If you’re looking for a custom made card, from a local vender, you’ve got to go to Whimsies, in Warren! Andie is so talented and accommodating! I asked her to make a card for my daughter’s wedding about 1 1/2 weeks before and she quickly got to work! I love going to her shop, it’s a destination for me!

Very eclectic shop. Something for everyone., and they have a nice selection of spoon jewelry, rings and bracelets and such. Andrea the owner is very helpful and will let you poke and browse without pressure. Fun way to spend a half an hour
Beware of a Cashier named SONIA. It was the worst ever customer service in US. She refused to apply a $10 reward after the payment was done and mentioned that we are not respecting her time. When my wife said the customer service was not expected, she said it goes both way. She was rude and extremely arrogant. After multiple complaints, The manager apologized on behalf of her. We called the store and filed a complaint as well (although I doubt it will have any impact). The cashier should undergo a training and if she continues to be such an arrogant and obnoxious person, she should not be in the customer service and find other job.
From the moment I entered the store, I was treated with respect and courtesy . As this was now to be my third purchase, I knew what I wanted. Gary the sales associate was delightful, knowledgeable and a true credit to the company. He showed me the mattresses and gave explanations. The entire experience was wonderful. I highly recommend this company and will proudly show off my bed to all friends and family. Thank you Custom Comfort. 😀
My girlfriend and I were mattress shopping and hit a few stores before finding Custom Comfort Mattress. The service there was incredible—Gary was super passionate about helping us find the right bed and explained how important good sleep is. We ended up getting new pillows, sheets, and an adjustable bed frame along with the mattress. The prices were great, and the quality was the best we’d seen. Definitely check this place out if you're looking for a new mattress!
I wanted to send my two children, my son who is in the US army and just arrived to his first station in Texas after bootcamp and training school and my daughter who lives in Colorado and just got a new job. I wanted MD themed items and did a google search and found this gem. From the Edgar Allan Poe pin, the Maryland flags, the Old Bay keychain, the camo MD flag koozie to the MD based food items, this store had the perfect combination of food and gifts to make each of them a very personal care package. The items were amazing and the woman working was very helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend stopping in to take a look, you won’t be disappointed!
Super homey, one-of-kind store where you can procure anything Maryland. It is in an old church which just adds to the appeal and uniqueness of this store. Get your Maryland flag gear, crab gear, Maryland themed clothing and just about anything else here. It is a great "destination" experience for anyone within an hour or so.

I am in need to visit and get a new mattress AGAIN from custom comfort!! They did a magnificent job creating boxsprings and mattress to fit into our old waterbed frame… It has been quite a few years my mattress is still as firm as ever, but my antiquated body now requires a softer version! Hoping to see you soon… And thank you for all these years have a great mattress
Custom Comfort Mattress is the best place to get quality built beds. They have their own factory and build them to order and you can see what's inside of their Mattresses on their website and also how they compare to other company's Mattresses. We have always bought our Mattresses from them in our family since our marriage in 1999 and have never been disappointed!

What an awesome little gem in the middle of Maryland! This souvenir shop has such a pleasant atmosphere and small country town feel. It is an old church from the 1800s. The owners/employees are very nice and helpful. You will not go wrong stopping by and shopping through all of the interesting and fun things to buy. I am so glad I finally took the time to check it out.

If you love all things Maryland, you need to make a trip to The Maryland Store! The selection of products is incredible, the price is right, and the quality is great! The only thing better is the customer service!! I can't wait to shop again!

I don't know why I'd shop anywhere else. Really nice products at reduced prices, that's just my style. I love the food section too, there's always fun stuff to be had there.
Went into Custom Comfort Split King mattress and adjustable bed frame. We spoke with Brad in the Orange store and told him what we were looking for, including we wanted a firm mattress. Brad showed us three setups and thoroughly explained the pros and cons of each. There was no pressure. We decided on one setup and proceeded with our purchase. Brad made the purchase decision easy and handled all the paperwork. It arrived about one week later and was professionally installed at no extra cost. We especially like that the mattresses are made locally.
My family and I have been coming here for 20 plus years. The quality of the mattresses is above any other company and the customer service is excellent. Definitely recommend you make this your go to the next time you need a mattress and box spring.

We usually love to go to Homegoods but today was a complete disaster. We had bought a desk for 130, discounted to 115 due to scuffs here and there. All good so far.
After paying, they offered to load it to our car, which sounded great!
We pull the car up, open the trunk, and BOOM! The staff guy lifts our desk without care and the drawer falls, with all the ball bearings flying everywhere!! Manager comes out and I ask if they can offer it to us since it’s beyond repair. She replies we can lower it to $70. I couldn’t believe it!
I decided to just return it and they refunded. Lesson learned, next time we will handle our merchandise ourselves.

First time at The Maryland Store, although I have previously ordered online. Cute little shop nicely packed with all things Maryland!!! I purchased several Christmas gifts, as did my husband. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Do yourself a favor and check them out!!
Ordered more pillows because I’m in love with them!! I now have the mattress, 4 pillows and the mattress protector and I’m in love with my bed! The pillows hold their structure and are so comfortable! They gave me a travel pillow too and I’m obsessed, I don’t travel anywhere without it! Highly recommend shopping at custom comfort, you will not only get the best quality products but the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable to help get you exactly what you are looking for!

A little chaotic and tight with the lay out of the store. The front was layered with for sale items when I went in so it was hard to maneuver around the stuff and people to get to the rest of the store. The staff where super friendly though.

I have been shopping at Three Sheets for many years. The selection of gifts, bedding and accessories never disappoints. As an added bonus, the staff is always so kind, knowledgeable and eager to help whether it is to wrap gifts or just offer great advice!

This Homegoods used to be a good one. I used to have a nice experience while shopping there. It’s sad to see Homegoods stores decline this much. They are really lowering their standard when hiring new staff. Good customer service in America is OVER!! Specially in Florida…
Most of the staff at the registers (on a busy sale weekend!) had their faces glued to their phones most of the time, and when not looking down at the screens, they were chatting and making jokes with each other, even in front of customers while checking out!! They really don’t care.
There was this one girl being specially rude and careless (i didn’t even bother asking for her name or employee number bc I knew management wasn’t gonna do anything, and second, i try no to be that type of customer, but man… !) She didn’t even bother to try and help me with a return because was too much work for her to actually DO her job and check the receipt for the item I was trying to return and then process the refund. She was texting on her phone ALL the time while I was checking out, not to mention how rude, passive aggressive and insensitive she was...
I really wanted to ask if she suffered from bipolar disorder because, one minute she was looking at me seriously annoyed, and as soon as she’d look away and get back chatting with her pals her demeanor completely changed.
With customer service and staff like this is better for Homegoods to invest in self
checkout machines like most of the stores right now. I hate to say it, but if they don’t raise their standards back up again and train their staff better they are gonna keep getting more and more backlash like this.

Came in to buy furniture, was told I could not use a dolly to load up furniture, so when I asked for help carrying the items to the register I was told by 2 people on the salesfloor they couldn’t help me (one teenager straight up saying “nah”.) I dragged all the furniture to the front myself. After checking out, I used a dolly to bring it to my car myself, and miraculously two employees appeared outside to tell me I could not use the dolly. I would love some insight from management on how I was supposed to transport this furniture with zero help.
I discovered this store by accident because I was taking a trip overseas and wanted to buy family members and friends gifts from Maryland. The lady was so helpful and so courteous that I ended up ordering twice and I was more than pleased with absolutely everything that I got . They had a great deal on Maryland cookbooks as well as many other small items to give us gifts. I got them for men, women and children, and I am so happy with the purchase.

I love this store, they have the best finds! Great linens, jewelry, pajamas, and candles! This is my go to store to find the perfect gift, and the staff is always willing to go the extra mile. By far my favorite store in Birmingham.
Staff is not kind and customer service is lacking. They refuse to wrap final sale merchandise because they don’t want anyone trying to return it. This is a bizarre position, as they could simply say “no it’s final sale” if that occurred. So it seems like a cheap/lazy way to avoid doing gift wrap even for an expensive item. We used to always get gifts here, but won’t anymore.
New to the area. Want a one stop solution to stocking ur little den? They are a fairly complete option. For full disclosure, I was told they are somewhat pricey. But for someone new to the place and the people, wanting to move on quickly from home making to other bills/worries, like I am..I would recommend this place

This place is always awesome and they got very helpful people to direct you to what you need they have different departments of items and it's a beautiful area inside as well plenty of room to shop or browse things are reasonable that you need I found some items that I really liked and I appreciate the help directing me to whatever Department I needed to go to! This is an example of some of the stores in Downtown Crossing which are very friendly bostonians out-of-towners or those visiting Massachusetts possibly for the first time in their lives! I'm very proud of this store and their handling of customers like myself! On a scale of 1 to 10 I give them a 50! 🙏🙌😀😁

Fairytale wedding thanks in large part to Branson Party Rentals and their sister business, Rosewood Floral. My bouquet, the flower arrangements, the table settings, the dance floor, the lights and the overall ambiance was perfect (and I have big dreams and high expectations). Sarah and her team really listened to what I wanted, guided me through what was possible and best (including a Plan B if it rained) and brought it all to life! And they made it look easy. Anna was amazing! I bought a Henry the Hound for my newborn niece, two years ago. By accident “dog dog” was forgotten on a recent family vacation and my brother and sister in law are panicked as it is her absolute favorite.
Anna is working with the manufacturer to hopefully (might be discontinued) find two that can be shipped to my beleaguered brother and sister in law. Uncle Jason requested two so a spare can be put up just in case dog dog should go missing again.
Anna and the team went above and beyond to help me, help my family avert in my brothers words “a disaster of epic proportions”. Thank you, thank you, thank you all!

HomeGoods always soothes my soul a bit - you can find an array of items (some pricey, but great clearance options too!). That fact is why this review has any stars. I went to purchase $200 worth of goods for my new apartment, and when I asked for even ONE DOLLAR of change in quarters they refused. The clerk was quite polite, but the manager refused. I get that we are in a pandemic and maybe there's a coin shortage, but I'm just another human needing some change for my laundry. I spent $200 here and they couldn't just be nice and give me 4 quarters. The manager (or supervisor) rejected my request and when I asked again politely just to see if they'd help a $200 paying customer, she ignored me. Doesn't seem like this HomeGoods cares too much about new customers. I like my new purchases, but the service just made my already rough day so much worse.

This store has it all. Everyday things for the home. Big on style, low on price. Great holiday items. Special gifts. If you have a pet, you need to visit the pet section. It’s huge and much cheaper than the big box pet stores! The Ahwatukee store is a great location. If you’re not shopping there, you should be.

Sarah and her team at BPR/Rosewood did an absolutely fantastic job with our wedding decorations and flowers. She took my vague ideas of what I thought I liked and created an absolute stunning vision. She also was great at perfecting the specific boutonnière that my husband asked for. She was creative on ways to save us money and keep costs within budget while still getting a lot of great bang for our buck. I was OBSESSED with my bridal/bridesmaid bouquets and received so many complements from guests on her work. The final result was better than I could have imagined. If you are looking in the Southwest Missouri area for a florist/event decoration rentals Sarah will not disappoint. Would highly recommend the BPR team!
I got partial things of what I want my theme to be in one of my rooms. I don't shop often here but when I have either shopped or just go to browse there is numerous things to purchase 🤔 here wish is wonderful. I am happy with the prices. I went to a particular section of this store I never went and was quite pleased with what I saw. My cat oreo would have loved this swing chair with cushion if only I had a enclose yard with a shade off the ground I'd purchased the item for him. I was not pleased that I 😕 😔 😞 😢 couldn't get the other items I set out to get, just partial things. I would definitely go back again
Beautiful displays from outside the window, how exciting to visit a new city as we eagerly walk inside ready to explore what this store has to offer.
Immediately we are drawn to the fluffy blankets further into the store, but what we did notice is we weren't greeted...almost avoided in a sense.
You know...that deep gut feeling of not being welcomed.
As we continued shopping and admiring the items we noticed from the moment we walked in someone had their eyes on us like a hawk.
When I say like a hawk, I mean less than 4 feet away, pretending to stay busy with little things on the shelves.
In that moment I held my earrings up a tad bit higher to assure this particular sales person I wasn't one to steal.
But 10 mins in we are still followed.
We hear in the background every person walking in after us gets a very caring greeting which led us to think why we got ignored.
At this point in time a few sales people eventually ask if we are doing alright, which we reply,
"Yes we are, thankyou."
Time passes and I can still feel this sales person hovering behind us.
I turn around and she panics 2 feet away, ceasing her "pretending to be busy" stance and rapidly goes the opposite direction.
Now we feel even more unwelcomed, uncomfortable, and just overall ready to leave.
As we proceed to the register I can feel the energy of the room intensify, I hand over my pair of earrings to purchase and I can see on her face she dreaded the idea of even assisting me any further.
No, "Did you find everything alright?"
Just this displeased look, not even the pleasure of eye contact with another human being.
Then calls another sales person over, (assuming she's in training) for assistance to ring up 1 pair of earrings.
They then proceed to ask me for my first and last name...which I didn't quite understand but didn't try to think too much into it.
I gave her the information, and by that point in time it was obvious I nor my boyfriend was welcomed in this store.
Now like I said, eventually a few sales people DID reach out to us, but after being in the store for a period of time.
I'm not one to leave reviews, but man...nor do I have any enjoyment in playing the victim role.
You never get use to that feeling of walking into an environment and feeling out of place.
To the woman that just started working there,

I'm sorry for the tattoos, or the color of our skin, I'm sorry for the way we dress, the way we talk, I'm sorry we made you feel so uncomfortable that you felt the need to follow 3 steps behind us throughout the store.
We will most certainly work on being better humans beings so you can feel safe in your place of business.

Sarah with Branson Party Rentals is absolutely AMAZING! I cant say enough good things! I told her my vision for our wedding and she made every aspect of that vision come true. Everything from the flowers to the décor was so perfect. She is so great and easy to work with. Not to mention she comes in and sets it up and comes back that night and takes it down. As a bride you don't have to worry about anything because she handles it all. Branson Party Rentals is a must for any wedding!!

Sarah and her team did an incredible job handling the party rentals and floral for our wedding. My bouquet was BEYOND every expectation I could ever dream of. Sarah and her company was an absolute dream to work with and made my wedding perfect. When I first started to plan my wedding, I was going to do all of the decorations myself. But people kept recommending Sarah and her company to me so I thought I would check it out. Seconds after meeting her I realized how wrong I was, and how much I needed her in my life. She was essential to everything that happened from the planning to the actual wedding day. She understood exactly the look I was trying to design an executed it beyond my expectations. She was in constant communication with me, asked all sorts of questions I never even thought of, and was an advocate for me at the venue when I was not present to make sure that our plan and set up was exactly what we had talked about. She is a very detailed oriented, conscientious, hard working person and was the heart and soul that my day so magical. Choosing Sarah to help me with my wedding was the best decision I made while planning and I could not have done it without her.
Sarah and her team did an amazing job! It was a destination wedding for me and my family. We ironed out all the plans up front, and then they took care of everything! Even went above and beyond for some last minute details like putting out name tents and party favors. My day was beautiful and stress free - thank y'all so much!!

She has beautiful and unique gifts from a lot a local artist. Very cute store, with so many little treasures. The owner is very friendly and you can see she enjoys what she does.
Beautiful store with superb linens and a very cute line of inexpensive jewelry but some of the sales staff is snooty and one is downright RUDE. In today’s retail world where you should be selling an experience and cultivating relationships, they completely miss the mark. The opportunity is there to showcase southern hospitality and to show off a “raised right” charm to their customers. But wow...although that could be a great marketing strategy, they don’t even pretend. Retail employees looking down their noses at others is puzzling and absurdly amusing. It’s a shame.

Great store to find treasures that look like you spent a lot on them! I buy many expensive handmade primitives at small shops but have filled in my decor with finds from HomeGoods. I even bought an adorable primitive sled here and it is placed with handmade items in my home and it looks expensive! Love coming here to see what I can find!
