I got in trouble 20 years ago in California and just thought everything was dropped and forgotten about , until I recently did a background check and found out I had an active warrant , I no longer live there but still did not want a warrant for my arrest , I just typed in Orange County attorney’s and saw there firm . Called them and it was great from the start to finish , worked with Ashleigh , who was awesome setting up apt and she went through all details with me . Ms Johnson called me the next day , said she would take care of it for me . I called on a Wednesday and by Friday when ms Johnson called me , she said it was all taken care of and I have no more warrant out for my arrest . Thank god , taking my kiddo to Disneyland in 4 months . Very happy so professional, can’t thank them enough .

Outstanding impression from the start! The lawyer (not a secretary) called me personally to let me know he was running late. While we were on the phone he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and made sure I knew all courses of action I could take (including those without the law firm) and he made sure he answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend using this firm Garcia & Mintz. They are extremely professional and will work diligently to get you the best results within the scope of your case. In my situation, Mr. Mintz worked closely with the prosecutor and the judge to work out the best plea deal possible for me. During my first initial meeting with Mr. Mintz he was transparent with me and informed me upfront that the case would not be easy. The case took about 7 months in total. In the end everything worked in my favor due to Mr. Mintz being knowledgable and while also advocating for me to the judge and prosecutor. The Rollins and Chan law firm accepted a case for my family member at the last minute, although most other firms in the region were afraid to take the case because of a lengthy criminal history. I called him last year with so much anxiety and worry about a charge that he was certain would get dismissed and advised me that once it happened, to call him back and he would work on getting my record expunged.
