water and paper towels all over.
The food was amazing!! We had the "Bigger Night Out for Two". When the food first came out, with each course I remember thinking, "Is this going to be enough?". We finished eating an hour ago and I still feel quite full! Between this and everything else I did today, this day ranks in the Top 3 of all-time best days in my life and a large part of that goes to my experience here.

Everything about our visit was amazing! Our server, Alicia, my new BFF, was spot on with her customer service! We had a four course for two and everything was perfect! California salad & Caprese salad for the win! Atmosphere was perfect. The manager, Payton, she was super sweet. Gave me some great snack ideas! Lol We will definitely be back! Over all 10/10
This was an interesting experience. Honestly I was not a fan of the whole fondue experience. Everyone has their own opinions, but I have to say the dessert was incredible. Sooo delicious and the waiter was super nice and understanding
They have a fantastic happy hour special. I have been coming to The Melting Pot for the past 15+ years, always requesting it as my birthday dinner as a kid and anniversary dinner as an adult. Last week, we just went for fun and sat at the bar top for the first time. We had just as great of an experience at the bar as we could have had in a more private table. Jack was our bartender and the service was great! The "Sweet Additions" are worth it if you have extra room at dessert. Even if you don't, you can take your leftovers home with you, including the chocolate. We will certainly be back for another happy hour, and hopefully we have Jack as our server again!
Girls night out was great! We went to the Melting Pot in downtown Colorado Springs for their happy hour/dinner special. Jack was our bartender and our server. The service was amazing. The food was delectable. The drinks were awesome. Our evening could not have been better. It wasn’t incredibly busy and it was so enjoyable for a fun evening out with the girls!

The place has a lovely atmosphere with relaxing music. The menu is a little bit hard to understand but once deciphered it becomes quite easy to order. We had skewers and tapas. One order is enough for one person. I recommend ordering tapas and skewer if two people are coming and share everything.

The service and experience are definitely worth the price. Quality cocktails, fondue, and accommodation. Went last year on my birthday and this year for my friends. It was a great pleasure both times. They ask for any allergies and accommodate. 10/10
The beets were amazing. So too were the octopus skewers and the salmon wrapped in grape leaves. I didn't care much for the spinach and feta as it was too salty but the other dishes made up for it. The service was a bit slow but server was friendly and helpful. And the food was so tasty!
Great restaurant, kind of narrow in the front with a big bar in the middle and then there’s more seating in the back. They also have limited seating out on the sidewalk in front of the restaurant. The drinks were great and the food is good; you can mix-and-match as well. my server, I think his name was Shawn was extremely nice. It was a great experience.

I came here to celebrate my birthday last night. I was blown away with the amazing experience I was given. My server Rae was by far hands down the best server I've ever had in all of my years of going out to restaurants. I'm a server myself so I know what to expect and she exceeded our expectations. She has an incredibly sweet personality. She was very attentive and on top of everything. She made me feel incredibly special and I 10 out of 10 recommend going to the melting pot and asking for her. She's the kind of person you want to interact with when you go to dinner especially on a very special occasion. Thank you Rae. Next time I return I will be specifically asking for you.

Was hankering for Mediterranean food and saw this place was well rated. I can definitely see why. I ordered tapas with my choice of baba ganoush, walnut and pepper spread, beet skordalia, and stuffed grape leaves. Also order the 2 skewers special with kofta and chicken. Everything tasted spot-on authentic!. I don't have much credibility with authenticity. But really seemed authentic! lol. Everything tasted so so good. I ordered way too much food, but I got a good sampling of what they offer and the quality they're serving. The service was fast and really really friendly. Atmosphere was tight, but hip and cool inside. There was no problem getting a table for one around 8:00 p.m. on a Wednesday. Highly recommend!. Willl most certainly return.

2b - The flatbread was almost like a healthy and tasty dessert. I would suggest ordering extra to bring back to your room/rental for a midnight snack or breakfast. (We did!)
2c - The tapas and dips were incredible. We had the hummus, which was amazing. My favorites were the spinach and olive tapenade versions, but they were all super tasty lick the plate good.
2d - The small cups in my pictures are for the fondue to dip. In my honest opinion, fondue is not my favorite thing, however, this was awesome! There are several flavors of dips, and all are fun to try. If you get the fondue, be sure to ask for the dipping side. You'll wonder why other places that serve fondue don't offer the dipping option. true story.
2e - Those stuffed peppers (peppadews) were another game changer. I beg for the recipe... please! The creaminess of the cheese offset the bite of the tangy spice that just made for amazing delicious treats.
3 - In summary, we ordered a lot of food, and I can't remember everything, however, everything was well worth the price and experience.

Excellent dinner and service. We love Swiss cheese fondue and Mona Lisa did not disappoint. It was some of the best we’ve ever tasted. Melting Pot doesn’t even compare. The Caesar salad was average but good. Good variety of fruits, veggies and bread for the fondue. Definitely recommend.
The summer salad was fantastic, second course with the brie cheese was also great. We got the wild game for our third course and it was lackluster compared to the other courses. Dessert was delicious, but you can’t go wrong with chocolate covered everything.
Amazing 5 year anniversary! Bobbi was a fantastic server! Very attentive and intuitive of what we needed/wanted. We had a beautiful table all to ourselves in a back corner, it was incredibly romantic and just perfect. They said the romance package was an extra $20 but I never saw a charge for that AND we got a military discount as well! Definately recommend.
The food was awesome. We ordered the Big Night out and everything was perfect. The attendant was friendly and explained everything nicely.
The only complaint I have for which I gave 4 stars was we paid for a instant pic and the waiter who clicked the picture did a terrible job (we took two shots both were dark and blurry). Other than that great food and perfect ambience.

This was our first time visiting the Melting Pot and we chose the ThursDate Experience for two, which is a 4-course dinner for two. It did not disappoint! Everything was amazing down to every detail. And we were honestly surprised that the bill wasn't higher compared to other romantic dining locations in the Springs. We will definitely return!
My boyfriend took me here to celebrate my graduation, and the entire experience was absolutely amazing. Our server Matt was phenomenal! Extremely knowledgeable on the menu/wines, patient, efficient, and hilarious. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect night, even going as far as to draw a stethoscope out of chocolate in honor of nursing school. Great food, great vibe, great wine, just an absolutely amazing experience.
This place had ambience, fabulous food, and quality service. The actual restaurant is darling and feels like something old and classic. I took my partner here for her birthday and we got the vegan menu and she enjoyed the flaming chocolate finale. The vegan cheese is super yummy and the selection for the main entree was diverse. Hearts of palm, Beyond sausage, teriyaki soaked mushrooms (our fave), and more! The literal only complaint is that it's such a friendly restaurant for vegans so I wish it had a vegan dessert option. Even some lemon Italian ice or mint chip ice cream.
Came for a early dinner. Had a couple drinks and a kale salad. Also had the fondue which is a must have!! The environment is nice and the food is one of my favorites in the city. Service was great! Would totally recommend to come for a meal and drinks.

First time dining here. This was my birthday treat and the experience was top tier. We had the pleasure of having an amazing and highly energetic server, by the name Alisha. She thoroughly navigated us through the menu, cooking styles and taste accompaniments , all of her recommendations were a huge hit with both my husband and i. Definitely take the time to enjoy the whole experience. It isn't a quick 1 hour experience. I most definitely want to return for the cheese course and the strawberry martini. . Again, thank Alisha for a fun night, my birthday dinner was nice but you made it awesome.
What a wonderful evening! We haven't gotten to go out with all of our friends since the kids were born, but we came out to the Melting Pot for my wife's birthday. Michael took such great care of us! His advice, service, and recommendations were all top notch. The food was a dream and we were so delighted to have a night all out together. Came here to celebrate our anniversary. Cute small place and low-key. Service was friendly and I made a reservation through their website. Knew we wanted the dinner for 2 so started with the soup and cheese fondue - it was ok with the bread and apple, grapes. Nothing unique beside the small cheese heart, but we ran out of cheese before finishing all the bread. For the main, we opted to do the oil instead of the broth. Glad we did it since the optional battering of veggies or meat tasted well with the dipping sauces. It may not look like much on the platter but it gets filling. Finally we had the chocolate dessert - also not outstanding as compared to places we’ve been to in the past (Melting Pot or Simply Fondue). It was fruit, mini marshmallows and a cinnamon crumb cake. Would have appreciated brownie bites or pound cake but by the end of it, we enjoyed our chocolate. The champagne also was a nice touch so all in all, for the value, we enjoyed our celebration dinner.
We absolutely LOVED our evening here! We were recommended by a friend for my birthday, so we made the drive and it was totally worth it. The building itself is so cute, and you can feel the history of it. Our waitress was so amazing, and really made my birthday feel special. I didn’t think my husband was going to enjoy the experience, because it’s just not really his thing. But he raved about the whole experience afterwards. He also highly complimented the dark chocolate fondue.

Our waiter Hunter was amazing he was super fun, helpful and very knowledgeable. We REALLY enjoyed all the amazing food and dessert. We will definitely visit again.
We got the Fondue experience for 2. It was delicious. I've never had oil Fondue before. Really enjoyed the mix of oil and cheese fondues. It was fun to cook the battered meats and all the sauces. The only complaint was the bread was a bit stale. The waiter was very laid back but friendly.
A very authentic hot pot experience outside of Chinatown. Traditional Chinese fare served in a modern atmosphere. First things first, the broths are on point especially the bone broth. The spicy version is definitely fire water but oh so addicting. They have a great selection of meats for beginners and pros alike. I myself am a fan of the tripe boiled in the spicy broth. They also have a great selection of veggies too for all my non meat eating homies. Had a quite traditional yet inventive dessert I believe, idk you be the judge lol. Friendly and fast service as well. A good spot to got for some serious hot pot action.
We walked in here on a whim! We were greeted by a very enthusiastic kind man who explained hot pot, how to order and made sure we got enough and the combination of flavors were good. He also brought over the traditional mix of sauces and herbs form the sauce bar. The food it’s self was delicious! Ingredients were high quality and the broths wonderful. Would highly recommend the pork bone broth. Service was awesome! Cute atmosphere! Great food! Highly recommend!

So delicious and the service was excellent. We had the Alpine Fondue for Two, which came with bread and fruit to dip in the most delicious cheese. We also had the Fresh Veggies, which come with hot oil and batter, so you can make your own tempura, and it comes with several dipping sauces. The baked brie was phenomenal, the cauliflower soup was so delicious, and the proportions for everything were absolutely perfect. We were very full and happy with everything. The restaurant had a nice ambiance and was very clean.
My favorite hotpot. It’s the most authentic in SF compared to some of the hotpot I’ve had in both Hong Kong and China!
