Great place always fast and friendly service! Always stocked with whatever I need even rare beers and reasonable prices. They even have a bodega cat....can't ask for more!

I am a frequent customer who buys my variety of beer on weekends to have a pleasant time. The service previously was of quality and very good attention to customers, the Mexican boy who served before did it very well and explained any questions to us about the different types of beer. Now the service has changed, now the woman who serves on Saturday afternoons seems to be there to make you lose the desire to buy. The woman who serves does it in a very arrogant way and even ignores that one is there waiting. On Saturday I wanted to leave what I had already selected just because of the treatment of the cashier, the other staff, the Argentine boy, very good and friendly. . I make this known because it is not fair that one has to stop buying because of a person with an unpleasant attitude. I hope this changes soon because it is a very good place and I find the variety I need for my comfort.

I had some confusion with this distributer for my event back in July 2023, as I was initially told by phone that Sunday delivery was possible for 8 cases of beverages. When I called back to process the order, another woman told me that I would need to order more beverages for the establishment to take my order. After I decided not to process the order, the first woman called me back to say that they would honor my order due to what I was told initially.
After this initial confusion, things went smoothly. I paid $376 for the 8 cases of beverages (3 cases of Corona, 2 cases of Heineken, 1 case Blue Moon, 1 case White Claw assorted, and 1 case Seagrams assorted). The driver, Eddy, was prompt and swift. Overall, it was a good experience.

We get a lot of our sodas, juices etc from here for our business and its always an easy ordering process. Their delivery guys are very friendly and helpful and everything arrives in great condition and they have a large selection.
Norys help me with my product. Not good costumer services, bad attitude and rude. I wish to continue doing business but she has to learn how to treat costumers
Aren't efficient with closing hours. Map says one thing and when u go there, they say another and wasting your time going.
Nice tucked away brewery in Portland. Very spacious inside. Had the famous Pumpkin Wheat Beer and it was pretty good. Definitely liked the Interior space if this brewery.
I love shipyard pumpkin head, so I may be a bit biased with the review. The taproot was a really good time, though, and the shop had lots of beer and gifts to choose from. It's definitely a must stop if you're in Portland.
We like Shipyard’s pumpkin beer when we had it back in California so decided to go to the brewery to have it there. We were so excited to try it out. Just note that the initial smell can be overwhelming at first but it’s just bc it’s normal brewery smell. The beers were good and we enjoyed the pumpkin beer and the blueberry beer from Sea Dog Brewing the best. But those we’ve had back at home before. None of the new ones we tried were too memorable. Nice decorations of the place though and friendly bartenders.
Had fun here. Was with a friend that enjoys their pumpkin beer so we stopped to see what else they made. Kind of nice they paired up with Sea Dog so there was multiple beers to pick from. We got a couple flights and enjoyed it. Big portion of this place is the store too but there were plenty of tables to sit and enjoy the beer.
Walk up window had quick service and the staff inside were incredibly friendly. Definitely give this place a look.
We went there on weekdays, last week of August, it was small crowd. Had two flights and all of them were amazing. Great food, had cheese pizza and pretzel nugget bites. Service was amazing. Their soft drinks were unique flavor and family loved them.
Shipyard is a really cool brewery to check out when in downtown Portland. They are of course most famous for their pumpkin beer, which they start serving on August 1. Their selection of beer is decent and they pair up with Seadog Brewing so they had 20 beer on tap when we visited. There are tables set up and there is a good amount of space with even a few tables set up outside too. They have food available too if you need a bite to eat.
My wife and I both ordered flights of beer which are 4 sample sized pours of your choice. We ordered a margarita pizza also. The pizza took less than 10 minutes to be made, but the chef put a balsamic glaze on it, which it was not supposed to come with (see the menu for the description). I unfortunately don't like balsamic so the chef was kind enough to make another one without it like the menu described. I honestly was not a fan of the pizza and wouldn't order it again. It tasted alright, but the mozzarella cheese was so thick and dense and wasn't particularly melted that it eventually made my wife and I feel a bit nauseous later. Don't get me wrong, we love cheese but we felt like we ended up eating like a 1.5 lb block of cheese. It just didn't sit the same way as other pizza does.

You get everything here at very good prices.Staff here is quite nice and very helpful
I was really excited to try Espresso Portuguese American Grill, as I had heard good things about it. However, I was very disappointed with my experience. I ordered the grilled chicken and the grilled fish. Both dishes were very dry and flavorless. The chicken was so dry that it was almost tough to chew, and the fish was bland and tasteless.
Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience at Espresso Portuguese American Grill. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Not bad, I'd say it's worth stopping in at. Good variety of beers on tap including some one-off / experimental / seasonal stuff. I thought some were better than others but that's all personal preference - good to do a flight and find what ya like.
Overall vibe - kinda depends what you're looking for. It feels less "brewery-y" than other places I've been to, but I kinda like that there's a lot of room in their tasting area, they serve hot food, etc.

This is a great brewery in Portland Maine. We stopped in for a sampling & was not disappointed at all.

The steak on the rock is delicious. Great service is only given to their regulars. And the atmosphere is not family friendly. I went on a date and took them 20 mins to even give us a menu then another 15 mins before they came to ask what we would like to drink. Finally, by the time they came around with our drinks and asked what we would like, it had been 50 mins. While the whole time they were socializing and take care of the men at the bar and men at the tables
Espresso is a nice tradition I have with my dad and we try to come here as often as possible. The atmosphere at the bar is very friendly with several regulars and the lovely girls at the bar are very welcoming. I loooove the grilled chicken and usually order it but you can never go wrong with their daily specials. It's one of my favorite places to catch soccer games!
Real deal Portuguese food and drinks, not fancy but delicious... tons of Portuguese at the place makes the experience slightly better, thinking that you are there in a way. They have daily dishes that are typically super good and different things to try out. Stop by if you can.
The waitress tried her best, however the ambience was very bad, with lots of noise. The cod itself was the tail and not the main part. Waste of time coming here.

Espresso Portuguese Bar Fest is the Spanish/Portuguese Restaurant where they make decent cuisines base on what is made in and came from Kingdom Republic of Portugal and European Union. The food they have is similar to Spaniard and Spanish Cuisine. It's different from Spanish/ Latin Food what the have there. Really? Yes. They got great quality fest on what they make in their popular dish. Sure it's well impressive on the food they proceed to many customers guests too. Do they make great food? Of course they do their cuisines came from Portugal southwest Europe. Those staff are fantastic, impressive friendly relatives plus they have television sets to watch soccer in the dining center and the bar section. They enjoy watch television shows that represents their hometown with their language. Is it really? Indeed it is. It's one of the most popular restaurant bars in the world. 100%

People are nice and efficient to unload at street ..small and low trucks are ok ..but 53 footer and 13’6” height trucks have to plan you have to come from 46th street (one way street but cars are parked illegally both sides ) be patient and use as much as space even including curb ..then you turn right at glenwood and they are immediately on your right …46th and glenwood LHS low bridge 12’1”” That’s why big trucks have to come 46 to glenwood..if you come other side then you park on other side or wrong side for delivery and have to back up after delivery ..street is very busy

I was there today 8-20-2021 had a great experience. Every time I go. Carlos is to go guy. He's friendly, recommended me my new favorite drink. And has amazing people skills. The prices are reasonable and the staff very friendly and professional.
Tasty, but is it still Portuguese? The Carne de Porco Alentejena was perfect. Maybe the best I’ve had in the US. Their Bifana, on the other hand, was way off. It’s not served in the traditional artisan roll and the pork was marinated in spices and sautéed onions. Bifanas should be simple, cooked with olive oil, crushed garlic and salt.
