I couldn't have asked for a more pleasurable experience. There was a small issue with the equipment, they fixed it and considering all the circumstances, worked with me and were more than fair. I'll be renting all equipment there from here in out. You couldn't ask for a nicer bunch of people to do business with.

Don Elliot does a very good job working with us at Lee Machinery Movers. Always understand the rush on any Emergency Job we have, getting us the correct and materials needed to do the job Effectively and Safety. Can get us anything we need anywhere around the country. This is why we always call Don first.
Absolutely terrible service. Ladies in the store were rude and unhelpful; arrogance in a retail position is not appealing. Ordered 10 PVC sample ports, was told they would be available that day. Drove out to the store, was told they only had 1 on hand, and they couldn't under any circumstances give it to me, because it was being allocated, and was already reserved for my order. Call a week later, they've sold the part to someone else. Ordered a hose, said it would be available next day. One week later I'm still waiting on it. I am now holding up a $200,000 project because of incompetence outside of my control. Never using this company again. Avoid if possible

Big company capabilities small company hometown service. The salesman Brad advised me on what I needed to get my job done and took care of everything in one 5 minute phone call. I showed up on the day I had reserved and everything was ready to go.
OTR Driver here Delivered here. Been here many times, easy drop n hook, 24hr access. Drop loaded trailer to left of Guard Shack lot, go around building to opposite side lot for empty. No ovnp. There's truck stops in area but they fill up early.
We needed a list of equipment for adding concessions to our business and Riley was incredibly helpful. He helped us find everything we need at great prices and we've been very pleased with the equipment so far. I'm already working on my next order of appliances with FSS.

Tyson and the crew at FSS always take care of our restaurant needs. Since the very first day of operation in 2015, they supplied all of our refrigeration and cooking equipment and have never let us down, no matter how big or how small the request is !
A few weeks ago I took a class at CCC’s shop under Don Elliott. I thought the class was quite informative. Don can show the technical side in a way the blue collar worker can understand. Truly appreciate him sharing his knowledge with us on torque and tension on structural bolts and what to look for.
Food service supply always has a vast selection of lightly used equipment. Along with their huge selection of new equipment I always leave feeling like I made the best decision available. Typically I talk to Tyson but the whole team is very well knowledgeable as well. 🙌
Tyson is great to work with. We always get personal attention. Straight forward pricing and always deliver as promised. I have been doing business with them for YEARS!! They even let us turn their warehouse into a test kitchen for some new equipment.
I’ve worked with FSS for years. Tyson and Blake have always bent over backwards to get us any equipment we need. FSS will always be my go-to for all of my restaurant equipment needs.
Will never call you back. NEVER! You have to keep calling until they make up an excuse why your equipment is not repaired. It has been months. I am over it so I called Corporate. I will let you know how that goes. In the meantime, I use SunBelt Rentals.
If you want something "NOW!" it's not going to happen. Be prepared to wait a couple of hours for what you want.
VERY LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE. No one wants to work at the front counter. Don’t know what everyone is doing cause they never have parts. Really wondering how the doors even stay open here. Hopes and prayers I guess. Y’all have to make some changes.

We do a lot of drop and hooks here. Pull in. Have Id ready to give to guard. Loaded trailers go on the row next to guard shack. Empties are on other side of building. Leave passenger trailer door open when leaving so they can look it's empty. Lost a star because they have 0 bathrooms and drivers are peeing next to the empties so it's starting to smell.
They are the most frustrating company ever to deal with. There are too many departments to go through to order equipment, i just checked on an order that was to ship in 1-2 business days. This is day 3 I just called and part of the order is somewhere on a truck and the rest is on back order which may be a couple of months.
I work here and like the logo says, for the ones who get it done. Not a place to work for if your lazy, you won't last long
All of the people here are patient and extremely helpful. This is the right place for fasteners.
Don was extremely helpful when our pneumatic torque guns broke during a 30" flange job. After assessing our needs he showed up in an hour with the Hytorc tool that we needed to finish the job properly. Great customer service, highly recommended.

Worked with Don up in Michigan during my time at the DTE Blue Water Energy Center Project. He was always readily available and shipped out the tools we needed next day. Even though he is still up in Michigan, he helped us out greatly at our Chevron Carbon Capture Project in Bakersfield California. One of the best vendors Ive ever worked with.

Applied for s job a couple years ago. Still receive info in the mail about 401k and other work related info and do NOT work there. That screams very loudly of incompetence or identity theft. Maybe they are splitting a paycheck between the human resource dept. Carry on!!

I got Hytorc Michigan's contact from a Hytroc Tech that came to site to calibrate some tools. From the first time reaching out to Don, he has went above and beyond each time making sure we are getting exactly what we are needing. Called Don late afternoon saying we needed a tool as soon as we could get it, and he was able to get it delivered within a couple hours. Great service, and definitely a great resource to have. Will definitely be calling Don anytime I need something.
You guys are competitive with pricing and the representative was active in getting our business. I cannot give a complete 10 because there is always a slight possibility that there could be improvement.

These people are so rude and unprofessional. I rented a lift to use for my company and when we got it we were under contract. It worked for the time before lunch but after lunch the controls fir the basket stoped working. We checked the gas and hydraulic fluid. Which is supposed to already be full for use. The lift was out hydraulic fluid so we assumed that’s why some of the controls didn’t work. We got hydraulic, paid out of our own pocket, and filled it up. Turns out it wasn’t the hydraulic fluid because it still did not work. So we called United rentals multiple times with no answer. Now mind you we’re under contract at this point to get this job done in a week but we need a lift. So we can’t get ahold of United rentals until 3 days later. So for 3 days my employees didn’t have work and it’s impossible to get the job that we are UNDER CONTRACT done. So United rentals says we’re sorry but we don’t have a lift you can use, they said “the only one available is on reserve right now”. We should be able to get that lift because a company like United rentals should put us as priority due to receiving faulty equipment, and the fact that we are currently under contract to get the job done. I will never rent from this company again, this is the 6th price of equipment I’ve rented from them that’s been faulty and this was the last straw.

Fast, easy, no issues, just good service. i have no time to waste on this site and will consider you for future rentals.
I used to work here through a contracted company for 2 years but due to a lie, one of my employees told my boss I no longer do. I loved Grainger the people there are so nice and kind. They made me feel like family. I worked closely with many of them every day. All the higher-ups the office people are nice and kind down to earth and treat everyone with respect. I had the pleasure of working in the office with all of them. They do make you feel like family and keep everything professional when you have to be but also cut up just at the right times when you need a laugh. They greet you with a smile and a hello or good morning every single day. I hear they have excellent benefits and pay. If you wanted to work here then I would say to you that you won't regret it as Grainger has an awesome dynamic. Best staff at any building I have ever worked. You won't regret inquiring with them.

When trying to get a quote on equipment I can NEVER get in touch with someone useful on the the phone. When I do talk to someone it is the wrong person and when they transfer me to the right person it is 100% of the time a number that does not exist and hangs up on me. I've walked in trying to get the Trane360 set up and they direct me to call a guy in their office who never responds to your calls.
Do yourself a favor and buy from ACES Supply. They sell American Standard which is just Trane by another name. They answer the phone immediately and can get you a quote without any hassle.

The people at Page always take care of me. I buy all my hardware for my fabrication shop from them. Their delivery service is good and their will call service is excellent. They always take care of my projects and if something isnt right on my order they fix it quick. I see them as a strategic partner, not a vendor. Thanks everyone at Page.

Bad service, Jay promised delivery of equipment on certain day and time, 72 hours later no call had to check in with them myself for them to remember about my pre paid order. Waited outside their building another 15 minutes to be told they don’t know where my equipment is. Requested a refund will not do business here again!

I have 17 Trane units at my facility. I have over 200 employees. Trane last year told me they were not going to warranty my compressors unless I bought new units. At the same time, the quotes have come in at $90,000 and a leadtime that comes in for September. Thanks Trane for screwing my company and it's 200 hard working Americans who now work in 100 degree temperatures.
Literally the best vendor I’ve ever worked with. From the opening of my business last year right up until today, there has never been an issue that FSS didn’t go over and beyond with me to resolve. This is the absolute worst experience I've had buying restaurant equipment thus far. I decided on a pizza prep table to purchase while I was at their place in SLC. it didn't have a top so he needed a couple of days to have one built. I called back two days later and he said "Let me check on that I'll call you right back". I never got a call back so I tried him again the next day, no answer. I called his partner, Tyson, he was very rude and said he knew nothing about it but he would have Blake call me, no call. I tried again a week later from a different phone number, Blake answered with pretty much the same response, "Oh uh, ya they should be finished with that, I'll go check on it and call you right back ok?". I asked him to please call me back because I needed the table a week ago. Nothing.
It is very unfortunate because these guys have a good supply of used equipment., but the worst understanding of ethical business I've ever seen. We figure we will be spending about $40k on equipment over the next 6 months and this was one of our first purchase. I'll never go back.
