I gave them an SME consultation recently. Had to follow up after 2 weeks, and after 3 weeks to remind them. Sent out a strong worded email before I finally received a e-check on the 4th week. And now that would just NOT go through the bank. Vanished without a trace. For the total number of hours I spent on these guys, the whole thing is definitely a waste of time. The matter still not resolved. Will chase them and make sure, they pay what they owe. So far so bad. Will update again.

it took weeks after I fulfilled my commitment and several emails following up, to finally get payment. There never told me upfront I would get an e-check which would require me to accept multiple disclosures, which I wasn't comfortable doing. You shouldn't have to beg for payment once your end of the transaction is completed. Terrible service, and would never do business with them again.

I worked with Bridger on two occasions. They organized a market research interview with one of their partners. For an hour of my time and knowledge I was compensated fairly. I would participate in one of their projects again.
