Library is okay. But they should keep at least 1 computer in each study room too. Because students need to study quietly who doesn’t have laptops or computers. Also library should secure the access of all kinds of peoples, last day 1 women (maybe mad or so) about to scared me purposely, why I was walking or about to seat next to her in other computer. It’s ridiculous. Authorities should read this review. Thank you

When I was a refugee in this country almost 50 years ago, my family couldn't afford anything beyond just very basic food and barely-liveable housing -- definitely not luxuries like books, magazines, or comic books. So one of my pleasures as a elementary school aged kid was to go to the nearby public library every day after school to read and borrow the books (and comic books :-), watch the monthly free movies, and pore through the luxury car magazines... Cascades Library offers so much more in an inviting, safe space... their staff are so helpful, friendly, and welcoming every time my kids and I have interacted with them. Even as a fiscal conservative, I think public libraries like Cascades (especially well-run and well-maintained public facilities like the Cascades Library) represent tax money well spent and very much worth it in our community.
If you want your children to succeed in school and in life, please partner up with Sylvan Learning of Leesburg. The staff, the curriculum and the learning environment are all top notch, and are responsible for preparing and equipping our daughter with the necessary tools she needed to finish elementary school with confidence, and prepared her for the start of her Middle School years! Mr Sherry and staff are the best, and I would definitely recommend this learning center every time I get the opportunity.!

What an awesome public resource! I just stopped in here to plug in and get some work done. Fast wifi surrounded by knowledge. Starbucks can't beat that!

Our visit to the library was AWESOME! This place is clean, well lit, and up to date. As soon as we walked in on Wednesday ~11am someone was available to answer our questions. She showed us where they hold their storytime and informed us about some of the events they had coming up. It felt great to be invited to the community dinner and given a flyer. We also got information about their 1000 books before kindergarten program.

The children’s area was very inviting and we enjoyed the material they had out on the table for children to play with. There were plenty of Places to sit and read. The library staff, as well as the other patrons at the library were nice and pleasant to be around.

Even though we live closer to a different library, I definitely think we will try and come back to catch a storytime at this location.

Nice little coffee shop in Tampa, it is perfect for working on a laptop and has a had a very good, unique atmosphere. The service was also very good and the nitro brew that I got was very delicious. Would definitely come back again.

A very cute vibe and good coffee! I love that they offer many GF and DF options. There is indoor and outdoor seating.
I greatly enjoyed my experience at the Sylvan of Leesburg. The staff and instructors were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I drastically improved my grade in math by learning how to do things instead of just memorizing.

Cuuute! I had a blueberry muffin (delicious) and a matcha latte which they made exactly as I ordered it. There is great sunlight in this cafe and the decor is a vibe. My boyfriend and I took our laptops and worked for a couple of hours and it was great. If you need a lot of WiFi for your work (ex: videos, photo editing, booking flights) you may want to use a hotspot instead of their WiFi but other than that the whole experience was great.

Came here with a friend of mine to have some coffee and get pretty pictures. Not sure if we just came at a bad time. But we placed our orders at 1028am. My friend was asked if it was for here and I didn’t so my coffee was to go.
We got our coffee and hot food at just shy of 11am.
Only 3 girls working. Trash was over flowing, tables are dirty, the back room door was propped open with your high quality espresso bean on the floor. the staff didn't talk. they all seem super overwhelmed but kept it cool. Really seems like they need an adult here. Someone in charge talking to guest about the long waits. By the time my friend got her latte it was warm not hot. We really wanted to hang out but everything was just a mess and was giving us anxiety. I didn’t take pictures because the girls were doing the best they could. But they need support.
We won’t be back unfortunately. The wait and the state of the location wasn’t worth the money and time spent.
We’ve had a positive experience with Sylvan Learning of Leesburg. Our child is doing better in school and feeling more confident. The teachers are great, and the atmosphere is positive. It’s been a very helpful resource for us.

Someone from oxfords exchange recommended this place for a quick bite. Wanted to find a spot to sit down and work.

Because i came from Oxford i had a drink and unfortunately couldn’t sit down inside and work until my drink was done. I understand why they have this rule but kinda sucks. I did buy a sandwich from them. So I expected them to let me sit inside and enjoy.

Next time I will be sticking with oxfords.
Happened across this fun coffee shop while visiting Hyde Park United Methodist Church. The drip coffee was made from beans roasted in Miami and had a great taste. The tea selection was also good. Came in for the beverages but added an everything bagel with cream cheese. Two gals that served us were very pleasant and prices for Tampa were reasonable. Seating included an indoor swing and tables in the coffee shop and a SHH Room for customers wanting a quieter setting.
Great selection of things & books to borrow. Great services and staff. Wonderful resource
We have two kids enrolled at Sylvan in Leesburg and we are very happy with the progress they are making. One child has exceeded his current grade level in reading/comprehension skills. The staff and owner are kind, flexible, and effective at helping our kids be academically successful!
Rabbi Shalom Shapiro is the kindest person I know and he runs an amazing synagogue
This is my local Library and I've been going for years. I appreciate that they have a good selection of books free of charge. Sometimes you may need to wait a couple weeks, but in my experience that's just part of public libraries, when it comes to popular books; especially new popular books.

This place is always very organized, clean and has a pleasant vibe for all. They often have classes, volunteer opportunities, and different events that appeal to all ages. Recently, I noticed they're having a Smash Brothers competition for teens, love that! They also have after hours events for kids from 6pm until 9pm.

As for the workers, in my experience they've been very helpful and friendly.

I encourage everyone to utilize this valuable resource and pick up a book and read.
I had to use your electric outlet to charge my car because my Nissan leaf (all electric) was almost dead. It was the middle of the night and there were some unsavory people wandering about on the streets. I got scared and I'm so sorry that I did not have permission. The cost of a full charge (about 8 hours) from an outlet is approximately 7 dollars. I know this is silly, but I would be more than happy to pay for the electricity I used. It would be about $1.50. Again, sorry 😞

What an awesome find in Tampa! My new favorite place! The staff is very friendly and greet you when you walk in. Such a cute and chill vibe with all the unique decor and sayings. I had the chocolate croissant and the drink of the month Coco Loco cold brew. They were delicious and even came with a flamingo straw to make my mundane day fun again! This is a definite spot to come and hang out or bring your friends/family. There is free parking in the garage behind the shop if you can't find street parking.

Love this library, lots of natural light! I do wish though that it was a bit bigger - with more seating/desk options.. only because the library does get pretty busy!

Library facilities are nice. However, the noise level is ridiculous. People who visit here have no regard or respect for others. This is a library and NOT a Starbucks. Have respect, be quiet and whisper.

Rabbi Shapiro is the kindest.
The library is strangely inside a retail shopping center next to shops like dollar store and salon. And the size is extremely small for its population size it serves and compared to large libraries like Cascades or Ashburn.

Inside, though, the facility is very clean and the staff are friendly. There is ample seating. The vibe, however, is more of a community center than a true library, as you can hear people talking, hanging out, and classes underway (like toddler story times). We really liked the story times and believe it's very useful for the children.

We visit it about once a week.

We wanted to go to the Oxford exchange but it had a long wait so we decided to check this place out. Pleasantly surprised by this place and very happy that Oxford was full because this place was amazing. The food and coffee are delicious, especially the chai tea latte! The environment is cute and comfy so it was a very nice breakfast here. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the lady who I think was the manager was attentive and extremely nice and welcoming. This place is a 10/10 for breakfast, we loved it!❤️
Amazing Rabbi and very friendly congregants there to make you feel welcome. Also very enjoyable davening.
Sherry and the team at Leesburg Sylvan Learning Center are amazing! Our son is exceeding expectations now and is reading all the time on his own! This Sylvan team is flexible, friendly, adjusts to the kids' needs, and actually spends time to coach and encourage the kids...not just teach at them. Highly recommend this center to any and all who are looking to get caught up to and advance past the public schools...

We are beyond pleased with Sylvan of Leesburg! I honestly cannot say enough nice things about the Director Sherry. He goes above and beyond for our son and is so accommodating when it comes to our busy and ever changing schedules. The teachers are highly skilled and have been such a blessing when it comes to motivating & teaching our hyperactive child to focus. We have seen such an improvement in his outlook on school and learning overall. He loves coming to Sylvan and is performing many of his lessons at an advanced level because of it. I highly recommend this location and most of all, these educators! Thank you Sherry & Sylvan of Leesburg :)
Back in the winter we enrolled our 8yo son at Sylvan in Leesburg for reading. He was a couple grades behind where he should’ve been for his grade. It was the best decision we ever could’ve made for him. Sherry is exceptional! His commitment to our son and the other students was above our expectations. All the teachers were amazing as well. Our son made strides larger than we could’ve imagined. His security and self esteem raised and he is so proud of himself. I highly recommend sending your child to Sylvan if they are behind or even prep for tests. They offer a wide range of services. Ask for Sherry!
First time here with my little kiddos! I felt very welcomed and the kids enjoyed the toddler time. Clean, modern, and the staff were very kind. Can’t wait to come back again for a visit!

It's a nice library, I just miss when libraries were actually quiet. Maybe they should have a section that has a door for children and more enclosed spaces for people doing work. There are plenty of conference rooms available but they are supposed to be for "large groups". Maybe they should allow individuals to use them and cap the capacity to maybe 3 people so that there is more quiet spaces for people to utilize. Sometimes the librarians speak so loudly ...... i guess library etiquette has completely changed.

Barely passes as a library with abysmal selection, most of which is politically motivated. More of a larger Starbucks without the coffee, lots of hangout seating, and uptight, if somewhat polite, librarians. I’ve seen libraries in towns with populations of a few hundred with greater and better book selection. Pics show all books available 🙄. Won’t bother being back.
I am very impressed with Sylvan. My boys came to Sylvan Learning Center in Leesburg about one year ago. They were both behind in reading, likely due to effects of the pandemic but maybe other factors as well. Sylvan gave us an honest assessment of where they academically, which aligned very well with the private school assessments we had seen. Sylvan very quickly created a plan for both children. My older son caught up to grade level in 4 months and has continued to progress. He is now reading one level above grade level! Sylvan was able to do this for him with just 2-3 hours of focused sessions each week. The Sylvan groups are small, and learning/improvement is realized quickly due to their methods. We get periodic assessments that are very clear about what skills are mastered and those that need improvement. We are very impressed with the staff, particularly the Director. He is great to answer questions for us and really cares about the students in his Center. I am very happy with my experience.

I always find what I'm looking for when I go, liked today I was looking for info on a Tutor for my 5yr old Granddaughter. Justin at the main Resource Desk looked up Tutors in Lemont on- line(Google) and found a few listed and as we were looking at the list a Teacher/Tutor walked by. I ask her if she was(yes), we talked/interviewed and I hired her, Funny how Fate works !
Great public library. I had some documents I needed to print, sign and scan and they had all the equipment and great tech support! Indispensable and worth every tax penny!

This is a GREAT place to come to study, have a meeting, or just relax and dive into a good book! The selection of materials is great! They even have the option to reserve books from other libraries to be brought to the Lemont library for checkout for selections they do not have! There is a quiet room for those who need to have uttered silence to study (like myself)! I visit the Lemont library regularly! It is an amazing place!

The library is new and nice. There’s a lot of cool stuff like maker room where you can sew or music room. The staff is very friendly.

However, there are too many homeless people sleeping in the study spaces which prevents individuals who actually want to utilize the space to study. It bothers me when they go around the library cursing loudly in front of kids or smoke right in front of the library entrance.
Very clean and modern looking library, staff is also very friendly.

Yes a library is supposed to be quiet, so I'm sure when you're working/studying it may be hard to concentrate unless you reserve a space in One of those secluded rooms with desks. But the staff here are great and there are amazing kid activities. It's clean and meeting spaces are nice.

Kids running, screaming and shouting all over the place. Kids as young as 5. This is not a library. More like a day care. Don't expect any quiet area anywhere in here.
