Korn Ferry

I had a very unprofessional and disappointing experience with Korn Ferry. A recruiter Kathryne Rinaldo reached out to me about a job and I was thrilled. We emailed a few times and set a call for that day early afternoon. I sat for over an hour at my phone waiting for the call. 15 minutes after the call time was scheduled I emailed asking “is not still a good time for us to speak?” no response. That night I emailed again asking if we can set up another time this week to speak as I was very interested and qualified for this job… no response. A few days later I emailed just stating my disappointment in the unprofessionalize and lack of communication. I then got a response claiming she called at said time. She did not. 1, I sat at my phone waiting for a ring for over an hour. 2, if she had called responding to my emails would have happened sooner. She ignored my emails because she knew she was unprofessional and did not call me. It is even more unprofessional to claim you did something when there are records you did not. Very disappointed in this experience and would recommend others to not waste there time getting ghosted by this company or Kathryne Rinaldo.

Alex Stevens and Marc Wilder are two of the most professional recruiters that I have ever worked with. They both coached and mentored me during the entire interview process. It was an absolute pleasure working with both of them, meeting them in person and Marc personally walked me to the final Panel Interview with my new company.
